The round trip of over 5 hours by microbus was tough. It was my first time on a tour that involved such a long bus ride. The sculptures were completely boring, and the facility was empty with no other guests. We spent the longest time there, while the other facilities were only about 20 minutes each, so I think that place was unnecessary.

I would have given it one star, but the tour conductor was quick-witted and took us to a scenic spot that wasn't on the itinerary, so I gave it two stars instead.

マイクロバスでの往復5時間以上は辛かったです。そんなバスで回っているツアーは初めてでした。彫刻はまったくつまらないもので他のお客さんも居ないガラガラの施設でした。そこでの滞在時間が1番長く他の施設は20分程度だったのであの施設は要らないと思います。
星１つでもよかったのですがツアコンダクターの方が機転をきかしてくれてコースにない景色のよい所に案内してくれたので星2にしました。

I was able to see the stunning views of Cape Earth, Lake Toya, and Lake Shikotsu. The weather was great, and the tour guide provided service that exceeded expectations, which was very impressive. They recommended souvenirs and food at each sightseeing spot, as well as suggestions for Sapporo city and the airport. I would like to participate in another bus tour via a different route.

地球岬・洞爺湖・支笏湖の絶景を見る事ができました。天気も良く添乗員さんがガイドさん以上の対応で非常に良かったです。
各観光地でのお土産・食べ物などお薦めを教えてくれたり、札幌市内のお薦め・空港のお薦めまで教えて頂きました。
また別ルートのバスツアーに参加したいと思います。

I thought the schedule might be a bit tight, but once I arrived in Sapporo, there were so many places I wanted to visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The guide was also very kind and provided a wealth of information, making it a fun experience.

少々ハードなスケジュールかとも思いましたが、札幌にきたら、行っておきたいところばかりで、札幌を満喫しました。
ガイドの方も親切で、情報盛り沢山で楽しかったです。

As expected from the tourist city of Sapporo, even though day trip sightseeing buses are being discontinued in various places due to a shortage of drivers, I was impressed by the variety of courses available. It was efficient to visit various locations that are difficult to access with the limited JR services. Even on weekdays, the buses were full, with about 80% of the passengers being foreigners. There is a guide, but since they are busy with Japanese, English, and Chinese, it's difficult to provide sufficient information. I recommend checking sightseeing information on your mobile phone.

We came for a family trip after 10 years! Since it was a free trip, we signed up for a one-day bus tour. I was looking forward to it because last year we had a great time on a half-day tour, but I was surprised to find that we were the only Japanese family there 💦. My sons, aged 26 and 30, along with my husband, were really down about it, and we even talked about canceling right in front of the bus. But since we had already paid, I insisted we go, and when we got on the bus, there was a strong smell of perfume and body odor, which really put a damper on the start of the trip!

We were a bit loose with the meeting times, and I wasn't sure if it was because we didn't know the locations or what, but our tour guide, Mr. Tang, was on the phone every time 💦. We visited various places, and by the end, everyone had gone from being dissatisfied to satisfied, so that was good. Mr. Tang was kind and helpful.

It would be nice to know in advance that we were the only Japanese participants when signing up, but it seems like most of the tours are for foreigners, so I think I’ll do more research before participating in the future!

10年ぶりの家族旅行へ来ました！
自由な旅行だったので1日バスツアー申込しました。
昨年、半日のツアーに申し込みして良かったので楽しみにしてましたが‥日本人が私達家族だけでビックリしました💦
26歳と30歳の息子➕旦那もテンション下がりまくりでバスを目の前にしてやめようなんて話もしてました。
お金も払ってるから行くよと強制でバスに乗ったら香水や体臭の凄い匂いがしてかなりマイナスな気分でスタートしました！
あちこちの集合時間にルーズなんだか場所がわからなくなったかわからないけど‥ツアーガイドの唐君が毎回、電話してました💦
色々まわって最後にはみんな不満から満足に変わってたので良かったです。
ガイドの唐君は親切で良かったです。
申込時に日本人が私達だけとかわかると有難いですけど‥ほとんどが外国人のツアーみたいなのでこれからはよく調べて参加しようと思います！

I participated in a tour on April 17th. The Okurayama Jump Stadium was undergoing lift inspections, so I couldn't ride the lift and ended up with a lot of free time. At the Shiroi Koibito Park, the factory machines were also being inspected, so I couldn't see the candy-making process and just wandered around the shop. I wish the tour company had researched in advance to increase the number of stops or taken some measures. It seems like it's better to avoid tourism in Hokkaido during this season. It was quite difficult to find a tour, and I finally found this one.

4/17にツアーに参加しました。
大倉山ジャンプ競技場はリフト点検中でリフトに乗れず、時間を持て余ました。
白い恋人パークでは、これまた工場の機械点検中でお菓子の出来る様子見れず、
ショップをウロウロするだけでした。
ツアー会社は事前に調べて立ち寄り場所を増やすとか、何か対策して欲しかったです。
北海道のこの季節は観光は避けた方がよさそうです。　
なかなかツアーも無くやっと見つけたツアーでした。

It was almost a full-day tour, but I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, and I was able to buy souvenirs at the Mushroom Kingdom, and the mushroom soup was also tasty. If you're looking for a tour to fully enjoy nature, this is definitely the one! 😊

ほぼ丸一日のツアーでしたが、とても満喫できました。食事も美味しく、きのこ王国ではお土産も買うことができ、きのこ汁も美味しかった☺️自然を満喫したいツアーなら間違いないです。

As a one-day tour, it seems to be quite cost-effective and is likely the most popular. I was lucky to be able to buy souvenirs with an 8% discount coupon.

Thank you, Mr. Yagyu, for all your thoughtful care and attention during the tour. It was a fun trip, and I don't think I could have visited so many places on my own. The 8% discount on souvenirs at the sightseeing spots and the silo observation deck was greatly appreciated. ☆ five stars. The only downside was the small 20-passenger jumping vehicle, but aside from that, it was a perfect score!

見学地やサイロ展望台おみやげ8％引きはありがたいことです。☆５つです。
小型の20人乗りジャンプする車が残念でしたが。それを除けば100点満点とれました。

There were about 30 participants, and I was the only Japanese person. At the beginning, the guide (a Chinese man) mentioned that since there was only one Japanese participant, my seat on the bus would be right behind him, and I would be sitting alone (no one would sit next to me). However, one person from a family of seven from Vietnam ended up sitting next to me, which was quite noisy the whole time. The guide only provided explanations in English, covering the next destination, viewing time, and meeting time. Since he only conveyed this information, I declined the Japanese explanation, saying I understood English. I felt that the guide was not as enjoyable or knowledgeable as others have described.

Regarding the schedule, the initial viewing time at Hokkaido Shrine was supposed to be 50 minutes, but it was cut down to 30 minutes, which felt rushed. Yet, we spent a generous 90 minutes for lunch at the market. While others seemed to visit the shops guided by the guide, I wished they had adjusted the viewing times better if they could allocate that much time for lunch.

Additionally, this is a personal impression, but both the driver and the guide were wearing wrinkled sweatshirts, and the driver looked like he had just woken up with messy hair. There was a lack of cleanliness, and when I said "thank you" while getting off the bus, I was ignored. The driver was not the kind of person that others had described in their reviews.

The weather was very nice, and the Great Buddha was a wonderful sight. Lastly, I wish the entrance fee for the Great Buddha had been included in the tour. All 30 of us (and everyone else was a foreigner) had to pay for the entrance fee one by one at a single ticket machine. With such a short viewing time, this took even more time. Please consider this.

スケジュールについても最初の北海道神宮の見学時間が予定は50分だったのが30分で足早なんてものでない
それなのに昼食は市場でたっぷり90分
他の方々はガイドさんの案内されるお店に行かれたようですが
昼食にそれだけ時間を割けるなら、他の見学時間の調整をもう少しちゃんとして欲しかったです

あと、これは個人の感じ方もありますが
ドライバーさん、ガイドさん共によれよれのスウェット、ドライバーさんに至っては起きたばかりのようなボサボサの髪でした
清潔感もなく、バスを降りるときに「ありがとうございます」と声をかけても無視
このツアーに参加された方々が感想で書いていたようなドライバーさんではありませんでした

頭大仏の拝観料、ツアーに組み込んで欲しかった
30人が（しかも他は全員外国人）が1つの券売機で1人ずつ拝観料を支払います
見学時間短いのに、更に時間がかかります

About half of the participants were foreigners, but the female tour guide (who was Chinese) provided bilingual guidance that satisfied both Japanese and foreign guests, which was very good.

外国の方が半分くらいいらっしゃいましたが、添乗員の女性（中国の方）がバイリンガルで日本人、外国人が満足するような案内をしていただきとてもよかったです。

It was a tour that fulfilled my desire to do a lot of sightseeing, even though I was traveling alone. It was a full tour, and I sat next to the tour guide, Mr. Yagyu, who was very kind and made it enjoyable.

I'm glad I was able to see tourist spots like Lake Toya, Lake Shikotsu, and Cape Earth all in one day. I think having a guide's explanation makes it cheaper than renting a car.

洞爺湖、支笏湖に地球岬など観光地を1日で見られて良かったです。ガイドさんの説明があってレンタカーより格安だと思います。

The view of Jigokudani was refreshing. If I had a little more time, I would have liked to go deeper into Jigokudani. Also, I was a bit disappointed that I had limited time for the Shikotsuko Ice Festival in winter.

地獄谷の景色は爽快でした。もう少し、時間があれば、地獄谷の奥まで、行ってみたかったです。また、冬の支笏湖氷濤まつりも、時間が少なく、ちょっと、残念でした

Since we visited various scenic spots, spending about 40 minutes at each, it was great to be able to see many places even on a day trip. More than half of the participants were foreigners, but it was quiet, and the schedule was well-kept, making it enjoyable. The tour guide provided explanations in two languages, which made it easy to understand. Our guide, Mr. Yanagyu, was friendly and a nice person.

景勝地を各所だいたい滞在時間40分程度で回るので、日帰りでもたくさんの場所に回れて良いです。
参加者の半分以上が外国人でしたが、静かで、時間も守られていて楽しめました。
添乗員さんが、2カ国語で説明をしてくれていて、聞き取りもスムーズでした。
今回、担当いただいた柳生さんは気さくで良い人でした。

I had a great time visiting various places in one day. I don't think I could have explored them on my own, so I'm glad I participated. The guide was amazing, fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese. I was surprised by the number of foreign participants, which made a strong impression on me. If I have the chance again, I would like to join this tour.

The weather was unfortunately bad, but it was a very fulfilling tour. Our guide, Shu, was very knowledgeable and provided detailed and careful guidance. We followed his recommendations at each destination, which led to a wonderful experience. The driver was also kind and drove safely. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it!

Overall, this tour was extremely satisfying. Since it was snowing, I had some concerns about the journey from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo, but the stability was outstanding, allowing us to travel comfortably and with peace of mind. The Asahiyama Zoo was also fantastic. It was a wonderful zoo where you could feel the consideration for the animals, ensuring they were not stressed. The free time we had inside the zoo was just right. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the bus driver and the tour guide. Thanks to both of them, we truly had a comfortable time. 今回のツアーは全体的に大満足出来る内容でした。雪が降っていた事もあり札幌から旭山動物園までの道中に不安があったのですが安定感抜群で安心して快適に道中過ごせました。そして旭山動物園も最高でした。動物にストレスをかけないように配慮しているのが各所で感じられる素晴らしい動物園でした。園内で過ごせる自由時間もちょうどいいくらいでした。最後にバスの運転手さんバスガイドさんにお礼を伝えたいです。お二人のおかげで本当に快適な時間になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was a tour where we could stay at Asahiyama Zoo for three hours. I thought I might get bored being alone, but the time flew by. I was able to watch the penguin walk at a leisurely pace. The bus also had breaks along the way, making it comfortable.

It was a tour with wonderful scenery. The guide was kind and provided a detailed explanation. There were many foreign walkers, so the guide offered explanations in two languages. The guide provided a fluent narration.

I only had one day, but there were many places I wanted to visit, so I joined this tour. I thoroughly enjoyed Lake Toya, the Silo Observation Deck, and Otaru, among others. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to experience a variety of things in a short amount of time. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to do this again.

１日しかなかったが、行きたいところが沢山あり、このツアーに参加しました。
洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、小樽なと、満喫しました。ガイドの説明がわかりやすく、短時間で色々体験ができました。また機会があれば是非お願いしたいです。

It was our family's first trip to Hokkaido, staying in Sapporo. The day before, I searched the internet and suddenly decided to go to Asahiyama Zoo. While taking the train would have been fine, I happened to discover this tour and opted for the convenient bus tour instead.

I was torn between a course that included Biei, but since I wanted to take my time observing the animals and the Blue Pond was lit up, I chose this course because I'm not a fan of light displays. It turned out to be a great decision for us.

Based on other people's reviews, we brought our own bento boxes for meals, but it seemed that the restaurant wasn't crowded. However, since we visited on a weekday in late March, I think it was relatively empty.

The bus guide's stories were fascinating, and we had a very enjoyable time.

初めての北海道、札幌宿泊の家族旅行でした。
前日にインターネットを検索して、急遽旭山動物園に行こうと思いたちました。列車で行くのでも良かったのですが、たまたまこちらのツアーを発見し、楽できるバスツアーに決めました。
美瑛付きのコースと迷ったのですが、動物をゆっくり見たいのと、青い池はライトアップとありましたので、ライトアップは好みではないので、こちらのコースにしました。
私達にとっては大正解でした。
食事も他の方の口コミをみて、駅弁を持参しましたが、レストランも混んでいなかったようです。ただ訪れたのが3月下旬の平日なので、比較的空いていたのだと思います。
バスガイドさんの話も興味深く、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。

You can go directly from Sapporo Station to Asahiyama Zoo while sitting comfortably. Since there were plenty of available seats, I was able to take advantage of the empty ones. The service areas on the way there and back differ in size; the one on the way there is more substantial, so I recommend purchasing anything that catches your eye.

We arrived at the zoo in the early afternoon, and I had given up on seeing the penguin walk, but after confirming online that they do have an afternoon walk, I made a reservation. I was thrilled to finally see the walk I had been looking forward to.

On the way back, we returned to the Sapporo area earlier than planned, around 6 PM. It was smooth and very pleasant.

座席に余裕があったため、空席を利用することもできました｡
行きと帰りのサービスエリアの規模が異なります｡行きの方が充実しているので、
気になるものを見つけたら、購入することをお勧めします。

動物園にはお昼過ぎに到着するので、ペンギンの散歩は見られないとあきらめていましたが、ネットで午後の散歩を実施していることを確認してから予約しました｡
念願のお散歩を見ることができて楽しかったです｡

帰りは予定より早く、6時過ぎには札幌付近に戻りました。
スムーズでとても良かったです｡

I had always wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, so I joined the tour by myself. Although it's quite a distance from Sapporo, the guide drove safely the whole way and shared unique customs of Hokkaido, which kept me entertained. They also made sure I was comfortable enough to take a nap, and the information about the zoo provided in advance was very helpful, making the three-hour journey fly by! The penguin walk was already out of season, but it made me want to come back again! It was a place and a tour that truly captivated me. I fell in love with the hippo and the Ezo raccoon named Sora. My long-held wish was fulfilled, and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

旭山動物園にずっと行きたくて一人で参加しました。札幌から距離はありますが、道中ずっと安全に運転くださりガイドさんが北海道ならではの慣わしなどお話くださるので飽きることなく、そして程よく寝かせてくださるお気遣いもあり、事前に教えていただいた動物園の情報も役立ち3時間があっという間でした！ペンギンのお散歩はシーズン終了していましたが、だからまた来たい！と思える場所でありツアーでした。私はかばちゃんやえぞたぬきの空くんにドはまりしました。念願叶い大満足です。ありがとうございました！

I participated in the tour feeling nervous and alone. There were 23 people from China and 2 Japanese, but Mr. Yagyu and Dr. Ishii from T/c were experienced, which made me feel at ease. We packed a lot into a short time and had an amazing experience! I also got along well with the Japanese participants, creating wonderful memories of Sapporo! If anyone is hesitating, I highly recommend it! It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience! I wanted you to try the lucky rice cakes from Hokkaido Shrine, so I included a photo!

ドキドキして1人で、ツアー参加しました。中国の方２３人➕日本人2人でしたが、T/c柳生さんとD/r石井さんが慣れてらして安心して参加できました。短い時間に沢山詰め込まれて最高に満喫できました！日本人の方とも仲良くして頂き札幌の素晴らしい思い出になりました！迷ってる方がいらしたら、私は凄く薦めたいです！一期一会是非！北海道神宮の福餅は、食べて欲しくて写真載せました！

I had more fun than I expected. I'm satisfied that I was able to visit three places. However, I wish I had a little more time to have lunch.

思ってた以上に楽しかったです。
3カ所も行く事が出来て満足しています。
ただ、お昼ご飯食べるのにもう少し時間が欲しかったです。

I was able to enjoy many places efficiently in just one day. The great outdoors was wonderful, and I was also happy to see the bear ranch. The meals were substantial, much more than I expected from a tour.

1日で効率よくたくさんの場所を満喫できました。大自然も素晴らしかったですがクマ牧場も見れて嬉しかったです。食事もツアーとは思えないくらいしっかりした内容でした。

I visited Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu, and each place was incredibly beautiful and moving. I enjoyed a delicious lunch while taking in the scenery at Lake Toya. The guide was very kind and attentive, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We were able to get off in Susukino on the way back, so I could also enjoy Susukino. Thank you to the driver and the guide!

支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山を回りましたが、どこもとても美しく感動的でした。洞爺湖でのランチは景色を見ながら美味しいランチを頂きました。ガイドさんがとても親切丁寧な対応をしてくださったので、より楽しいツアーになりました。帰りにすすきので下車出来たので、すすきのも楽しむ事ができました。運転手さんガイドさんありがとうございました。
