During my first visit to Hokkaido, I was worried since it was the season when snow started to fall, but I was able to fully enjoy the great nature and hot springs! Although it was snowing, it stopped at Lake Toya, allowing me to enjoy the distant scenery! Above all, it was definitely the right choice to soak in the hot springs! I had never seen a shampoo bar before, and the hot springs felt so good that I wanted to stay in them longer. Next time I go to Hokkaido, I want to see the lavender fields in Furano during early summer! I'll be counting on Beltora again!

The tourist bus information center was hard to find. I think the use of earphones on the bus is great because you can hear everything clearly. However, I was disappointed with the lunch. I had seen the previously posted messages, but the issues pointed out had not been fixed, and I was surprised that the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was served cold without a lid. Was it managed by a foreign company? I really think chawanmushi should be served warm. What was the purpose of the posts? The planning team should be the one to seek improvements! The guide and the driver were both good.

It was very good. The guide and the driver were kind and it was fun. The snowy scenery was amazing.

There was one disappointing thing: lunch. First, the restaurant was cold. The rice was cold. The chawanmushi was also cold in a container without a lid. There was a chicken hot pot, but the meat was very large and I wondered if it was cooked through. The slices of carrot in the pot remained hard until the fire went out. The time for cooking with the fire starter was limited, yet it wasn't pre-cooked... Honestly, I was disappointed. The restaurant was cold, and although there were small cakes, there were no warm drinks... I might have needed to ask for them, but we left the restaurant early and had extra time afterward. I was really looking forward to lunch in Hokkaido, so it was disappointing. The taste was good, though... My friend who went with me said the same thing.

温かい飲み物もない・・こちらからお願いすればよかったのかもですが
早々にレストランを出て後は時間が余りました。
昼食は北海道だしとっても楽しみにしていたのに残念です。味は美味しかったから・・・。

でもそれ以外はほんとによかったです。
楽しいガイドさんと運転手さんに感謝です。

The audio guides are available not only in Japanese but also in Chinese and English, which was convenient as I didn't have to interpret for my companions who don't understand Japanese. However, since we were a group, it might be unavoidable, but at the restaurant at Manseikaku, while the taste wasn't bad, everything except the salt-grilled chicken hot pot was completely cold, which was disappointing. Since there was also a buffet at the same restaurant, I think it would be nice to have the option to switch to the buffet for the meal.

At the highly transparent Lake Shikotsu, I was looking forward to enjoying a sightseeing boat, but it was canceled due to strong winds. It was very disappointing, but at Lake Toya, I was able to experience the lakeside of the hotel where I had my meal, the Usuzan Ropeway, and the Silo Observatory, all surrounded by nature. However, there wasn't much time left, so I couldn't enter the bear ranch, and I would have preferred to skip the Mushroom Kingdom before the meal to have more time at Usuzan. On the way back, it was convenient to be able to get off at places like Susukino.

I had a great time being taken around from morning until evening. Both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya were very beautiful. Mount Usu was foggy, so I couldn't see anything from the ropeway, but I think I'll come back someday. The lunch at Banseikaku was also luxurious. I had a very, very enjoyable day! The meeting time wasn't too early, and the meeting place was easy to find near Sapporo Station. Plus, since it was by bus, we could listen to explanations while traveling.

We visited the Rokkatei souvenir shop, had cheese fondue and hamburgers for lunch, went to Farm Tomita, saw the roller coaster from the bus window, visited Shikisai no Oka, the Blue Pond, saw the patchwork hills from the bus window, and then returned to the city.

Both the driver and the guide were kind. We were able to efficiently visit many places, take lots of photos, and I ended up sleeping soundly on the way back, enjoying the sightseeing.

I visited in early October, but I would like to use this tour again in the middle of summer. Thank you very much!

I enjoyed riding a boat on Lake Shikotsu, taking in the clear lake bottom and surrounding scenery. At Lake Toya, I savored a meal and enjoyed the hot springs, and at Mount Usu, I took the ropeway and enjoyed the view from the summit while eating soft serve ice cream. Unfortunately, due to rain, I couldn't take photos of Nakajima Island in Lake Toya from the Silo Observatory, but it was a well-balanced tour. I tend to get bored if there’s too much focus on nature, scenery, transportation, or food, but the overall length of the tour was just right.

支笏湖で船に乗り、透明感の高い湖底や周囲の景色を楽しみ、洞爺湖では食事と温泉を楽しみ、有珠山ではロープウェイや山頂からの景色を楽しみソフトクリームを食べました。残念ながら、サイロ展望台では雨のため洞爺湖の中島を含む写真を撮れなかったのですがバランスがよいツアーでした。どうして自然、景色、乗り物、食事などに偏りがあると飽きてしまうのですがツアー全体の時間の長さもちょうど良かったです。

Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond all offered breathtaking views that exceeded my expectations. I was especially moved by the immense scale of Shikisai no Oka, which is hard to capture in photos! I also had the chance to interact with alpacas, which was so soothing. Rokkattei had plenty of cute souvenirs and sweets, making it a fun stop. Furano was a first-time experience for me. The timing might have been a bit late, as more than half of the lavender was wilted. However, the Hills of Shikisai and the Blue Pond were just as wonderful as I had hoped. The meal at the restaurant along the way was also very delicious. It was my first experience with a bus tour, but I was very satisfied as we were able to visit all the places I wanted to go.
The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing.

I had high expectations for lunch at the Lakeside Hotel, but it was a bit cold, which was disappointing.

As an option, I really wanted to go to a hot spring, so I squeezed it in despite the time constraints.
It was a lovely hot spring, but I would have been happier with a bit more time.

有珠山は霧が濃くロープウェイで頂上迄は行きましたが火口も洞爺湖も見られず。支笏湖では風が強くで水中観光船が欠航でした。天気に左右されるツアーではありますが、昭和新山や支笏湖ビジターセンターなどが観光出来て良かったものも沢山。洞爺湖では足湯が気持ちいい。バスの中では色々な観光説明が4ヶ国語でヘッドフォンで聞くことが出来るし退屈しなかった。天気が良ければ最高のツアーだと思います。

Requested for a English host however not available thus the company sent an Japanese speaking driver cum guide. The guide was attentive and experience less the fact that communication was difficult, luckily we were able to use translation application to understand each other. Driver took the initiative to assist with photo taking and even brought us to get Hokkaido melons!

We opt for the vellfire as there were 5 of us and the vehicle was clean and very comfy. Toll fees were not included in the package and it added up to quite a shocking figure for the day.

Journey from sapporo to the designated areas was very far, we spent half a day travelling and it was so tiring. Emailed the company for some changes in pick up timing however there wasn’t any reply from them, be very sure on the timing before booking to prevent having to change the timing.

Paid 1.2k SGD for this day trip for 5 pax, I personally find the price a little on the high side however the driver’s service was so good that we tipped him even being so pricy. Wouldn’t recommend this itinerary but would definitely recommend taking on a tour with this company!

The crowds are incredible. However, the flower fields, lavender fields, and blue pond are all worth seeing. The driver and guide are friendly, making the long bus tour a relaxing experience. The cheese fondue and hamburgers served for lunch are provided warm. The cut melons sold here and there are very delicious, so definitely try them.

人混みは凄いです。ですが花畑、ラベンダー畑、青い池、どれも見ごたえあり。運転手さん、ガイドさんが感じ良く長時間のバスツアーですがリラックスして過ごす事が出来ます。ランチのチーズフォンデュー、ハンバーグは温かい状態で提供されます。あちらこちらで売ってるカットメロンがとても美味しいので是非。

On the morning of the day, I took the first ANA flight from Haneda straight to Hokkaido! The weather in Hokkaido that day was really nice! This tour departed from Sapporo Station Bus Terminal at 9:30, so I was able to make it in time, and the fully booked bus set off safely!

The lunch at Highland Furano was cheese fondue and hamburger. The portion was just right, and the cheese was cut into a bread bowl, which was cute! The hand-formed hamburger was juicy and delicious! If there are two participants, you might share a table with four people, but it wasn't a problem at all. The male owner was smiling and very pleasant!

The lavender sea here was easy to navigate and the timing was just right. Shikisai no Oka was crowded, but the Moroccan tractor ride was quite bumpy and thrilling, which was fun. Those with back issues might want to be cautious (laughs).

こちらのツアーは9:30札幌駅バスターミナル出発だったので間に合うことができて、満席のバスは無事出発！
ハイランドフラノのランチはチーズフォンデュ！とハンバーグ
程よい量でパンをくりぬいたところにチーズが入ってて可愛い！
手ごねハンバーグも肉汁もたっぷりで美味しかった！2人参加だと4人席で相席になるかと思いますが、全然気になりません。オーナーさんの男性が笑顔でとても感じがよかです！
こちらのラベンダーの海は周りやすい広さで時間もちょうど良かったです。
四季彩の丘は混み合ってましたがらモロッコ号(トラクター)がなかなか揺れて迫力があり楽しかったです。腰の悪い方はちょっと控えたほうが(笑)
青い池は期待を裏切ることなくほんとにとっても綺麗！神秘的！自然の生み出す色にびっくり！
この日はここ最近で一番青みが強いですとのお話でした。日によっても違うのでそれも自然の醍醐味かと思います。
ファーム富田はとても広くて見所満載！
彩りの畑、森の彩りの畑、トラディショナルラベンダー畑、花人の畑、倖の畑、etc…とにかく広いです(笑)
とてもお天気が良くさらっとした風も気持ちよく美味しく、時間配分もよく、参加された方のマナーも良くて大満足なバス旅でした。
