I was satisfied with the variety of tourist spots we visited (^ - ^). On the day I participated, there were fewer Japanese participants, but the friendly staff who accompanied us provided explanations and assistance in Japanese, English, and Chinese, so I had no trouble at all. There were many people from overseas, and it was a lively day with lots of energetic children, which made the bus ride quite cheerful for a long time.

The weather was a mix of sunny and cloudy, so while there were places where we could fully enjoy breathtaking views, there were also some spots that, unfortunately, didn't have the same appeal. Personally, I was disappointed that the "Cape of Earth," which I was looking forward to the most, was cloudy, so I would love to visit again someday! ♡

色々な観光地を回ってもらえて、満足感がありました(^-^)
(私が参加した日は)日本人参加者が少なめでしたが、同行してくださったフレンドリーな係の方が日本語・英語・中国語で説明したりお世話してくださるので、困る事はありませんでした。海外からの方が多く、元気な子供さんたちも多い日でしたので、バス中は賑やかな時間が長かったです。
晴れたり曇ったりの日だったので、絶景を思いっきり満喫できる場所もあれば、(仕方のない事ですが)そうでもない？場所もありました。個人的には、一番楽しみにしていた「地球岬では曇り」だったのが残念でしたので、いつか再訪したいです♡

Even for someone like me who is directionally challenged, the departure and arrival points were easy to understand, and I had a great time on the bus! The knowledgeable guide's "gentle storytelling" was pleasant, making the long ride feel effortless. I appreciated the consideration for participants who were tired and wanted to sleep; it was wonderful.

For regular animal lovers, I think the time is sufficient. However, for those who have a favorite animal or want to thoroughly read the descriptions, they might wish for more time. The display methods were impressive, and the zookeeper's insights were fascinating. It was a zoo that made me want to visit again! ♡

方向音痴の私でも分かりやすい乗り場からの発着で、バスの中も楽しかったです(^^)知識豊富なガイドさんの"優しい語り口"でのお話が心地よく、長い乗車も苦になりませんでした。疲れて眠る参加者への配慮もあり、素晴らしいと思いました。
普通に動物好きの人なら、時間は充分かな？と思います。推し動物がいる人や説明文などをしっかり読み尽くしたい人なら、もっと時間が欲しいかも？です。さすがの展示方法で、飼育員の方のお話も興味深かったです。また行きたくなる動物園でした♡

Thanks to the kind and considerate tour guide, I was able to enjoy the trip even more. Despite the heat and challenges, they maintained a professional demeanor until the very end. Additionally, it was great to learn not only about the itinerary but also about the history and current situation of Hokkaido. This kind of experience is something you can't have on an individual trip, for sure. I would love to participate in another tour with Chuo Bus. I will keep the wonderful words, "The journey lasts until the moment you open the door at home," close to my heart. 🥰

優しくていろいろと気使ってくださる添乗員さんのおかげでもっともっと楽しめたと思います。
暑くて大変だったはずなのに最後の最後までプロのお姿でした。
あと、案内だけではなく、北海道の歴史、現状なども知ることができてよかったです。
このような経験は個人旅行では体験できないものですね、きっと。
また中央バスのツアーに参加したいと思います。

It wasn't a sunny day, but I was glad to see the beautiful Shakotan blue of the sea in the Shakotan Peninsula. The tour guide's explanations were also good.

晴天ではなかったのですが、積丹半島の海の色は綺麗な積丹ブルーが見れて良かったです。添乗員さんの説明も良かったです。

Since it was raining in the morning, there were large puddles along the way to Cape Kamoi, and my friend, who has a shoulder injury, couldn't move forward with just the handrail. We decided to give up going further ahead. I wish they had laid down some boards or something. That's the only regret I have.

There were more foreign participants than Japanese, so I think the tour would be even better if they improved the interpretation services.

朝雨が降ってたので、神威岬の途中が大きな水溜まりになっていて、右肩を痛めてる友人は、手すりだけでは足を先に進めることができず、二人先まで行くのを断念しました。板など敷いていてくれたら良かったのですが。それだけが心残りです。

日本人より外国の方の参加が多かったので、通訳などを充実したら、もっと良いツアーになると思います。

Although it was a short half-day, it was quite a rich experience. There are ski resorts all over Japan, but you don't often get to visit a jumping competition venue, do you? Plus, you can go there on a bus tour. At the Shiroi Koibito Park, you can buy a ton of souvenirs, including limited edition items. There are also some seafood bowls that come with discounts. The salmon belly I bought at the outer market was fatty and delicious! They packed it tightly with ice packs, so it was still solid when I got home at night. I had a great time! By the way, I was traveling alone, so I was obviously by myself, but I enjoyed it a lot!

半日という短い時間ですが、なかなか濃い内容でした。
そもそもスキー場は日本全国あちこちにありますが、ジャンプ競技場に行くことってあまりないですよね？
しかもバスツアーで行けるんですよ。
白い恋人パークもお土産どっさり買えるんですよ。限定品が。
海鮮丼も割引が効くものがあるんですよ。
場外市場で買った、サーモンハラスが脂が乗ってて美味しかったです！
ガッチリ保冷剤で包んでいただいたんで、夜帰宅してもカチカチでしたし。
楽しかったわー
ちなみにわたしは一人旅だったので、当然一人だったんですけど全然楽しかったです！

I wanted to visit the Shiroi Koibito Park, so I joined this tour. However, on holidays, the park was very crowded, and since our time was limited, I couldn't really enjoy sightseeing as much as I would have liked (which is understandable). Nonetheless, I was able to have a decent amount of fun.

The guide informed us in advance that the focus would be on shopping, and if we wanted to see the garden, we should know how to enjoy our time in a short period. I was able to buy what I wanted, which was great. If I hadn't asked, I probably wouldn't have been able to buy anything due to the overwhelming crowd.

I'm glad I rode the jump lift; it was worth it.

白い恋人パークに行きたくて、このツアーに参加しましたが、休日の白い恋人パークは、人が多く、滞在時間も限られていたので、じっくり観光とは行きませんでした（致し方ないこと）が、それなりに楽しむことができました。
ガイドさんか、事前に、買い物中心だと、お庭が見たければ、とか、短時間での楽しみ方を教えてくれたので、欲しかったものが買えて、よかったです。聞いてなければ、多分、あまりの人の多さに買えなかったと思います。
ジャンプ台リフト、乗ってよかったです。

Since I was based in Sapporo, I was looking for a day trip bus tour from Sapporo and found this tour. I've been to Hokkaido several times, but I had never been to this area, so it was great to be able to enjoy the beautiful waters of Lake Shikotsu, the view of Mount Yotei from Lake Toya, and the sightseeing at Showa Shinzan without wasting any time. There was also a guidebook provided, and I was very satisfied with the tour.

札幌を拠点にしていたので、札幌発日帰りバスツアーを探していたら、このツアーを見つけました。北海道には、何度か行ってるけど、このあたりは行ったことなかったので、支笏湖の水綺麗さ、洞爺湖から見える羊蹄山、昭和新山を無駄なく観光できて、とてもよかったです。ガイドさんの説明書もあり、大変満足なツアーでした。

It was a very satisfying tour where I enjoyed sightseeing spots and delicious lunch at a great value! Trying to do all these activities on my own would be difficult, but the bus efficiently took us around to various places, allowing for a fulfilling day. The bus guide's humorous stories were enjoyable, and since the basic setup was an earphone guide, I could relax and take my time freely. This time, the lavender was just starting to bloom, but I was able to fully enjoy the fragrance and scenery. I would love to revisit the hills of Biei during the autumn foliage season or at another time!

観光スポットや美味しいランチが楽しめて、とてもお得で大満足のツアーでした！
これだけの工程を自分で行こうと思うと難しいですが、バスに乗って効率よく色々回ってくれるので、充実した1日を過ごせました。
バスガイドさんのユーモアあるお話も楽しく、他にも基本はイヤフォンガイドのため、自由にのんびりと過ごせました。
今回ラベンダーは咲き始めの時期でしたが、香りや景色など充分楽しめました。美瑛の丘も紅葉の時期など、また違う時期にリピートしたいです！

Not only was the guide Chinese, but the customers were also a diverse mix of Chinese, Korean, and others, which made me worry about how it would go at first. However, the guide was pleasant and kind, and I had a great time. I have used the Sapporo bus tour multiple times, and it was enjoyable with attractions like the Moai statue, which were appropriate for the beginning of the tour.

ガイドが中国人であるだけでなく、利用客も、中国人・韓国人・その他？など、国際色豊かで、最初はどうなるかと心配しました。
しかしながら、ガイドも愉快で親切な方で、楽しめました。
札幌バス観光は、何度も利用していますが、モアイ像など、はじめとのところ相応にあり、楽しめました。

The weather was favorable, and we were able to sightsee efficiently. The lunch was very delicious, and we also enjoyed a light snack at Farm Tomita. The flowers at Shikisai no Oka became a wonderful memory.

お天気にも恵まれ、効率的に観光できました。昼食もとてもおいしかったですし、ファーム富田で軽食も楽しめました。四季彩の丘のお花が大変いい思い出になりました。

On the last day of my trip to Hokkaido, I joined a tour that was perfectly timed. I was very satisfied with the veteran guide's excellent storytelling and the wonderful scenery! Since it was a half-day tour, I understand, but I couldn't help but wish there was just a little more time at the Shiroi Koibito Park and the outer market.

ちょうど良い時間のツアーだったので参加しました。
ベテランガイドさんの上手なお話と素晴らしい景色に大満足でした！
半日ツアーなので仕方ないですが白い恋人パークと場外市場はあと少しだけ時間があるといいな〜と欲張りな思いも残りました。

In the morning, it rained heavily at times, alternating between rain and clear skies. Although I knew it would rain, I didn't take an umbrella and instead brought a rain jacket for hiking. I was reassured that I could borrow an umbrella around here if needed.

In the afternoon, the rain stopped, and I enjoyed seeing the Seven Stars Tree, the Blue Pond, and the lavender. The afternoon rain and cloudy weather made the Blue Pond less vibrant than usual, which was a bit disappointing, but I reminded myself that no one is to blame for the weather. I thought about getting a chance to come back for a "revenge" visit someday.

On the way back, the sun came out, and I could see it shining. The guide mentioned that they were still getting used to the job, but they did a great job, and I had a very enjoyable time.

雨と分かって居たものの、傘は持って行かずに山用の雨避けのジャンパーを持って行くと、此処からならこの辺りで傘が借りれますよ等と心配もして頂き
午後からは雨も止み、セブンスターの木を見たり、青い池を見たりラベンダーを見たり
午後の雨と、曇りで余り青い池も青くは無く少し残念もお天気の事は誰が悪い等という事では無いのでいつかリベンジをと思いつつ
帰りには晴れ、太陽も見えておりました
ガイドさんも未だ慣れてないとの事でしたが、しっかりとされており、大変楽しく過ごす事が出来ました

Until the day of the trip, we couldn't know the weather, and since we had to see it in person to understand the wind conditions, whether we could see the Shakotan Blue was a matter of luck! Despite that, we were able to enjoy a wonderful view!! The bus was comfortable, allowing us to relax, and it ran on time, making our participation very worthwhile.

当日まで天気はわからず、さらに行ってみないと風の状況とかもあるため積丹ブルーが見れるかは運！という状況のなか素敵な景色がみれました！！バスもゆとり持って過ごすことができ快適で時間通りに運行されて参加してすごく良かったです。

I participated in this tour because it had a lot of sightseeing spots, but I was surprised to find out that it was a mixed group with Chinese-speaking guests. While it is true that the tour is available in Japanese, English, and Chinese, there was no mention of a mixed group. Additionally, there was a bus exclusively for Japanese participants, which felt unfair. If there had been a clear indication of the mixed group, I could have made a more informed decision about whether to join.

今回のツアーは観光地も盛り沢山の旅程なので参加しましたが、中国語のお客さんとの混乗とは知らずに驚きました。確かに日本語英語中国語対応となっていますが、混乗との記載はありませんでした。また日本人だけのバスもあり不公平を感じました。
混乗があるのであれば明記して頂ければ、参加有無を判断出来たのに。

The meeting time was early in the morning, and the schedule was tight, but we were able to fully enjoy Asahiyama Zoo, the Seven Stars Tree, the Blue Pond, and Farm Tomita all in one day. Our multilingual guide provided detailed explanations of the highlights and important points in three languages, making it enjoyable for people from any country. Since the travel distances are extensive, it's a tour that even those who are eager to see a lot can be very satisfied with, as it's not easy to visit these places alone.

集合時間も朝早く、タイトなスケジュールでしたが旭山動物園、セブンスターの木、青い池もファーム富田も１日でフルに楽しめました。
語学堪能なガイドさんがみどころや注意も詳しく３ケ国語で説明して下さるのでどんな国の方でも大いに楽しめます。移動距離が広範囲なので1人ではなかなか行けない場所も欲張りな方も
大満足なツアーです。

It was cloudy in the morning, but it was sunny at the location. The color of the sea was beautiful as well. Since there is quite a bit of walking, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes like sneakers.

The Otaru Canal was also nice.

The guide was friendly and kind.

The weather was nice, and I was finally able to reach the tip of Cape Kamui, which I had longed to visit. Since I didn't have much time to spare, I thought about making a round trip, but it felt more like I was walking quickly rather than taking my time to enjoy the scenery along the way. Adjusting the time can be tricky, especially if the gate is closed, but I don't think it takes much time to visit Shitamukai Coast, so I wish I could have spent that extra time at Cape Kamui. Other than that, I had plenty of time to explore Otaru, and I was satisfied.

お天気もよく、念願の神威岬の先端に行くことができました。
時間の余裕があまりないので、往復しようと思うと途中の景色をゆっくり見ながら歩くという感じではなく、結構急いで歩く感じです。
門が閉まっている場合などの時間の調整が難しいのでしょうが、島武意海岸はそんなに時間が必要ないと思うので、その分を神威岬に時間をとってもらったらいいのになと思いました。
それ以外は小樽の散策時間もたっぷりあり、満足です。

When we set out, it had just stopped raining in Sapporo, but by the time we arrived at Cape Kamoi, the blue sky was wide open, and the contrast between the green and blue was simply beautiful.

The path to the tip had some slopes and was quite narrow, making it difficult to pass by others. I had to think about where to stop when encountering oncoming visitors. I believe wearing sneakers was the right choice for this trail. The next day, my glute muscles were sore.

In Otaru, we enjoyed a seafood bowl at a restaurant recommended by our guide, tried the LeTAO cheesecake, and were able to buy some cute souvenirs. We had a fulfilling day while listening to the guide's explanations in English.

出発するころ札幌は雨上がりでしたが、神威岬に着くと青空が広がっておりとにかく緑と青のコントラストが美しかったです。
　先端までは勾配もあり、すれ違うのも大変な細い道でした。対抗者が来ると立ちどまる所を考えて歩きました。
　スニーカーで歩くのが正解の道だと思います。翌日お尻の筋肉が痛くなりました。
　小樽ではガイドさんお勧めのお店で海鮮丼を食べ、ルタオのパイを食べたり可愛いお土産も買えました。
　ガイドさんの英語の説明も聞きながら1充実した1日を過ごせました。

I recommend this for those who want to pack a lot of highlights into their time! The female staff member who served as our driver seemed very responsible, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful time with peace of mind.♪

時間内に見所を詰めた欲張りさんにオススメします！運転手を務めてくれた女性スタッフさん、責任感が強そうな方で、安心して素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました♪

Shiroi Koibito Park was amazing. I would like to visit again. I want to come to Okurayama when the ski jumping competition is being held. The museum was also good. I think it would be better if the visiting hours were a bit longer.

The response and explanation from Guide Tan were better than expected. I was a bit overwhelmed by the number of inbound tourists, but I appreciated being seated next to one of the few Japanese people. Thank you.

The lively tour guide's stories were enjoyable, making for a very fun tour. With this price, I felt like I got a great deal seeing so many different places, and the duration of each stay was just right! The magnificent views unique to Hokkaido from the bus window were also wonderful. While renting a car is convenient, I truly recommend the bus tour.

お元気な添乗員さんのお話が楽しくて、とても楽しいツアーでした。
この料金で、これだけ色々なところを見ることができて、それぞれの滞在時間もちょうどよくて得した気分でした！
車窓から見る北海道ならではの雄大な眺めもとても素敵でした。

I originally just wanted to wander around and happened to see this day tour. I didn't have high expectations, but it was full of surprises. The previous few days had been rainy and gloomy, but unexpectedly, it cleared up on this day. It was still a bit cloudy in Hell Valley, but after that, the weather was fantastic and perfect for taking photos. The guide, Emma, was also very thoughtful, and her ability to speak Japanese, Chinese, and English was amazing! 👏🏻😁

我本来只是想随便逛逛刚好看见这个一日游的团，没抱有多大期待但惊喜多多。前几日都是雨天阴天，没想到这天放晴了，在地狱谷还是有点阴，之后天气都超好也超适合拍照，导游Emma也很贴心，中日英三语太赞了👏🏻😁

Despite my age, I pushed myself a bit and went all the way to the tip of the Shakotan Peninsula. The weather was great, and the scenery was stunning, but with the meeting time approaching, I started to feel unwell on the way back and barely made it in time. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the seafood bowl I was looking forward to because I felt sick. I am grateful to the staff and the guide for their kindness.

歳甲斐も無く少々無理して、積丹半島先っちょ迄行きました。
お天気も良く最高の景色でしたが、集合時間もあり帰りに、苦しくなりやっとの思いで間に合い帰りました。
しかし折角の海鮮丼も気分悪く食べられませんでした。
お店の方や、ガイドさんに優しくして頂き感謝でした。

It was a wonderful trip for me, a solo traveler at 84 years old. It wasn't too hard, and I was impressed by the convenience of the audio guide, which I used for the first time with people from various countries. (I am Japanese, from Osaka, haha.)

高齢者の私(84歳)1人旅でしたが、大変楽しい旅でした。
それ程ハードでも無く色々の国の方にもイヤホンでのガイド初めてでしたが便利だと感激しました。
(私は日本人大阪からでした(笑)

In between the continuous rainy days, we were able to enjoy beautiful clear weather and see the best views. Although the itinerary was packed, we had plenty of time at both Cape Kamui and Otaru. However, since lunch inevitably ran past the usual time, the coveted sea urchin was sold out. Our tour guide, Victoria, provided explanations in three languages. She used a board to communicate the schedule and meeting times, which was very thorough, and I believe the itinerary progressed very smoothly. Thank you to the driver and everyone involved.

雨天続きの合間にきれいに晴れて、最高の景色が見られました。
盛りだくさんの内容でしたが、きちんと神威岬でも、小樽でも時間に余裕がありました。
ただ、ランチがどうしてもお昼時を過ぎてしまうので念願のウニは売り切れてました。
添乗員のヴィクトリアさんは、3ヶ国語を駆使しての説明。ボードも使用して日程、集合時間の周知など行き届いていて、大変スムーズに日程が進んだと思います。
運転手さん含め、ありがとうございました。

I used the same tour last year and had a great experience, so I decided to use it again this year.

To reach the tip of Cape Kamui, if you take your time to take photos, you might end up rushing back and could be cutting it close with the bus schedule, or some people might not make it back in time, so be careful. This year, I learned from last year's experience and kept my photo-taking to a minimum on the way there, and jogged a bit to enjoy the beautiful Shakotan blue. There were fewer tourists this year compared to last time, so I was able to return comfortably.

Otaru offers plenty of free time, so you can enjoy it fully.

The guide was fluent in three languages and was very pleasant. I felt that the walking pace was a bit fast, so those who aren't used to walking or older individuals might fall behind a little.

I had a fun time participating again this year, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day.

神威岬の先端まで行くには､撮影しながらのんびりだと走って戻ってバス時間ギリギリか､人によっては間に合わないので注意が必要です
今年は去年の教訓を生かして行きの撮影は控えめにして行きから小走りで
綺麗な積丹ブルーに癒されました
観光客も前回の時より少なめだったので余裕で戻って来れました

小樽は自由時間たっぷりなので充分楽しめます

ガイドさんは3ヶ国語堪能で感じの良い方でした
少し歩くのが早いと感じたので､あまり歩き慣れていない方や年配の方は少し遅れを取ると思います

今年も楽しく参加できて充実した1日になりました

On the last day in Sapporo, I took a half-day tour on a sightseeing bus. Unfortunately, it was raining, but there's nothing you can do about that. It was a shame that I couldn't ride the lift at the Okurayama Jump Stadium due to the rain, but I enjoyed the museum. The Shiroi Koibito Park was so crowded that I couldn't sample any treats, so I just took some photos and headed back to the bus. At the Sapporo Market, I had a delicious seafood bowl for lunch. Thank you for everything.

札幌最終日は観光バスで半日回りました。
あいにくの☔だったんだけど仕方ないね。
大倉山ジャンプ場も☔でリフトにも乗れなかったのが残念。博物館を楽しみました。
白い恋人パークはあまりにも人が多くて試食も出来ず写真を撮ってバスへ。札幌市場はランチで海鮮丼を美味しくいただきました。
お世話になりました。

Since we departed at a reasonable time of 9 AM, we were able to enjoy a proper breakfast at the hotel. The bus guide and driver were very polite and left a good impression. The lunch, including the hamburger and cheese fondue, was delicious, and I enjoyed the factory-exclusive wine (at an additional cost) with my preferred flavor. However, sitting at a four-person table facing strangers while sitting next to someone else felt a bit awkward.

In Furano, the early-blooming lavender was beautiful, and the blue pond was lovely as well. I thought it might be a bit early for the Shikisai no Oka (Colorful Hill) given the season. Overall, I had a great time and was glad to participate.

9時出発という無理のない時間帯なので、ホテルでの朝食もしっかりとれました。
バスのガイドさん、運転手さん、とても丁寧で好感が持てました。
ランチのハンバーグ、チーズフォンデュも美味しい、工場限定ワイン（別料金）は好きな風味。ただ、レストランのお席、2人並び席で4人テーブルを知らない方と向き合うのは気まずい感じでした。
富良野では早咲きのラベンダーがきれいでした。青い池も素敵でした。四季彩の丘は、季節的にちょっと早いかな‥と思います。
総じて楽しかったし、参加してよかったです。
