I think the time allocated for each activity felt short, but it was just the right amount!
As others have mentioned, this tour has more foreign participants than Japanese, so announcements are made in Japanese, Chinese, and English. When I went, there were 6 Japanese participants and about 20 foreign participants, but the Japanese guide was not very thorough and still managed to entertain us!
As someone who loves shopping, I felt that 90 minutes at the outlet was a bit short, but I think that's about the only downside.

I participated with five friends, and there were many people from China, but everyone was punctual and things went smoothly. This was my third trip to Hokkaido, and in the past, I felt that the travel time was long, but this time we had one male guide who spoke fluent Japanese and Chinese and provided detailed explanations of the highlights and local delicacies. We had a 90-minute stay at Asahiyama Zoo, and thanks to the accurate advice, we were able to tour efficiently! We all had a great time and returned very satisfied!

It was my first time in Hokkaido, so I wasn't familiar with the area... I decided to sign up for a bus tour. During the trip, they provided explanations here and there, which made it easy to understand and I learned about the region! They took care of everything, including lunch, which made it convenient and I thought it was really great. The timing at each spot was just right, and I was satisfied. On the way back, when I got off the bus and mentioned I wanted to go somewhere, they helped me out with that too (^^). The driver quickly caught a bug that got inside the bus, which was impressive! They were a wonderful duo (^^).
I happened to be in the front seat, so I could hear the interactions between the guide and the driver. They would say things like, "No cars on the left! A bicycle is coming!" and thank everyone at every intersection, which I thought was lovely. It was reassuring to see that they were confirming things together, making the ride very pleasant! Listening to their exchanges made me feel good, and I thought it was a wonderful company.

I participated in the tour with my elderly mother. It was a grateful experience to visit places like Jigokudani and the Bear Ranch, which are difficult to access without a car. Most of the participants were of Chinese descent, with about five Japanese attendees. I also think there were some people from Korea and Singapore. It made me realize once again how popular Hokkaido is among foreign tourists.
The tour guide provided explanations about the sights during the bus ride, but since the guide was from the Chinese-speaking region, about 70% of the information was in Chinese. The guide could speak Chinese, English, and Japanese, but seemed to struggle the most with Japanese. In the morning, it took about 70 minutes to reach the first destination, and I felt like we listened to Chinese for about 50 minutes.
While there were explanations in English, there were many instances where no explanation was given in Japanese (such as recommendations for souvenirs and the nearest restrooms). I think it’s easy to forget things when speaking three languages. However, essential information, like the meeting time, was communicated clearly in Japanese without fail. The guide's personality was also pleasant.
However, due to the noticeably fewer explanations in Japanese, there were moments when my elderly mother’s satisfaction decreased. I conveyed that I would like more explanations in Japanese and provided support for her.
I think this tour might require a bit of follow-up for those traveling with elderly individuals who are accustomed to bus tours.

ツアー参加者は、中華系の方が半分以上で日本人は5人くらいでした。韓国の方やシンガポール系もいたと思います。
北海道が外国人観光客に人気なことを改めて感じました。
バスの中で添乗員さんが観光に関する説明をしてくれますが、添乗員さんが中華圏の方だからか、中国語が７割です。中国語、英語、日本語の3つの言語が話せる方ですが、日本語が一番苦手そうでした。
朝、バスに乗り込み最初の目的地に着くまで70分程度ありましたが50分間は中国語を聞いていた印象です。
英語で説明したけれど、日本語では説明しないことも多々ありました。(オススメのお土産や最寄りのトイレについてなど)
3ヶ国語話すので忘れてしまうのだろうと思います。
集合時間についてなど、絶対に必要なインフォメーションは、忘れることなく、きちんと日本語でお知らせいただけます。添乗員さんの人柄もよいです。
ただ、日本語での説明が明らかに少ないため、高齢な母の満足度が下がる場面があり、日本語でも説明して欲しいことを伝えて、サポートするようにしました。
バスツアーに慣れている高齢者とともに旅をする方は、少しフォローが必要なツアーかなと思います。

It was a joint bus tour with Chinese participants, where the Chinese group traveled by large bus and the Japanese group used a microbus to visit various sightseeing spots. The places we got off to explore were sunny and offered great views. Along the way, we enjoyed the scenery of the autumn leaves from the bus. At Lake Toya, we had 90 minutes of free time, during which we enjoyed lunch, foot baths, and a visit to the Lake Toya Summit Memorial Museum. We added an optional visit to the Bear Ranch, and there were about 30 to 40 bears, which was more enjoyable than I expected, so I think it's worth adding. I participated in the plan that included admission tickets to Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch. The bears up close were very large and impressive, but when I showed them apples, they performed many tricks and caught the apples with their mouths, which was incredibly cute! The guide spoke in three languages and mentioned, "I'll be explaining three times, so I’ll be talking a lot!" It seemed like a lot of work for them, but I thought it was amazing.
During lunch, we went to eat soup curry, but there were 3 to 4 groups ahead of us, so we ended up cutting it close to the bus meeting time, and unfortunately, we didn't have any time to see the lake up close or take a stroll. However, the weather was nice, and I was very satisfied with being able to sightsee in various places throughout the day. I definitely want to participate again!

昼食タイムにスープカレーを食べに行ったのですが3～4組待ちだったのでバスの集合時間ギリギリになってしまい、湖を間近で見たり散策する時間が全くなかったのが残念でした。
ですが天気も良く1日であちこち観光出来ましたので大満足です。

Initially, we considered renting a car, but choosing the bus trip was the right decision. We were able to fully enjoy the best spots in Furano and Biei during this time of year in just one day. There were 48 participants, including 9 Japanese people. Many participants were from overseas. Since I attended alone, my seat was next to someone from overseas.
On the bus, explanations were provided in Japanese, Chinese, and English, but the Japanese was somewhat unclear, and there were things I didn't understand. After getting off the bus, it seemed that explanations were given to those who got off first, but I could only get off with my neighbor, and by the time I was able to listen, it was in Chinese, so I couldn't properly understand the explanations. We visited Hell Valley, Showa Shinzan, and the Bear Ranch, but I felt it would have been better to focus only on Hell Valley and Showa Shinzan along with the ropeway. We had a 70-minute lunch at Lake Toya, but after getting off the bus, it took a long time for the lunch to be served, and we had less than 15 minutes left, which was disappointing.

Since there were 7 Japanese participants, we used a 10-passenger microbus. Everything went according to schedule, and we managed to see Lake Shikotsu before sunset. The autumn leaves were beautiful, making it a great time to visit.
However, the place recommended for lunch was fully booked, and nearby restaurants were also packed, so we had to order the quickest option from a restaurant a bit farther away. It was a shame we didn't have time to look for a foot bath.
Nonetheless, I’m glad I participated as it allowed us to tour efficiently.

I was quite worried after seeing reviews that it was full of Chinese tourists, but I chose this tour because it was the only one that included a visit to "Cape Earth." Among the 44-45 participants, there were 11 Japanese, 3-4 Westerners, and the rest were Chinese, I believe. However, I didn't have any particular issues or unpleasant experiences, so for those who are concerned about that, I think it's okay to join without hesitation (though it may depend on the members at that time).
I felt a bit anxious because there was no guidance at the meeting point. The guide came down from the bus once it arrived. I was looking forward to the scenery, but it was cloudy throughout the day, which was disappointing. Still, it was great to visit various places in one day. The weather was neither too hot nor too cold, and the autumn leaves were beautiful.
Personally, I thought that reducing the time at Lake Toya and visiting Lake Shikotsu while it was still light would have increased my satisfaction. The quiet atmosphere at Lake Shikotsu was much nicer than at Lake Toya, so if I have the chance to visit Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to return.
Despite the long hours, both the guide and the driver were very polite, and thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the experience. Thank you very much.

クチコミで中国人観光客だらけというのを見てかなり悩みましたが、このツアーが唯一「地球岬」への観光があったので選びました。
ツアー参加者44〜45人中、日本人は11名、欧米系が3〜4人、あとは中国人だったと思います。ですが、特に困ることも嫌な思いをすることもなかったので、そこを不安に思われている方は思い切って参加しても大丈夫かなと思います（その時のメンバーにもよるけれど）
集合場所になんの案内もなかったので少し不安になりました。バスが着いたらそこからガイドさんが降りて来られるスタイルでした。
景色を楽しみにしていたのですが、終始曇り空だったので残念な部分はありましたが、それでも1日でいろいろなところを巡れたのは良かったです。暑くも寒くもなく紅葉も綺麗でした。
個人的には、洞爺湖での時間を減らして、明るいうちに支笏湖に行けたら満足度が上がるように思いました。洞爺湖より支笏湖の静かな雰囲気がとても良かったので、また北海道に行く機会があればぜひ再訪したいです。
長時間にもかかわらずガイドさんもドライバーさんもとても丁寧でおかげで楽しむことができました。本当にありがとうございました。

It was a wonderful bus tour with great weather. I was lucky to have the front seat, so I could see the scenery well from the window. I listened to explanations about various places through earphones, but the guide also provided a lot of additional information. The tour included places that are not easy to visit on your own.
At Campana Rokkatei, I enjoyed the freshly made "Furano Mochi," which can only be eaten there. The view of Furano from the balcony was also lovely. The lunch was delicious, and I ordered some wine. At Tomita Farm, I was healed by the beautiful flowers and mountains. Although the Blue Pond wasn't as blue as I expected, it was still one of the places I wanted to visit.
While we had free time at each location, I felt that the time allocation could be adjusted a bit. I wanted to stay longer at Campana Rokkatei to look at souvenirs, and I didn't have enough time to explore the deeper parts of Tomita Farm. I also wished I had a bit more time at the Blue Pond. On the other hand, Shikisai no Oka felt a bit redundant with Tomita Farm, and for someone not interested in alpacas, it seemed like too much time.
The total distance was said to be 350 kilometers. I'm grateful to the driver for their safe driving. I participated alone, but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The departure point for the bus was easy to find at the north exit of Sapporo Station.

それぞれの場所で自由行動でしたが、個人的には少し時間配分を変えていただいていいような気がしました。カンパーナ六花亭は、お土産など見たかったのでもう少し滞在していたかったし、富田ファームも奥の方まで行くには時間が足りず、青い池ももう少し時間が欲しかったかなと思います。逆に四季彩の丘は、富田ファームとお花畑かぶりもあり、アルパカに興味がない者には時間を持て余す感じでした。
総距離350キロだったとのこと。安全運転してくださったドライバーさんにも感謝です。
一人で参加したのですが、全く気になりません。バスの出発場所は札幌駅の北口でわかりやすいです。
また北海道に行く機会があれば、今度は別の場所に行くツアーに参加したいです。

My husband had never been to Hokkaido, so we decided to travel together. Since Hokkaido is vast and not a familiar place for us, we chose to join a bus tour.
There was audio guidance, so I think non-Japanese speakers can enjoy it too. The bus guide was straightforward and had an interesting talk.
The weather was cloudy, and it started to rain in the latter half. The Blue Pond had a beautiful blue color, but I would have liked to see it in sunny weather as well.

The weather was mostly cloudy throughout the day, but I was relieved that it didn't rain.
I took an optional ride on the Shikotsu Lake sightseeing boat, but I heard that the lake was murky due to heavy rain last month, so the glass boat had poor visibility and I couldn't see anything at all. While the view from the boat was beautiful, I thought 1,800 yen was a bit pricey for that.
Since lunch wasn't included during this period, I had a meal at Mushroom Kingdom. The mushroom tempura was quite delicious.
I was looking forward to the Usuzan Ropeway. Was it a school trip? It was crowded with groups of students. There were plenty of chairs on the terrace, but unfortunately, there were no empty seats. The final day of this year's setting was on October 24. Since it's not the peak season in July, I couldn't expect much from the lavender, and there wasn't an all-you-can-eat melon, but both Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka had at least a minimum of flowers, and I enjoyed it to some extent. Especially at Farm Tomita, the autumn leaves unique to this season were visible in the trees throughout the garden, and it was wonderful.
Also, I think it was Furano Wine; the mini cheese fondue and hamburger lunch here were fantastic! The hamburger was so delicious that it ranks among the top three I've ever had in my 50 years of life, and we are already talking about definitely coming back here at a good time next year.
Overall, it was a little over a 10-hour day tour, and I was satisfied with the price!
10月24日発で今年の設定最終日、7月の最盛期ではないのでラベンダーは期待出来ないしメロン食べ放題があるわけでもないがファーム富田も四季彩の丘も最低限の花があり、それなりに楽しめました。特にファーム富田ではこの時期ならではの紅葉が園内の木々で見られ、素晴らしかったですよ。
合わせて ふらのワイン だったかな、ここのミニチーズフォンデュとハンバーグのランチがサイコーだった！ 特にハンバーグは50年以上生きてきて過去のTop3に入る程の美味しさで来年 良い時期に来た時に絶対ここに来ようと話しているくらいです。
トータル10時間少々の1日ツアー、金額的にも満足です！
