- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 8 business days to 18:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 2 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity date, up until the activity begins, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- No refunds after booking.
This activity does not allow changes to the reservation details. If you wish to change the participation date, number of participants, etc., please cancel your current reservation and make a new one. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will apply even if you rebook.
