The weather was my biggest concern, but it was nice from departure to arrival, and the scenery was very beautiful. The lunch was also luxurious and delicious. It was a girls' outing with three elderly ladies (laughs), but we had quite a bit of free time and it wasn't too busy, which was nice. The bus guide was kind, and the driver felt like a veteran with safe driving. The bus was also easy to spot. This was my first bus trip in Sapporo, and it became a wonderful memory. お天気が1番心配されましたが、出発から到着まで良いお天気で景色も大変綺麗でした。
お昼も豪華で美味しく頂きました。高齢者（笑）3人、女子会でしたが割と時間も自由で忙しくなかったのも良かったです。バスガイドさんも親切でした、運転手さんも安全運転でベテランの感じがしました。バスも目立ってて探しやすかったです。

Shikotsu Lake had heavy rain, and the highway was closed, so we had to take a detour. We went from Shiraoi to Lake Toya. That route was also affected by the heavy rain, creating a unique experience with splashes of water. Thank you to the driver for your hard work. When we arrived at Lake Toya, the rain had stopped, and we were able to see beautiful scenery.

Although it was unfortunately rainy, I was able to efficiently tour around in a day. However, if you go to the bear ranch, there won't be time to explore Showa Shinzan. The guide recommended several lunch spots around Lake Toya. I had a great time sightseeing in Sapporo, despite the limited time. However, I noticed that the explanations in Chinese were much longer than those in Japanese and English.

First of all, I would like to thank our guide for their cheerful and upbeat guidance. Even though it was drizzling a bit right before departure, as soon as the bus started moving, the weather cleared up, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful scenery of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the ropeway at Mount Usu, all mixed with autumn leaves. I was worried that 10 hours might be too long, but there were so many highlights that it felt like no time at all. Thank you very much for being so considerate of me as a solo participant.

I'm glad I was able to efficiently visit the attractions. I was able to relax at a foot bath along the way. There were many inbound tourists, and the guide seemed to have a tough time explaining in three languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese, but I appreciated their effort. The explanations in English were particularly easy to understand. The arrival time was almost as scheduled. Thank you very much.
Unfortunately, it was rainy on the day of the visit. If the weather had been nice, the autumn leaves would have looked stunning.

All the drop-off points were great. I especially liked Cape Chikyu and the Silo Observatory. The guide from Taiwan was excellent. Their explanations and guidance were enjoyable and easy to understand, and they attentively supported the participants during the sightseeing. Most of the fellow travelers were Chinese tourists, but they were quiet and modest, and there were no moments of confusion due to cultural differences. It was a great tour, and I had a lot of fun. It exceeded my expectations.

Since the canoeing session lasted for 2 hours, including the time until dispersal, we were actually on the lake for less than an hour. I felt it was a bit lacking for the price. However, I think it's a good option for those who want to enjoy a long day and have a quick canoeing experience.
I participated in the session that started at 9 AM, and the gentle sunlight made for a pleasant morning activity.

It was truly the best bus tour. We were taken to places we could never have gone to on our own, and we made many precious memories. Also, the tour guide was amazing. He was a young man from Taiwan and very kind. His funny advice still lingers in my ears. If I use Veltra again next time, I would like to request that tour guide (laughs). He was really wonderful and the best tour guide. Thank you for your help.

The scenery was not great due to the rain, so I was very disappointed, but it was good to have a tour since it allowed us to efficiently visit distant places that would require a rental car. I think it would have been perfect if the weather had been nice.

I had assumed that canoes are prone to tipping over, but the guide told me, "Capsizing almost never happens; if it does, it's intentional." This made me feel very reassured about boarding. There was a brief rain shower, and the sun shone brightly at times, allowing us to enjoy the weather. Once we paddled into the shade, it became a truly wonderful experience. The guide was attentive, had a great sense of humor, and shared a lot of knowledge, which made it enjoyable. They also took photos and sent them to us via AirDrop after we landed, so there was no risk of dropping our belongings in the water (smartphones, car keys, wallets, etc. can be stored in a locked locker).

It was a fulfilling tour that allowed us to efficiently visit various sightseeing spots. Although lunch was not included, it was nice to be able to eat what I liked.
Out of the 30 participants, there were only three Japanese, but the guide provided detailed explanations in both Japanese and Chinese, and I felt their attentiveness throughout the tour. The guide mentioned that our meeting was a "once-in-a-lifetime" encounter, and it truly became a memorable trip.
Recently, I have participated in many tours centered around Chinese participants, like this Japan Holiday Tour, and what I feel is the high level of language skills and hospitality from the guides. I apologize if this sounds condescending, but the good manners of the Chinese participants were also impressive.
効率よく観光地をまわる、充実のツアーでした。昼食はついていませんが、かえって自分で好きなものを食べられてよかったです。
今回は30名の参加者のうち日本人は３名という構成でしたが、ガイドさんは日本語と中国語で詳しく説明していただき、また随所に気配りも感じられました。ガイドさんは「一期一会」の出会いとおっしゃていましたが、まさに思い出に残る旅となりました。
最近は今回のジャパンホリデーツアーのような中国人が中心で、そこに便乗するようなツアーに多く参加していますが、そこで感じるのはガイドさんの語学力とホスピタリーの高さです。また上から目線のようで恐縮ですが、中国人参加者のマナーのよさもすばらしいです。

On that day, I was very happy and enjoyed the refreshing, clear weather. The water along the shore of Lake Shikotsu was very transparent, and I discovered beautiful nature. Lake Toya, often referred to as Hokkaido's Mount Fuji, was visible in the distance, and it was a beautiful sight. Showa Shinzan was something I saw for the first time.
