The bus ride back and forth was quite long, but the guide's stories were interesting, and I was able to enjoy the three hours spent at the zoo. It was very helpful that the guide shared tips on how to have a fun experience while visiting the zoo.

行きかえりのバス移動は結構長かったのですが、ガイドさんのお話しも興味深かったですし、３時間の動物園見学も楽しく過ごすことができました。ガイドさんから、動物園を見学するにあたって楽しく過ごすポイントなどを教えていただけたのがとてもよかったです。

The weather was nice and warm, but since it was a bus tour with air conditioning, I was able to spend the day comfortably. The interior of the bus was clean, and they had alcohol disinfectant available as well.
The Blue Pond was very beautiful and exceeded my expectations.
At Farm Tomita, I was looking forward to the lavender fields, but it was too early in the season, so I couldn't see the entire area covered in purple. I wish I had gone 2 or 3 weeks later; it was disappointing.
Overall, it was a satisfying tour.

天気も良く、汗ばむ陽気でしたが、冷房の効いたバスツアーということで・・・快適に過ごせました。車内も清潔で、アルコール消毒なども完備してありました。
青い池はとても美しく、想像以上でした。
ファーム富田：お目当ては、ラベンダー畑でしたが・・・行った時期が早すぎ、一面紫色の絨毯は見る事ができませんでした。あと2，3週間遅ければ良かったのですが、残念です。
全体的に、満足のいくツアーでした。

I was worried about the weather, but at Lake Shikotsu, it was beautifully clear and I had a great time. In particular, the sightseeing boat tour at Lake Shikotsu, which I paid extra for, offered a stunning view of the blue lake bottom with Ezo chub swimming around. The lunch at Lake Toya was also delicious, and I was able to see Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan, making it a cost-effective bus tour.

天気がどうなるか不安な状況でしたが、支笏湖では無事に快晴でとても楽しめました。特に別途、支払って参加した支笏湖の遊覧船は、真っ青な湖底にエゾウグイが泳いでいる光景は、なかなかの見所です。洞爺湖での昼食も美味しかったですく、有珠山、昭和新山も観れたので、コスパのいいバスツアーでした。

What I often see on TV are the Polar Bear Pavilion, Penguin Pavilion, and Seal Pavilion. Of course, these are highlights that are worth seeing, but unexpectedly, the Hippo Pavilion was great. I was impressed by the lively and active hippos. It was the first time I saw such cheerful hippos. It was surprising to see their bellies and the bottoms of their feet through the glass from below. I felt like I could watch them forever.

The Wild Ezo Brown Bear Pavilion was also good. The bears looked a bit like gangsters. I definitely wouldn't want to run into one of them anywhere. If I had more time, I would have liked to see the Peacock House as well. I regret missing that part.

TVでよく見るのはほっきょくぐま館、ペンギン館、あざらし館ですね。こちらはもちろん見応えがあるハイライト館ですが、思いがけず良かったのはかば館です。生き生きしたアクティブなかばさんたちに感動しました。初めてあんな楽しげなかばさん達を見ました。下側からガラス越しに見られるお腹や足の裏などびっくりです。無限に見ていられると思いました。
ワイルドなえぞひぐま館も良かったです。ヤクザっぽいくまさんでした。絶対どこかで出くわしたりしたくないです。時間があればクジャク舎の方も見たかったです。このあたりは見逃してしまったのが心残りです。

This tour includes Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond, making it a fantastic course to fully enjoy Biei. Plus, it even includes lunch, which is a great bonus.

Personally, I was particularly impressed by the beauty of Shikisai no Oka.

If the main focus of the tour is Asahiyama Zoo, it can leave you wanting more from your Biei experience, so I would recommend this tour for those who want to take their time exploring Biei without the zoo.

このツアーは、ファーム富田、四季彩の丘、そして青い池が含まれるので、美瑛を満喫できるコースとなっています。しかも昼食まで付くという優れものでもあります。

個人的には、特に四季彩の丘の美しさに感銘を受けました。

旭川動物園がメインのツアーですと、美瑛観光が物足りなくなってしまうので、動物園を外しても美瑛をじっくり見て回りたい方におすすめしたいツアーです。

It was supposed to rain that day, but the weather was nice, and both the driver and the tour guide were very pleasant. I was comforted by the tour guide's voice, and I am grateful to have learned so many things about Hokkaido that I didn't know before.

I was able to visit Farm Tomita, which my friend had long dreamed of, and the lavender was beautifully in bloom, it was the best. Farm Tomita had not only lavender but also many other beautiful flowers. I visited Shikisai no Oka for the first time, and the flower carpet was very beautiful.

I was able to go at a very good time, and the weather was perfect. I would like to use Veltra again. Hokkaido is a place you can visit many times and still enjoy. Thank you very much! I truly appreciate it.

その日は雨のはずでしたが、天気もよく、運転手さんや添乗員さんも、とても感じの良い方でした。添乗員さんの声に癒されたのと、北海道の知らない事が、沢山知れて感謝です。
友達が昔から念願だったファーム富田にも行けて、とてもラベンダーが綺麗に咲いていて最高でした。ファーム富田は、ラベンダーや他のお花もとても綺麗でした。四季彩の丘は、初めて行きましたが、お花の絨毯で、とても綺麗でした。
とても良い時期に行けたのと、天気がよく最高でした(^-^)また、Veltraさんを利用させて頂きたいです。北海道は、何回行っても良いですね。本当にどうもありがとうございました(^∇^)感謝です。

I used this service to efficiently visit the places I wanted to go with my family. We rushed to catch the Airport Liner from New Chitose Airport just in time. We also managed to exchange our bus tickets within the time limit.

Farm Tomita was pleasant, with the weather being neither too hot nor too cold for walking. The Blue Pond looked beautiful, and fortunately, we didn't get rained on in Biei. The flower fields in Biei have a tractor ride for 500 yen, which is great for those who find walking tiring. The lunch was delicious as well. Also, it seems that reservations fill up quite quickly, so it might be a good idea to decide on what souvenirs you want in advance, as there isn't much time to browse.

効率よく、行きたかった場所に家族と行くため、利用しました。無理して時間ギリギリの新千歳空港からエアポートライナーに飛び乗りました。
バスのチケット引き換え時間にも間に合いました。
ファーム富田は、天気も暑すぎず歩きやすかったです。青い池も綺麗に見えて、美瑛も運よく雨にも降られませんでした。美瑛の花畑は５００円のトラクター、歩くのだるいなと思う人は、楽でいいですよ。ランチも美味しかったです。あと予約は割と早く埋まってしまうみたいです。あまりお土産をみる時間時間はないので、欲しいものを決めておくといいかもしれません。

Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus as part of infection control measures. It was great that the bus went directly from Sapporo, and the guide's explanations were interesting.

バス内では飲食禁止など感染症対策を徹底しています。バスも札幌から直行なので良かったし、ガイドさんの説明も興味深かったです。

On the last day of the three-day weekend, I participated with my parents. I was worried about the weather, but it turned out to be mostly sunny with some clouds, and we managed to get through the day without needing an umbrella.

The tour at Highland Furano included lunch and visits to popular spots like the sea of lavender, Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond. Before participating, I thought the sightseeing time might be short, but I found it to be just right. It was a very fulfilling tour that allowed us to visit popular spots in a compact manner. The bus driver and tour guide were also very kind and attentive, which was great.

3連休の最終日に両親と参加しました。
天気がどうなるか？と心配でしたが、雲が多めの晴れで1日中傘を差す事も
なくなんとか天気には恵まれました。
ハイランドふらのでは昼食＆ラベンダーの海、ファーム富田、四季彩の丘、
青い池と人気スポットを巡るツアー。
参加前は見学時間が短いかな？と思っていましたが、
私的には丁度よく、コンパクトに人気スポットを巡る事が出来る、とても充実したツアーだと思いました。
バスの運転手さん、ツアーガイドさんもとても親切丁寧で良かったです。

Although the rain was a bit disappointing, I heard that the animals tend to be more active in the rain. Thanks to that, I was able to see the animals up close as they moved around, which was very enjoyable.

雨が、少々残念でしたが、雨の方が動物たちが動いてくれるとのことでした。
よって、よく動いてくれたおかげで、すぐそばで動物たちが見れて、とても楽しかったです。

I was able to enjoy it very much without any difficulty, even alone. My first visit to Asahiyama Zoo was very fulfilling. I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.

I was worried about the weather, but at Lake Shikotsu, it was sunny and the blue, clear lake was incredibly beautiful. The sightseeing boat was very pleasant.
The meals at Lake Toya were even more delicious than I expected.
On the bus tour, I was able to enjoy sightseeing while thinking, "Wow, that's interesting!" thanks to the explanations provided.
At Mount Usu, it looked like it might rain, but I was able to see the scenery below.

お天気が心配でしたが、支笏湖では晴れてブルーで透明のの湖が凄く綺麗でした。遊覧船が気持ちよかった。
洞爺湖のお食事も思った以上に美味しかった。
バスツアーでは解説してもらえるのでえそーなんだーと思いながら観光できてよかったです。
有珠山では、雨が降りそうでしたが下の景色は見られました。
たまにはバスツアーも良いものだと再確認しました！

I finally realized my long-held dream of seeing the lavender. The weather was great, and the tour bus staff were excellent, allowing us to have a wonderful day.

Even when I returned to the hotel, closing my eyes brought back images of the purple lavender fields, and I was truly glad to have participated. I would like to visit Farm Tomita again and take my time next time.

やっと念願のラベンダーを見に行く事が実現できました。
お天気も良く、観光バスの乗務員の方達も、最高で、素晴らしい1日を過ごす事が出来ました。

ホテルに戻っても、目を閉じると紫色のラベンダー畑が写り本当に参加する事が出来て良かったです。

I was disappointed that my stay at Rokkatei was short (I wanted to enjoy the stew), but I was satisfied with the cheese fondue lunch at Furano Wine. It was incredibly delicious. I enjoyed sweet melons at Tomita Melon and was able to pick up fresh, affordable asparagus at Shikisai no Oka, which made my trip to Hokkaido fulfilling. The Blue Pond was even bluer than last time (due to the sunlight) and beautiful. Since the tour was in mid-June, the flower fields were just before their peak. I thought I would like to plan for early July next year.

六花亭の滞在時間が短く残念な点はありましたが（シチューを味わいたかった）、ふらのワインでのチーズ・フォンデュの昼食が楽しめて満足。めちゃ美味しかった。富田メロンであんま〜いメロンを味わい、四季彩の丘で新鮮なお買い得アスパラガスの調達ができたことで北海道に来た〜を満喫できました。青い池では前回より青さが増し（日差しの関係）ていてきれいでした。ツアーは6月中旬だったのでお花畑は見頃前。来年は7月上旬に計画したいと思いました。

The guide provided a lot of information, which was great. The number of participants was also about half of the seating capacity, so we could relax comfortably.

I signed up for a plan that only visits Asahiyama Zoo from Sapporo. The plan that included the zoo plus Biei and Furano was also attractive, but I chose this one because it had an earlier departure and a later return. Once I participated, there were about 15 participants, so the bus was not crowded, and getting on and off was quick and comfortable. I also had a long stay at the zoo, allowing me to explore at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

札幌から旭山動物園だけを訪れるプランに申し込みました。動物園＋美瑛・富良野を訪れるプランも魅力的でしたが、出発が早く帰りも遅くなるのでこちらにしました。参加してみると、参加者が15名程度でバスの中も密にならず、乗り降りもすぐにできて快適でした。動物園滞在も時間が長くのんびり回る事ができました。ありがとうございました。

I was thinking about how to spend the middle day of my 3-day trip to Sapporo when I found this tour. I never expected to be able to go to Furano and Biei! It would have been difficult to do it on my own, so I was glad to find this option. They also had proper infection control measures in place. Participants were able to join without unnecessary chatting in the car, which made it feel safe. I knew it was June, but it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't flower season.

2泊3日の札幌旅行の中日をどう過ごすか考えていたところ このツアーを見つけました。
まさか富良野や美瑛まで行けるなんて‼️ 個人では難しいですから良かったです。
感染対策もしっかりされてました。参加者も車内で無駄におしゃべりすることなく 安心して参加できました。
分かっていましたが6月なので花の時期ではなかったことが残念でした。

I was able to see a polar bear mother nursing her cub. The feeding time of the orangutans and giraffes was also enjoyable, and I got to hear explanations from the keepers, which led to fun and new discoveries! The keepers' love for the animals really came through, making for a heartwarming day.

北極クマ　母グマと赤ちゃんの授乳シーン見れました。　オラウータンやキリンのもぐもぐお食事タイムは担当飼育員さんの解説も聞けて、楽しい&新しい発見にもなります！
飼育員さんの動物愛が伝わってきて、心和む1日になりました。

I often used Viator when traveling abroad. It's good to use it domestically as well. The guide was experienced and provided travel advice at just the right distance. Since I can't travel abroad often now, I will use it again.

It was unfortunately rainy, but I enjoyed it. My main purpose was to see the polar bear cub. I had seen the parents at another zoo when I was a child.

I went to see the polar bears three times, and there were moments when the cub was sleeping, but in the end, it was lively and playful, which was adorable. The hippo feeding time was impressive, and I was able to see the serval moving around as well.

Other animals were cute too. The guide was great.

　あいにくの雨でしたが楽しめました。シロクマの子供を1番の目的にきました。親は子供の時に　他の動物園でみてました。
　3回もシロクマはみにいき、子供が寝ている時もありましたが　最後は元気に遊んでいて可愛かったです。カバのモグモグタイムは　迫力がありました、
　マヌリネコも動いているのが　見れました。
　他の動物も可愛かったです。

I live in Sapporo. I went out while there were fewer crowds. The lavender wasn't in bloom yet, and there were fewer flowers, plus it rained at the Blue Pond.
But I'm glad I went!
The bus driver was very skilled and had a great personality. The guide's explanations during the trip were full of interesting "wow" moments. Their voice was easy to understand, friendly, and polite—definitely a professional.
The soft serve ice cream recommended by the guide at Tomita Farm was delicious.
The deep-fried asparagus I bought at the Shikisai no Oka shop was so good that I ended up eating two plates!

札幌在住です。人混みが少ないうちにと、出かけました。ラベンダーもまだでお花も少なめだったし、青い池では雨も降ってしまいました。

バスのドライバーさんが運転が上手で、とても感じのよいかたで。ガイドさんの道中での説明が、へぇ～っがいくつもあり、面白かったです。声が聞き取りやすくて、フレンドリーで丁寧で、プロだなあと。
ガイドさんオススメの富田ファームのソフトクリーム、美味しかったです。
四季彩の丘の売店で買った、アスパラガスの素揚げが美味しすぎて、２皿も食べちゃいました。

A day trip to a representative location in Hokkaido. The weather was refreshing and sunny, making it a perfect day. The safe driving and the guide's explanations were also great.

I wanted to see the entire area of shibazakura at Shibazakura Park, so I participated. On the way, I saw shibazakura planted in the gardens of private homes, but the scale was completely different. I had never seen such a vast area covered in shibazakura like at the park, so it was definitely the right decision to go there. Additionally, at the tulip garden in Kamiyubetsu, I was able to see various types of tulips, which was interesting. Furthermore, the travel from Sapporo to the eastern part of Hokkaido is quite challenging, so I was really glad to be taken there by a sightseeing bus.

「芝ざくら公園の山一面の芝ざくらを見てみたい」と思い、参加しました。道中、民家の庭に植えられている芝ざくらを見ましたが、それらとは全然スケールが違いました。芝ざくら公園のように、あれほど広範囲にわたって芝ざくらが敷き詰められている光景を見ることはなかったので、現地に行って本当に正解でした。また、上湧別のチューリップ園では、様々な品種のチューリップを見ることができ、面白かったです。
加えて、札幌から道東までの移動は大変なので、観光バスで連れて行ってもらい、本当に良かったです。

It was a bit early for the lavender season, and the flowers weren't blooming much, but the temperature was just right for a long-sleeve shirt, making it comfortable throughout the visit. Both the driver and the guide were polite, which made me feel at ease. We were able to finish earlier than planned, allowing us to have some flexibility for our subsequent activities.

ラベンダーの季節には少し早く、花はあんまり咲いていませんでしたが気温は長袖1枚くらいでちょうどよく、終始快適に過ごせました。運転手さんもガイドさんも丁寧で安心しました。予定よりも早く終わることが出来、そのあとの予定にも余裕を持って行動できました。

Since it was mid-June, the flowers at Tomita Farm and Shikisai no Oka were not in full bloom, but there were still some varieties blooming here and there, and I was able to enjoy them enough!

The temperature on the day was a maximum of around 19°C and a minimum below 10°C, but since it was in the mountains, it felt chilly wherever we went. I think a jacket is essential for those visiting during this time or in the fall.

During the travel, the guide shared various stories, so I didn't get bored. All the stories were informative and interesting. However, in the latter half (around Patchwork Hill), I got tired and occasionally succumbed to sleepiness. It might require more stamina than expected...

The lunch was substantial and delicious. Many people also ordered glasses of wine separately and seemed to enjoy it.

I was worried that the time at the Blue Pond would be short, but there was plenty of time to take photos with my camera, so I was satisfied.

It turned out to be a surprisingly packed day with a lot of information, and I was very satisfied. I initially made the reservation thinking it would be good enough to visit the Blue Pond, but I ended up with more memories than I expected, thanks to Tomita Farm and the guide's stories, and I'm glad I participated.

If asked whether I would recommend it to friends, I would simply say yes. Thank you to everyone involved in this project for a wonderful time.

6月中旬ということで、冨田ファームと四季彩の丘の花は満開、というわけにはいきませんでしたが、どちらもポツリポツリと、咲いている品種もあり、十分楽しむことができました！

当日の気温は最高19℃、最低10℃以下くらいだったと思うのですが、山ということもあり、どこに行っても肌寒かったです。
この時期や秋頃に行かれる肩は、上着は必須だと思います。

移動中の多くの時間はガイドさんがいろんなお話をしてくださるので、退屈しません。どのお話も為になる話ばかりで、面白かったです。
ただ、後半(パッチワークの丘あたり)は、疲れて所々睡魔に負けてしまいました。以外と体力が必要かもしれません…

お昼ごはんもボリューム的にしっかりとあって、美味しかったです。グラスワインも別途注文でき、楽しんでいる方も多かったです。

青い池の所要時間が短いのではないかなと心配していましたが、カメラで写真を撮る時間は十分ありましたので、満足です。

意外と盛り沢山で、情報量がいっぱいいっぱいな1日となり、とっても満足でした。
青い池さえ行ければ良いと思って予約したのですが、冨田ファームやガイドさんのお話など、思っていた以上に想い出がいっぱいでき、参加して良かったと思っています。

友人に勧めたいかと言われたら勧めたいの一言に尽きます。この企画に関わっている全ての皆様、楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

I was able to see beautiful flowers at just the right time. After that, it rained and the temperature dropped, and it seems the flowers lost their vigor. It's difficult since it's all about nature, but for me, it was the best.

丁度タイミングが合い、キレイなお花を見ることができました。あのあと雨が降ったり、気温が下がったりでお花の勢いも失せてしまったようです。自然相手のものなので、難しいですが、私にとっては最高でした。

During this trip to Hokkaido, I chose the Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and Aoi Ike course, and I created the best memories. The tourist spots offered a series of locations that can only be experienced in Hokkaido, making for a highly satisfying day. Additionally, there were moments that moved me, making the trip even more emotional.

First, the driver, Mr. H, drove exceptionally safely, allowing me to feel secure during the ride. When we arrived at each tourist spot and got off the bus, he always greeted each of us with phrases like "Have a good time" and "Thank you for your hard work." While I have experienced bus guides giving such greetings, it was rare to hear them from a driver, and I was very touched. He is the best driver I have encountered among my many bus tour experiences.

Next, the bus guide, Ms. I, introduced herself as "the actress... Satomi." I was impressed by how she spoke about the travel information for a long time without looking at notes, flowing like the gentle current of the Ishikari River. Her speaking style was gentle and engaging, with a pleasant tone, and she skillfully incorporated humor into her guidance.

This tour reminded me that the journey is not just about the attractions. Thank you to driver Mr. H and bus guide Ms. I for making the tour so enjoyable.

今回の北海道旅行の中でファーム富田・四季彩の丘・青い池コースを選んで最高の思い出が出来ました。
観光地は北海道でしか味わうことが出来ないロケーションの連続で最高に満足できる一日となりましたが、そのことにプラスして感動できることがあった事で、一層感動的な旅行になりました。

まず、運転手Hさんの運転はすこぶる安全運転で安心して乗車出来たこと。また、観光地に到着し降車する際、必ず一人ひとりに「いってらっしゃい」「お疲れ様でした」等の声掛けを頂きました。バスガイドさんの声掛けは経験があるのですが、運転手さんの声掛けは殆ど経験がなく、とても感動しました。
私の数あるバスツアー経験の中で一番の運転手さんです。

次は、自己紹介で「女優の・・・・さとみ」の名前を名乗ったバスガイドのIさんですが、移動の長い時間をカンペを見ることもなく旅先の情報をゆったりとした石狩川の流れのように喋られたことにも感動しました。
喋りは優しく語り掛ける口調で、トーンも心地よく、時に笑いを交えたガイドは流石でした。

旅は観光地の魅力だけでは無いことを改めて噛み締めたツアーとなりました。

My wife and I had a great time. The guide's explanations were very clear and helpful. The infection prevention measures were thorough, which made us feel safe. It was our first bus tour, but I would like to participate again.

妻と二人で楽しめました。ガイドさんの案内もとてもわかりやすく良かったです。感染対策も万全で安心できました。バスツアーは初めてでしたがまた参加したいと思います。

I was unsure where to go depending on the weather, but after checking the weather forecast three days prior, I made a reservation. Since it was possible to join as an individual and the meeting time was relaxed, this tour was perfect for me.

There was a total of three and a half hours to explore Asahiyama Zoo, so I could take my time. Since it was my first time at the meeting location, I did a site visit the day before. The staff at the reception during the site visit smoothly guided me just by saying my name, which made me feel reassured. However, the staff at the reception on the day of the tour seemed a bit skeptical when they asked, "Do you know your reservation number?" which made me a little anxious.

When I showed the printed voucher I brought, they asked, "Can I take this?" and then gave me the tickets. I definitely recommend printing it out and bringing it with you.

This was my first time participating in a local departure tour, and in this case, it was more efficient time-wise than transferring via public transportation, so it was great. I would like to use this service again in the future.

[Postscript] After sending my experience, I received a reply saying, "You can just tell your name or show the reservation screen on your mobile." I had read the explanation on the website thoroughly, so I was prepared for that, but there were some staff members on-site who were a bit confused in their responses, so I wrote my experience as it was. I would like to request that the tour operating company ensure a consistent reception method for users.

お天気次第で何処へ行こうかと予定を決めかねていましたが、3日前の天気予報を見て予約しました。1人参加が可能で集合時間もゆっくりだったので私にはピッタリのツアーでした。
旭山動物園の見学時間も3時間半有ったので比較的ゆっくり見られました。
初めての集合場所だったので前日に下見しました。下見の時の受付の方は名前を言っただけで『予約が入っていますので…』とスムーズに案内をして貰えて安心出来ましたが、当日の受付窓口の方は『予約番号は分かりますか？』と半信半疑の受答えだったので、少し不安に成りました。
印刷していったバウチャーを見せると『コレを貰っていいですか？』と言われてチケットをくれました。
やはりプリントして持って行く事をお勧めします。
現地出発ツアーは初めて参加しましたが、今回の場合は公共交通機関を乗り継ぐよりも時間が有効に使えたので良かったです。
コレからも利用したいと思います。

前述の体験談を送信したら『名前を伝えるか、携帯の予約画面を見せるだけで大丈夫です』と返信メールが来ました。
私もHPの説明はしっかり読んで行ったのでソノつもりでしたが、現場の方はチンプンカンプンの対応の方もいましたので体験談をソノまま書きました。
利用者側よりツアー催行会社の方に受付方法の徹底をお願いします。
