The multilingual guide was wonderful.
The weather was decent. A scorching summer in Hokkaido.

Since I was deeply impressed by the Furano course I took previously, the combination of mountain roads, rocky mountains, lakes, and the sea felt monotonous.
The bear ranch had both Noboribetsu and Showa Shinzan, and I visited the latter. The bears screaming from their cages were tough for me to handle.

The price is justified.
The Furano course was just too good.

The guide was truly a wonderful person.

3カ国語ガイドさんが素敵でした。
天気はまずまず。猛暑の北海道。

以前回った富良野コースが大感動だっただけに、山道と岩山と湖、海…の組み合わせは、単調に思えました。
クマ牧場は登別と昭和新山があって、行ったのは後者。数頭の檻の中から叫ぶ熊は、私には酷でした。

料金には見合ってます。
富良野コースが良すぎるのです。

ガイドさん、本当に素敵な方でした。

This is a tour that takes you from Sapporo to Furano and Biei, running from morning until night. It's a bit intense, but I was very satisfied with the included lunch. The flower fields were filled with a variety of colorful flowers and were very beautiful. The hamburger lunch included in the tour was freshly made and delicious. The pudding at the Blue Pond is highly recommended.

朝から夜まで、札幌から富良野、美瑛を巡るツアーです。ハードですが、ランチ付きで大満足でした。
お花畑は、色とりどりのお花が咲いており、とても綺麗でした。
ツアーに含まれる、ハンバーグランチが出来たてで美味しかったです。
青い池のプリンはおすすめです。

The guide's talk was very easy to listen to, filled with information I wanted to know, and it was a comfortable bus trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the zoo and was very satisfied.

ガイドさんのお話もとても聞きやすく、知りたい情報満載で、快適なバスの旅でした。動物園を満喫できて大満足です。

The day I participated, the weather was unfortunately bad, but I was able to visit all the sightseeing spots I wanted to and had an efficient tour. There were many participants who came alone as well. I was able to relax while listening to the audio guide. The lunch was delicious too. Since the weather was too bad, I would like to go again when it's sunny!

参加した日はあいにくのお天気でしたが行ってみたかった観光名地を全て回れて効率良い観光が出来ました。一人参加の方も多かったです。音声ガイドを聴きながらのんびり出来ました。お昼ごはんも美味しかったです。天気が悪すぎたので今度また晴れている時に行きたいです！

On my first trip to Hokkaido, I participated in day trip bus tours to Showa Shinzan, Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and more. Hokkaido is vast, and I was worried about driving myself and the time it would take, but by joining the tour, I was able to efficiently visit the sightseeing spots without the stress of driving.

初めての北海道旅行、昭和新山、洞爺湖、支笏湖、他の日帰りバスツアーに参加させてもらいました。広い北海道、自分達の運転では不安もあり時間もかかりそうだったのですが、ツアーに参加することで、運転で神経を使うことなく効率よく観光地を回ることができました。

I participated in a bus tour for the first time since I was on a business trip and it was quite challenging to travel alone by car on the weekend. Since it was Sunday, most people joined in groups, so I felt a bit lonely being by myself. However, I enjoyed it while feeling comforted by the kind tone of the guide. The weather was nice, and the beautiful scenery made for a great day of sightseeing. The lunch was even more delicious than I had imagined, and although I usually leave food behind, I finished everything. I was most looking forward to the blue pond, but it was unfortunate that we didn't have enough time. For those who can't plan their own itinerary, a bus tour is the best option.

出張で来ていて土日は、お休みのため1人で車移動もなかなか大変なのでバスツアーに初参加。
日曜日なので、ほとんどの方が多数での参加でした。
1人は、3組くらいで少し寂しくもありました。
それでも、ガイドさんの優しい口調でほっこりしながら楽しみました。
お天気もよくて綺麗な景色で1日で観光できよかったです。ランチも想像していたものより美味しく
いつも残してしまいますが完食。
青い池が1番楽しみだったのですが
時間に余裕がなかったのが残念。
自分で予定立てられない方にはバスツアーは、最高ですよ。

It was a clear day in September, and the sky was beautiful. The main focus was the audio guide, but the guide shared interesting trivia, allowing us to make the most of our limited time and enjoy ourselves. Lunch at Furano Wine House was very delicious, and the hamburger was the best! I was also able to enjoy the original Furano mochi from Campana Rokkatei, which was very tasty! Although it wasn't lavender season at Farm Tomita, it was a perfect place to buy souvenirs, and I was able to get a cute lavender plate! At Shikisai no Oka, sunflowers and petunias were in full bloom, and it was very beautiful. The Blue Pond was even bluer than I had expected. I was able to take some lovely photos. On the way back, I was dropped off at the Clock Tower, so I took some pictures there before heading home. It was so much fun. I highly recommend it to anyone who is unsure! Please give it a try!

9月の晴れた日でとても空が綺麗でした。基本は音声ガイドですが、ガイドさんが豆知識を教えてくれるので、限られた中で時間を有効活用して楽しむことができました。ふらのワインハウスでの昼食もとても美味しくハンバーグが最高でした！カンパーナ六花亭オリジナルのふらの餅も無事に食べることができとてもおいしかったです！ファーム富田ではラベンダーの時期ではなかったもののお土産を買うのにぴったりの場所でかわいいラベンダープレートをゲットできました！四季彩の丘ではひまわりやペチュニアが咲き誇っており、とても綺麗でした。青い池も思ってた以上に青く。綺麗な写真を撮ることができました。帰りに時計台で下ろしてもらえたので時計台で写真も撮ってから帰りました。すごく楽しかったです。迷ってる方へおすすめです！ぜひ参加してみてください〜！

I participated on Friday, September 8th. On that day, there were about equal numbers of Japanese and Taiwanese participants, and we toured in a medium-sized bus. The tour guide was a Hong Kong man who provided guidance in Japanese and Mandarin. He was very friendly and had a great personality.

We visited the zoo, the Blue Pond, and a waterfall, and he provided detailed information about which women's restrooms were clean, which was very helpful. The zoo was enjoyable, and two hours was enough time to see the unique animals of Hokkaido up close.

I thought it would be better to wear comfortable shoes at the Blue Pond since the path was bumpy. The soft serve ice cream was delicious. We viewed the waterfall from a bridge, and it was very beautiful.

We were scheduled to arrive in Sapporo city around 7 PM, but we were able to return around 6:30 PM due to smooth progress. It was a very enjoyable tour. Thank you!

9月8日の金曜日に参加しました。当日は日本人と台湾人が半々くらいの人数で中型バスでの観光でした。
添乗員さんは香港人の男性で、日本語と北京語でガイドをしてくれました。ニコニコして人柄がとても良かったです。
動物園と青い池と滝を回りましたが、女性用トイレがどこが綺麗かという情報を細かく教えてくれたので、とても助かりました。
動物園は2時間あれば十分楽しむことができ、北海道ならではの動物を間近で見ることができて楽しかったです。
青い池は道がガタガタなので歩きやすい靴で行ったほうがいいなと思いました。ソフトクリームが美味しかったです。
滝は橋から眺めましたがとても綺麗でした。
19時過ぎに札幌市内到着予定でしたが、スムーズに進んだため18時半頃戻ることができました。
とても楽しいツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I chose this tour because I wanted to go from Sapporo to Furano on my first trip with my daughter. I had never been to Shikisai no Oka and the Blue Pond, but they were incredibly beautiful and left me in awe. The wide blue sky from Campana Rokkatei was wonderful. We had a morning meeting, and I had trouble finding the bus stop, so I walked around after arriving at the station, but other than that, the day went smoothly without any issues. I'm glad I chose this tour.

四季彩の丘と青い池は、行ったことがなかったのですが、とてもきれいで感動しました。
カンパーナ六花亭からの広い青空が素晴らしかったです。
朝の集合で、バス乗り場がわからなくて駅についてから歩き回りましたが、それ以外は問題なくスムーズに1日過ごせました

I participated alone, but I had a great time. I was guided by a bus guide from Hong Kong, who had a wonderful smile and was very kind and approachable. I thought it was amazing that they could speak three languages. They also took a lot of photos! Most of the participants were foreigners, with only a few Japanese. I would definitely like to participate again if I have the chance.

This is my second time. I was a bit disappointed that there were fewer flowers than I expected compared to last time.

However, the bus guide was very kind and provided a lot of detailed information right up until we got off, which was enjoyable and helpful.

During our trip to Hokkaido as a couple, we participated in a tour. There was an audio guide, but the guide shared the charm of Sapporo in a thoughtful manner, making it a wonderful memory.

夫婦で北海道旅行の際、ツアーに参加しました。音声ガイドはありましたが、ガイドさんが札幌の魅力を丁寧に伝えていただき良い想い出になりました

I was torn between plans that included the zoo, but I decided to go with this one because I wanted to enjoy the magnificent scenery of Hokkaido. It was a shame that the sky was cloudy, but I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go. Since it was a group activity, it was unavoidable to return to the bus within a limited time. If I have another opportunity, I’ve decided I want to visit some places at my own pace! Definitely during the lavender season!

Lunch was delicious and had a good portion size. Of course, drinks like wine are available for an additional charge. It might have been more enjoyable to have the dining table set for women, as it could have sparked more conversation. I was able to sit alone on the bus, which made it easy to relax and enjoy.

動物園の入ってるプランと迷いましたが、北海道の雄大な景色を堪能したいと思い、こちらに決めました。
曇り空やったのが残念でしたが、行きたいところ全て回れました
団体行動なので限られた時間でバスに戻ってくるのは仕方ない事。また機会があれば、個人でゆっくり行きたい場所も決まりました！ラベンダーの季節にも是非！
ランチも美味しくボリュームもありました。
もちろんワインなどの飲物は別料金で頼めます。
食事のテーブルは女性同士にしてもらった方が会話も弾んだかな？
バスの席は相席ではなく、1人で座れたので気楽に楽しめました。

Last year, I participated in a tour that included popular spots like Furano. My son was disappointed that we didn't have enough time at Asahiyama Zoo, so this year I chose a tour that only goes to Asahiyama Zoo.

As a result, it was a great decision. My son was very satisfied. The animals seemed lively and we had a lot of fun, possibly because the heat had settled down.

However, unrelated to the tour content, there were two pairs of parents with children around three years old sitting together, while two adults sat behind them. That was not good. The adults were either chatting or engrossed in their smartphones, while the kids were noisy and watching a tablet without headphones, causing sound leakage. They were completely unsupervised. They were even playing with the drink holders and almost broke them. When we finally got off the bus, the area under the seats where the kids were sitting was full of trash! Yet the parents nonchalantly got off without a care, which was shocking.

To participate in such an inexpensive tour and leave the bus in such a messy state... I will take this as a lesson.

去年は一番人気の富良野等にも行くツアーに参加。息子が旭山動物園の滞在時間が足りなかったと残念がっていたので、今年は旭山動物園だけ行ければいい、とこれを選んだ。
結果、大正解。息子も大満足。
動物さん達は、暑さも落ち着いたせいか皆元気でとっても楽しめた。


ツアー内容と関係ないが参加者の親子２組さん、３歳前後？の子供を2人で座らせ後ろに大人が２人で座ってた、あれはまずい。おばさん同士のお喋り又はスマホに夢中で、子供達が騒いだりタブレットをイヤホン無しで鑑賞しおもいっきり音漏れしてたり、が完全野放し。ドリンクホルダーで遊んで折りそうだったし。最後に降りた時には子供のいた座席下がゴミだらけ！なのに親は知らん顔で堂々と降りていって驚愕。

こんなお安くツアーに参加させて頂いておいて、バスをゴミだらけにして帰るとは…反面教師とします。

The Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill was late in the day, and the sheep had already gone into their barn. It seems that there are times when athletes practice at the Okurayama Ski Jump, but there were none on this day. It was nice to have someone take us there since both places are a bit inconvenient to reach on our own.

羊ヶ丘展望台は時間が遅く羊達も小屋に入っていた。大倉山スキー場は選手たちが練習している時もあるらしいがこの日はいなかった。いずれも自分達で行くには少し不便なので連れて行ってくれるのは良かった。

I decided to join the tour just two days prior and participated alone, but I had a great time. The duration at each sightseeing spot was just right, and I have no complaints. It was a very enjoyable experience that was worth the price.

I made a last-minute online reservation the night before my trip, but they handled everything without any issues. The guide was wonderful, providing explanations in three languages! The tour was packed with activities, but I was taken to places I wouldn't have been able to reach on my own, and I'm very satisfied that I chose this tour. There were only a few Japanese customers, but everyone was calm, and the bus was quiet, which was nice. Thank you very much. I look forward to your assistance when I visit Hokkaido again! 😊

弾丸旅行で前々日の夜に急遽ネット予約しましたが問題なく対応してもらえました。
ガイドさんは3カ国で説明してくれて素晴らしかったです！ツアーの内容は詰め詰めプランだけど、自分たちの足では行かれなかっただろう場所も最短ルートで連れてってもらえて、ツアーにしてよかったと大満足です。お客さんも日本人少ないけど穏やかでバス内も静かでよかったです。

The weather was different at each tourist spot. It's better to have a folding umbrella. Depending on the location, it varied between rain, clouds, and sunshine. Lake Toya and Showa Shinzan had good weather.

各観光地で天気が違った。折り畳み傘はあったほうがいいです。
場所によって、雨、曇り、晴れとまちまちでした。　洞爺湖、昭和新山は天気がよかった。

The weather was great, and the bus guide was very attentive and made the tour in Yoichi a lot of fun. I truly enjoyed my day. I strongly want to participate in another tour!

天気にも恵まれ、バスガイドさんもツアー先(余市)の方で、とても楽しく気遣いも沢山していただけ、本当に楽しく１日を過ごせました。
また別ツアーに参加させて頂きたいと強く思いました！

Since we were with small children, we chose this tour because the travel time was not too long, and there were breaks, allowing us to spend a good amount of time at the zoo. Aside from the meeting point being a bit hard to find, it was a very good tour. The guide's explanations during the trip were very clear, and the driving was very careful. As mentioned, we were able to relax at the zoo, which made our family very satisfied. Although this isn't about the content of the tour itself, I did notice that the café space at the ranch on the way back was not very large, and some participants had to eat their gelato standing up. Additionally, there were participants who did not adhere to the meeting time, which was a bit concerning.

小さい子供連れだったため、それほど移動時間が長くなく休憩時間も設定され、かつ動物園で長く過ごせるこちらのツアーを選びました。
集合場所が少しわかりずらかった点を除けばとても良いツアーでした。
道中でのガイドの方の説明はとても分かりやすく、また運転もとても丁寧でした。
上記のとおり動物園でゆっくり過ごせたため、家族の満足度も高かったです。
ツアーの中身自体の話ではないですが、帰路の牧場のカフェスペースが大きくなく、立ったままジェラートを食べざるを得なかったツアー参加者がいたことと、ツアー参加者の中で集合時間を守らなかった方が居た点は気になりました。

Shimamukui Coast and Cape Kamoi were beautifully clear. Since the waves were high and we couldn't board the boat, we returned earlier and got off the bus in Otaru, where we explored Otaru on our own.

島武意海岸と神威岬は晴れていたので最高に綺麗でした。波が高くて船に乗れなかったのでその分早く帰ることになり帰り小樽でバスを下ろしてもらい小樽観光も自分達でしました。

It was a long bus ride, but with the audio guide, I was able to pass the time without getting bored. There seemed to be some foreign travelers as well, but the bus was surprisingly quiet (perhaps the explanations were thorough).

The weather was nice, and I was able to see many beautiful landscapes. The highlight was Farm Tomita. Although the lavender season was over and I couldn't see it, I love the scent, so I bought various items at the souvenir shop. I recommend the potpourri that can be placed in a pillow; it has a lovely fragrance that is very soothing.

I was a bit disappointed that the lunch break was only about 50 minutes, which made me conscious of the time while eating. I might not have needed to order wine.

Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I would like to use this service again next time.

長時間のバス移動でしたが、音声ガイドもあり退屈せずに過ごせました。外国人の方もいらっしゃったようですが、車内はびっくりするくらい静かでした。（説明が行き届いているのかも）
天気もよく、素敵な景色を沢山みることができてよかったです。一番よかったのはファーム富田です。ラベンダーの時期は終わっていてみれませんでしたが、香りが大好きなので、お土産ショップでは色々と買わせてもらいました。おすすめは枕にしのばせるポプリで、いい香りで癒されます。
お昼の時の休憩時間が50分位しかなく、時間を気にしながらの食事だったのが少し残念でした。ワインは頼まなくてよかったかも。
でも全体的に満足度の高い内容で、次回も利用したいと思いました。

I proposed enjoying our favorite scenery on a bus tour with my family, feeling excited about trying a different tour company. However, I never want to use this company again. The driver's driving was reckless and rough, showing no consideration for the passengers. They seemed Chinese... I’m relieved we arrived without an accident, but the sightseeing content was wonderful, even if the time for sightseeing was short, so I was very satisfied despite the disappointing driving.

I was astonished by the reviews being accurate. The lunch buffet was terrible, and the women's restroom was unacceptable; it always seemed to need someone in charge of cleaning! The cleaning was insufficient, toilet paper was not flushed, there was a mountain of trash, and the water was not running for foreign guests... I stopped using the restroom. It was not hygienic at all. I was glad it was only 60 minutes. I wished there had been a Japanese guide so I could express my opinions... It was so dirty that I forgot to take pictures; I should have posted them. Given the surge in tourists during the COVID-19 pandemic, I hope they improve hygiene completely.

The only thing I enjoyed was buying lavender soft serve ice cream, which was delicious.

I really wanted to eat at Asahiyama Zoo without a meal. There were others who had similar experiences as described in the reviews. I felt that I wanted to avoid tour companies with bad reviews.

I was very surprised and flustered because the schedule on the website was different from the time announced on the day, and I had to return to the airport. I really wished the information had been updated consistently.

The tour itself was very good. The tour guide was also very dedicated and left a good impression!

Most of the participants were foreigners, but everyone had good manners and kept to the schedule.

ウェブ上のタイムスケジュールと、当日アナウンスされた時間が異なり、空港に帰らなければならなかったので、とても驚き焦りました

It was disappointing that the glass boat in Shakotan didn't set sail. The seafood bowl for lunch wasn't as good as I had hoped, and the sake brewery in Otaru (Tanakaya) was also a bit disappointing. However, the bus driver and the bus guide were really enjoyable. That was a saving grace.

積丹のグラスボートが出向せず、残念でした。昼食の海鮮丼も、期待していたほどではなく、小樽の酒蔵（田中屋）もちょっと残念。
バスの運転手さんやバスガイドさんはすごく楽し方でした。そこが救いかな。

The bus seats were narrow and my body started to hurt. The guide was Chinese and provided a trilingual guide, so it was busy listening, and the Japanese was sometimes a bit shaky.

This time, I visited Lake Toya, Noboribetsu Hell Valley, Showa Shinzan, and Cape Chikyu for the first time. It was a Sunday, but perhaps due to the heat, the bus and the places we visited weren't crowded.

At Cape Chikyu, the tour guide mentioned it might rain or be foggy, but it turned out well. We could see Mount Komagatake, though it was far away.

I was unsure about what to eat for lunch, but I decided to take some photos first, so we went to the lakeside of Lake Toya. After taking pictures, we went to a soba restaurant where the handmade soba was delicious, and the dipping sauce had a rich flavor. However, they didn't serve soba-yu.

It drizzled at the Silo Observation Deck. It poured heavily until we reached Lake Shikotsu, but the rain stopped after we arrived. The tour guide helped us find good photo spots and even took some pictures for us, which was really helpful. I was hesitant at first, but I'm glad I participated. Thank you very much.

今回、洞爺湖、登別地獄谷、昭和新山、地球岬すべて初めて行きました。
日曜日でしたが、厚さのためかバスも行ったところも混雑はしていませんでした。

　地球岬で雨か霧と添乗員さんが言っていましたが、良い方向に外れました。駒ヶ岳は見えました。遠いですね。

昼食に何を食べるか迷いましたが、とりあえず写真と言うことで、洞爺湖湖畔へ行き、写真撮影後に蕎麦屋さんへ手打ち蕎麦で、蕎麦つゆは出しがきいていて美味しかった。
　そば湯は、出ないんですね。

　サイロ展望台で雨がぱらつきました。
　支笏湖へ行くまで土砂降りでしたが、到着後は雨も上がりました。
　添乗員さんから、写真撮影スポットを教えて貰い、またシャッターも押して貰ったので、すごく助かりました。
　迷ったのですが、参加して良かったです。

It's important to wear comfortable shoes. Don't forget to bring something to secure your hat, as it can get blown away. Feeding the seagulls was fun.

The weather was cloudy with light rain, but the bus was full, with reserved seating, and there were many seniors on board. Perhaps to match the clientele, the guide had a Showa-era style of guiding. The lunch I was looking forward to was just a seafood bowl since there was no sea urchin catch that day. The taste was average. Walking to the tip of the cape is hard, but I recommend going as far as you can within the time you have. Although the weather wasn't great, the sea's transparency was high, and the views of the cliffs and coastline were beautiful. Feeding the seagulls from the sightseeing boat was fun. I would have preferred to visit a different sake brewery in Otaru. Since there can be cancellations of sea urchin and sightseeing boat operations due to weather and tidal currents, it's appreciated that the cancellation policy is flexible.

お天気が曇り〜小雨でしたが、バスは満席、座席指定、シニア層の方が多かったです。客層に合わせてか、ガイドさんは昭和な感じのガイドをされていました。楽しみにしていた昼食は、その日のウニ漁が無かったので海鮮丼のみでした。お味は普通でした。岬の先端まで歩くのはハードですが、時間的に行けるところまで行くことをお勧めします。天気はイマイチでしたが海の透明度が高く、断崖と海岸線の景色は良かったです。遊覧船でのカモメの餌やりは楽しかったです。酒蔵見学は、小樽の別の場所が良かったです。天候や潮の流れでウニや遊覧船の運航がない場合があるので、キャンセルポリシーが柔軟なのは有り難いです。

I participated in a Beltora tour for the first time. I traveled from Yokohama to Sapporo for a 2-night, 3-day trip, and I joined the Beltora tour for one day in between. Before participating, I was worried that 2 hours at Asahikawa Zoo might not be enough time, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. At the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, the tour guide provided various sightseeing explanations, which made it enjoyable. The lunch buffet was also delicious. Renting a car to explore at the travel destination is nice, but I realized that participating in a tour is also fun and efficient. The driver and the tour guide were kind, and their attention to detail was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

初めてベルトラツアーに参加しました。
横浜から札幌に2泊３日の旅行で中1日をベルトラツアー参加しました。参加前は旭川動物園に2時間滞在では時間が少ないかな？不安でしたが、十分楽しめました。青の池、白髭の滝では添乗員のお兄さんが色々観光説明をしてくれ、楽しめめました。お昼のバイキングも美味しく頂きました。旅行先でレンタカー借りてまわるのもいいけど、ツアー参加も楽しいし、無駄がないんだなと思いました。また運転手さん、添乗員のお兄さんも優しく、気配り最高でした。楽しい旅行をありがとうございました。
