・If you are unable to board the bus on your scheduled travel date due to flight issues, you may be offered a seat on a later bus or alternative transportation (any additional costs will be your responsibility).
・Please note that the company is not obligated to secure a substitute bus or alternative transportation in such cases. - If Flight Connections Are at Risk
・If there is a risk of missing your flight, alternative transportation options such as drop-off at the nearest JR station may be suggested.

・Even if multiple services are booked at once, the contract does not continue between one service and the next.
・The period between tours or bus rides is not covered under the travel contract.
・Compensation for any damages incurred will be limited to each individual contract unit. - All routes require advance reservation. Please note that the bus will not stop at any pick-up or drop-off locations without a booking.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other passengers.
- If a scheduled site is closed or unavailable for sightseeing, an alternative destination may be offered.
- The ski bus is generally available only for guests staying at hotels in the designated pick-up and drop-off areas.

- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 8 business days to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 2 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity date, up until the activity begins, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- No refunds after booking.

・Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
・Seats are unreserved. However, seat assignments may be made if the bus is full or for operational reasons.
・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone while on board.
・Please wear your seatbelt during the ride.
・Boarding the bus while wearing ski or snowboard boots is not permitted. - Luggage Policy for Boarding the Bus
・Each passenger may store one set of ski equipment and one additional item in the bus trunk.
・If bringing skis or a snowboard, please ensure they are packed in appropriate bags or cases.
・Improperly packed items may be damaged during loading/unloading or while in transit. Your cooperation is appreciated. - Passengers Who Do Not Arrive on Time
・If you do not arrive by the departure time, the bus will generally not wait.
・In such cases, it will be treated as a “no-show without notice.” - Flight Delays or Cancellations
・In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure.
・If you are unable to board the bus on your scheduled travel date due to flight issues, you may be offered a seat on a later bus or alternative transportation (any additional costs will be your responsibility).
・Please note that the company is not obligated to secure a substitute bus or alternative transportation in such cases. - If Flight Connections Are at Risk
・If there is a risk of missing your flight, alternative transportation options such as drop-off at the nearest JR station may be suggested.
・Any additional costs incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer. - There will be no bus guide on board; the bus will be operated solely by the driver.
- Depending on the number of passengers and the number of boarding or drop-off locations, an additional ventilation break of about 5 to 10 minutes may be taken separately from the scheduled rest stop.

- Travel Contract Terms
・The travel contract with the customer applies individually to each tour code or service number operated by the tour operator.
・Even if multiple services are booked at once, the contract does not continue between one service and the next.
・The period between tours or bus rides is not covered under the travel contract.
・Compensation for any damages incurred will be limited to each individual contract unit. - All routes require advance reservation. Please note that the bus will not stop at any pick-up or drop-off locations without a booking.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other passengers.
- If a scheduled site is closed or unavailable for sightseeing, an alternative destination may be offered.
- The ski bus is generally available only for guests staying at hotels in the designated pick-up and drop-off areas.
