I only had one day, but there were many places I wanted to visit, so I joined this tour. I thoroughly enjoyed Lake Toya, the Silo Observation Deck, and Otaru, among others. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to experience a variety of things in a short amount of time. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to do this again.

１日しかなかったが、行きたいところが沢山あり、このツアーに参加しました。
洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、小樽なと、満喫しました。ガイドの説明がわかりやすく、短時間で色々体験ができました。また機会があれば是非お願いしたいです。

I was able to enjoy many places efficiently in just one day. The great outdoors was wonderful, and I was also happy to see the bear ranch. The meals were substantial, much more than I expected from a tour.

1日で効率よくたくさんの場所を満喫できました。大自然も素晴らしかったですがクマ牧場も見れて嬉しかったです。食事もツアーとは思えないくらいしっかりした内容でした。

I visited Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu, and each place was incredibly beautiful and moving. I enjoyed a delicious lunch while taking in the scenery at Lake Toya. The guide was very kind and attentive, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We were able to get off in Susukino on the way back, so I could also enjoy Susukino. Thank you to the driver and the guide!

支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山を回りましたが、どこもとても美しく感動的でした。洞爺湖でのランチは景色を見ながら美味しいランチを頂きました。ガイドさんがとても親切丁寧な対応をしてくださったので、より楽しいツアーになりました。帰りにすすきので下車出来たので、すすきのも楽しむ事ができました。運転手さんガイドさんありがとうございました。

I like bus tours because they allow me to efficiently visit attractions. The information provided through the earphones was detailed, and both the guide and the driver were friendly and very good. There are still spots I want to visit, so I will use this service again.

During our experience in October, it was cold, and the day we went was a bit cloudy, but we were still able to enjoy nature enough. The water was clearer and more beautiful than we imagined, with such transparency that we could see fish and the grass and trees submerged in the water. We were torn between various tours, but choosing this experience was definitely a great decision!

10月の体験で寒く、私たちが行った日は少し曇りでしたが、十分自然を楽しむことはできました。水は想像以上に透き通っていてキレイで、お魚や水の中に沈んでいる草や木も目視でみれちゃうくらいの透明度でした。いろんなツアーと迷いましたが、この体験にしてとっても良かったです！

The weather was a bit uncertain, but Lake Shikotsu was crystal clear. The staff were friendly, and I had a great time!

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Driver Matsuzaki (I apologize if I misheard your name) for your polite and safe driving. The next day, I participated in a half-day sightseeing bus tour in Sapporo, and I was very happy when the driver recognized me and said, "You're the one from yesterday."

I also appreciate all the consideration you showed regarding my shoes. I was truly impressed when I saw the guide bowing his head while driving in response to the guide's "Thank you." He is truly a wonderful person.

The guide for the Sapporo city tour was also very helpful. Everyone, including the driver and the guide, was fantastic, making for a very enjoyable trip.

As for the bus tour itself, despite the long itinerary of 10 hours, I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful snowy landscapes of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, and the time flew by.

On the next day's sightseeing in Sapporo, the Okurayama Jump Stadium and the Shiroi Koibito Park were also very nice.

In closing, thank you very much to the driver and the guide for a truly enjoyable trip.

先ずは、松崎ドライバーさん（お名前を聞き間違えていましたら申し訳ありません）の、丁寧で安全な運転に心より感謝いたします。
次の日にも札幌市内午前半日観光バスツアーに参加しましたが、その際に運転手さんから「昨日の方ですね」と覚えていていただき、大変嬉しく思いました。
また、靴の件でもいろいろとご配慮いただき、ありがとうございました。
ガイドさんの「ありがとうございました」に合わせて、運転しながら頭を下げておられる姿を拝見し、本当に素晴らしい方だなと感じました。
札幌市内観光のガイドさんにも大変お世話になりました。
このように、運転手さんやガイドさんが皆さま素敵な方々で、とても楽しい旅となりました。
肝心のバスツアーですが、10時間という長い行程にもかかわらず、支笏湖・洞爺湖・有珠山ロープウェイと、それぞれの美しい雪景色を満喫でき、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。
次の日の札幌観光では、大倉山ジャンプ競技場や白い恋人パークもとても良かったです。
最後になりますが、運転手さん、ガイドさん、楽しい旅を本当にありがとうございました。

It was a snowy day due to the cold wave from the Sea of Japan, but fortunately, the snow stopped at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. We enjoyed a wonderful view from Mount Usu.

日本海からの寒波で雪の多い日でしたが、幸い、支笏湖と洞爺湖では雪が止みました。有珠山からは、素晴らしい景色を楽しめました。

The weather was my biggest concern, but it was nice from departure to arrival, and the scenery was very beautiful. The lunch was also luxurious and delicious. It was a girls' outing with three elderly ladies (laughs), but we had quite a bit of free time and it wasn't too busy, which was nice. The bus guide was kind, and the driver felt like a veteran with safe driving. The bus was also easy to spot. This was my first bus trip in Sapporo, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

お天気が1番心配されましたが、出発から到着まで良いお天気で景色も大変綺麗でした。
お昼も豪華で美味しく頂きました。高齢者（笑）3人、女子会でしたが割と時間も自由で忙しくなかったのも良かったです。バスガイドさんも親切でした、運転手さんも安全運転でベテランの感じがしました。バスも目立ってて探しやすかったです。
札幌でのバス旅は初めてでしたが楽しい思い出になりました。有難うございました。

Shikotsu Lake had heavy rain, and the highway was closed, so we had to take a detour. We went from Shiraoi to Lake Toya. That route was also affected by the heavy rain, creating a unique experience with splashes of water. Thank you to the driver for your hard work. When we arrived at Lake Toya, the rain had stopped, and we were able to see beautiful scenery.

支笏湖は大雨、高速道路通行止めで迂回。白老の方から洞爺湖へ。そのルートも大雨の影響で水飛沫をあげながら、ちょっと出来ない経験でした。ドライバーさんご苦労様でした。洞爺湖に着くと雨は上がっていてきれいな景色を見ることができました。

First of all, I would like to thank our guide for their cheerful and upbeat guidance. Even though it was drizzling a bit right before departure, as soon as the bus started moving, the weather cleared up, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful scenery of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the ropeway at Mount Usu, all mixed with autumn leaves. I was worried that 10 hours might be too long, but there were so many highlights that it felt like no time at all. Thank you very much for being so considerate of me as a solo participant.

まず、ガイドさんの陽気でテンポの良い案内に感謝します。出発間際まで雨が少し降っていたのに、バスが走り出すとどんどん晴れてきて、支笏湖、洞爺湖、そして有珠山のロープウェイと紅葉混じりの素晴らしい景観を楽しむことができました。10時間も長いかなーと心配してましたが、見所たくさんで、あっという間のひとときでした。

It was my first time kayaking, but they kindly taught me. The weather was nice, and the autumn leaves were at their peak, which was beautiful. The guide's stories were really fun. I was surprised that they took 120 photos while guiding us! I would love to have them as my guide again when I come back to Hokkaido!

カヤックは初めてでしたが親切に教えて頂けました。天気も良くて紅葉も見頃で綺麗でした。ガイドの方のお話がめっちゃ楽しかったです。ガイドしながら写真も１２０枚も撮られててビックリしました。また北海道に来たらガイドして頂きたいです！！

We were able to visit several places in one day that would have been difficult to reach on our own, and the lunch was luxurious and enjoyable. There was free time at key points, which allowed us to spend our time satisfactorily. The breathtaking view from Mount Usu met our expectations, and Lake Toya was also very beautiful and impressive. Both the guide and the driver were pleasant. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

自分たちでは行きづらい場所に１日で数カ所も回ることができ、昼食も豪華でよかったです。要所要所で自由時間がもうけられているため、満足に過ごせました。有珠山からの絶景は期待通りで、洞爺湖もとても素敵で見応えがありました。ガイドの方もドライバーさんも感じが良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

The scenery was breathtaking, and I was very satisfied with the lunch as well. The guide and the driver were both excellent. It was a sightseeing experience with great cost performance that you wouldn't expect from a regular sightseeing bus.

The one-day tour flew by in no time, and it was a fulfilling experience. I would like to use this service again when I go to Hokkaido.

Arriving at the top of the ropeway, you reach the observation deck after a slight uphill path, and I was moved by the wonderful 360-degree view! Please be sure to participate and experience it for yourself!

The small group size allowed for detailed explanations, and they took a lot of time for photos at the photo spots.

Since the canoeing session lasted for 2 hours, including the time until dispersal, we were actually on the lake for less than an hour. I felt it was a bit lacking for the price. However, I think it's a good option for those who want to enjoy a long day and have a quick canoeing experience.

I participated in the session that started at 9 AM, and the gentle sunlight made for a pleasant morning activity.

As shown in the photos, it looks quite beautiful when the weather is nice. It became a great memory.

少人数制で丁寧な説明と、フォトスポットでの撮影をかなり細かくしてくださいました。

2時間でカヌーの漕ぎ方〜解散 だったので実際には湖の上に1時間もいませんでした。
値段の割にはちょっと物足りないと感じました。
一日を長く楽しみたい人にはサクッとカヌーができるのでおすすめかと思います。
9時スタートの会に参加しましたが、陽の光が優しく気持ちの良い朝活になりました。

写真の通り、天気が良いとかなり綺麗に見えます。いい思い出になりました。

I had assumed that canoes are prone to tipping over, but the guide told me, "Capsizing almost never happens; if it does, it's intentional." This made me feel very reassured about boarding. There was a brief rain shower, and the sun shone brightly at times, allowing us to enjoy the weather. Once we paddled into the shade, it became a truly wonderful experience. The guide was attentive, had a great sense of humor, and shared a lot of knowledge, which made it enjoyable. They also took photos and sent them to us via AirDrop after we landed, so there was no risk of dropping our belongings in the water (smartphones, car keys, wallets, etc. can be stored in a locked locker).

カヌーは勝手に転覆しやすいものだと決めつけていたのですがガイドさんから『転覆はほぼ起きない、もし転覆したとするならそれはワザとですよ』と言われ、とても安心して乗船しました、一瞬通り雨があったりとても陽がさしたり天候も楽しめて木陰に入ってからのオールを漕ぐととても素敵な体験ができます。ガイドさんは丁寧で話も面白いし知識もたくさん話してくれるので、楽しめました。写真も撮影してくれて上陸してからエアドロップで送信してくれるので落水させる危険がなくて安心です（スマホ・車の鍵・財布などは鍵付きロッカーに預けられます）

I had my first stand-up paddleboarding experience!! The instructor was very kind, cool, and a wonderful person! He taught me how to ride the paddleboard carefully, and I was able to stand on the board right away! I participated as a couple, and we made some really great memories! I want to join again when I go to Hokkaido!

It was an amazing bus tour beyond my imagination! I was able to fully experience the rich nature of Hokkaido, including Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Showa Shinzan! On that day, I was very happy and enjoyed the refreshing, clear weather. The water along the shore of Lake Shikotsu was very transparent, and I discovered beautiful nature. Lake Toya, often referred to as Hokkaido's Mount Fuji, was visible in the distance, and it was a beautiful sight. Showa Shinzan was something I saw for the first time. It seemed to still convey the fear of its eruptions, which made me feel a bit strange. I hadn't planned to visit the bear ranch, but being able to see the bears up close was an extraordinary experience. I felt like I learned something and perhaps grew a little as a person. The adult bears seemed to be fighting over food, and while it was a bit scary to hear their serious growls up close, it made me reflect on the fact that they are a precious part of the natural world. It made me realize the importance of a balanced environment between humans and nature. (Well, I just thought about it, though.)

当日、爽やかな快晴日和なのも、大変嬉しかったし、楽しかった。支笏湖の岸辺の水はとても透き通っていて、美しい自然を見つけた。洞爺湖は、北海道の富士山と言われる？遠くに見えていたので、それは美しい姿であった。昭和新山は、初めてこの目にするものだった。噴火の怖さをいまだ伝えてきているようで、少し不思議な気持ちになった。クマ牧場は、見ないつもりだったけども、織の中にいるクマを目の当たりに出来たのは、これはこれで、非日常を味わうことが出来て、学びというか、人間として少し成長したかなと、思われます。成獣のクマ同士が、餌の奪い合いだと思いますが、本気の唸り声を間地かで聞けて、怖いというものあったけども、これが自然界に生きている一つの貴重な存在（クマ）ということを、改めて考えさせられた。人間と自然界のバランスの良い環境が必要であると、考えさせられた。（まぁ、考えただけだけどもね）

It was the best tour for travelers without a car! The guide was kind, and being able to listen to the explanations through earphones meant I could relax and even take a nap when I wanted. I'm thinking of going on the same tour again!

The early morning kayak experience offered stunning views. The duration was shorter than I expected, and it ended in no time. During peak times like the Obon holiday, the later sessions after 10 AM can get quite crowded with people doing SUP and other activities. Additionally, there’s nothing to block the sun on the lake, and it can be bright and hot in the summer, so I recommend the early morning kayak for enjoying the beautiful scenery. Also, the photos taken were all wonderful and made for great memories.

早朝カヤック、素晴らしい絶景でした。
体験時間は思ったより短く、あっという間に終わってしまいました。
お盆期間などは10時以降の回かなり混み合い、SUPなどで人がいっぱいになります。また、湖上は遮るものがなく、夏場は日差しがまぶしく暑いので、絶景を楽しむなら早朝のカヤックがおすすめです。
また、撮っていただいた写真がどれも素敵で、よい思い出になりました。

This time, I participated in a bus tour alone. I think it would have been cheaper to go to Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya with lunch included than to rent a car alone. There were also foreign participants, such as Chinese and Koreans, but you can plug in the earphones at the seat and listen to all the guides through them. So, it's reassuring that it supports English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. I was satisfied because I could visit the places I was interested in. I hope to go on a different tour next time.

今回は1人でバスツアーに参加しました。支笏湖洞爺湖には、1人でレンタカーを借りて行くより、昼食付きで行くとしたら安く行けたと思います。中国人や韓国人などの外国の方も参加していましたが、座席横にあるイヤホンを指す場所に差し込み、イヤホンにて全てのガイドを聴きます。なので英語、中国語、韓国語、日本語に対応しているので安心していけます。気になるところや回りたいところに行けたので満足です。また違うツアーに行けたらいいなと思います。

The guide's reception and explanations were very good. Also, the driving was extremely safe, so I had no worries at all. This tour was so great that I plan to visit the Furano area next year. I'm looking forward to it already.

The weather was nice, the food was good, and everything from the lake to the mountains and the view from the cable car was great. I was a bit surprised by the tsunami alert, but I'm grateful that there were no changes to the tour and that I returned safely.

Thank you for allowing me to participate alone. The sunset SAP at 3:30 PM was a perfect way to come straight from the airport, and it was the best refreshment. The world is so beautiful!

On the day of the event, due to the wind, there were large waves at Lake Shikotsu, so we kayaked on the Chitose River instead, which was also very beautiful and satisfying.
There were many participants, but the check-in process was smooth, which was great.
The instructor was also very attentive, engaging with all the participants appropriately, and he sent us photos at the end via AirDrop.

当日は風の影響で支笏湖は大きな波が立っていたため、千歳川でのカヤックでしたが、千歳川もすごく綺麗で満足です。
参加人数は多かったですが受付もスムーズでよかったです。
インストラクターのお兄さんも、参加者全員に程よく声掛けをしてくださり、写真も最後にエアドロで送ってくれました。
