It was impossible to spend a long time on the microbus. The seats rubbed against my knees, and the hard seats made my body ache. It’s outrageous to use a bus meant for nearby transportation for such long trips. Furthermore, we had to endure two hours without a bathroom break after starting. I have no complaints about the rain; that’s something we can’t control. I think the person in charge should experience the microbus at least once to understand how painful and uncomfortable it can be. I’ve used this service several times before, but I have no intention of using it again in the future. It was truly a painful and difficult bus journey.

マイクロバスで長時間は無理　膝が擦れる座席　固いシートで身体が痛くなった　近隣への送迎バスを長時間バスに使用するとはとんでもない　さらにスタートして2時間トイレ休憩もなく我慢を強いられた　時より雨の天気は仕方のないことで不満はない　担当の方は一度マイクロバスで体験してみたらいい　どんなに辛く痛いか　これまで何度か利用したが今後利用する気はない　本当に辛く痛いバス旅だった

I needed an umbrella because of the rain. The bus had audio guides available through earphones, so I wasn't bored. I enjoyed nature, including a visit to the crater from the Usuzan Ropeway. At the optional Bear Ranch, I was able to see bears of different ages and felt a connection with the bears that were around my age. Their sleeping姿 and the way they ate snacks while lying down were both amusing and brought smiles to my face. The meals, including seafood and meat, were delicious.

雨で傘が必要でした。バスの中はイヤホンを使用しての案内があり、退屈しませんでした。有珠山ロープウェイから噴火口見学できるなど自然満喫です。オプションのクマ牧場では年齢別のクマを見て自分と同じくらいの年代のクマに親近感が持てたり、寝ている姿や寝ながらおやつを食べる姿が、おかしくもあり笑顔になりました。お食事も海産物、お肉など美味しかったです。

It was a fun tour visiting various places in Furano. Not only did our guide, Mr. Ito, explain the locations, but he also shared a lot of trivia about the history and current situation of the towns we passed through during our travels, which made for an enjoyable time.

At the souvenir shop, there were many other groups as well, and I was worried about making it back in time for the meeting, but that too became a good memory.

富良野の色々な場所を回る楽しいツアーでした😆。
添乗員の伊藤さんの場所の説明だけではなく、移動の時に通る街の歴史や今の状況など、たくさんの雑学を話して頂き、それも楽しい時間でした😆。
お土産を買う施設では他の団体さんもたくさんいらっしゃり、集合時間に間に合うか心配もありましたが、それも良い思い出です。

楽しいツアーをありがとうございました。

I don't think I could have reached this place in just one day on my own. We were able to go efficiently without any crowding and on time. More than half of the guests were Chinese speakers, but the guide explained everything in both languages with care, which was enjoyable. Thanks to the experienced driver and guide, I had a wonderful day.

自分では到底この場所へ1日では行けなかったと思う。効率良く混み合うこともなく時間通りに行けました。半分以上中国語のお客さんでしたが、ガイドさんがどちらの言語も丁寧に説明してくださって楽しかった。
ベテランドライバーさんとガイドさんのお陰で楽しい1日を過ごせました。

Despite it being Saturday, I was able to efficiently visit many places in just one day. The weather was nice, and the blue pond was very beautiful and impressive. The lavender fields in Furano were also great. There were many solo travelers, which made it a comfortable experience.

土曜日にも関わらず1日でとても効率良く廻る事が出来ました。
天気が良かったので、青い池がとても綺麗で印象的でした。富良野のラベンダー畑も良かったです。1人参加の方も多かったので居心地が良かった。

I was able to visit Jigokudani, Chikyu Misaki, Showa Shinzan, Lake Toya, Sairo Observatory, and Lake Shikotsu all in one day. The tour guide was attentive and maintained a good distance. We returned on time. The driver's driving was excellent, and the ride was very comfortable. Thank you very much.

地獄谷、地球岬、昭和新山、洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、支笏湖が一日で回れました。添乗員さんも程良い距離感で細かく対応されてました。時間通りで帰着出来ました。ドライバーの方の運転も素晴らしく乗り心地も最高でした。ありがとうございました。

I joined this tour because I can't drive. We were able to visit two main lakes in one day, and the time allocation was just right. The meals were also very delicious.

Cape Kamui in Shakotan was the place I wanted to visit the most on this tour, but unfortunately, the scenery was disappointing due to light rain. It was a bit chilly, and I wished I had something to wear over my clothes. The tour guide and the driver were very accommodating. Although we couldn't take our time in Otaru city sightseeing, I still enjoyed it. I hope for clear weather next time.

積丹神威岬が、このツアーで一番行きたかったところでしたが、あいにくの小雨模様で残念な景色でした。少し肌寒く、羽織るものがあると良かったと思いました。
添乗のとうさん、ドライバーさんは、とても良い対応でした。小樽市内観光は、ゆっくりとは行きませんが、楽しめました。次回は、晴天を期待したいと思います。

I have over 40 years of skiing experience, but this slope makes my legs tremble. I have experienced speeds of 40 to 50 km/h on skis and road bikes, but I can hardly imagine what it feels like to go 80 to 100 km/h alone. It seems to be a skill achieved through training from childhood, overcoming fear, and honing techniques. In the future, when watching jump competitions, I will inevitably recall the sight of this slope and feel a deep respect for the competitors.

スキー歴40年以上有りますがこの斜面は足がすくみます。
スキーやロードバイクで時速40〜50kmの体感を経験した事は有りますが、単身時速80〜100kmの体感とはいかほどか想像を絶します。
幼少期からの訓練と恐怖感の克服と技術の研鑽のなしえる技と思われます。
今後ジャンプ競技を観戦する際はこの斜面の光景を否応なしに脳裏をよぎり競技者への敬意を覚える事でしょう。

Since the guidance was provided through earphones, I was worried, but the explanations were very clear, which was great. I wish I had a bit more time at the sightseeing spots.

Although I couldn't encounter the clear Shakotan Blue due to the weather, I was glad to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the pleasant breeze. I was impressed and moved by the guide's impressive command of three languages. It was a short time, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable tour for me as a solo participant. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to join!

すっきりと晴れて積丹ブルーには出会えませんでしたが、綺麗な景色と気持ち良い風を感じられて良かったです。
ガイドさんも三ヶ国語を見事に使いこなして感心、感動しました。短い時間でしたが、1人参加の私に十分楽しいツアーでした(^○^)

I would like to move the departure time one hour earlier and extend the stay at the location to four hours. I couldn't see everything. I want to take my time to see the polar bears and seals.

出発時刻を１時間早め、現地の滞在時間を４時間にしてほしい。全て見ることができなかった。ホッキョクグマやアザラシはゆっくり見たい。

The guide can introduce in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and the recommended restaurants have good flavor and are not expensive. It would be nice if we could stay at Lake Toya for a longer time.

ガイドは日本語、中国語、英語で紹介することができ、おすすめのレストランは味がよく、値段も高くありません。洞爺湖に滞在できる時間がもっと長くなるといいですね。

The travel arrangements are very good, and there is plenty of break time, but it would be nice if the stay at Cape Kamoi could be a bit longer.

旅行の手配はとても良く、休憩時間も十分にありますが、神威岬に滞在する時間がもう少し長くなるといいですね

I felt that it might have been a bit early for the season, but it met my expectations. The tour guide was witty and engaging, making it a fun tour.

It seems there was a bus accident, causing a 30-minute delay in departure, and it got even later due to someone getting angry and complaining. I have no complaints about the tour content itself. However, I felt sorry for the people gathered from other hotels, especially many from Taiwan and China. There are announcements in three languages, so I think non-Japanese participants can enjoy the sightseeing as well. I wish they had secured a better lunch location.

バス接触事故があったらしく出発が30分も遅れて、キレて喚いて文句言ってる人のせいでさらに遅れた。ツアー内容に文句はないです。ただ他のホテルから集合されている人達が気の毒でした。台湾、中国の方々が多く。三カ国語で案内があるので日本人以外でも観光楽しめると思います。ランチの場所。確保して欲しかったかなぁ

The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing, but it was quite hot for June, which was tough. However, the lunch at the hotel was delicious, and the view from the window was great.

天気が良くて、景色は、最高でしたが、６月にしては、暑くて大変でした。
ただ、ホテルの昼食は、おいしくて、窓からの景色もよくて良かったです。

The weather was pleasantly warm, with occasional clouds—not too hot and not too cold. The guide was enjoyable, and I had a great time even on my own.

I had only been to Hokkaido on group tours organized by travel agencies. I searched for a bus tour to visit my grandchild in Sapporo and decided to join this tour.

I was moved by the scenery at places I visited for the first time, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Mount Usu.

The journey from the ropeway to the observation deck was quite challenging for my husband and me, as we are over 70, but it was absolutely wonderful and has left a lasting impression on me. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. My grandchild in Sapporo said to come again. While I'm still healthy, I would like to join another Beltora tour.

いつも旅行会社の団体ツアーでしか北海道行ったことがありませんでした。札幌の孫に会いに行き、何かバスツアー🚌検索していてこのツアーに参加させて頂きました。
支笏湖、洞爺湖、昭和新山、有珠山初めて行くところばかりでその景色に感動しました😊
ロープウェイ🚡から降りて、展望台迄の道のりは、70過ぎの私達夫婦には大変でしたがもう素晴らしくて目に焼き付いています。このツアーに参加して本当に良かった。札幌の孫から又来てねとの事。元気な間に又ベルトラツアーに参加したいと思います。

The bus driver and guide were wonderful. It was my first time stepping foot in Hokkaido, and I truly thought it was a lovely travel destination. Although the schedule was a bit tight, I was glad that we could visit all the places I wanted to see. I went with the understanding that the flowers might be a bit early for the season, but I was moved by the magnificent nature of Hokkaido.

It was my first time participating in a bus tour. I felt anxious after reading the reviews, but the itinerary was luxurious and fulfilling for a one-day trip. The guide was cheerful and pleasant as well.

Seeing Showa Shinzan in person was great.
I was moved by the natural grandeur of Noboribetsu Hell Valley.

The night before, it rained, so due to poor visibility, the American Glass Boat was canceled. Sapporo also had rain until the morning, and the forecast for Shakotan Town was cloudy. I considered canceling because I thought I wouldn't be able to see the Shakotan Blue, but in the end, going was definitely the right choice! Unfortunately, due to strong winds, we couldn't go to the Charenka path at Cape Kamoi, but even with the clouds, the Shakotan Blue was beautiful. I participated alone, but I felt it was a nice touch that the solo seating for lunch was by the window, allowing me to enjoy the view while eating. The guide's stories were really interesting and fun, and the driver's driving was comfortable. It was great that there were charging plugs at each seat, so I didn't have to worry about my smartphone's battery. I would love to participate again on a nice day.

札幌も朝まで雨で積丹町の予報は曇り
行っても積丹ブルーは見られないだろうなとキャンセルも考えたけど
結果、行って大正解でした！
強風で残念ながら神威岬のチャレンカの小道は行けませんでしたが、曇りでも積丹ブルーは綺麗でした。
一人で参加しましたが、一人席はお昼ご飯の席が窓側で景色を眺めながら食べれて、素敵な配慮だと感じました。
ガイドさんの話がめっちゃ面白くて楽しいし、ドライバーさんの運転も快適でした。
各席に充電プラグがあって、スマホの電池を気にしないでいいのも良かったです。
天気がいい日にまた参加したいです。

The tour guide's explanations were humorous and easy to understand. It must be challenging to explain in both Japanese and Chinese, as it takes twice as long, but I think it would be very reassuring for those coming from China. I was able to visit many places in a compact schedule, which made me think that I would like to explore this area more thoroughly next time. 添乗員さんの説明が、ユーモアがあって分かりやすかったです。
日本語と中国語での説明だと時間が2倍かかるので大変でしょうが、中国から来た方にはとてもほっとするツアーではと思います。コンパクトにたくさん回ってもらえたので、次回はここにじっくり行ってみたいな、など考えるきっかけになりました。時間も予定通りで安全運転してもらえて快適でした。夏冬さん、さとうさん、ありがとうございました。

I felt that the access to the Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill was poor, so I signed up for a tour. It was a great decision. The Okurayama Jump Stadium had a separate fee to go to the top of the jump platform, but I took the lift. It was great to feel the height.

羊ケ丘展望台はアクセスが悪いと感じていたので、ツアーを申し込みました。大正解でした。大倉山ジャンプ競技場は、ジャンプ台の頂上までは別料金でしたが、リフトに乗車しました。高さが実感できてよかったです。

It was a multinational bus tour. The guide worked hard to provide explanations. It would have been even better if we could have heard a bit more about the precautions and recommendations for each location. At the final Shiroi Koibito Park, I wished we had a bit more time. The register was crowded, and I had to rush my shopping, worrying whether I would make it back in time for the meeting.

多国籍のバスツアーでした。
ガイドさんも一生懸命に説明などしてくれました。
場所場所によっての注意事項とか、おすすめなどもう少し聞くことができればなお良かったです。
最後の白い恋人パークではもう少し時間が欲しかったです。レジが混んでいて、大急ぎで買い物をすることになり、集合時間に間に合うか心配でした。

I was guided mainly in Chinese, but Hokkaido is in Japan, and this company is also in Japan, so I questioned whether this was a part of China.

中国語中心にガイドされてたけど、北海道は日本で、ここの会社も日本国なので、ここは中国の国かと疑問に感じた。

I would have liked a bit more explanation about the bus parking location in Otaru. What would you have done if you didn't know the meeting place?

99% of the guide's instructions were in Chinese. The majority of the participants were Chinese, making it a tour by a Chinese guide for Chinese people. There was a lack of consideration for Japanese participants.

ガイドさんの案内の99パーセントは中国語です。参加者の大半が中国人であり、まさに中国人のガイドさんによる中国人のためのツアーでした。日本人への配慮が欠けているツアーでした。

This tour had a multinational group of customers, but the tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese, making for a comfortable journey. Not only did they provide essential information like meeting times, but they also offered helpful tips such as when to use the restroom. At the sightseeing spots, they pointed out highlights and great photo opportunities, for which I am very grateful.

このツアーは多国籍のお客様でしたが、添乗員さんが日本語、英語、中国語で説明してくださり、快適な旅となりました。
集合時間など必要項目だけで無く、ここでトイレ行っておいた方が良いなどの有益な情報もくださり、観光地でもそれぞれの見所や、絶好の写真スポット教えてくださり、感謝きています。
