It was a very fulfilling tour visiting all the sightseeing spots in the southern region! Fortunately, we were blessed with good weather, and the staff who attended to us were very accommodating in taking photos at the best positions. I am very grateful to them. On the bus, explanations were provided in Japanese, English, and Chinese, which made me feel like I was traveling abroad. The only disappointing part was that during the sightseeing at Lake Shikotsu, I was told to definitely try the delicious soft serve ice cream, but unfortunately, we arrived after the shop had closed that day, so I couldn't have any. I would like to recommend this tour to my friends.
道南の観光地を全て巡るとても充実した観光でした!幸いお天気にも恵まれ、ベストポジションでの写真撮影も個別に対応して頂き、アテンドして頂いたスタッフの方にとても感謝です。バス内では、日本語、英語、中国語の３カ国語で説明をされていたので、海外旅行をしている気分も味わえました。一つだけ残念だったのは、支笏湖の観光では美味しいソフトクリームを是非食べて見てと言われ期待していたのですが、残念ながらこの日はお店が閉まった後に到着したので、食べられませんでした。
友人達にもこのツアーはリコメンドしたいと思います。

I would like to make the following comments:
1. I wish we could have spent a bit more time at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. Especially at Lake Toya, since there is a lunch break, it might be tough, but if we had a little more time, I would have liked to take a sightseeing boat ride.
2. I understand that the toilet breaks are necessary, but before lunch at "Mushroom Kingdom," the guide recommended "mushroom soup," which I tried. However, the miso soup at lunch by Lake Toya was also "mushroom soup." I think there is room for reconsideration regarding the location and timing of the toilet breaks.
3. The guide from Chuo Bus was pleasant and friendly, just like during the half-day course I participated in last year (2024). I really felt their professionalism.

Experiencing the majestic nature of Hokkaido was a series of surprises! The explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese were rushed, and I was desperate to catch the meeting time. Since this wasn't a guided tour, it was important to get a sightseeing brochure as soon as we got off the bus. I was amazed by the rugged mountains of Hell Valley, the sulfur smell, and the size of the caldera lake! I highly recommend this for those who want to enjoy nature.

About 20% of the participants were Japanese. After confirming the vouchers at the meeting point, we were guided to the bus. Inside the bus, the guide provided information about the places we would visit and the rules on the bus, offering some sightseeing explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese. At each tour location, amidst many other inbound tourist groups, she referred to us as "my guests," which made us feel acknowledged. The scenery is amazing! The clear blue of Lake Shikotsu is truly beautiful. The bottom of the kayak is transparent, so I wanted to take my time looking at the lake bed, but there was so much moving around in the kayak that I didn't have much time to relax and enjoy it, which was a bit disappointing.

I used this service for a family trip. When I communicated the places I wanted to visit in advance, they thoughtfully considered the travel time and planned accordingly. On the day of the trip, they even took us to good spots along the way and suggested new sightseeing locations when it seemed we had some extra time. We enjoyed a fun day filled with informative and interesting stories about Hokkaido while in the car. My parents seemed to have a great time as well. I would like to request their tour guidance again the next time I go sightseeing!

It was a tour that efficiently took us to places we couldn't visit on our own! The bears we saw up close were impressive, and the Ezo bear cubs were incredibly cute! At the end, we were worried about missing our flight due to the time at Lake Shikotsu, but our guide provided us with precise advice. We called a taxi to Lake Shikotsu instead of going to the final destination with the other tour guests, and we made it to New Chitose Airport safely! Thank you, guide, for your accommodating attitude! We were blessed with great weather and had an amazing trip to Hokkaido!

It was great to visit places like Cape Chikyu and Showa Shinzan, which are difficult to reach by train. Since we stopped by many places in one day, it was a bit hectic, but I never felt like I had too much free time.
地球岬や昭和新山などは電車では行きにくいところなので、今回のツアーで巡れて良かったです。1日で多くのところに立ち寄るので少し忙しないですが、時間を持て余すこともなかったです。
