During the Obon period, I stayed in Sapporo for three nights, but I wanted to visit some different places, so I joined a bus tour around Furano. The meeting point is the bus center in front of Sapporo Station, where ESTA is located. The tour is organized by Hokkaido Chuo Bus. After receiving my ticket, I waited for a while. There were quite a number of bus tours, and a large crowd of people. Soon, we were guided to the bus and boarded. About 30% of the passengers were Japanese, with the rest being foreigners. The guide provided information in Japanese at key points, but otherwise, a system streamed explanations in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean through earphones. The only sightseeing in Biei was from the bus window, but for the other locations, we had time after getting off the bus, so it wasn't too rushed and was enjoyable. Additionally, the lunch at Furano Wine House consisted of cheese fondue and hamburger, which was quite delicious (the restaurant's policy is to serve it warm), so it was great that it didn't fall into the common issue of "deducting points just for lunch" in such tours.

お盆時期に札幌3泊だったのですが、少し違うところにも行きたくなって富良野巡りのバスツアーに参加しました。集合場所はESTAのある札幌駅前のバスセンターです。主催は北海道中央バスになります。チケットを受け取りしばし待ちます。かなりの数のバスツアーがあって大勢の人がいます。ほどなくしてバスに案内され乗車。日本人は3割くらいで、あとは外国の方ばかり。ガイドさんの案内は要所要所日本語で入りますが、そのほかはイヤホンからの日英中韓の4か国語の解説がシステムから流れます。美瑛の丘だけは車窓観光になりますが、他はバスを降りてから時間があり、それほどせわしないわけでもなく楽しめました。なお、ふらのワインハウスの昼食はチーズフォンデュとハンバーグでこれが結構おいしく（温かい状態で提供したいというお店の方針とのこと）、こういうツアーでよくある「昼食だけ減点」ということにならずとてもよかったです。

I participated on a Saturday in November, and there were even two buses. It seems to be a popular tour. There was no guide, just a tour conductor and an audio guide. The audio guide was available in four languages, and there were many foreign participants from Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and China.

The course that includes meals and visits both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya is quite rare, and I think the price is reasonable. Unfortunately, the weather on the day of participation was not great, but even so, there was a rainbow over Lake Toya, and it was very beautiful.

It's much colder than Honshu, so warm clothing is essential. I wore a sweater, but it was still cold...

11月の土曜日に参加しましたが、二号車まで出ていました。人気のツアーのようです。ガイドさんはおらず、添乗員さん+音声案内です。音声案内は四か国語対応で、マレーシア、インドネシア、台湾、中国など、外国の参加者も多かったです。
ごはん付きで、支笏湖と洞爺湖をあわせて回れるコースはそうそう多くなく、お値段も手ごろだと思います。参加当日はあいにくのお天気でしたが、それでも洞爺湖では虹がかかり、とてもきれいでした。

本州よりもはるかに寒い！ので、暖かい格好必須です。
セーターを着ましたが、それでも寒かった…。

On November 8th, it was unfortunately rainy, but my two friends and I visited Hokkaido for the first time. The bus guide was very polite, and despite the rain, we were moved by the great nature. The travel time between destinations was long, about an hour and a half, but we didn't feel tired and had a fun day. I thought this course was so valuable that I would want to come back to Hokkaido on a nice day and participate again. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hokkaido for the first time. If you get a nice day, it would be the best!

11月８日、この日はあいにくの雨でしたが、友達2人で、初めての北海道、バスガイドさんも、丁寧で、雨でも、大自然さに、感動しました、目的地から目的地の、移動も、長くて１時間半くらいで、疲れも、なく、楽しく1日を過ごすことが、出来、このコースはお天気の、いい日にもう一度、北海道に来て、参加したいと思うほど価値のあるツアーだと、思いました、初めて、北海道に、来た人には、絶対におススメしたいツアーでした、
お天気の良い日に当たったら、最高です、

I participated alone as a woman in my 50s. On the day of the tour, there were two buses, and my bus had 35 passengers. All the sightseeing information was provided through headphones. The tour was available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, so about 70-80% of the guests were foreigners.

Being a bit greedy, I joined many of the optional activities, and it was helpful that many of them were discounted on this tour. First, we took a sightseeing boat on Lake Shikotsu. The boat had glass walls, allowing us to see into the lake, but unfortunately, the water was murky due to a recent typhoon. However, it was the season for autumn leaves, so the surrounding scenery was stunning.

We spent 85 minutes at Lake Toya. The chicken soup hot pot was very delicious. The dining area had tables arranged by group, so as a solo traveler, I could enjoy my meal without feeling awkward. There were four other solo participants from the two buses, but everyone had separate tables. After finishing my meal early, I strolled around Lake Toya and took a bath. The newly renovated eighth-floor bath was a stylish infinity pool that felt integrated with the lake, and I was very satisfied. There was also a bath on the first floor, which seemed to alternate between men and women at different times, so the men might have been on the first floor at that time. I only had about 30 minutes for the bath due to time constraints, but my body felt warm for a while afterward.

After visiting the crater at Mount Usu via the ropeway, we went to the bear ranch. It was on a smaller scale, so we could feed the bears and enjoy our time within the allotted time.

After visiting the Silo Observation Deck, we had a relaxing break on the way back. I participated in many optional activities, but many people took their time sightseeing, enjoying soft serve ice cream, and spending their time as they pleased.

Perhaps due to cultural differences, there were some guests who were a bit loose with time, but the guide repeatedly reminded us to "go back a little," so everyone kept to the schedule in the latter half (laughs).

It was a tour that allowed us to fully enjoy the nature around Sapporo in just one day.

当日はバス2台。私のバスは３５人の乗客でした。観光案内は全てヘッドホンで聞きます。
日、英、中、韓に対応しているので 外国人のお客さんが7〜8割くらいでした。

欲張りな性格なので オプションにもたくさん参加しましたが このツアーだと割引きになるものが多く助かりました。
まず支笏湖では観光船に乗りました。船内がガラス張りになっていて 湖の中が見られるようですが、少し前の台風の影響で湖が濁っていて そこは残念でした。
ちょうど紅葉の季節だったので 周りの景色は最高でした。

洞爺湖は８５分。
食事は鳥スープ鍋がとても美味しいかったです。
食事会場では テーブルがグループごとになっているので ひとりの私は周りに気兼ねなく食事できました。私の他にもひとり参加の方が2台のバスで４人いましたが みなさん別々のひとりテーブルでした。
食事を早めに済ませ 洞爺湖散策をし、入浴もしました。
リニューアルしたての8階のお風呂は湖と一体化したような おしゃれなインフィニティになっていて大満足。 1階にも風呂があり、時間で男女入れ替えになっているようなので、男性はこの時間は1階かもしれません。時間がなくお風呂滞在は30分くらい。大急ぎとなりましたが しばらく身体はポカポカでした。

有珠山ロープウェイで火口を見学した後にクマ牧場へ行きました。
規模が小さめなので クマさんにエサをあげたりして 時間内で楽しめます。

サイロ展望台ので後はまったりおやすみタイムで 帰路。
私はオプションにもたくさん参加しましたが、
各所をゆっくり観光している方も多く、ソフトクリームを食べたり 思い思いの時間の過ごし方が出来ます。

お国柄なのか? 時間に少しルーズなお客さんがいましたが、ガイドさんが何度も ［少し前に戻って］と声かけてしていたので 後半は時間を守っていました(笑)

1日で札幌近郊の自然を満喫出来たツアーでした。

I participated with my university student son. A typhoon was approaching, but we were lucky to have good weather. There were many places we wanted to visit, and we were unsure whether to rent a car for sightseeing, but choosing this tour was the right decision. The in-car guidance is through headphones, but since there is a guide for the full day tour, we felt reassured. It's a recommended course where you can enjoy beautiful lakes and vast nature.

台風が近づいていましたが、好天に恵まれてラッキーでした。
行きたいところがたくさんあり、レンタカーで観光するか迷いましたが、このツアーを選んで正解でした。
車内の案内はヘッドホンですが、丸１日のツアーもガイドさんがおられるので安心でした。
美しい湖、広大な自然を満喫できおススメコースです。

The weather was cloudy, and it was a bit disappointing that the scenery wasn't very clear, but it was nice to efficiently visit two lakes and Mount Usu. The meal felt like something you would eat after being awake for a long time and wasn't very tasty, so I thought it would have been better to eat whatever we liked at the Mushroom Kingdom. The view of Lake Toya from the Silo Observation Deck was beautiful.

お天気が曇りで、あまり景色がきれいに見えなかったのが少し残念でしたが、効率よく2つの湖と有珠山へまわれたのは良かったです。食事は、長時間起きっ放しのような感じのもので美味しくはなかったので、これなら、きのこ王国で各自好きなものを食べられたほうがよかったなと思いました。サイロ展望台から見た洞爺湖は綺麗でした。

This is a beautiful bus equipped with free Wi-Fi. The driver and guide were both very nice, making for a comfortable experience. I participated on a Saturday, and fortunately, there was no major traffic congestion.

I was able to fully enjoy the summer flowers of Hokkaido, which was the highlight of this trip. Shikisai no Oka is very vast, and the ground can be uneven, so I recommend using a cart. Even within the time allotted for the bus tour, you can reach distant areas of the grounds and see a variety of flower fields.

FreeWifi搭載の綺麗なバスです。運転手の方、ガイドの方もとても良い方で快適に過ごすことができました。土曜日の参加でしたが、幸い大きな渋滞もありませんでした。
今回の北海道旅行のメインである夏の北海道の花々を満喫することができました。
四季彩の丘はとても広大で、足元も悪いのでカート利用することをお勧めします。バスツアーの滞在時間内でも敷地の遠方まで行け、多くの種類の花畑を見ることができます。

Although we ended up sharing seats since it was a popular tour, the seats were spacious enough that it didn't bother us. The mini fondue cheese with bread at Furano Wine House for lunch was delicious. At Farm Tomita, the pleasant scent of lavender and other flowers made for a lovely view. By the time we arrived at the Blue Pond, it started to rain, but the water remained clear, allowing us to enjoy the mystical scenery.

人気のツアーだけに相席になってしまいましたが、座席が多少広く気にはならなかった。昼食のふらのワインハウスでのパンのプチフォンドュチーズが美味しかったです。
ファーム富田ではラベンダー等のいい匂いがしていて景観共に良かったです。
青い池に着いた頃には雨が降って来てしまいましたが、水が濁る事も無く神秘的な景観を楽しむ事が出来ました。

I participated with my sister.
It was a very attractive course, and I signed up immediately.
I was worried about the rain on the day, but I only used the umbrella for sun protection. It was cloudy, but there was just a brief shower while we were on the bus, so it turned out well.
I was captivated by the colors at "Farm Tomita," "Shikisai no Oka," and "Aoi Ike."
The meals were served quickly, and the cheese fondue and hamburgers were delicious.
However, the highlight for me was the bus driver and the bus guide.
Both of them kindly greeted us with phrases like "Have a good trip" and "Welcome back" every time we got on and off the bus.
Thanks to the bus guide's excellent storytelling, all the passengers were well-mannered, making for a comfortable bus journey.
I thought we would return later than scheduled since it was a Saturday before the Obon holiday, but thanks to the driver's quick thinking, we arrived a bit earlier.

姉と２人で参加しました。
とても魅力のあるコースで即申し込みしました。
当日雨を心配しましたが、傘は日傘用に利用するだけで、曇っては
いましたが、バス内で通り雨があった程度でよかったです。
「ファーム富田」「四季彩の丘」「青い池」どれも色彩に魅了されました。
食事もすぐに提供されチーズフォンデュやハンバーグなど美味しかったです。
しかし、１番推したいところは、バスの運転手さんとバスガイドさんでした。
「いってらっしゃい」「おかえりなさい」などお二人ともバスの乗降の度、声を優しくかけてくださいました。
バスガイドさんの上手なお話しのかいもあってか、乗客の皆さんもマナー
がよく快適なバス旅でした。
また、お盆前の土曜日で予定時間より帰りが遅くなるかと思いましたが、
運転手さんの機転の利く運転で少し早めに帰れました。

Farm Tomita, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond were all full of Instagram-worthy spots. The Blue Pond, in particular, is very mystical and definitely worth seeing. Since my wife is Chinese, the multilingual guidance was also good. It was a very meaningful bus tour.

ファーム富田+四季彩の丘+青い池とインスタ映えスポットだらけでした。特に青い池は、とても神秘的で見る価値MAXです。妻が中国人なので、多言語案内対応もGoodでした。とても有意義なバスツアーでした。

We were very satisfied with the choice and number of locations in this tour! Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka were particularly breathtaking and the amount of time allotted to explore these places was just right. We wouldn't have been able to visit this many places in one day by public transportation so we highly recommend this tour.

I'm a local, but... during this season in Furano, the roads can get congested, and even when you finally arrive, it can be difficult to find parking. So, I joined the tour along with the tourists. On the day of the tour, about half of the participants were from overseas. The bus was very quiet, and we four sitting in the back might have been the loudest.

At the first stop, Rokkattei, I wished we had a bit more time. The Furano mochi here is definitely recommended. For lunch, I didn't have high expectations since it was a tour meal, but it was very delicious. Since it was a bus tour, we also enjoyed some wine during lunch. The lavender in Furano was beautiful, and the Blue Pond was lovely as well.

I wished we had a bit more time at Shikisai no Oka. After riding the trolley around, we didn't have time to enter the alpaca farm, which was disappointing. It was a packed tour, so having less time was unavoidable. Overall, though, I was satisfied.

道民ですが…この時期の富良野は道路が混んだりやっとついても駐車場がなかなか入れなかったり…
なので、観光客に混じり参加しました。当日は、海外からの方が半数くらい…
バス車内は、とても静かでもしかしたら後ろに座ってた私達4人が一番うるさかったかもしれません
最初のスポット、六花亭さんはもうちょっと時間が欲しかったですね。
ここの富良野餅は、絶対におススメです。
その後のお昼ごはん、ツアーの食事だし…とあまり期待をしていなかったのですが、とても美味しかったです。バスツアーなので、お昼からワインも楽しめました。
富良野のラベンダーも綺麗で、青い池も素敵でした。
四季彩の丘は、もう少し時間が欲しかったです。
トロッコに乗り一周したらアルパカ牧場に入る時間が無く残念でした。
欲張りツアーでしたので、時間が少ないのはしょうがないですね。
ただ、総合的には満足できました。

I used this for a family trip. Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka were as beautiful as postcards. Riding the trolley at Shikisai no Oka was very fun and became a great memory. Thank you to the driver and the tour guide.

親子旅行で利用しました。ファーム富田、色彩の丘は絵はがきのように綺麗でした。色彩の丘でトロッコに乗ったのがとても楽しく良い思い出になりました。運転手さん、添乗員さんありがとうございました。

Overall it was a great tour , well organised and to top it off we got a guide who spoke good English, Rika. She was very good to answer whatever queries we had even though she was not required to. Driver was very careful and drove well.
The rice balls they gave were very tasty. Overall whatever was mentioned in the description was delivered accurately. No surprises . Everything was carried out punctually and smoothly.

Tour was on time, tour guide has basic English skills but was clear enough in giving tour instructions. Wish we have at least an hour in Biei to take walk of the landscape after the tractor ride. Never the less we are satisfied because the flowers are fully bloomed!

This was my first time going to Hokkaido and I was told that traveling around Hokkaido is not as convenient as Tokyo or Osaka due to the limited rail system. We mainly stayed in Sapporo but knew we wanted to check out the flower farms and the blue pond. Since we were not renting a car, we decided to book a tour. We were able to find a tour visiting the exact locations we wanted to see, in addition to a number of other great places we did not know about but made stops to.

The tour made it very convenient to get around to the different locations and our tour guide (Abe) was wonderful. She was friendly, funny, and was able to communicate with us fluently in English! At the end of the tour, she was also able to offer helpful personal recommendations for some things we wanted to do.

Due to the rain from the previous days, the blue pond ended up being a green pond but nonetheless, it was still a beautiful sight to see. For the flower fields, although not all of the flowers were in full bloom, we still enjoyed the gorgeous views.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this tour! The only point of improvement would be the food provided by the tour (too basic/simple in my opinion), but it didn't matter that much as we visited a number of places to purchase our own food and snacks. Thanks for everything!

We initially intended to stay overnight in Furano to cover the Furano-Biei leg of our tour. However, coming from Sapporo, we decided it is best if we just do a day tour as transportation in Furano can be quite a challenge if we don't have a rental car. It's a good thing we stumbled upon this offering of Veltra. It was worth every penny (yen) we spent. All instructions were clearly communicated to us, and we didn't find it hard to locate the meet up point. The tour was on time and the guides were very kind. We were well taken care of during the tour and 2 meals were provided.

The tour course and locations were great, but due to bad weather, I couldn't see the scenery I was looking forward to very well.

The multilingual guidance system made it easy for many foreigners to participate, and there were no issues as the meeting times and other details were clearly communicated. The day I participated was sunny, and I enjoyed the wonderful views of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu. For lunch, I used the hotel restaurant, which offered a variety of dishes that were quite tasty. I had a great time throughout the day!

多言語案内システム利用バスとあって外国人の参加も多かったですが、集合時間等もわかりやすく案内していたので問題はありませんでした。
参加した日は快晴で、支笏湖・洞爺湖・有珠山等では素晴らしい景色を堪能しました。
昼食はホテルのレストランを利用していて、品数も多く味もなかなかでした。
１日を楽しく過ごすことができました！！

I was worried about the weather, but it turned out sunny ☀. I was considering going by train on my own, but the tour that included not only Lake Toya but also Lake Shikotsu, Mount Usu, a ropeway, and meals was a great deal and very convenient. I was able to visit everything efficiently and was satisfied.

心配だった天候も 晴れ☀ 個人で 電車で行く事も考えていましたが 目的地の洞爺湖の他に 支笏湖 有珠山 ロープウェイ 食事まで付いてツアーは お得で楽チンでした。効率良く回れ満足です。

It is time bounded, in order for us to complete the tour package. It's very nice so everyone out there if you want to spend less and have a great tour enjoy the VELTRA tour package. Mr kobayashi (If I remember his name the tour manager) was very nice and Ms Nishimura was a great tour guide. Thank you also to the Driver for the safety Trip. It was my first time to book a tour online and i was not disappointed with Veltra unlike other tour sites. I just followed the instructions given and found the meeting place. We were the only english speaking grp (4 people) and the tour guide would explain the instructions in english. Our experience was great!

The tour itself goes to two outstanding locations, the Farm Tomita and the Blue Pond. Both of these locations make the tour worthwhile. There are some quibbles however.

Checking in is chaotic. There are several tour groups departing from the same location, so it's noisy and confusing. The tour is booked under and emails come from Veltra, but the tour is operated under a different name (Club Tourism). My tour number was apparently merged with the same tour, but different number, so I had to ask twice about our tour. The first time I was told to wait because the tour sign hasn't been posted yet then later I was told that the tour was merged under a different number. I might have missed the tour since I couldn't find my number. Neither of these changes were explained in the previous emails.

The tour itself is fine, although for this tour, I question whether the stop at the amusement park was necessary. It didn't appear to be much of an attraction and not a good use of time. I recommend that the tractor ride simply be built into the cost of the tour, rather than have it as an option. A little bit of narration during the long rides about the area that we were traveling would have been nice. This was the quietest tour that I have ever been on. I had no idea what town we were in or if there were any points of interest.

The tour guide, Yao-san, was good and very diligent at doing his job. Maybe my expectations were a bit too high, but the tour itself was fine and delivered what was promised. It's just that it could be improved a bit.

Both I and wife were happy to follow this group, well organized and punctual. The tour guide explained in japanese but the assistant translated in simple English but could be understand clearly. Recommended for people who dont drive car, just chosen this 1 day tour . Watch the beautiful scenery and blue pond as well with peace....

I think a day tour from Sapporo is just the right distance. Considering the price, I'm satisfied with the cost performance, especially since lunch is included and you get to ride the ropeway. However, the only downside was the terrible traffic on the way back since it was a holiday.

札幌からの一日で回れるツアーでは、ちょうどいい距離ではないのかと思います。この金額を考えると、昼食もついてロープウエーも乗れてだとコスパ的には満足です。ただ、当日は休日であったため帰りの渋滞がひどかった点だけが残念です。

This is a tour that allows you to see the mysterious Lake Toya from various angles. The schedule is tight, so if you opt for additional activities, there won't be much time for exploration on-site. The Mushroom Kingdom, where you stop for a break, is fantastic. It would have been great to have lunch there.

神秘的な洞爺湖を色々な角度が見ることが出来るツアーです。スケジュールはタイトのため、オプションに行くと、現地での散策は厳しくなります。途中休憩で寄る、きのこの王国は最高です。ここで昼食にしてもらえると良かった。

I visited Lake Shikotsu for the first time, and almost everyone boarded the glass boat. It seems there aren't many other attractions, so if you don't participate, free exploration might be tough. The lunch at Lake Toya was better than I expected, with a good variety of dishes. After that, we toured Mount Usu. There was one more twist on the way back! I think it would be nice to have more sightseeing options.

支笏湖に最初に行きましたが、
ほぼ全員がグラスボートに乗船しました。
他には見どころがないようで、
参加しないと自由散策はきついかも。
洞爺湖での昼食は思ったより、
品数が多く良かったです。
そのあと有珠山観光しました。
帰路でもうひとひねり！
観光があればよいと思います。

It's my first time using private taxi tour. The driver was Homa san who is very efficient in managing time to bring me sightsee at the different attractions. I requested for two on the spot additional sightseeing spots and Home san fulfilled my wish. What is more is that he even waited for me to take-away my dinner from the fastfood restaurant before sending me back to my apartment. Veltra is prompt and efficient in answering my queries for this tour. Despite it was raining on that day, I still had an overall pleasant tour experience. Thank you for making my trip hassle-free!
