It was disappointing that it went from heavy rain to light rain and then to cloudy skies. Among the more than 45 participants, there were only 4 Japanese. There were only announcements of necessary information, and there was no explanation of the tourist attractions.

On a company trip, we had a free day, and three male members of the company signed up for this tour to see the Blue Pond. Although there were some disappointing courses due to the timing, the three of us had a great day. It was a sunny day, but since our visit to the Blue Pond was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we couldn't capture the photos we had imagined due to the lighting conditions. It might have been better if we could have arranged the visit around noon.

We were able to visit several places in one day that would have been difficult to reach on our own, and the lunch was luxurious and enjoyable. This was my second visit to Furano and Biei. Last time I rented a car, but this time I joined a bus tour, and honestly, I was a bit anxious about the manners of foreign tourists. I had been hesitant to participate since it was mentioned that there would be announcements in foreign languages. However, once we set off, the guide clearly communicated important information to the passengers, and I didn't experience any of the discomfort I had anticipated. The three people who were speaking continuously in English right next to us were moved to another seat by the guide, which quieted things down.
The guide mentioned that they wouldn't do the typical "guiding," but they engaged us with light-hearted conversation without being pushy. I was also impressed by the driver, who always called out to passengers when they were getting on and off the bus. Thank you for your hard work during the long drive.
I thought the duration of our stops at the sightseeing locations was just right. It brought back memories from my previous visit, and we created new enjoyable memories, with my spouse and I saying, "That was great." Thank you very much.
Lastly, one of the factors that made me hesitate to participate was the feeling of "not seeing the face of the company." What if I ended up with a strange tour company? What if it was a weird bus company? It turned out to be unnecessary worry, but I think it would be good to promote this aspect online. 2回目の富良野・美瑛でしたが、前回はレンタカー、今回はバスツアーで（外国人のマナーに）正直不安がありました。外国語のアナウンスもあると書かれていたので、ずっと参加を迷っていました。発射するとガイドさんが注意事項をきちっと乗客に伝えてくれた事もあり、予想していた不快なことは全くありませんでした。私たちの目の席で英語でしゃべり続けていた３人もガイドさんが１人を別席に移して下さり静かになりました。
所謂、ガイドさんらしい「ガイド」はしませんとおっしゃっていたガイドさんも押しつけがましくなく、軽妙なおしゃべりを楽しませてくださいました。また運転手さんも、乗客が乗り降りする際に必ず声掛けをして下さり感心しました。長時間の運転ご苦労様でした。
立ち寄りの観光地の滞在時間も程よい長さで良かったと思います。前回訪問の記憶がよみがえり、新たな楽しい記憶が刻まれて夫婦２人で「よかったね」と話しています。大変ありがとうございました。
最後に、参加するかどうか悩んだ１つの要因は「会社の顔が見えない」事でした。変なツアー会社に当たったらどうしよう？変なバス会社だったらどうしよう？ 無駄な心配でしたが、WEB上でもアピールされた方が良いのではないでしょうか？心配されている日本人の方が他にもいらっしゃる気がします。

I wanted to go see the Blue Pond, but it was difficult to plan using public transportation, so I joined this tour. The time spent on the bus was quite long, but thanks to the good weather, all the destinations set for us were wonderful, and I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Hokkaido. 青い池を見に行きたかったのですが、公共交通機関で予定をたてるのが大変だったのでこちらのツアーに参加させてもらいました。バスに揺られている時間はとても長かったですが、天気に恵まれたこともありますが設定されていた目的地はどこも素晴らしく、北海道の自然を満喫できました。どこも広かったので時間が少し足りなかったですが、これ以上帰りが遅くなるのもまた疲れてしまうのでちょうど良かったのかなと思います。

It was truly the best bus tour. We were taken to places we could never have gone to on our own, and we made many precious memories. Also, the tour guide was amazing. He was a young man from Taiwan and very kind. His funny advice still lingers in my ears. If I use Veltra again next time, I would like to request that tour guide (laughs). He was really wonderful and the best tour guide. Thank you for your help.

It was a long journey from Sapporo to Furano, but every spot we visited was wonderful, and we were able to see the magnificent scenery unique to Hokkaido from the car window. The staff included the driver and two guides, both of whom were very kind and friendly. There was a guided tour using earphones, which allowed us to gather information while enjoying a fun trip.
札幌から富良野までの旅ですので移動が長かったですが、見学したスポットはどれも素敵で車窓からも北海道ならでは壮大な景色を見ることができました。
スタッフは運転士さん、ガイドさん2名で、お二人ともとても優しく親切な方でした。
イヤホンを利用しての観光ガイドがあり、情報収集もしながら楽しい旅を過ごす事ができました。

My wife and I participated together. The scenery at the planned sightseeing spots was wonderful, but the guide introduced us to delicious food at each location (including the rest area for toilet breaks), which satisfied both our eyes and our stomachs.

The scenery was not great due to the rain, so I was very disappointed, but it was good to have a tour since it allowed us to efficiently visit distant places that would require a rental car. I think it would have been perfect if the weather had been nice.
