Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 00:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- Any changes to your reservation (such as the date, plan, time, or number of participants) are subject to the same terms and conditions as our cancellation policy, and a change fee will apply.
