• Infants aged 2 and under can ride for free (no seat will be provided).
• Important: About Changes After Booking
  Changes to the date or number of guests cannot be made after booking. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. Please note that if the cancellation falls within the cancellation fee period, the applicable fee will be charged.
• This service is operated with support from the FY2023 Hokkaido Tourism Promotion Organization’s Regional Promotion Project.
  As this is a trial operation, completing a survey is required to use the service. Surveys will be distributed on-site.

• Please refrain from boarding the bus while wearing ski or snowboard boots.

• This activity does not accept any changes to confirmed bookings.
• Please note that services may be suspended or delayed. The operating company cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused, such as missing a flight or a shortened tour duration due to delays.
• A taxi or bus will be arranged based on the number of guests in your reservation.
• If rest facilities are unavailable due to their operating period or hours, the bus may pass by them or use alternative facilities.
• 【Important Notes for Boarding】
  ・Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
  ・Seats are unreserved. However, seat assignments may be made if the bus is full or for operational reasons.
  ・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone while on board.
  ・Please wear your seatbelt during the ride.
  ・Boarding the bus while wearing ski or snowboard boots is not permitted.
• Luggage Policy for Boarding the Bus
  ・Each passenger may store one set of ski equipment and one additional item in the bus trunk.
  ・If bringing skis or a snowboard, please ensure they are packed in appropriate bags or cases.
  ・Improperly packed items may be damaged during loading/unloading or while in transit. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Passengers Who Do Not Arrive on Time
  ・If you do not arrive by the departure time, the bus will generally not wait.
  ・In such cases, it will be treated as a “no-show without notice.”
• Flight Delays or Cancellations
  ・In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure.
  ・If you are unable to board the bus on your scheduled travel date due to flight issues, you may be offered a seat on a later bus or alternative transportation (any additional costs will be your responsibility).
  ・Please note that the company is not obligated to secure a substitute bus or alternative transportation in such cases.
• If Flight Connections Are at Risk
  ・If there is a risk of missing your flight, alternative transportation options such as drop-off at the nearest JR station may be suggested.
  ・Any additional costs incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.
• There will be no bus guide on board; the bus will be operated solely by the driver.
• Depending on the number of passengers and the number of boarding or drop-off locations, an additional ventilation break of about 5 to 10 minutes may be taken separately from the scheduled rest stop.

• Travel Contract Terms
  ・The travel contract with the customer applies individually to each tour code or service number operated by the tour operator.
  ・Even if multiple services are booked at once, the contract does not continue between one service and the next.
  ・The period between tours or bus rides is not covered under the travel contract.
  ・Compensation for any damages incurred will be limited to each individual contract unit.
• For day-trip visitors to Rusutsu Ski Resort, the designated pick-up and drop-off location is Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention.
• All routes require advance reservation. Please note that the bus will not stop at any pick-up or drop-off locations without a booking.
• Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other passengers.
• If a scheduled site is closed or unavailable for sightseeing, an alternative destination may be offered.
• The ski bus is generally available only for guests staying at hotels in the designated pick-up and drop-off areas.
