I had a truly wonderful experience! I'm glad that the place I did my first paragliding was in Furano. We were able to rise to a height of 400 meters, and the view from there was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff at the shop were also very kind, which made it even more enjoyable. I would love to do it again when I visit Furano next time.

I signed up for this experience with my daughter for the first time. I thought we would fly right away since the paraglider has a motor propeller. However, it turns out that due to bad conditions such as the weather, wind direction, and strength, we couldn't fly if the winds were not favorable. I was taken up to about 400 meters above the ground. I'm grateful to the captain (the factory manager) for guiding the paragliding!

Things I enjoyed and found interesting:
- The refreshing and slightly scary feeling when the motor stopped after reaching the highest point, and only the sound of the wind remained. I wondered if this is what it feels like to glide like a bird.
- The unobstructed view of the mountains surrounding Furano.

Two things to note: firstly, need to expect some delay waiting for wind; secondly, watch out for the sign post along the main road a bit south west of Gakuden Station, or else quite difficult to find.

Unusual way to enjoy Furano!

Awesome! Great fly & wonderful view!
Recommended for those who haven't try/don't dare to try skydiving, it's a much milder version.
For those who 've tried skydiving, join too. It's wonderful to enjoy the sky, enjoy the freedom, and enjoy this mini adrenaline rush activity.

The instructor speaks very little English (almost none). His assistant speaks better than him (not very fluent tho), but I have no problem understanding their sign/body language.
Suggest that they can print a simple "English instruction" with some photos on it. They can give it to the participants, while demonstrating in person to the locals. It would be easier for the foreigners tho.

Anyhow, I had a great time!
