I'm glad I could go to various places. The foot bath at Jozankei Onsen was especially nice. I bought a kappa towel there.

色々なところへ行けてよかったです。特に定山渓温泉の足湯が良かったです。河童のタオルをそこで買いました。

I thought the schedule might be a bit tight, but once I arrived in Sapporo, there were so many places I wanted to visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The guide was also very kind and provided a wealth of information, making it a fun experience.

少々ハードなスケジュールかとも思いましたが、札幌にきたら、行っておきたいところばかりで、札幌を満喫しました。
ガイドの方も親切で、情報盛り沢山で楽しかったです。

We came for a family trip after 10 years! Since it was a free trip, we signed up for a one-day bus tour. I was looking forward to it because last year we had a great time on a half-day tour, but I was surprised to find that we were the only Japanese family there 💦. My sons, aged 26 and 30, along with my husband, were really down about it, and we even talked about canceling right in front of the bus. But since we had already paid, I insisted we go, and when we got on the bus, there was a strong smell of perfume and body odor, which really put a damper on the start of the trip!

We were a bit loose with the meeting times, and I wasn't sure if it was because we didn't know the locations or what, but our tour guide, Mr. Tang, was on the phone every time 💦. We visited various places, and by the end, everyone had gone from being dissatisfied to satisfied, so that was good. Mr. Tang was kind and helpful.

It would be nice to know in advance that we were the only Japanese participants when signing up, but it seems like most of the tours are for foreigners, so I think I’ll do more research before participating in the future!

自由な旅行だったので1日バスツアー申込しました。
昨年、半日のツアーに申し込みして良かったので楽しみにしてましたが‥日本人が私達家族だけでビックリしました💦
26歳と30歳の息子➕旦那もテンション下がりまくりでバスを目の前にしてやめようなんて話もしてました。
お金も払ってるから行くよと強制でバスに乗ったら香水や体臭の凄い匂いがしてかなりマイナスな気分でスタートしました！
あちこちの集合時間にルーズなんだか場所がわからなくなったかわからないけど‥ツアーガイドの唐君が毎回、電話してました💦
色々まわって最後にはみんな不満から満足に変わってたので良かったです。
ガイドの唐君は親切で良かったです。
申込時に日本人が私達だけとかわかると有難いですけど‥ほとんどが外国人のツアーみたいなのでこれからはよく調べて参加しようと思います！

There were about 30 participants, and I was the only Japanese person. At the beginning, the guide (a Chinese man) mentioned that since there was only one Japanese participant, my seat on the bus would be right behind him, and I would be sitting alone (no one would sit next to me). However, one person from a family of seven from Vietnam ended up sitting next to me, which was quite noisy the whole time. The guide only provided explanations in English, covering the next destination, viewing time, and meeting time. Since he only conveyed this information, I declined the Japanese explanation, saying I understood English. I felt that the guide was not as enjoyable or knowledgeable as others have described.

Regarding the schedule, the initial viewing time at Hokkaido Shrine was supposed to be 50 minutes, but it was cut down to 30 minutes, which felt rushed. Yet, we spent a generous 90 minutes for lunch at the market. While others seemed to visit the shops guided by the guide, I wished they had adjusted the viewing times better if they could allocate that much time for lunch.

Additionally, this is a personal impression, but both the driver and the guide were wearing wrinkled sweatshirts, and the driver looked like he had just woken up with messy hair. There was a lack of cleanliness, and when I said "thank you" while getting off the bus, I was ignored. The driver was not the kind of person that others had described in their reviews.

The weather was very nice, and the Great Buddha was a wonderful sight. Lastly, I wish the entrance fee for the Great Buddha had been included in the tour. All 30 of us (and everyone else was a foreigner) had to pay for the entrance fee one by one at a single ticket machine. With such a short viewing time, this took even more time. Please consider this.

スケジュールについても最初の北海道神宮の見学時間が予定は50分だったのが30分で足早なんてものでない
それなのに昼食は市場でたっぷり90分
他の方々はガイドさんの案内されるお店に行かれたようですが
昼食にそれだけ時間を割けるなら、他の見学時間の調整をもう少しちゃんとして欲しかったです

あと、これは個人の感じ方もありますが
ドライバーさん、ガイドさん共によれよれのスウェット、ドライバーさんに至っては起きたばかりのようなボサボサの髪でした
清潔感もなく、バスを降りるときに「ありがとうございます」と声をかけても無視
このツアーに参加された方々が感想で書いていたようなドライバーさんではありませんでした

頭大仏の拝観料、ツアーに組み込んで欲しかった

I had a great time visiting various places in one day. I don't think I could have explored them on my own, so I'm glad I participated. The guide was amazing, fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese. I was surprised by the number of foreign participants, which made a strong impression on me. If I have the chance again, I would like to join this tour.

I participated in the tour feeling nervous and alone. There were 23 people from China and 2 Japanese, but Mr. Yagyu and Dr. Ishii from T/c were experienced, which made me feel at ease. We packed a lot into a short time and had an amazing experience! I also got along well with the Japanese participants, creating wonderful memories of Sapporo! If anyone is hesitating, I highly recommend it! It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience! I wanted you to try the lucky rice cakes from Hokkaido Shrine, so I included a photo!

It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to explore the highlights of Sapporo in just one day! We really enjoyed Sapporo. The guide was very entertaining and considerate, and the driver was kind, making for a very satisfying experience.

Hokkaido in winter has many attractive places, but traveling on snowy roads can be very difficult. This tour takes you to the sightseeing spots in Sapporo, so you don't have to drive on snowy roads, which I highly recommend.

冬の北海道、魅力的な場所が多いですが雪道での移動はとても難しいです。このツアーは札幌の観光名所に連れて行ってくれるので雪道での運転をしなくて良いのでおすすめです。

There was about an hour and a half of free time, but to be honest, it was cold (depending on the weather), and the roads were icy, which felt a bit scary after sunset. When I returned about 15 minutes early, there were already about 80% of the people on the bus, so I think the timing was sufficient.

Some restaurants were already closed by around 6 PM. The guide will take you to the entrance gate and distribute the tickets, so it's also an option to head back in the direction you arrived and eat first without entering.

There were only two of us Japanese participants, my friend and I, but it was a very smooth and high-quality tour. Most of the participants were punctual with the meeting time when we joined. Both the guide and the driver were friendly and pleasant.

私たちが参加したときは集合時間もほぼ守れる方ばかりでした。

I was worried about traffic and the cold, but once I arrived, I quickly forgot about those concerns and was able to enjoy myself. It was an experience that could only be had on this tour.

渋滞や、寒さを警戒していましたが、着くとそんなことはあっという間に忘れて楽しむことができました。

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our incredibly kind tour guide, Mr. Yagyu, and our bus driver, Mr. Sudou. Among the approximately 30 participants, there were only four Japanese people, but Mr. Yagyu provided us with attentive guidance, allowing us to enjoy the tour without any inconveniences.

I am especially thankful to Mr. Sudou, as I consulted him about the possibility of the train from Sapporo to New Chitose Airport being canceled due to snow the following day. He took the time to look into the bus routes and the train's operating status, showing genuine concern for our situation.

If there is another opportunity, I would love to meet them again.

最高に親切な添乗員の柳生さんとバスドライバーの須藤さん、大変お世話になりました。
30名程の参加者の中、日本人は4名しか居ませんでしたが、柳生さんは私達日本人にも丁寧にガイドして下さり、お陰様で何の不自由も無くツアーを楽しむ事が出来ました。
ドライバーの須藤さんには、翌日が札幌発新千歳空港行きの電車が雪の為運休になる恐れが有った為相談したところ、親身になってバスでの行き方や電車の運行状況を調べて頂き本当に感謝しております。
次の機会がありましたら是非またお会いしたと思います。

The schedule and itinerary were well organized, so there was no need to worry about transfers, waiting times, or service interruptions like with train travel, making it very enjoyable. Even on snowy days, we could comfortably sightsee by bus, which was less physically demanding.

The snow-viewing hot spring experience while gazing at the snowy landscape was exceptional, providing a unique experience that can only be had in Hokkaido.

While some sightseeing spots felt like we had a short amount of time, I was glad we could avoid unnecessary shopping. It was a well-thought-out tour that allowed us to enjoy sightseeing without any worries. The transportation was smooth, and all the highlights were covered, making me feel like we made the right choice.

Our guide, Mr. To, was very kind and explained everything diligently.

I had a wonderful time, and I would definitely like to use this service again.

時間や行程がしっかり組まれていて、電車移動のように乗り換えや待ち時間、運休等を気にする必要がなく、とても楽でした。
雪の日でもバス移動なので安心して観光でき、体力的にも負担が少なかったです。
特に雪景色を眺めながら入る雪見風呂は最高で、北海道ならではの体験ができました。

滞在時間が短く感じる観光場所もありましたが無駄な買い物をせずに済んで良かったです。
何の心配もなく観光を楽しめるくらい、よく考えられたツアーでした。移動もスムーズで、見どころも押さえられていて、「これで正解だった」と思える内容でした。

ガイドのトオさんも優しい対応で一生懸命に説明してくれました。

I was able to visit various places, and it turned out to be a fun trip. The illumination at the Shiroi Koibito Park was especially beautiful, making it feel like I had come to a fairy tale world.

Most of the participants were foreigners. The bus was noisy, and there were a few people who didn't stick to the meeting time. We ended up running late, and at the Shiroi Koibito Park and Sapporo Beer Garden, we only had time to stand in line to buy souvenirs. Since the day-use hot springs and lunch were out of pocket, the cost-effectiveness wasn't great.

Walking through the icy tourist spots with limited time posed a risk of slipping, so I wouldn't recommend going in winter. The tour guide was able to communicate in three languages and provided clear explanations.

車内は騒がしく、集合時間を守らない方もちらほら。時間がおしてしまい、白い恋人パークや札幌ビール園は、行列に並んでお土産を買うだけで終わり。日帰り入浴や昼食は自腹なのでコスパも良くないです。
時間のない中、ツルツルに凍った観光地を歩くため、転倒リスクもあり冬はおすすめしません。
添乗員さんは3カ国で対応して下さり説明も分かりやすかったです。

This is a tour around the Sapporo city area. I was very satisfied with how efficiently we could see places that I normally wouldn't visit, as well as the low cost of the tour. The tour guide, Lily, was friendly and very approachable.

札幌市内近郊を巡るツアーです。
普段行くことが無い場所を効率よく見ることが出来ることとツアー料金の安さに大満足です。

Everyone was kind, and it really helped us seniors. The explanations, as well as the descriptions of the restaurants he experienced and the images on his phone, were wonderful.

The weather was nice from the morning, and it was a fun bus tour. The nature of Jozankei and the foot bath were great. The food at the outer market was the best fresh seafood from Hokkaido! The guide's entertaining stories were very enjoyable! ^ ^

The guide was a trilingual speaker of Japanese, English, and Chinese, and walked quickly. I understood about Hokkaido Jingu, Shiroi Koibito Park, and the Sapporo Beer Museum. The giant Moai statue and Great Buddha in Takino left me confused—where am I? There were many abandoned ruins in Jozankei Onsen, which made me feel the decline in Japan. Once we arrived at the location, it was a "feel free to explore on your own" style.

日、英、中のトリリンガルの、さっさと歩くガイドさんの案内。北海道神宮、白い恋人パーク、札幌ビール博物館は分かった。滝野の巨大モアイ像と大仏は脳がバグった、ここは何処？。定山渓温泉は放置された廃墟が多く、日本の疲弊を感じ辛くなった。現地に着いたら「さぁ各自ご自由に」のスタイルです。

Andy from Attend was amazing. I will participate again. It was very helpful since there are limits to what I can explore on my own in a day.

I had a great time visiting places I had never been to before. I was impressed by the guide, as there were mostly foreign visitors. I was surprised to learn that Stonehenge and the Moai statues are located near the Great Buddha. The food court at the outer market wasn't too crowded, so I was able to eat at a leisurely pace.

行ったことのない場所ばかりで楽しかったです。外国の方ばかりでガイドさんが凄いなって思いました。頭大仏の場所にストーンヘッジやモアイ像があるのを知らなかったので驚きました。場外市場の食堂はそんなに混んでいなくてゆっくり食べられました。

It's wonderful to visit the highlights around Sapporo with a perfect schedule, including a stop at a hot spring, and to wrap up by 6 PM as planned!

完璧なタイムスケジュールで札幌近郊の見どころスポットを周り、温泉にも入れて予定通り18時に解散とは素晴らしい！

I was glad to be taken to many places. The Hokkaido Jingu's Hangan from Rokkatei was delicious! It seems to be a limited edition available only here. It was my first time visiting the Great Buddha in Nara, and I was amazed by its scale. I opted for the foot bath at Jozankei Onsen, so I ended up with some extra time. It might be just right for those who want to enjoy a day trip to the onsen. The onsen town didn't have much to offer, so there wasn't much to do besides the foot bath and making boiled eggs, but after the foot bath, my tired and heavy legs felt light. The guide was young but had a gentle demeanor and was a pleasant young man. Most of the participants were foreigners, with only three Japanese, but the guide spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese, so there were no inconveniences. When I was in trouble, he would check on me, and his thoughtful consideration was wonderful. Lastly, I was happy to receive a note with recommendations for shops and souvenirs in Sapporo. I would like to visit them next time I come to Sapporo.

頭大仏は初めて来ましたが、スケールの大きさにびっくりしました。

温泉街も特に何もないので、足湯してゆで卵作るくらいしかやる事がなかったが
足湯をしたら、疲れて重かった足が軽くなった。
ガイドさんは若い方でしたが、物腰が柔らかで
感じの良い好青年でした。
参加者のほとんどが外国人で日本人は3人でしたがガイドさんは日本語、英語、中国語を話してくださるので不便はなかったです。

It was a day with not-so-great weather, with light rain coming and going, but it was a fulfilling day. I highly recommend it. You can enjoy Shiroi Koibito Park even without the paid factory tour. If you're aiming to try the Sapporo Beer tasting, make sure to quickly go around and buy your food tickets early, or you'll have to wait in line. I wish we had more time at the outer market. After looking around the market, it took a while to get served at the restaurant, and there were some items I ended up canceling. I think the time at Jozankei Onsen could be shorter. I recommend bringing a foot towel and buying a drink at a nearby convenience store to enjoy the foot bath. The guide explained everything in Japanese, Chinese, and English each time. About half of the guests were foreigners, but they seemed accustomed to Japan, so there was no stress regarding time. It was unfortunate that the restroom on the bus was not usable. The travel time was mostly around 15 to 20 minutes, so it wasn't a problem, but having insurance would be even better. Both the guide and the driver were very pleasant.

小雨が降ったり止んだりの天気があまり良くない日でしたが、充実した1日でした。かなりオススメです。白い恋人パークは有料工場見学しなくても十分楽しめます。札幌ビールは飲み比べビール目当てなら、サクッと回って早めに食券を買わないと並びます。場外市場はもっと時間が長い方が良かった。市場を見て回ってから店に入ったら出てくるのが遅くてキャンセルしたものもあった。最後の定山渓温泉の時間はもっと短くても良いと思う。オススメは足拭きタオルを持参しといて近くのコンビニで飲み物を買って足湯へ。ガイドさんは毎回日本語、中国語、英語の3ヶ国語を続けて話し説明をしていました。客も外国人が半分くらいだったけどみんな日本に慣れている人たちなのか、時間厳守でストレスは全くありませんでした。バスに着いていたトイレが使えなかったのが残念。移動時間は15分〜20分のところが多かったので問題なかったけど、保険があるとなお良い。ガイドさんも運転手さんもとても感じが良かったです。

The temperature is completely different from Sapporo. With strong winds that make you feel like you're going to fall and icy snow underfoot, you need to wear sturdy shoes, a hat, ear muffs, a neck warmer, and a thick jacket; otherwise, it's not just cold, it's unbearable. However, it's incredibly beautiful, and the craftsmanship of handmade items is truly impressive.

The photo spot with the name of the place at the entrance gets very crowded. Since there's a similar setup inside, it's better to take photos there.

It depends on the crowd situation, but if you're on a tour and waiting in line for the event where you can walk through the tunnel, you might not make it in time for the meeting.

札幌とは気温が全っっっっく違います。
転びそうな強風と足場は凍った雪なのでしっかりとした靴、帽子、耳あて、ネックウォーマー、厚手の上着着てないと寒いどころじゃないです。
でもものすごくキレイだし、人が手作業で作ったものの感動はすごいです。

入り口の地名入りの写真スポットはものすごく混み合います。中に同じものが設置されてあるのでそっちで写真取ったほうがいいです。

混雑状況によると思いますが、ツアーだとトンネルの中を歩けるイベントに並ぶと集合時間に間に合わないかもです。

The bus tour guide shared the history of Sapporo, making the ride enjoyable. We also saw a lot of wild deer. When we arrived, the weather was nice, and the lake in front of us was beautiful. The sunset was late, and we entered while it was still bright, creating a very magical atmosphere reminiscent of the world of Frozen. The guide was considerate and pushed the meeting time to just before sunrise, but it was a bit disappointing that we could only see a little in complete darkness. However, I was glad we returned to Sapporo on time without getting caught in traffic.

バスの添乗員さんが札幌の歴史を話してくれて車中も楽しかったです。野生の鹿もたくさんみれました。着いたら天気が良く、目の前の湖が綺麗でした。日の入りが遅くなって、明るい状態で入場しましたが、アナ雪の世界のようでとても幻想的でした。添乗員さんが気を利かせてくれて集合時間を日の出ギリギリまで粘ってくれましたが、真っ暗な状態では少ししか観れなかったのが少し残念でした。だけど渋滞に巻き込まれず時間通りに札幌まで戻って来れて良かったと思います。

On February 13th, I participated in the Ice Sculpture Festival tour. The ice sculptures made from the water of Lake Shikotsu, known as Shikotsu Blue, were all beautifully blue! The ice wall and big mountain were both stunning and impressive, and the illuminated view from the observation deck was very magical and lovely!

2月13日、氷濤まつりのツアーに参加しました。支笏湖ブルーといわれる支笏湖の水で作られている氷の像は、青くどれも綺麗でした！アイスウォールやビッグマウンテンなどは、美しくも迫力があり、また展望台からのライトアップされた眺めはとても幻想的で素敵でした！

We arrived in about 90 minutes without any noticeable traffic. I was worried about how cold it would be, but the temperature was relatively high that day, so it wasn't too cold. Numerous ice sculptures were illuminated in various colors, creating a fantastical atmosphere, and the occasional falling snow added to the romantic ambiance.

The moss cave and observation deck always had long lines, so I think it's best to aim for times when there are fewer people.

The viewing time is 70 minutes from the bus's arrival, but unfortunately, it felt a bit rushed as we had to keep an eye on the time. About 90 minutes might be just right. The return trip was smooth, and we arrived at Sapporo Station a little earlier, where we then dispersed.

I participated with determination despite the severe cold wave, but unexpectedly, the weather was favorable. I was able to enjoy the sunset over Lake Shikotsu and the Ice Festival before and after the lights were turned on. I also got to experience roasting marshmallows, which became a fun memory.

It was a tour that included a postcard gift, but the gift turned out to be a sample of Hi-Chew. I wonder if they forgot or if the postcards weren't popular? (laughs) The guide was a wonderful young lady, and I felt so confident in her recommendations that I ended up buying all the suggested souvenirs.

大寒波の中覚悟して参加しましたが予想外に天候に恵まれ、夕日の沈む支笏湖、ライトアップ前と後の氷とう祭りを楽しむことができました。人気のマシュマロ焼き体験もでき、楽しい思い出になりました。
ポストカードプレゼント付きツアーでしたが、プレゼントはハイチュウの試供品でした。忘れてたのかポストカードの人気がなかったのか？笑笑　ガイドさんは素敵なお姉さんでおすすめのお土産全購入するほどの信頼感ありでした。

The tour departed fully booked with two buses, and the tour guide provided explanations in both Japanese and English alternately. There were fewer foreign participants than expected, estimated to be around 20-30%. The one-way trip took an hour and a half, and the atmosphere on the bus was quiet, allowing for a relaxed experience. Lake Shikotsu was quite cold with a chilly wind, significantly colder than Sapporo, and I managed to cope by using a heat pack. The objects frozen by spraying lake water with a sprinkler were illuminated, creating a fantastical scene, and my wife remarked that she was more moved by this than by the Snow Festival. ツアーはバス2台で満席で出発、添乗員さんが日本語と英語で交互に説明してくれる。外国の方は予想より少なく、みた感じで2、3割程度と思われ、片道１時間半、バスの中は静かで気持ち的にゆっくり過ごせる。支笏湖は風が冷たく札幌よりかなり寒く、カイロを貼ってなんとかすごす。湖水をスプリンクラーで吹き付け凍らせたオブジェは、ライトアップされ幻想的で、妻は雪まつりよりも感動したとつぶやく。帰りは道がすいていたのか予定より20分も早く着く。
