- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 2 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- You must be a diving licence card holder (C card, Open Water or greater) and mentally and physically healthy to join this program.
- Another facility fare (410 JPY) may apply depending on the diving point.
- Pregnant individuals may not participate in this activity.
- Guests on their period may participate if they have appropriate sanitary items and do not have any restrictions to daily activities.
- Please tell the staff about your condition on the day of the tour, truthfully.
Even mild colds, hay fever, or cavities could affect you while diving. - Underage participants (under 20 years old) must obtain their parents' signature to participate.
- Please note there may be cases where you need to submit a medical certificate by a doctor, or you cannot participate in the tour, if you experienced some disease in the past.
- Take medicine against motion-sickness if you easily get sick in a car or ferry.
- Let us know your size of wet suit, dry suit, boots, through application form. Tell us the # of women and men and everybody's ages.
(Rental fee is included in the activity fee) - If you do not have good eye sight, please wear contact lenses if possible.

Normal mask has a spectacle of 1.5. Prescribe lenses are limited. - Decide if you use prescribed mask (water glasses) upon application.

- Time schedule may change due to the lake condition.
- Please contact us if you need transportation. We may not be able to offer transportation service in busy seasons.
