It was really nice that we departed in the afternoon and wrapped up by around 5 PM. Even though we participated in a bus tour, it wasn't a full day, so we were able to enjoy our own time and had a fulfilling day. Despite the heavy snow, we thoroughly enjoyed nearly three hours at Asahiyama Zoo. It was delightful to see the animals buried in white snow and those seemingly enjoying the snow, and the penguin walk was truly adorable and enjoyable.

On the way back, I think the crew had a really tough time with the highway closures, but they kept us informed about the situation, which made us feel at ease. I also appreciated the unexpected two bathroom breaks along the way.

My first visit to Asahiyama Zoo.

During my 3-night, 4-day stay in Sapporo, I used this tour for a quick morning outing. It was really great to easily visit various sightseeing spots in a place I wasn't familiar with, especially with the snow piling up! Our guide, Mr. Ishihara, was very warm and reassuring! The driver was also very courteous! At one point, I lost a ticket and caused some trouble, but they kindly reassured me not to worry, which I truly appreciated! Everyone was very satisfied. I will definitely use this service again!

Since the snow was expected to be heavy, I was a bit worried about the optional tour with the bus, but it turned out to be completely fine. In fact, the tour was wonderful with the penguin walk, the icicles at the waterfall, and the beautiful snowy scenery.

I thought about going by public transportation myself, but it seemed a bit difficult, so I joined a tour. It was great to efficiently visit tourist spots that are hard to navigate on my own. The Okurayama Jump Stadium was more impressive than I expected, and there was a beautiful rainbow at just the right moment.

自分で公共機関で行こうかとも思ったのですが、ちょっと行きにくそうだったので、ツアーに参加しました。個人では生きにくい観光地を効率よく回ってくれたので、でツアーに参加して良かったです。大倉山ジャンプ競技場は思ったよりすごかったですし、ちょうど虹が出て素敵でした。
