First time at Asahiyama Zoo.

It was a long time since I visited a zoo, and I was very moved to see the animals up close. The highlight was the penguin walk, which was great, but what surprised me the most was the hippo. I was amazed by its size when I saw it swimming through the tank!

Also, the tour guide's information was very helpful, and I was able to spend about three hours from Sapporo to Asahikawa without getting bored. Thank you very much.

初めての旭山動物園。
身近で動物が見られて、動物園なんて久々でしたがとても感動しました。
メインはペンギンのお散歩でこれもとてもよかったですが特にびっくりしたのはカバ
水槽越しに泳いでいるところを見てその大きさにびっくり！
また添乗員さんの話もとても参考になり札幌から旭川までの３時間程度、飽きることなく過ごせました。

Maintaining and very well organised. The tour guide was friendly and ensuring that all the members are well taken care of.

Visiting Noboribetsu Onsen and Lake Shikotsu during the snowy season can be quite challenging, so this tour was very convenient and great. There were several restroom breaks along the way, making the trip very smooth. The tour guide was kind and helpful, which was also a plus.

登別温泉や支笏湖に行くのは雪が多い季節は大変なのでこのツアーが、とても便利でよかったです。
トイレ休憩も途中で何度かありとてもスムーズでした。

I used this service on a snowy day. Considering that someone with no knowledge of the area would be using public transportation, it was very convenient to be able to ride the bus and listen to the kind and detailed guidance from the tour guide while enjoying the sightseeing from the window.

At Okurayama, I was lucky enough to observe the practice of the ski jumping competition. At Hitsujigaoka, I was able to see the famous Clark statue, which made me very satisfied. The guide was truly professional and provided detailed and careful guidance. For this price and this level of service, I am very satisfied.

大雪の日に利用しました。
まったく土地勘がない人が公共交通機関を利用して刊行することを考えると、バスに乗りガイドさんの親切で丁寧な案内を聴きながら車窓観光できるのは、とっても便利でした。
大倉山では運よくジャンプ競技練習の見学もできました。
羊ケ丘では、有名なクラーク像も見ることができたし大満足です。
ガイドさんが本当にプロで、丁寧に詳細にガイドしてくださいました。
この値段でこの内容だったら大満足です。

I signed up for this tour, which has a longer stay than others. However, three hours is barely enough. Even just securing a spot for the penguin walk takes up time, and you have to stand still in the cold. I recommend dressing warmly during the snowy season. There were also fun talks from the guide about Hokkaido's quirks, making it enjoyable beyond just the zoo. Thank you very much.

他のツアーよりも滞在時間の長いこちらのツアーに申し込みました。
しかし、３時間じゃ足りないくらいです。
ペンギンの散歩の場所取りでも、時間を使ってしまいます。しかも、寒い中じっとして。
雪の時期には、防寒をしっかりしていく事をお勧めします。
ガイドさんの北海道あるある話など、楽しいトークもあり、動物園以外にも楽しめました。ありがとうございました。

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Driver Matsuzaki (I apologize if I misheard your name) for your polite and safe driving. The next day, I participated in a half-day sightseeing bus tour in Sapporo, and I was very happy when the driver recognized me and said, "You're the one from yesterday."

I also appreciate all the consideration you showed regarding my shoes. I was truly impressed when I saw the guide bowing his head while driving in response to the guide's "Thank you." He is truly a wonderful person.

The guide for the Sapporo city tour was also very helpful. Everyone, including the driver and the guide, was fantastic, making for a very enjoyable trip.

As for the bus tour itself, despite the long itinerary of 10 hours, I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful snowy landscapes of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, and the time flew by.

On the next day's sightseeing in Sapporo, the Okurayama Jump Stadium and the Shiroi Koibito Park were also very nice.

In closing, thank you very much to the driver and the guide for a truly enjoyable trip.

先ずは、松崎ドライバーさん（お名前を聞き間違えていましたら申し訳ありません）の、丁寧で安全な運転に心より感謝いたします。
次の日にも札幌市内午前半日観光バスツアーに参加しましたが、その際に運転手さんから「昨日の方ですね」と覚えていていただき、大変嬉しく思いました。
また、靴の件でもいろいろとご配慮いただき、ありがとうございました。
ガイドさんの「ありがとうございました」に合わせて、運転しながら頭を下げておられる姿を拝見し、本当に素晴らしい方だなと感じました。
札幌市内観光のガイドさんにも大変お世話になりました。
このように、運転手さんやガイドさんが皆さま素敵な方々で、とても楽しい旅となりました。
肝心のバスツアーですが、10時間という長い行程にもかかわらず、支笏湖・洞爺湖・有珠山ロープウェイと、それぞれの美しい雪景色を満喫でき、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。
次の日の札幌観光では、大倉山ジャンプ競技場や白い恋人パークもとても良かったです。
最後になりますが、運転手さん、ガイドさん、楽しい旅を本当にありがとうございました。

→ The Tourist Information Center was closed before business hours, so we had to wait outside until the meeting time. There is an underground shopping area nearby, where we could wait and use the restrooms. Here, we checked in with the tour guide and boarded the bus.

→ Due to road conditions, we arrived about an hour late. In winter, the arrival time can be unpredictable due to snow, so it's recommended not to schedule anything for the night of the bus tour.

・集合場所:さっぽろテレビ塔（1階ツーリストインフォメーションセンター前）
→ツーリストインフォメーションセンターは営業時間前でしたので、屋内に入ることはできず集合時間までは基本屋外での待機でした。近くに地下街があるので、そこでの待機・お手洗いの利用ができました。こちらでツアーガイドの方から出席確認を受け、バスに乗り込みました。

・見学:ケンとメリーの木
・昼食:ハーブガーデン富良野
・見学:白ひげの滝
・休憩:岩見沢サービスエリア

・到着:さっぽろテレビ塔
→道路状況により、到着は1時間ほど遅延しました。冬季は雪の影響があり到着時間が読めないため、バスツアー当日の夜は予定をなるべく入れないことをおすすめします。

It was a snowy day due to the cold wave from the Sea of Japan, but fortunately, the snow stopped at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. We enjoyed a wonderful view from Mount Usu.

日本海からの寒波で雪の多い日でしたが、幸い、支笏湖と洞爺湖では雪が止みました。有珠山からは、素晴らしい景色を楽しめました。

Most of the announcements were in Chinese, and there were no announcements in Japanese. The content and timing of the announcements in English and Chinese were too different.

中国語での案内がほとんどで、日本語の案内はなし。英語と中国語の案内の内容と時間に差がありすぎました。

Since the snow was expected to be heavy, I was a bit worried about the optional tour with the bus, but it turned out to be completely fine. In fact, the tour was wonderful with the penguin walk, the icicles at the waterfall, and the beautiful snowy scenery.

Our guide, Mr. Wang, spoke in three languages during our travels, so I never got bored, and he also taught us how to navigate around the zoo. Thank you, Mr. Wang! The bus was clean, and his cheerful atmosphere was great as well.

雪がすごいだろうから、バスとかちょっと心配だったオプショナルツアーだけど、全然大丈夫でした。むしろペンギン散歩とか、滝のつららとか、雪景色とかとても素敵なツアーでした。
ガイドの翁さんがいろいろ移動中３カ国語でおはなししてくれたから、退屈することもなくあっというまで、動物園の周り方も教えてくれたりして、翁さんありがとう！バスもきれいで、翁さんの明るい雰囲気も良かったです。

I thought about going by public transportation myself, but it seemed a bit difficult, so I joined a tour. It was great to efficiently visit tourist spots that are hard to navigate on my own. The Okurayama Jump Stadium was more impressive than I expected, and there was a beautiful rainbow at just the right moment.

自分で公共機関で行こうかとも思ったのですが、ちょっと行きにくそうだったので、ツアーに参加しました。個人では生きにくい観光地を効率よく回ってくれたので、でツアーに参加して良かったです。大倉山ジャンプ競技場は思ったよりすごかったですし、ちょうど虹が出て素敵でした。

Shopping at the outlet was the most exciting! I couldn't cover everything in 90 minutes, but I focused on specific areas and made some great purchases. Overall, it was a lot of fun.

This time, we happened to have a small group for the tour. I'm so glad I went to the Okurayama Jump Stadium! It was great to see! The view from the observation deck was amazing, not only capturing the excitement of the jump but also offering a panoramic view of the city of Sapporo. The Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill showcased a winter wonderland unique to this season, complete with a statue of Dr. Clark, roasting marshmallows over a campfire, and it turned out to be a more enjoyable tour than I had imagined! ❣️

今回はたまたま少人数での催行。大倉山のジャンプ競技場、行って良かった！見て良かった！展望台からの眺めは、ジャンプ台の臨場感のみならず、札幌の街並みも一望できて最高でした。羊ヶ丘展望台は、この時期ならではの白銀の世界、クラーク博士の像、焚き火でのマシュマロ、想像以上の楽しいツアーでした❣️

The heavy snowfall the day before caused the bus to slip and have an accident on the way to the meeting point, and we had to wait quite a while under the TV tower until the replacement vehicle arrived. It was cold. The content of the tour was good.

前日の大雪で、バスが集合場所に行く途中でスリップ事故を起こし、代車が到着するまでかなりテレビ塔の下で待たされました。寒かったです。ツアーの内容はgoodでした。

The guide explained the surroundings and our destination in three languages, which was enjoyable. I used this service because it was more cost-effective than exploring Sapporo on my own, and I was quite satisfied with it. I think it was a seasonal issue, but the snow leopards and other feline creatures I was looking forward to seeing were all sleeping, so I couldn't see their faces very well, haha. Still, the zoo was a lot of fun. The only disappointment was the lunch; there wasn't anything that looked delicious, and as expected, it wasn't tasty. However, the Furano melon was incredibly delicious, so I thought that was a nice trade-off. At the photo spots, they took a lot of pictures for us.

ガイドさんが3カ国後で道中付近や行く先の説明をしてくださり楽しかったです。札幌から自分で回るよりお得だったので利用しましたが満足度はかなり高かったです。時期の問題だと思いますが楽しみにしていたユキヒョウや猫科？の生き物はみんな寝ていて顔があまり見えませんでした笑それでも動物園はとても楽しかったです。唯一残念なのはランチで、美味しそうなものがなく案の定美味しくなかったですが富良野メロンがすごく美味しかったのでいいかなって思いました。フォトスポットでは写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。

You can only reach Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Noboribetsu Onsen by car. It's possible to visit all of them in a single day trip from Sapporo, making for a fulfilling day! Since it was right during the autumn foliage season, the views from the bus were fantastic!

I received great recommendations for how to spend my free time and what souvenirs to buy, which made the experience truly enjoyable. The guide was excellent, making the tour even more wonderful.

車でしか行けない洞爺湖、昭和新山、登別温泉。札幌から日帰りで全て回れて充実した1日が過ごせます！
ちょうど紅葉シーズンだったのでバスからの景色も最高！
自由散策中の過ごし方やお土産のオススメも教えてもらい本当にに至れり尽くせりで楽しめました。

I was able to see many places on the one-day tour, but I had a hard time finding a lunch spot. Since there were few restaurants, it might be easier if lunch was included.

1日のツアーで何ヶ所も観られたが、昼食場所を探すのが苦労した。店が少なかったので昼食付きの方が苦労しないかも知れない。

It was a Jozankei tour, but it was just a round trip from Sapporo/Susukino to Jozankei. At this rate, it might have been cheaper to just take a regular bus round trip. In fact, there were only three participants in the tour... If it's going to be called a tour, they should include meals or add sightseeing spots; otherwise, I think the price is too high for what you get.

定山渓ツアーでしたが、札幌／すすきの→定山渓を往復するだけでした。これでは、ツアーじゃなく、路線バスで往復したほうが安上がりだったかもしれません。実際、参加したメンバーも3人だけだったので…。ツアーと名乗る以上、食事付きにしたり、観光地巡りを付けないと、これでは、料金の割には高いと思います。

I have visited Furano many times, but this is my first time visiting during this season. As expected, the lavender season was over, but I was able to enjoy plenty of other colorful flowers. The lunch was delicious, and I also took a tour of the Blue Pond... I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Furano efficiently. I highly recommend it.

富良野には何度も訪れたことがありますが、この時期に訪れるのは初めて。さすがにラベンダーの季節は終わっていましたが、その他彩り鮮やかな花々で充分楽しめました。
ランチも美味しかったし、青い池まで巡ったり...効率的に富良野観光を楽しむことができました。オススメです。

The guide and driver worked together smoothly to accommodate us. Managing time well is essential for such extensive travel. Most of the group were foreigners, but everything went nicely without any delays. The guide's knowledge of the area and restaurants was top-notch and couldn't be better!

We left Sapporo, enjoyed some potatoes at a mountain pass, efficiently visited Lake Toya and Noboribetsu, and we were lucky to have some sunny moments along the way. It was also Black Friday, and the last mall was great!

ガイドさんと運転手さんの連携でスムーズに対応いただきました。あれだけの移動はタイムマネジメントがうまくないと無理でしょうね。外国の方がほとんどでしたが、特に遅れもなくナイスでした。ガイドさんの地域やレストランの知識は最高で申し分なしです♪
札幌から出て、峠でジャガイモを食べて、洞爺湖と登別を効率的にまわり、途中から晴れ間も出てついてました。ブラックフライデーでもあり最後のモールもグーでした。

The itinerary for each attraction was well arranged, and the guide, Sun, was very attentive. The explanations for each spot were very detailed, and there were also great product recommendations. I hope to have the opportunity to join again next time!

It was mid-November, but there was more snow than I expected, so the bus transportation was very helpful.

It was unfortunate that there were many foreign tourists who were late.

We participated as a couple. We were able to see Mount Yotei and efficiently visit the highlights. I thought the last stop at Mitsui Outlet could have been a bit shorter.

夫婦で参加させていただきました。羊蹄山も見ることができ、見どころを効率的訪れることができました。最後の三井アウトレットは、もう少し短くてもいいかなと思いました。

I was taken to places that are hard to visit on my own, like Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, the Bear Ranch (additional fee), and Noboribetsu! Each stop was brief, so some might feel it wasn't enough time to really explore. For us, it was a fulfilling experience. Thank you!

I participated in a half-day course, and thanks to the guide who kept us entertained the entire time, I made wonderful memories. Even in a short time, I was able to fully enjoy Sapporo. When I got off the lift at Okurayama Jump Stadium, it was thrilling, but it felt great. I was unsure how to spend my time until my return, but I’m glad I joined because of the guide's warm personality. They waved goodbye to me until the very end.

半日のコースで参加しましたが、時間一杯楽しませて下さるガイドさんおかげで素敵な思い出になりました。短い時間でも札幌を満喫できました。大倉山ジャンプ場のリフトを降りる時は、迫力がありましたが、気持ち良かったです。一人帰りまでの時間をどうしようかと思い参加しましたが、とても温かい人柄のガイドさんのおかげで参加して良かったと思いました。最後まで手を振って見送り下さいました。

I felt that a three-hour stay, including time for arrival and meals, was just right. Since it was a round-trip bus ride, it was stress-free and easy even with kids. The driver was kind, and the veteran bus guide's stories were very enjoyable. I was able to hear a variety of explanations about the places the bus passed, historical anecdotes, and recommendations for souvenirs, which made it a lot of fun. In individual travel, you don't get to hear such stories, so it was really great.

到着して食事を摂る時間などを入れ3時間の滞在はちょうどよいと感じました。
往復バス移動なので子連れでもストレスなく楽チンでした♪
運転手さんは優しく、ベテランバスガイドさんの話しはとても楽しかったです。
バスが通る場所の解説や歴史のお話、おすすめのお土産など、多岐に渡るお話しが聞け、楽しかったです。
個人旅行だとそういった話を聞く事がないので、とても良かったです。

Feeding the bears was fun. The bears' actions when I fed them were interesting. It was amusing to see the bears banging on the iron fence when I couldn't throw the food near them.

クマへの餌やりは楽しかったです。エサをやったときのクマの仕草が面白かった。クマの付近に投げれなければクマが鉄柵を叩く仕草は面白かった。

Since there were fewer participants than usual, I was able to have enjoyable interactions with the wonderful guide, driver, and other participants. We traveled while admiring the beautiful autumn leaves of Hokkaido from the window. At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, we couldn't ride the lift because the competition was the next day, but I was moved to see famous athletes practicing their jumps! Despite the unfortunate weather, I created even more wonderful memories of Hokkaido.

たまたま参加人数が少なかったこともあり、素敵なガイドさんや運転手さん、他の参加者さんとも楽しい交流ができて良かったです。車窓からは北海道の素晴らしい紅葉を眺めながらの移動。大倉山ジャンプ競技場では翌日が試合日だったためリフトには乗れませんでしたが、有名選手の練習ジャンプを観ることができて感動しました！あいにくの天気でしたが、それ以上に楽しい北海道の思い出ができました。

I used VELTRA on October 11. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time using it, but both the guide and the driver were very kind, and I was able to visit various places effectively without wasting time. I would like to participate in a different location next time.

VELTRAは、初めての利用で多少不安かありましたが、ガイドさんも運転手さんも凄く親切で、時間を無駄にすることなく、効果的に各地を見学できました。
また、今度は違う場所にも参加したいと思います。
