Asahiyama Zoo was as good as the reputation suggests! The guide was also entertaining.

The lunch menu recommended by the guide was great, but everything else was just average.

There were many tourists from overseas, and I was a bit confused at first, but the guide's brightness made it all go away! I was able to spend a fulfilling day while skillfully navigating three languages.

海外からの観光客が多く、最初戸惑いましたが、添乗員さんの明るさで吹っ飛びました❣️
3カ国語を巧みに操り、充実した一日を過ごせました

I was looking for a tour that would take me to several major tourist spots since I had no local knowledge and no means of transportation, and I came across this tour.

It seemed to be primarily aimed at foreign tourists, and we were the only Japanese people, but perhaps because the foreign guests were wealthy enough to travel abroad, they were quiet during the journey and had good manners, which made it enjoyable and安心!

However, there was one disappointing thing...

The restaurant we stopped at for lunch also seemed to cater to bus tour guests from overseas, and there were many people from China. Unfortunately, the restrooms were very dirty. More than half of the stalls were broken and out of order. Perhaps because they couldn't flush, used toilet paper was overflowing in the stalls and left unattended. I wonder if they couldn't keep up with the number of guests or if there were just too many customers...

Other than that, I was very satisfied! With lunch included, this price is a great deal!

The guide was also very kind, thank you so much!

I will definitely use this service again when I travel!

土地勘もなく、足もないので、主要の観光地を何箇所も廻ってもらえるﾂｱｰを探していて、こちらのﾂｱｰに出逢いました。

主に海外の観光客向けのﾂｱｰのようで日本人は私達だけでしたが、海外旅行ができるような裕福な外国の方だからか、移動中も静かで、ﾏﾅｰもよく、安心して楽しめました！

ただ1つだけ残念なことが…

昼食で立ち寄ったお店も、やはり海外からのﾊﾞｽﾂｱｰ客向けらしく、おそらく中国の方がたくさんいたのですが、ﾄｲﾚが汚いこと汚いこと。
半分以上の個室が壊れていて使用禁止。流せないからか、使用済みのﾄｲﾚｯﾄﾍﾟｰﾊﾟｰが個室に溢れんばかりに捨ててあり、放置してありました。
受け入れ体制が間に合っていないのか、それ以上にお客さんがきてしまっているのか…

それ以外は大満足でした！
昼食もついて、この価格はお得です！

ｶﾞｲﾄﾞｻﾝにも、とても親切にしていただき、本当にありがとうございました！

I participated with three colleagues! It started with the bus guide's perfect announcements, and I felt a sense of security throughout thanks to the safe driving.

The plan was focused on the zoo, but we couldn't manage to see everything even at a brisk pace... My honest feeling is that it would be nice if the meeting time could be a bit earlier to extend the viewing time.

However, I am very grateful to have seen the behavioral exhibits that I was looking forward to, and to have experienced it at this price! I definitely want to use this service again.

同僚3人と参加しました！バスガイドさんの完璧なアナウンスから始まり、安全運転で終始安心感がありました。
動物園に特化したプランでしたが、私たちには急ぎ足でも回り切ることができませんでした…せめてもう少し集合時間を早くして、見学時間が伸びたらいいのになというのが率直な感想です。
ですがお目当てだった行動展示をこの目で見られて、そしてそれをこのお値段で体験できたことに私はとても感謝しています！ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

I went to Sapporo with my elderly mother for some errands, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to do some sightseeing. I considered a tour to Asahiyama Zoo, which I had wanted to visit for a long time.

There were tours that included visits to other attractions as well, which seemed like a better deal and were eligible for travel support. However, considering my mother's stamina, I opted for a tour with a shorter duration.

Perhaps because many people choose the tour mentioned above, there were only 15 participants on the day, which made for a relaxed experience. We enjoyed the magnificent scenery of Hokkaido while listening attentively to the knowledgeable guide's explanations on the bus.

We had plenty of time to explore the zoo, and although my mother struggled a bit with the hilly terrain, she was able to take her time and enjoy the visit.

If I have the chance, I would like to participate in a more packed tour next time.

The weather was quite decent, with occasional clouds and sunshine.

Meeting time was at 8:10 AM in front of the Sapporo TV Tower information desk. However, there were many buses, and I had trouble finding mine, almost thinking I would be late. When I called, they responded immediately. Thanks to that, I was able to meet up with the guide without being late.
We departed for the zoo almost on time. There were only three Japanese people in the group, but the Chinese guide spoke fluent Japanese.

At Asahiyama Zoo, I participated in the polar bear feeding time. Arriving just over 10 minutes early, I got a great spot in the front row for standing viewers!

Before the feeding time, the zoo staff got ready, and the polar bear started to get restless. It climbed on the rocks and wandered around...
Then, at the start time, fish were thrown into the pool, and we witnessed an impressive dive from the polar bear, which drew cheers from the audience! After that, it elegantly swam while eating the fish.
I also got to see the feeding times for seals and giraffes. Although it was only two hours, I was able to see most of the animals!

Next, we headed to Furano for an all-you-can-eat lunch. There were 30 types of food, including Hokkaido specialties like Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) and soup curry, as well as desserts.
Well, I also enjoyed lavender soft serve and melon at the shop.

After the meal, we headed towards Tokachidake and enjoyed the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls. Both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were connected, and the waterfall and pond were all stunningly blue, which was breathtaking. Tokachidake was also beautifully visible, offering a spectacular view!

I got tired from walking and dozed off on the return bus. Thanks to the driver and guide, we safely arrived at Sapporo Station.
I made wonderful memories in just one day! Thank you very much!!

天気は、まずまずの曇り時々晴れ。

集合時間8時10分　札幌テレビ棟インフォメーション前。
でも、バスがたくさんいて、バスを探してしまい、危うく遅刻かと思い電話したら、すぐに対応あり。おかげで、遅刻せず無事ガイドさんと合流。
だいたい時間通りに、動物園へ向けて出発。
日本人は、３人と少なめ。
でも、中国人ガイドさんは慣れた日本語でした。

旭山動物園では、白くまのもぐもぐタイムに参加。
10分ちょっと前に行くと、立ち見の最前列で絶好の場所でした！

もぐもぐタイム前に動物園のスタッフさんがスタンバイすると、白くまがソワソワ。
岩は登ったり、ウロウロ歩いたり。。。
そして、スタート時間にプールはえさの魚が投げ込まれると、白くま大迫力の飛び込みダイブが見られ、観客は大歓声！！
その後は、餌の魚を優雅に泳ぎながら食事していました。
その他、アザラシやキリンのモグモグタイムが見れました。
２時間でしたが、だいたいの動物たちにも会えました♪

次に、富良野へ向かいランチ食べ放題。
北海道ならではのジンギスカンやスープカレー、デザートなど30種類も食べ放題です。
まあ、売店ではラベンダーソフトやメロンも食べれました。

食後は、十勝岳の方向へ向かい、青い池としろひげの滝を堪能しました。

河　池が全て青くて感動
十勝岳も綺麗に見え、絶景でした！

歩き疲れて、帰りのバスでウトウト。
この間に、運転手さんとガイドさんのおかげで，無事札幌駅へ到着。
一日良い思い出が出来ました！

I participated with my husband who was on a business trip in Hokkaido. Since we were joining from Tomakomai, we opted for a plan that only included Asahiyama Zoo instead of a plan that covered the Blue Pond and other early morning spots.

During the trip, the guide's stories were entertaining, and at the zoo, we enjoyed curry at the restaurant near the east entrance, inspired by the stories we heard in the car.

I thought three hours would be long, but while watching the orangutan's munching time, we ended up not being able to see everything. However, we truly had a great time.

On the way back, we received discount coupons usable at Sunagawa Service Area, and the Jaga Pokkuru and Hokkaido limited pack (LALALA) that I was planning to buy at the airport were also 10% off, making it a tour that was worth more than the price.

I highly recommend the bus tour!

北海道に出張中の主人と参加しました。　苫小牧から参加なので朝早い青い池等も回るプランより　朝日山動物園だけのプランにしました。
行き帰りの道中　ガイドさんのお話が面白く、動物園では車中でのお話を参考に東入口のレストランでカレーを頂きました。
三時間・・・長いなと思ってまいたがオランウータンのモグモグタイムなどを見てたら　結局全部回り切れない　全部回り切れませんでしたが　本当に楽しめました。
帰りの車中で頂いた砂川SAで使用可能な割引券、空港で購入しようと思ってた　じゃがポックルや　北海道限定のパック（ＬＡＬＡＬＡ）も10％割引になりましたので　お値段以上のツアーとなりました。
バスツアーお勧めです！

Before getting off, I wanted to know that I could choose the place to get off on the way back, and I got off at the mall where the beer factory ruins are located, but it was disappointing that I couldn't enter the factory itself.

で降りたのに、工場中て中に入れす残念てした。

I participated with my 83-year-old mother-in-law. Since there were 18 people on the tour, we were able to sit with some space between us. Both the guide and the driver were nice, which made me feel at ease.

At Asahiyama Zoo, we were lucky enough to see the "Mogumogu Time" with the penguins, polar bears, and the tamarin. The main goal of the trip, the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, had great weather, and we were able to take the best photos. The timing for bathroom breaks was also good, making it a fun day of sightseeing.

We participated as a pair, and when I calculated the costs of the rental car, gas, tolls, and the fatigue from driving, I definitely felt it was worth it. If I can come to Hokkaido again, I would like to join another tour with this company. My energetic 83-year-old mother-in-law also walked well and enjoyed participating.

ツアー客18人だったので間隔を空けて座れました。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも良い人で安心しました。
まず旭山動物園では、運良くペンギン・白熊・手長ざるの「モグモグタイム」を見る事が出来ました。
1番の目的、青い池や白ひげの滝は天候も良く最高の写真が撮れました。
トイレ休憩のタイミングも良く楽しい1日観光でした。
2人で参加しましたが、レンタカー代・ガソリン代・高速代・運転の疲れなど計算したら絶対お得だと思いました。次、北海道へ来れたら
またコチラの会社のツアーに参加したいですね。
８３歳の元気な義母も、しっかり歩いて楽しんで参加していました。

It felt special to experience a tour that supports three languages, giving me a perspective on Japan from the viewpoint of foreign visitors. Even though it rained at the zoo, the waterfall, and Blue Point Pond, everything was very beautiful, making it a great tour that covered all the highlights.

海外旅行に来たような三ヵ国語対応ツアーで、外国の方からの視点の日本も知れたような特別感もありました。また、動物園、滝、ブルースポイント池も雨でしたが、とても綺麗で、いいところどりのツアーでした。

There were many participants from China, and it was multinational with people from Taiwan and the United States. Of course, there were Japanese participants, but perhaps because they were few, the guide spoke mostly in Chinese, which made it difficult for the Japanese participants to understand, but I think this is unavoidable.

The guide was cheerful and friendly throughout, which was great.

I think it would be better to have the buffet meal in a place with a better view.

The speed of the bus on the way back was fast, and I was surprised to see other cars overtaking us. I also realized how bad the roads in Furano were (quite bumpy, which might make some people feel nauseous), but all of that contributes to good memories.

Overall, I am very satisfied that we were able to visit so many famous spots in just one day. Thank you very much to the guide and the two bus drivers.

If there is another opportunity, I would like to participate again.

中国の方の参加が多く、台湾、やアメリカなど、多国籍でした。もちろん日本人はいましたが、少なかったためか、ガイドさんはほぼ中国語で逆に日本人のためよくわからなかったのですが、これは致し方ないと思います。

ガイドさんは終始明るく
親しみやすくよかったです。

バイキングはもっと景色のよい場所
での食事の方がよいと思います。

帰りのバスのスピードは速かったですが、それでも後続の車に追い抜かれたり、びっくりしましたし、富良野の道の悪さ(かなりぼこぼこで人により酔いそう)も、普段舗装されている道路なんだと改めて感じましたが、そう言うのも全部ひっくるめてよい思い出です。

全体的に、たった１日でこんなに沢山の名所を
回ることが出来、大変満足です。
ガイドさんや、バスの運転手さん2名の方、どうもありがとうございました。

また機会あれば
参加させていただきます。

Since I was traveling with small children, I couldn't participate in a tour that lasted too late, so I quickly decided on a plan that only included Asahiyama Zoo. With a guide, my child was able to stay engaged during the journey. Thank you to the driver for their very careful driving. (Both of you were very kind to the children, which made me happy.) The other participants were all very well-mannered as well. I enjoyed the zoo even more than I expected. Thank you! I will rely on you again when I visit Hokkaido.

小さい子連れだったのであまり遅くまでのツアーは参加できず、旭山動物園のみのプランがあってすぐ決めました。
ガイドさん付きで道中も子が飽きずにいられました。そしてとっても丁寧な運転をしてくださった運転手さん、ありがとうございました。（おふたりとも、子どもにもとても優しく接してくださってうれしかったです）一緒に参加された方々もマナーの良い方ばかりでした。
動物園も予想以上に楽しめました。

I was glad that we arrived earlier than planned due to the lack of snow, allowing us to enjoy our time longer. It's a pity we missed the penguin walk...

Many of the participants were foreigners, so I was surprised, but I was able to enjoy myself without any inconvenience. Since it's Hokkaido, I think this bus tour, as well as others, may have the same situation, but please be aware that in winter, due to weather conditions, there is a high possibility of arriving later than the scheduled time.

Joey Lee, a tour guide from Hong Kong, is humorous and great at time management, ensuring everyone can take perfect photos. He speaks English, Japanese, Cantonese, and Chinese, so I'm already looking forward to the next trip.

香港出身のツアーガイド、ジョーイ・リーさんはユーモラスで時間管理も上手で、誰でも完璧な写真が撮れますし、英語、日本語、広東語、中国語も話せるので、すでに次が楽しみです旅行。

All the bus seats were taken, and I wished they could have at least seated us together as a family. They said we could borrow umbrellas at the zoo, but the place to borrow them was quite far away. There were many such issues.

バスの席は全部埋まり、せめて家族でまとめてほしかった。動物園は傘が借りれると言ってたのに、貸してくれる場所まで、かなり距離があった。もうそんなのがやまほどありました。

I unknowingly made a reservation for a tour exclusively for foreigners, and I was the only Japanese participant. The guide, Michelle, spoke in four languages, which I imagine was quite challenging. Her explanations were very clear, enjoyable, and thorough. She was kind and addressed each participant individually. The driver, Kimishima, was also cheerful and engaging. It was a safe and comfortable day. I felt lucky to have met both of them and to have participated in this tour. I was satisfied with the tour content as well. All the participants were punctual and displayed good manners. Thank you very much! ♪

知らずに予約したのが外国人専用で、日本人一人の参加でした。ガイドのミッシェルさんは4ヶ国語で話してくださり

During the bus ride, we were able to enjoy the fun local stories from our bus guide that were unique to Hokkaido. The tour included a lunch break at the zoo, allowing us to explore the grounds first and then take a break for lunch when we started to feel tired from walking. The timing was just right. As often featured on TV, the animal behavior exhibits were very well done, and we could see each animal up close, which was fantastic.

バス乗車中はバスガイドさんの楽しい北海道ならではの地元のお話を聞きながら過ごすことができ、動物園ではランチタイムを挟んでのツアーだったので、先に園内を見学して、歩き疲れてきたところでランチ休憩で時間を持て余すことなく、ちょうど良い長さでした。
よくTVで取り上げられているように、動物の行動展示がとても上手で、どの動物も非常に間近に見ることができ、とてもよかったです。

I only wanted to see Asahiyama Zoo, so this plan was perfect for my wishes. Even though 190 minutes at the zoo felt insufficient, considering the travel time, I think this was the maximum time we could get. The guide's explanations during the car ride were also great.

動物園での時間は190分でも足りないくらいでしたが、往復の時間を考えると、これが最大限取れる時間なのだと思いました。

I searched for a day trip plan from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo without a rental car, and I chose this one. Unlike other plans, this one focuses solely on the zoo, allowing us to enjoy it at a leisurely pace, and I am very satisfied. The bus guide was also a pleasant person, and thanks to their enjoyable stories, we didn't feel bored during the journey. Thank you very much.

レンタカーなしで札幌から旭山動物園に日帰りで行けるプランを探し、こちらにしました。
他のプランとは違い、動物園のみの観光なので、その分ゆっくりと動物園を満喫でき、満足しています。

We arrived at the East Gate, so it's downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. The animals are cute.
We had plenty of time. The bus only had six people, so it was very comfortable.

東門に着くので行きは下り、帰りは登りです。動物かわいいです。

Asahiyama Zoo was a creatively designed zoo, just as the reputation suggests. It was educational, and I was able to experience that while having fun. The time allocation was relaxed, and I was able to fully enjoy my visit.

時間の配分もゆったりとしており，十分満喫できました。

First of all, the two-hour bus ride was very pleasant thanks to the guide's explanations, which were wonderful. It felt almost like listening to a story being read aloud!

At Asahiyama Zoo, I was able to meet the polar bear, Pirika Mama, and her cub, Yume-chan, whom I was really looking forward to seeing, both at the beginning and the end of my visit. I tended to focus on my favorite animals, so I couldn't see everything due to time constraints, but it seems I was able to leave some excitement for the next opportunity, resulting in a very satisfying and enjoyable day. ^ ^

先ずは、行きの2時間をバスガイドさんの説明がとても心地よく素晴らしかったです。
まるで物語の朗読を聴いているような錯覚さえおぼえるほど！

旭山動物園では、今回とても会いたかったシロクマのピリカママとゆめちゃんに最初と最後会ってきました。その他お気に入りの動物に集中しがちだったせいか、時間とのにらめっことなり、すべてを見て回ることはできませんでしたが、次の機会へのお楽しみを残せたようで、結果とても満足な良い1日になりました^ ^

I didn't know that a bus guide would be included. The veteran woman shared fun stories about Hokkaido, and her relaxed tone was just right for the long journey. Since it was my first time in Hokkaido, I found her stories very interesting. We enjoyed Asahiyama Zoo for a full three hours, which felt just right. On the way back, the guide said, "I will keep it quiet," allowing me to doze off during the ride. Since it was an unfamiliar place, and Hokkaido is quite vast, I think the tour was very convenient and good. If I have another opportunity, I would like to use a different course. One point of criticism regarding the system is that having to present a paper ticket nowadays is a bit outdated. Since it's a tour, gathering is unavoidable, but I would prefer to show a voucher on my smartphone screen instead. There are times when you might be cutting it close.

バスガイドさんが付くとは知らなかったです。ベテランの女性で北海道のことを楽しくお話してくれて、ゆったりしたトーンが長旅にちょうどよかったです。はじめての北海道でしたので、そういったお話もとても興味深く聞きました。旭山動物園はたっぷり3時間楽しんで、ちょうどよいと感じました。帰りはガイドさんは「静かにしますので」といってくださり、居眠りをしながら帰ってこれました。慣れない場所、しかも広い北海道ですので、ツアーはとても便利でいいと思います。また機会がありましたら、別のコースで利用してたいです。1点だけ、システムにダメ出ししますと、いまどきチケットを紙で出さないとダメというのはちょっといただけないかな。ツアーなので集合は仕方ないですが、スマホの画面などでバウチャー見せればOKにしてほしいです。ギリギリで乗ることもありますし。

The soft serve ice cream at the service area on the way there was delicious.
The bus arrives at the east entrance of Asahiyama Zoo (on the mountain), and it might have been better to have lunch at the restaurant there before entering the zoo (since there are many menu options).
The return bus also departs from the east entrance, so you will go down the slope after looking from above and then climb back up to return (comfortable walking shoes are a must).
The action exhibits were full of highlights throughout the park.
As seen on TV, the spotted seals were swimming inside the tube.
During the munching time, the zookeeper also explains about the animals.
At the oasis where we took a break on the way back, we received discount coupons from the guide (not usable at Kitakaro). You can get a discount by presenting it before payment, but they won't accommodate you if you show it later, so don't forget to present it.
We were the only couple participating on a weekday after summer vacation (the description stated that the tour would proceed with just one person, and it was true).
The driver was safe and calm, and the guide provided thorough explanations from the bus window, making it a very nice tour.

バスの到着は旭山動物園の東口（山の上）昼食とるならここにあるレストランで済ませてから入園するほうがよかったかな（メニューが多いので）
帰りのバスも東口から乗車なので上から見て坂道をくだり、また上って帰ることになります（歩きやすい靴必須です）
行動展示で園内は見どころ満載でした。
テレビでみた通りゴマフアザラシが筒の中泳いでました。
もぐもぐタイムには飼育員さんが動物の説明もしてくれます。
帰りの休憩するオアシスではガイドさんから割引券がもらえます（北菓楼閣では使えない）。会計前に提示で割引してもらえますが後から出しても対応してもらえないので忘れす提示しないとです。
夏休み明けのウイークデーで参加は夫婦2人だけでした（説明文に催行1名様とありましたが偽り無しです）
ドライバーさんは安全運転で穏やかな方でしたし、ガイドさんも車窓の案内も丁寧でとてもいいツアーでした。

I participated with my son, who is a middle school student and loves animals. At the tour reception, they required confirmation of a student ID or insurance card. Luckily, I had an image of my passport, so they were able to verify it with that. However, I was told that if verification couldn't be done on-site, we might have to pay an additional fee. When I mentioned that he is a middle school student, they didn't say anything further, and we were allowed to enter.

The tickets issued included a bus ticket and an admission ticket for adults only, but entry to Asahiyama Zoo is free for middle school students, so I think it would be good to have some kind of ticket with a name on it to avoid any trouble. On the bus, only drinks were allowed, and the rest area we stopped at only had seating in the restaurant. During the trip, the guide's chatter made the journey enjoyable.

The number of participants was about 60%, making it a small group, but the seating is assigned based on the order of application.

中学生の動物が好きな息子と参加、ツアーの受付で学生証か保険証の確認が必要でした。
たまたま、パスポートの画像を持っていたのでそれで確認してもらえましたが、現地で確認が出来なかったら追加料金払うかもと言われましたが、現地では中学生ですと話すと特に何も言われず入場出来ました。
チケットは、バスのチケットと大人だけ入場チケットが出されますが、中学生迄は旭山動物園は無料対象なので、トラブル回避で無料でも何か記名があるチケットがあると良いと思いました。
バスの車内は、飲み物以外は不可で途中立ち寄るサービスエリアはレストランにしか座る場所がなった。道中、行きはガイドさんのお喋りで盛り上がってました。
参加者は6割位割位で小規模でしたが、座席は申し込み順だそうです。

While planning a 3-night, 4-day trip from Kansai to Hokkaido, I found that researching public transportation to Asahiyama Zoo seemed quite troublesome... So, since I was staying in front of Sapporo Station, I prioritized the advantage of just riding and arriving at the destination, and I decided to use this service. I think both the bus guide and the bus driver were considerate, ensuring that the guests were comfortable and had an enjoyable time. In particular, when I consulted the female bus guide about where to eat upon disembarking, she kindly offered her advice without any unpleasantness, and I was able to have a warm experience. 関西から北海道に3泊4日のうち、旭山動物園に行く計画を立てる際に公共交通を調べるとなんだかメンドクサそう…
なので札幌駅前に宿泊していたので今回乗ってるだけで現地につく、というメリットを重視し利用させていただきました。
バスガイドさんもバス運転手さんもお客さんが不自由していないか、楽しく過ごせるように気遣いされていたと思います。特にバスガイドの女性が降り際に食べるところについて相談したらイヤな顔せず親身に相談に乗って下さり温かい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます

It was very fulfilling and fun! Two hours at the zoo went by in a flash, and I wished I had a bit more time to see everything. I thought it would be nice to have sunshades (like curtains) in the car.

動物園2時間はあっという間で見切れなかったのでもう少し時間が欲しかったです。
車に日除け(カーテン等)が無かったのであるといいと思いました。

The bus ride back and forth was quite long, but the guide's stories were interesting, and I was able to enjoy the three hours spent at the zoo. It was very helpful that the guide shared tips on how to have a fun experience while visiting the zoo.

行きかえりのバス移動は結構長かったのですが、ガイドさんのお話しも興味深かったですし、３時間の動物園見学も楽しく過ごすことができました。ガイドさんから、動物園を見学するにあたって楽しく過ごすポイントなどを教えていただけたのがとてもよかったです。
