I was able to efficiently visit various spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Mount Usu, which are difficult to access without a car. As someone who is not a regular driver, this was a great help. The paid option for the bear ranch was also nice. Both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. Thank you for a fulfilling day!

洞爺湖、支笏湖、有珠山等と車がないと行くことが難しいスポットを効率よく色々と見学できました。ペーパードライバーの身には大変助かります。有料オプションですが、熊牧場も良かったです。ドライバーの方や添乗員の方もとても感じの良い方でした。このたびは充実した1日をありがとうございました。

It seems that Sapporo was hit by rain, but Asahikawa enjoyed some sunshine and was fun. The guide was very attentive and did a great job. While some tours may primarily focus on explanations for international visitors and can be hard to understand, this was a wonderful tour. If I have the chance again, I will choose this one! I highly recommend it!

札幌は雨に降られたようですが旭川は薄陽もさして楽しめました。ガイドさんもすごく丁寧でバッチリでした。ツアーによっては海外の方向けの説明がメインでわかりずらいというようなツアーもあるようですがこちらは素晴らしいツアーでした。また機会があればここにします！おすすめです！

I hadn't really thought about visiting Lake Toya because it's quite a distance from Sapporo. But since it includes a bus and lunch, I decided to give it a try.

The weather was great, and I had a lot of fun.

I also enjoyed a delicious lunch.

We gathered at the sightseeing bus stop near Sapporo Station. The location was easy to find, and the tour was held even with a small number of participants. As a result, the large bus was almost exclusively for us. With the guide's assistance, we had a great trip. We had plenty of time at the zoo and were able to see the animals we wanted to see. It had been a while since my last visit to the zoo, but I really enjoyed it. On the way back, I bought souvenirs at the service area.

場所もわかりやすく、停少人数でも開催されます。そのため大型バスがほぼ貸切でした。
ガイドさんの案内もあり、いい旅行ができました。
動物園の時間も十分あり、見たい動物も見れました。
ひさびさの動物園でしたが、楽しめました。
帰りは、SAでのお土産を買って帰りました。

I rode the ropeway and saw the collapsed areas and Showa Shinzan. It was enjoyable to have Tom, the guide who speaks three languages, provide the commentary on the bus.

ロープウェイに乗り、崩れ落ちた箇所や昭和新山など見ました。バスの中で三カ国語を話すガイドのトムさんの案内が楽しかったです。

During the tour in early May, I enjoyed famous spots in the Iburi region. I also used this opportunity for a pilgrimage to the sacred sites of a certain gold bar manga (Noboribetsu, Lake Shikotsu, and brown bears)!

At Noboribetsu Onsen, I unexpectedly encountered wild Ezo deer, and at the bear ranch, I was able to see newborn cubs born in April and the breeding behavior of large brown bears. I think I was able to experience the unique charm of participating in spring.

Along the way, the guide's stories were also interesting. They kindly took photos for us, and the communication in three languages was smooth, leaving a very good impression. The pudding and yogurt from the Silo Observatory, the scallops from the Toyako Onsen area, and the soft serve ice cream from the Shikotsu Onsen area, all recommended by the guide, were incredibly delicious.

Although the timing at Lake Toya (during lunch) felt a bit rushed, the distribution of time for the other activities was fine, and overall, the pace was good, so I was satisfied.

Additionally, the scenery from the car window was full of highlights, including the industrial area of Muroran, the wind power generation group in Date, the expansive hills of pastures, and the shimmering lakeside at sunset!

　5月初旬のツアーにて、胆振地方の有名スポットを堪能。某金塊漫画の聖地巡礼（登別・支笏湖・ヒグマ）を兼ねて利用しました！
　登別温泉では偶然にも野生のエゾジカを、熊牧場では4月に生まれたての子熊や、大きなヒグマの繁殖行動を見ることができ、春の参加ならではの魅力を味わえたかなと思います。
　道中、ガイドさんのお話も面白かったです。快く写真を撮ってくださったり、3カ国での対応もスムーズでとても良い印象でした。オススメしてもらった、サイロ展望台のプリンとヨーグルト、洞爺湖温泉街の帆立、支笏湖温泉街のソフトクリーム、どれも大変美味しかったです。
　ツアー時程は、洞爺湖での時間（昼食のタイミング）が若干追われてしまったものの、他の時間配分は問題なし、全体的にはテンポ良かったので満足できました。
　また、車窓からの景色についても、室蘭の工業地帯や伊達の風力発電群、牧場草原の広がる丘、夕陽の煌めく湖岸など、見所満載でした！

I had seen in reviews that there were many foreign participants, so I had assumed it might be noisy, but the bus was quiet, and everything was on schedule, allowing us to have a very smooth day!

The tour guide was very pleasant and surprised us by explaining things in three languages!

The bus drove safely, which was reassuring, but the seats were a bit cramped, so my body started to ache after a long time traveling.

Overall, it was an excellent trip! Thank you!

The guide was kind, and the explanations were easy to understand, which was great! Also, the driver had a good personality and drove carefully, making me feel safe. I was satisfied with how efficiently we visited the tourist spots.

The allocation of time for the tour was excellent, and I was able to see all the places I wanted to visit in this area. It was a very good tour. Additionally, our guide, Mr. Yanagyu, was very friendly, and his explanations of each sightseeing spot were very clear, so I was never bored. Being so close, with no clouds, and the guide's sensitivity, Lake Toya and its mirror-like surface were exceptional. The lakeside restaurant at Lake Toya also serves delicious food.

It was great that it didn't rain, but since it was mostly cloudy, the views weren't as spectacular as they could have been. However, I was able to visit many wonderful places, so I'm glad I participated!

I think our tour guide, Mr. Yanagyu, had a tough time providing explanations in both Japanese and Chinese, but he was very cheerful and took photos and chatted with us, which made the experience incredibly enjoyable! The female driver was also very cheerful and drove safely. Thank you both very much!

雨が降らなかったのは良かったけど…基本曇多めだったのでどこの景色も最高だった！とまではいかなかった　でも、どこもよい所で色々な所に行けたので参加して良かったです！

I was able to visit various tourist spots smoothly, guided to places that are not easy to visit all at once. The tour was easy to understand and offered at a more affordable price compared to other sightseeing buses. However, since it was not a large sightseeing bus but rather a medium-sized microbus, when not comparing it to other sightseeing buses, the focus on content and cost performance, along with the hospitality of our guide, Mr. Yanagyu, provided value beyond the price.

One thing I noticed was that during the free lunch time when the A course split, many shops were closed on Wednesday, which limited our options. Also, on the B course, we were supposed to visit Showa Shinzan later, but since we didn't see the ranch, we might have had extra time even after shortening the visit. It might have been better if we had partnered with a restaurant near Lake Toya.

Overall, it was a good experience. Unlike other guides, our guide paid attention to fashion and had her makeup done well, showing a commitment to beauty. I thought it would be great if others could follow her example.

色々な観光地を回れて、なかなか一度に行けない箇所をスムーズに案内され、わかりやすく
ツアーで、他の観光バスよりもお手軽な値段ではありましたが、観光バスではなく、中型のママイクロバスだった為、他の観光バスと比較しなければ、中身重視とコストパフォーマンス、及びガイド案内の柳生さんのおもてなしは、価格以上の価値はありました。少し気になった箇所で言えば、Ａコース分かれた時の　自由昼食、水曜な為、お店がクローズ多いので限定的になってしまった事と、Ｂコースで後から昭和新山行きますが、牧場見なかったため、時間を
短縮しても余ってしまったかな。洞爺湖付近で
食事提携したら良かったかな。
　全体的に　良かったです。
ガイドさんも、他の同じガイドさんと違い、ファッションに気をつけてたり、メイクアップもきちんとしていて、美容に力を入れてる方でした。見習ってほしいなぁと思いました。

I was seated at the very front of the bus. Next to the tour guide, Mr. Yagyu, I received constant recommendations and advice. Thanks to him, every time we arrived at a sightseeing spot, he was the first to inform us about the best viewpoints and recommended local cuisine. Despite the tight schedule, I was able to enjoy a fulfilling day trip bus tour. Thank you very much.

It was a lot of fun with plenty to see. I attended with an elderly person with disabilities, and the tour guide was very kind, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any issues! However, I struggled with making the reservation from an unfamiliar smartphone, and since I was traveling with someone with disabilities, I couldn't find the section to indicate our seating preferences. I apologize for the trouble I caused the tour guide on the day of the event. It would be helpful to have a contact number for inquiries. The attentiveness and explanations from our tour guide, Mr. Yagyu, were also excellent.

見所盛りだくさんで楽しかったです。
高齢の障害者を連れて参加しましたが、添乗員さんに親切にして頂き無事楽しむ事が出来ました！
ただ、慣れないスマホからの予約で障害者がいる為座席の希望を記入する場所が分からず、当日添乗員さんに苦労をおかけしました。せめて問い合わせ用の電話があったら有難いです。　添乗員の柳生さんの気配りも説明も素晴らしかったです。

Nine elderly participants joined the tour. The tour guide, Mr. Yanagiu, and the driver were very kind to us. We had plenty of time for sightseeing and were able to enjoy ourselves. I live in Hokkaido, but I would like to participate again if I have the opportunity.

9名年配者ばかりで参加しました。添乗員の柳生さんドライバーさんに親切にして頂きました。観光の時間は充分にあり楽しむ事ができました。私は北海道に住んでいますが、また機会があれば参加したいと思っています。

I had a great time with the guide who spoke in Japanese, English, and also Chinese 😊. The view from the Shakotan Peninsula was beautiful, and I had plenty of time for free activities in Otaru, so I could explore without feeling rushed. The meeting place was at the Tokyu Rei Hotel, which was close to my hotel in Susukino, making it easy to find. Thank you very much! 💖😆

The tour itself was very satisfying, but I was quite disappointed with the morning gathering and the reception. The reason for this is that since I booked through VELTRA, I was continuously searching for a staff member holding a sign or a small flag with the VELTRA name in the entrance lobby of the hotel where we were supposed to meet. In the end, I had to approach a staff member holding a small flag that said "EASY GO," and that turned out to be the staff for the VELTRA tour I had booked. Moreover, that staff member never entered the entrance lobby as previously indicated; they remained on the sidewalk in front of the hotel the whole time. If I hadn't approached them and the meeting time had passed, I might not have been able to check in. I believe it was necessary for the staff to hold a small flag with the VELTRA name and to be present in the hotel entrance lobby as specified.

ツアーそのものは、大変満足のいく内容だったのですが、朝の集合〜受付の対応はとても残念でした。
その理由としては、VELTRAで申し込んだため、集合場所だったホテルのエントランスロビーで、VELTRAの掲示や社名が書かれた小旗を持ったスタッフをずっと探していたのですが、最終的には、"EASY GO"と書かれた小旗を持ったスタッフに、こちらから声掛けして、それが申し込んだVELTRAのツアーのものでした。しかも、そのスタッフは、事前に案内されていたエントランスロビーに入ってくることはなく、ずっとホテル前の歩道でした。
もし、こちらから声掛けすることなく、集合時刻を過ぎていたら、チェックインできなかったかもしれません。
スタッフは、申し込みをしたVELTRAの社名の入った小旗を持つこと、集合場所とされたホテルのエントランスロビーにいること、は、必要だったと思います。

How's the weather?

I applied about a month ago and was looking forward to it! We were blessed with the perfect weather—neither too hot nor too cold, with gentle winds, making it a wonderful day. The shiba-zakura (moss phlox) blooming all over the mountains created a beautiful pink world. The tulips were impeccably maintained and greeted us with their stunning stature.

This time, I participated with my elderly mother (I’m a senior myself—laughs). Our guide was a kind young man from Taiwan, who spoke several languages fluently while explaining things (amazing!).

He asked us multiple times if we wanted to take pictures together, but I declined out of fear of how I would look in the photos. Looking back, I regret not having taken a picture from a distance where my wrinkles wouldn’t show—laughs.

If there’s another opportunity, I would definitely like to join again! Thank you so much for a wonderful day. I truly appreciate it!

1ヶ月ほど前に申し込みして楽しみにしていました♪
暑くもなく寒くもなく風も穏やかな最高のお天気に恵まれ、素晴らしい1日になりました♡
山一面に咲く芝桜は満開でピンク色の世界が美しかったです╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
チューリップは見事なまでに手入れされており、美しい立ち姿で迎えてくれました♡
今回は高齢の母と2人で参加させて頂きました。（私自身もシニアです〜笑）
ガイドさんは台湾出身の優しいお兄さん。
数カ国語を流暢に操り説明していらっしゃいました。（素晴らしい）
現地で、お二人で写真撮りませんか？と何度も声をかけて下さいましたが、ありのままの自分が写真に映し出される恐怖でお断りしてしまいましたm(__)m
今思えば、遠くから（シワが見えない距離で）記念に撮っていただけば良かったな〜と後悔しています（笑）
また、機会があれば是非お願いしますね♡

This time, I was the only Japanese participant, which made me feel like I was joining an optional tour abroad. However, for someone like me who wanted to enjoy some alone time, it was a very satisfying tour.

Our guide, Lisa, is a quadrilingual who speaks Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English. She provided me with attentive support in Japanese throughout the tour, and I am truly grateful for that!

I was thrilled to finally see the Great Buddha, and after enjoying delicious seafood, I was able to relax in a hot spring at the end, making it a very meaningful day.

Next time, I would love to participate during the lavender or snowy season. Thank you for a wonderful time!

今回まさかの日本人ひとりということで、まるで海外のオプショナルツアーに参加しているような感覚でしたが、ひとり時間を満喫したい私にとっては大満足のツアーでした。

ガイドのLisaさんは、日本語・中国語・韓国語・英語を話せるクワドリンガルで、たったひとりの参加だった私にも終始日本語で丁寧にサポートしてくださり、本当に感謝しています！

念願だった頭大仏を実際に見ることができて大感激でしたし、美味しい海産物を堪能した後、最後には温泉まで楽しめて、とても有意義な1日になりました。

次回はぜひ、ラベンダーや雪の季節にも参加してみたいです。素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

The moss phlox was in full bloom and it was amazing. The moss phlox soft serve was also delicious. The tulips were beautiful too! I experienced digging up tulips and brought some home to display.

I thought it was a place I would probably never visit on my own, so I signed up for a tour of the Shakotan Peninsula and Otaru. It was a stormy day, but the gate that prohibits women was open, and I was able to reach the cape.

Since there are ups and downs, it's essential to wear comfortable shoes, but the path is well-maintained, so it was possible to make the round trip in about an hour without rushing.

The scenery was absolutely stunning, and it offered a chance to experience something out of the ordinary. Both the guide and the driver were very kind. This was my second time participating in a Veltra tour (the first was abroad), and I felt very secure joining this one.

おそらく自分では行く事のない場所だと思い、積丹半島、小樽のツアーを申し込みました。暴風でしたが女人禁制の門は開いており岬まで行く事ができました。
アップダウンがあるので歩きやすい靴で行くのは必須ですが、道も整えられているので往復1時間あれば、急がずとも可能でした。
景色はとても素晴らしく非日常を体験できます。ガイドさんも運転士さんもとても親切でした。ベルトラのツアーは2回目の参加(以前は国外)ですが、とても安心して参加できます。

The small microbus was full (12 people), but the driver efficiently took us to the sightseeing spots, allowing us to see a lot of beautiful scenery, which made me very satisfied. I received a discount coupon at the souvenir shop at the Silo Observation Deck, so when I bought souvenirs there, they were cheap, and I was able to get dried shellfish and octopus, which were delicious. I looked for them elsewhere but couldn't find them, so I thought I should have bought more. I had a great time and I'm glad I participated.

小さなマイクロバスで満席（12名）だったけど、運転手さんが効率よく観光地に連れて行ってくれたので、良い景色がたくさん見られて大満足でした。サイロ展望台のお土産屋さんで割引券をもらったのでそこでお土産を買ったら安いし、貝ひもやタコの干物が買えて美味しかったので他でも探したけど、売ってないので、もっと買えばよかったと思いました。とても楽しめました。参加してよかったです。

I was very satisfied with the abundant course and delicious meals. Although it's separate from the tourist spots, one of the highlights for me was the bus driver. He was very pleasant, and his driving was careful, which made me feel safe during the ride. Since my job involves driving as well, I was particularly attentive to the driving quality.

I was a bit worried about the value for such a generous offering at this price. I would definitely like to use this service again when I visit Hokkaido.

盛りだくさんのコースと美味しいお食事に大満足でした。観光地とは別ですが私の中でとても良かった事の1つにバスの運転手さん。とても感じが良くて運転も丁寧で安心して乗っていられました。私も仕事が運転業務なものでやっぱり運転はとても気になるところでした。
このお値段でこんなに盛り沢山で心配になるくらいでした。
また北海道へ行った際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです。

I arrived in Sapporo in the morning and thought about where to go for half a day, so I decided to join a bus tour for easier transportation.

Due to the unfortunate rainy and cloudy forecast, there was only one other group besides us, which made me feel a bit sorry for the driver and guide, but they were very kind and accommodating, which was great.

At the Okurayama Jump Stadium, the lift was stopped due to strong winds, but the jump platform was still quite impressive from below.

It was cold at the Moerenuma Park as well, but I enjoyed seeing a herd of wild deer in the grass and taking photos with the statue of Clark.

It was nice to move comfortably while listening to the announcements and trivia through the earphone guide.

午前に札幌着、半日どこを回ろうか考えて、移動が楽なバスツアーに参加することにしました。
あいにくの雨くもり予報のせいか、参加はうちのほかに1組だけとなんだか運転手さんやガイドさんには申し訳なかったですが、親切かつ感じのよい対応でとても良かったです。
大倉山ジャンプ場では強風でリフトは止まっていましたが、ジャンプ台は下からでもかなり迫力ありました。
羊ケ丘も寒かったですが、野生の鹿の群れが草むらにいたり、クラーク像と写真を撮ったり楽しく過ごしました。
イヤホンガイドでアナウンスやウンチクを聞きながら快適に移動でき良かったです。

I was able to efficiently sightsee in just one day. I thought my stay in Otaru would be long, but it flew by with all the food sampling and souvenir shopping. The guide was also a very pleasant person, which was great.

1日で効率よく観光できました。小樽滞在時間が、長いかなと思ったけど食べ歩きしてお土産探しであっという間でした。ガイドさんもとても感じのいい方でよかったです。

The places I visited were all wonderful and without complaint, but I was disappointed with the inbound customers and the guide. Since they were inbound tourists, there were moments of irritation due to poor manners and differing values. I had acknowledged at the time of booking that it would be the same tour as the inbound group, but I regret not going with only Japanese people. That's my fault.

As for the guide, they were from overseas and trilingual. They had no issues with language and were a lovely person, but it seemed they lacked experience as a guide. Therefore, I think of them more as someone who assists rather than a full-fledged guide.

The content of the guiding was often disorganized, so I believe it would be better to decide in advance what to explain, memorize the script, and use a guiding method where they explain when they reach the relevant scene.

訪れた場所はどこも素敵で申し分なかったのですが、インバウンドのお客様とガイドさんにがっかりしました。
インバウンドなので、マナーの悪さや価値観の違いで、途中イラつくこともありました。申し込み時点でインバウンドと同じツアーになる事は書かれてあったので了承したのですが、やはり日本人だけで行動すればよかったと後悔しています、これは自分が悪いですね。
また、ガイドさんですが、海外出身でトライリンガルの方でした。言語も問題なく人柄も素敵な方だったのですが、どうもガイドの経験が浅いように見受けられました。なので、ガイドと言うよりも補助をしてくれる人程度のアテンドだと思います。
ガイドの内容がまとまりがないことが多かったので、あらかじめ何を解説するのか、セリフを決め、それを暗唱して、その場面に来たら説明するようなガイドの方法を取られたほうが良いかと思います。
