The tour company was like "Kkday," and there was a bit of a mishap during the gathering time, but I managed to participate somehow.

The group consisted of a big family from Indonesia, several groups of Taiwanese, and me (a Japanese), so the guide communicated in English and Mandarin, while details like the meeting time were conveyed individually in Japanese. Since I understand a little English, I didn't feel alienated without Japanese; in fact, I found the perspective from foreigners to be interesting.

The itinerary was efficient and well-planned, but the lunch buffet was disappointing. I wanted to get a second helping, but I gave up because other groups arrived and formed a line.

The driver was Japanese, skilled at driving, and very friendly. The guide was a wonderful Taiwanese man (with a Japanese wife) who was very knowledgeable about Hokkaido. He provided a lot of helpful information, such as the best positions for photos and recommended shops.

ツアー会社は「Kkday」のようで集合時ハプニングがありましたが、なんとか参加できました。

客はインドネシアのbig familyと台湾人のグループ数組＆私（日本人）だったので、ガイドは英語と北京語、集合時間などは個別に日本語で伝えられました。私は少し英語がわかるので日本語がなくても疎外感はなく、むしろ外国人目線の案内が面白かったです。

効率よく回れて行程は良かったのですが、Lunch Buffetが残念でした。おかわりしかったけれど他の団体が着いて行列になっていたので断念しました。

driverさんは日本人で運転がお上手で気さくな方でした。ガイドさんは素晴らしく気配りのできる台湾人男性（日本人妻）で北海道のことをよくご存じでした。写真のbest positionやおすすめのお店等お役立ち情報をたくさん教えてくださいました。

The jump site had guides, allowing us to see things up close and ride the lift, which exceeded my expectations in terms of satisfaction. I have a fear of heights, so I was trembling while going down the lift, but I’m glad I rode it! The observation deck coincided with a school trip, making it difficult to take photos at the popular spots, and the sheep were having their feeding time in the barn, but I was still able to see the sheep, ring the bell, and enjoy the beautiful views. The bus also had a great audio guide, providing explanations for about 15 spots even from the window, giving a sense of touring around Sapporo. I recommend this for those who want to efficiently visit tourist spots in a short time! I’m glad I used this service.

ジャンプ場はガイドもあり、間近で見たり、リフトに乗ったり、期待以上の満足感でした。高所恐怖症なので震えながらリフトを下りましたが乗って良かったです！展望台は修学旅行生と時間が重なり、写真スポットでの撮影が難しく、羊も小屋でエサタイムでしたが、一応羊も見られたし、鐘をならしたり、見晴らしの良い景色が楽しめました。バスの中でもイヤホンガイドが充実していて、見学は車窓からの一瞬でも15個くらいのスポットの説明があり札幌を周遊した感がありました。短時間で効率よく観光スポットを回りたい人にはオススメです♪利用して良かったです。

It was a rainy day, but the guide's explanations were pleasant and the lunch was very delicious. I participated in another tour course before, and I was impressed by the guide's extensive knowledge. I would like to participate again.

There are few bus tours that go to Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond, and I finally found this one, so I decided to participate.

The lunch with the hamburger and cheese fondue was delicious. The audio guide was interesting, and the time on the bus flew by.

Since it was a bus tour, I can't complain too much, but I would have liked to spend more time at Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond instead of stopping at multiple souvenir shops. After the lavender season, Farm Tomita was just a souvenir shop selling lavender goods, so I thought it would be nice to change the locations we visit depending on the season.

I would be happy if there were various types of tours, even if the tour price were a bit higher.

四季彩の丘と青い池に行けるバスツアーの種類が少なく、やっと見つけたのがこちらのツアーだったので参加しました。

ランチのハンバーグとチーズフォンデュが美味しかったです。また音声ガイドが興味深く、バス車内の時間があっという間でした。

バスツアーなので文句は言えませんが、お土産を買う場所をいくつもまわるなら四季彩の丘と青い池でもっとゆっくり過ごしたかったです。ラベンダーの季節が終わったファーム富田はラベンダーグッズを売るお土産屋でしかなかったので時期ごとに周る場所を変えてもいいのにと思いました。

ツアー料金がもっと高くてもいいので、いろんなパターンのツアーがあると嬉しいです。

The weather was not very good, with rain followed by clouds, but even so, the contrast of the autumn leaves, the flower fields in Biei, and the blue pond had a different charm compared to when the sky is clear, and it was nice. The lunch was also tastier than I expected.

天気が　雨のち曇りで　あまり良くなかったですが　それでも　紅葉と美瑛の花畑　青い池などのコントラストが青空の時と違った情緒があり良かったです。昼食のランチも思ったより美味かったです。

The tour went smoothly as scheduled.

The flowers were beautiful, which was great.

I also enjoyed the hamburger, it was delicious.

This was my first visit to Hokkaido with my child. I considered renting a car to explore, but with limited time, I thought a bus tour would be the most efficient way to visit the attractions, so I booked this plan.

Actually, I had been to Biei and Furano once during a company trip in my twenties, and I couldn't forget the beauty of Biei that I saw back then, which is why I decided to join this tour.

Since it was a group tour with set times, the duration at each location was shorter than I expected, but I still had a great time. I think it's really affordable to visit so many attractions and enjoy a delicious lunch for under 10,000 yen.

What impressed me the most this time were the bus guide and driver who took us to the locations. They were considerate because I had a small child with me, and they kindly provided detailed information about souvenir shops I inquired about, which was really helpful. Thank you very much.

If I have the opportunity to travel to Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to use this service.

今回初めて親子で訪れる北海道。レンタカーでの周遊も考えましたが、時間が限られる中、効率よく観光スポットを巡るにはバスツアーが最適と考え、こちらのプランを予約させていただきました。
実は美瑛と富良野、20代の頃一度社員旅行で来たことがあったのですが、あの時に見た美瑛の美しさが忘れられず、私の一存でこのツアーの参加となります。
決められた時間での団体旅行ということもあるので、一カ所の滞在時間は思った以上に短かったですが、それでも十分楽しめました。これだけ色々な観光地に連れてって下さり、おいしい昼食も食べることができて1万円以下というのは本当に安いと思います。
そして今回、何よりも印象に残ったのは、現地まで案内してくださったバスガイドさんと運転手さんです。小さい子供連れということでご配慮下さったり、ツアーとは別に、こちらから尋ねた土産店の事まで丁寧に教えていただいて本当に助かりました。本当にありがとうございました。
また北海道に旅行に来る機会があれば、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思っています。」

I thoroughly enjoyed the zoo. The variety of animal feeding shows was great. I watched the polar bear feeding show, and I also caught glimpses of deer and seals as I passed by.

The Blue Pond in Biei and Shirahige Falls are also breathtaking.

動物園満喫できました。
各動物の餌やりショーもラインナップ豊富で良かったです。白クマの餌やりショーを見ましたが、他にもシカ、アザラシ等も通りすがりにチラ見できました。

美瑛の青い池、白鬚の滝も絶景です。

The scenery was very beautiful. I was satisfied because I could freely enjoy views that I usually don't get to see. I was so engaged in the guide's stories that I didn't get bored during the bus ride.

I thought it would be mostly foreigners. After participating, I found that about 30% were locals. The tour guide was very kind.

The guide was friendly and it was fun! My first time in Hokkaido was great! Asahiyama Zoo has many highlights, and the exhibits are detailed and interesting!

The guide didn't provide much explanation while speaking, which was disappointing. They also weren't very proficient in Japanese. I wish this had been clearly stated at the beginning.

ガイド、言いながらあまり説明がなく、残念でした。日本語もあまり堪能なガイドさんではなかったので。。そういう明記を最初か、して欲しいです。

I wish the visiting hours for the Blue Pond were a bit longer. I guess it's understandable since it's not summer. Everything else was very good, and the lunch was delicious. Thank you to the guide and the driver.

青い池の観光時間をもう少し長くしてほしかったです。

Catherine and the driver were both pleasant, making for a comfortable trip. When we were waiting at a photo spot and foreign visitors weren't moving aside, they handled the situation by communicating in a foreign language, which was reassuring.

This tour is satisfying for those who want to see a lot in one day, even though the time spent at each sightseeing spot is short. There were many international tourists on board, and since there were few Japanese participants, the tour guide mostly spoke in Chinese for the international guests, occasionally providing guidance in Japanese as well. I was able to take many photos and have a great time throughout the day.

1日でたくさんまわるのでそれぞれの観光地の滞在時間は短いですが、一度に欲張りたい方には満足できるツアーです。
海外からの観光者がたくさん同乗されており、日本人の方が少なかったため、添乗員のガイドさんは海外からの観光客様向けにほとんど中国語でお話されており時々日本語でもガイドしていただきました。
1日たくさん写真を撮ったり楽しい時間を過ごせました。

The bus guide, dressed in a uniform and cap reminiscent of the Showa era, had a clear, announcer-like voice and a wealth of knowledge that kept us engaged throughout the long bus ride. It turned out to be a fun day trip bus tour.

アナウンサーのような透き通るような声と豊富な知識に長いバス乗車も飽きさせずことなく、楽しい日帰りバスツアーとなりました。

Thank you for your hard work, guide. I was impressed by your ability to speak Japanese, English, and Chinese. It felt a bit strange to be guided through Japan's famous spots by someone from abroad. Many shops at the tourist sites seemed closed, possibly due to the impact of COVID-19, which made the places feel a bit desolate.

ガイドさんお疲れ様でした。日本語、英語、中国語を駆使されて感心しました。日本の名所を外国の方にガイドしてもらうって…なんか不思議な感じでした。
観光地はコロナの影響かやってない店も多く寂れた感じでした。

I wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, not just Sapporo, so I joined this tour! It was more economical than traveling on my own, but the lunch buffet was a bit disappointing.
There were 15 participants in a microbus, which made it easy to navigate compared to the larger tourist buses. The guide wore a bright red jacket, which served as a good landmark! The guide, who is from Hong Kong, was cheerful and energetic, speaking four languages and guiding us on time. Before we arrived at Asahiyama Zoo, he explained about Japanese tourist spots and recommended foods and souvenirs in English and Chinese for about 30 minutes. I couldn't understand everything, but I thought it was amazing that he could speak four languages! His Japanese wasn't fluent, so I wished he would speak a bit slower; it was hard to catch everything with his fast pace!
Asahiyama Zoo was fun, and the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were beautiful! This tour, which takes you to your destination even if you sleep, is the best!

札幌だけじゃなくせっかくなら旭山動物園に行ってみたいと思いこのツアーに参加！個人的に移動するよりお得でしたがランチビュッフェはいまいちでした！
参加者15人でマイクロバスでしたが大型観光バスが多い中迷わずにすみました！
ガイドの方が赤い派手なジャンパーを着用していたのでそれも目印になりました！香港出身のガイドさんは4ヵ国語話せる明るく元気な方で時間きっちり参加者を誘導してくれました。旭山動物園に到着する前に英語と中国語で日本の観光地やそこでおすすめの食べ物やお土産などの説明を30分位していて全内容はほぼ理解できない私ですが4ヵ国語話せる人って凄いなぁと思います！日本語はペラペラではないのでもう少しゆっくり話してほしかった。早口で聞き取りにくかった！
旭山動物園は楽しかったし、青い池と白髭の滝は綺麗でした！
目的地まで寝てても連れて行ってくれるツアーは最高です♪

During the summer, there are local buses running to Cape Kamoi, but since they are infrequent, a bus tour is convenient if you want to sightsee along the way. I participated alone, and I was able to enjoy it without any inconvenience.

夏季は神威岬まで路線バスが運行されていますが本数が少ないため、途中のスポットで観光しようと思うとバスツアーが便利です。
一人で参加しましたが、何ら不自由なく楽しめました。

I had only thought of a uniformed female bus guide, but it turned out to be a stylish male guide who spoke four languages. The announcements along the way were entertaining, and we were blessed with good weather, making it a fun tour for the day. However, the meal was far from what was advertised as a gourmet lunch. If the meal content were better, I would definitely want to join this bus tour again.

制服の女性バスガイドさんとばかり思っていましたが、四カ国語を操るオシャレな男性ガイドさんでした。
道中のアナウンスも面白く、お天気にも恵まれ1日楽しいツアーとなりました。
ただお食事がとてもグルメランチと言う宣伝とはかけ離れていました。
お食事内容がよければ、また参加したいバスツアーです。

You can choose from four types of audio guides using headphones on the bus. The guide provided detailed explanations, and I learned a lot about the history of Hokkaido. I would like to participate again if I have the opportunity.

Even if you have made an online reservation and payment, you need to exchange your ticket at a counter a little further away, so make sure to arrive early.

Traveling alone, it's very economical when considering transportation costs. The distance from Sapporo to Asahikawa was further than I expected.

ひとり旅なので、交通費を考えると、たいへんお得です。　札幌から旭川は、思った以上に遠いところでした。

Due to a highway closure, our itinerary had to be significantly changed, but we were able to include Nakayama Pass in the plan and see a beautiful sunset. The guide spoke three languages, and the participants were quite global. Everyone gathered on time.

高速道路の通行止めにより行程が大幅に変更になってしまいましたが、中山峠をプランに入れていただき美しい夕陽を見ることができました。
ガイドさんは3カ国語を喋れる方で、参加者もグローバルでした。
みなさん集合時間にはきちんと集まっておられました。

I booked a tour with my wife for a long-awaited trip to Hokkaido. Shortly after departure, there was a problem with the toll road in the central region, which required a change in plans. However, we arrived in Sapporo on time, thanks to which we were able to have dinner at the restaurant we reserved. The guide's ability to switch between three languages during the tour was wonderful. I would like to use this service again.

久しぶりの北海道観光で奥さんと一緒にツアー申し込みました。
出発早々に道央道が通行止めのトラブルが有り予定変更がありましたが
終わってみれば予定通りの時間で札幌着おかげで予約お店で夕食食べれました。ガイドさんの3ヶ国語使い分けての案内素晴らしいかったです。
また利用してみたいです。

I traveled alone to Sapporo for some errands. I found a day tour that I could join since I had a free day. The weather was initially forecasted to be rainy, but by the time we arrived at Cape Kamui, the weather turned out to be quite nice, and I was able to see the beautiful Shakotan Blue sea! Since it was September, there were no bafun uni, but I was able to order some murasaki uni as an extra. On the way back, we stopped by a sake brewery, but I really wanted to visit a roadside station where I could buy local Hokkaido products. That was the only disappointment.

札幌へ所用で一人旅。1日予定が空いたので日帰りで行けて1人参加OKのツアーを探していてみつけました。お天気も雨予想がくつがえり神威岬に着くころにはまずまずの天気となりキレイな積丹ブルーの海が見れました！9月だったのでバフンウニはありませんでしたが追加注文でムラサキウニは食べれました。帰りに酒蔵へ寄りましたが、それよりも北海道の物産が買える道の駅に行きたかったです。そこだけが残念。

After the end of the pandemic, I visited Noboribetsu and Lake Toya in Sapporo for the first time in a while, and I was saddened to see that all the hotels and souvenir shops that used to be there have closed down and disappeared. The Hell Valley was also desolate, with no people around, and my previous image of the place was shattered, leaving me disappointed. There weren't many foreign visitors either, which made it feel quiet and lonely.

I participated on September 29. I was first surprised that half of the participants were from China and that the tour guide was also Chinese. I was impressed by how fluently they explained in both Japanese and Chinese, and I felt they were a friendly guide. However, at each sightseeing spot, the pushiness of the shops was overwhelming, with the shopkeepers saying they would provide service because they knew each other, and I was personally pressured to buy things... I was disappointed to think that their kindness was just for this reason. It was a wonderful course, but when I said goodbye as I got off, I was ignored. Was it because I didn't buy the souvenirs they recommended?

9月29日に参加しました。中国の方が半分参加しているという事、添乗員が中国の方という事にまず驚きました。
大変流暢に日本語と中国語で説明してらして感心し、対応もフレンドリーな添乗員と感じましたが、観光地ごとに売店の売り込みが凄くて、売店の方と知り合いだからサービスするとか、個人的に売り込まれたり…。親切に接して来るのもこの為かとがっかりしました。
ステキなコース巡りだったのに…、下車する時挨拶したら無視されました。勧められたおみやげを買わなかったから？

Ninety percent of the participants were from overseas, and I was initially anxious, but our tour guide, Catherine, explained everything in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Each of her responses was filled with a desire for us to enjoy Japan and return home happy. It was a very enjoyable tour.

参加者の9割は海外の方で、最初不安でしたが、添乗員のキャサリンさんが、日本語・英語・中国語で説明いただき、対応の一つ一つが、日本を楽しんで帰ってほしいという気持ちが溢れてて、とても楽しいツアーでした。

The weather and scenery were great, and it was very healing. It seems a fox appeared during the drive, and the driver and bus guide told us about it (I missed it, though, haha). If I had visited alone, I wouldn't have noticed many things, but the tour helped deepen my understanding. The cheese fondue for lunch was also excellent, and I was able to enjoy the melon and lavender soft serve that I had been curious about, so it was a very satisfying tour.

天気も風景も良く癒されました。運転途中、キツネも出たみたいで、運転手さんやバスガイドさんが教えてくれました。(私は見れず笑)
1人で訪れてたら気づかない事もツアーだと教えて貰えるので、理解も深まりました。
お昼ご飯のチーズフォンデュも最高でしたし、気になっていたメロンもラベンダーソフトも堪能できたので大満足なツアーでした。

I chose this course with a slightly later morning departure, and I was very satisfied with the content. The bus guide was kind, and even though the guidance was through headphones, it was good that I could concentrate and listen well. I thought driving a rental car to Furano would be tiring for just one person, so I opted for the bus tour, and it was truly the right decision. The itinerary included Tomita Farm, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond, which were all fulfilling experiences. Thank you very much.

朝の出発が少し遅めのこちらのコースにして、内容も充実していてとても満足しました。
バスガイドさんも優しく、案内はヘッドホンでしたが、こちらも集中して聞くことが出来て良かったです。
富良野へレンタカーはちょっと1人の運転では疲れるな、と思いバスツアーにしましたが、ホント正解でした。
富田ファーム、四季彩の丘、青の池と充実した内容。
