The climb up the Usuzan Ropeway and the path to the observation deck was quite challenging. The bear ranch had young bears and there was also a shrine, which was enjoyable.

有珠山ロープウェイで登ってそこから展望台までの道はなかなかきつかったです。熊牧場は若い熊もいて神社もあって楽しかった。

I took the ropeway and was able to see Lake Toya and the ocean in a 360-degree view from the summit. You absolutely have to climb it!

After a bit of hiking, the view was amazing! It felt so good. I wasn't very familiar with the sightseeing around Sapporo, so I left everything to them, but they took me to various places and provided plenty of free time, which was great. The guide and the driver were also very kind. Thank you! ♪

ロープウェイに乗って山頂から洞爺湖と海360度見れました。絶対登るべきです！

少しハイキングして素晴らしい眺め！とても気持ち良かったです。
札幌の周りの観光あまり詳しくないので全てお任せでしたが、色々な所に連れて行ってくれて、フリーな時間も多くとても良かったです。

Unfortunately, we couldn't board the sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu due to strong winds, but we enjoyed exploring the area instead. Dining with a view of Lake Toya and the scenery from Mount Usu was all fantastic. The guide was well-organized and friendly, making sure to chat and take photos, which was appreciated. Next time, I would like to participate in a tour of the Shakotan Peninsula.

残念ながら支笏湖では強風のため遊覧船には乗船できませんでしたがその分散策が楽しめました。洞爺湖を望みながらの食事も有珠山からの眺望もどれも最高でした。ガイドさんの段取り良く気さくに話したり写真を撮るなどの気遣いも良かったです。次回は積丹半島に参加してみたいです。

It was disappointing that we couldn't take a boat ride on Lake Shikotsu due to the strong winds, but we were able to spot some cute fawns from the bus. The guide's stories and the audio commentary were enjoyable and made the experience better.

For lunch, I didn't have high expectations based on the photos, but it turned out to be luxurious and very delicious, unlike what I had imagined.

The next day, my mother had the national chorus competition, and I was worried about feeling tired, but the comfortable bus journey left me refreshed.

風が強くて、支笏湖での乗船はできなかったのは残念だったけれど、バスの中から可愛い子鹿を見つけたりできました。ガイドさんの話、そしてイヤホンによる案内も楽しくて、よかったです。
お昼は写真からあまり期待していなかったのに、写真とは異なり豪華でとても美味しかった。
次の日に、お母さんコーラス全国大会の本番を控えていたので、疲れが残ると嫌だなと思っていたのですが、快適なバス旅で疲れませんでした。

I was a bit worried about how it would feel to participate in such a packed plan that would be hard to manage individually. The first stop was Hell Valley in Noboribetsu. The smell of sulfur and the smoke were incredibly impressive. There were stairs and slopes, but there were handrails, so it was safe to walk.

Next, we visited Showa Shinzan and the Bear Ranch. Participation at the Bear Ranch was optional, but everyone joined in. It was fun to see the large bears up close and even feed them! I was surprised to see them raise their hands for food and perform tricks!

After that, we stopped by Lake Toya and enjoyed the canal in Otaru, doing some shopping... The tour guide was really kind, letting us know about great photo spots in advance, taking pictures for us, and recommending souvenirs.

We were blessed with good weather on the day, and thanks to the tour guide (who was from abroad) managing everything and being considerate, we had a great time. We were the only Japanese people in the group, but it was actually nice not to have to worry about that (laughs). This plan with the second person free is quite a bargain!

なかなか個人では回りきれない様な盛りだくさんプランで実際どんな感じなのだろうと内心、心配でした。
最初に行ったのが登別の地獄谷でした。
硫黄の匂いと煙が凄く迫力がありました。
階段や勾配がありましたが手摺りがあり、安全に歩けました。
次は昭和新山と熊牧場。熊牧場は希望者だけでしたが全員参加しました。大きな熊を間近で見れるのと餌やりが出来るので楽しめました！餌が欲しくて手を上げたり、芸？が出来るんだと驚きました！

あとは洞爺湖に寄り、小樽市内で運河を観たり買い物をしたり…
添乗員さんが撮影スポットを事前に教えてくれたり撮影してくれたり、おすすめのお土産を教えてくれたりと本当に親切にしてくれました。

当日は天気に恵まれ、添乗員さん（外国の方）の仕切りや配慮のお陰で楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。
日本人は私達だけでしたが、逆に気を遣わず良かったです(笑)
今回の2人目無料のプランはかなりお得です

I participated with my two sons, who are a middle schooler and a high schooler. I was glad that we could explore areas that are difficult to access without a car in just one day. We didn't have enough time at Lake Shikotsu and the Mushroom Kingdom where we had a free lunch, while we felt we had too much time at Lake Toya, so I think it would be better to reconsider the time allocation. Even though it was during the Obon holiday, there were no traffic jams, and it ended on time, which was great. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in another course as well.

中学生と高校生の息子二人と参加しました。
車がない個人ではなかなか回れないエリアを一日で回れてよかったです。
支笏湖と自由昼食を取ったきのこ王国では時間が足りず、一方で洞爺湖では時間を持て余す感じだったので時間配分を見直すとなおよいと思います。
お盆の時期でしたが、渋滞などもなく、定刻通りに終了したのもよかったです。機会があれば、また別のコースにも参加してみたいです。

At Jigokudani, we took a leisurely stroll. My mother, who has difficulty walking, was with us, but we had plenty of time to explore, so we were able to walk quite far. We also had about an hour for a break at a spot where we could enjoy the view of Showa Shinzan, and although it was a bit rushed, we managed to use the Usuzan Ropeway. At Lake Toya, the view from the Silo Observatory was great, and we were able to take a lot of photos. We also got to meet the "master" of the Silo Observatory, Haru-chan the cat. In Otaru, we had plenty of time, so after shopping, we enjoyed some food, which kept us quite busy. This time, since there were only a few of us, our driver also acted as our guide, and in addition to explaining the tourist spots, we received a lot of information about delicious food, which made us very happy. We were grateful for our considerate driver.

地獄谷では、ゆっくり散策。
足の悪い母も一緒でしたが、散策時間は時間がたっぷりあったので
かなり先まで歩けました。
また昭和新山の景色が楽しめる場所での休憩も、1時間ほどあったので
駆け足でしたが、有珠山ロープウェーも利用することができました。
洞爺湖では、サイロ展望台からの景色もよく、写真もたくさん撮れましたね。
またサイロ展望台の主(笑)、猫のはるちゃんにも会えました。
小樽も、時間がたっぷりあったので、買い物したら食べたり、なかなか忙しかったです。
今回は人数が少なかったので、ドライバー兼ガイドさんでしたが、
要所要所で観光地の説明のほか、おいしい食べ物の情報もたくさん聞けたので、こちらも凄く嬉しかったです。
気遣いの細やかなドライバーさんでありがたかったです。

I visited around early July, when it felt like the rainy season was ending. I participated alone on a weekday.

The tour was great, especially at Lake Shikotsu, but personally, I think I would have preferred to explore on foot instead of taking the sightseeing boat.

I was very satisfied with Mount Usu and Lake Toya; the view from the observation deck at the end of the ropeway was truly beautiful. There are stairs to the observation deck, but the ascent is gentle. It does require some physical effort, but it's not a difficult course, so I encourage you to give it a try.

However, be aware that you need to line up for the return ropeway about 10 minutes in advance, so it's best to check your schedule carefully. I think it's a course worth experiencing at least once.

7月上旬梅雨明け？って感じの頃に利用しました。一人で平日参加です。
ツアーでは支笏湖は大変良かったのですが、自分的には遊覧船は乗らずに散策していた方が良かったかも、というスタートでした。
有珠山、洞爺湖については大満足でした、ロープウェイの先の展望台はホントにキレイでした。展望台までは階段有りですが緩やかな登りです。ちょっと体力使いますが無理なコースではありませんのでチャレンジしてみてください。
ただし帰りのロープウェイは10分ぐらい前から並びますのでスケジュールはしっかりと確認してからがいいと思います。
1度は廻ってみたいコースだと思います。

I think it was the tour as described. The bus seats are assigned. If there are empty seats and you inform the guide, you can move. Inside the bus, the main feature is the earphone guide, but there are also explanations in Japanese from the guide. Even though it's Hokkaido, it gets hot in the summer and ice cream melts quickly, so I recommend a cup. The lunch portion was quite large. At the hotel where lunch was served, there were only two restrooms available, and there was a line. I was concerned about the manners of the overseas participants.
- They don't stop chatting even when the guide is speaking, so it's hard to hear the guide's voice.
- They recline their seats all the way back.
- They apply strong-smelling substances on their bodies inside the bus.

記載通りのツアーだったと思います。
バスの座席は指定です。座席が空いていてガイドさんに伝えれば、移動可能です。
車内では、イヤホンガイドがメインですが、ガイドさんからの日本語の説明もあります。
北海道とはいえ夏は暑くアイスは即溶けるので、カップをオススメします。
昼食は、量が多めでした。
昼食場所のホテルでは、使用できるトイレが2か所計2つしかなく、行列でした。
参加される海外の方のマナーが気になりました。
・ガイドさんが話しているときにもおしゃべりを止めないので、ガイドさんの声が聞こえない。
・リクライニングを最大限まで倒す。
・においがキツイものを車内で体に塗ったくる。

The Shikotsu Lake and Toya Lake course has other options, but this course includes a sightseeing boat on Shikotsu Lake (additional charge), where you can see Ezo chub and columnar jointing through a glass-bottom boat, which was great.

支笏湖、洞爺湖コースは他にもありますが、こちらのコースは支笏湖遊覧船（別料金）があり、グラスボートでエゾウグイや柱状節理をみたりできるので良かったです。

I participated on June 23rd. Since it was my first time on a day trip bus tour, I joined with both expectations and anxieties. Lunch was a free meal plan.

We visited various attractions throughout the day, and we were able to do so efficiently. I recommend it for those who want to enjoy the scenery. The bus for transportation was comfortable and pleasant.

The sightseeing time at each point was just right, neither too much nor too little. However, be careful during lunch at Mushroom Kingdom, as getting caught in the ordering line can leave you with little time.

The price is reasonable, making it a good option for first-time visitors to Hokkaido like myself, those unsure of where to go, or anyone who wants to explore without driving.

This plan includes two lakes. The views from the shores are beautiful, but since the differences are subtle, I recommend taking the sightseeing boat on Lake Shikotsu as an option. The clarity of the water and the views from the boat are quite different from those seen from the shore.

In conclusion, I didn't say "it was the best" because I can't compare it as it was my first bus tour, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can definitely recommend it.

6月23日に参加させて頂きました。
私自身、日帰りバスツアーが初めてでしたので、期待と不安を持っての参加でした。
昼食は自由食プランです。

ほぼ一日かけて各名所を周りますが、効率よく周る事が出来ました。
風景を楽しみたい方にはオススメです。
移動のバスも快適でいい感じでした。

それぞれのポイントの観光時間も適当で、余ることもなく、足りないこともありませんでした。
但し、キノコ王国の昼食の際、注文の列に巻き込まれると余裕がなくなるので注意が必要です。

お値段もリーズナブルなので、私のような北海道初めての方や、何処に行ったらいいのかわからない方、運転せずに楽に周りたい方にいいと思います。

こちらのプランは湖が２つあります。
湖岸からの景色はそれぞれ綺麗ですが、違いが出辛いので、オプションにはなりますが支笏湖の観光船に乗船するのをおすすめします。
水の綺麗さや船上からの景色は、湖岸から見るのとはまた違いますから。

最後になりますが、「最高でした。」にしなかったのは、私がバスツアー初めてで比較出来ないからで、私自身は充分満喫出来ました。
十分おすすめできます。

The bright and friendly guide, along with the safe-driving crew, made the journey through the beautiful natural scenery of Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya even more enjoyable.

The tour includes one guide who provides assistance, but the introductions about the scenery during the transfer and the history of Hokkaido are done through an audio guide. It's almost always playing, so you won't get bored during the travel.

I have traveled alone to Hokkaido many times, but I had given up on visiting Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu because it was difficult to get there using public transportation, and driving myself would be costly.

However, I happened to find this tour and thought it was quite a bargain to visit both lakes at this price with someone else driving, so I decided to join.

On the day I went, there were strong winds, and unfortunately, the sightseeing boat at Lake Shikotsu was canceled, so I couldn't ride it (I was really looking forward to it, so it was disappointing...).

Lake Shikotsu is truly beautiful, and I thought the water looked drinkable while I strolled around for an hour. The only downside was that the stay at Lake Toya, including lunch, was only one hour. I really wanted to buy a wooden sword at a shop called Echigoya, so I hurriedly ate my lunch and dashed over. I had lunch at a hotel with a view of Lake Toya, and the grilled scallops, sashimi, and crab rice were exquisite. I wish I could have savored it more! It took less than five minutes to get from the lunch venue to Echigoya, so after purchasing the wooden sword, I was able to stroll around Lake Toya as well. If we had about an hour and a half of stay time, I could have enjoyed it even more...

However, compared to Lake Shikotsu, the transparency of the water at Lake Toya is slightly inferior, so it might be better to view it from a distance rather than up close. The view of Lake Toya and Mount Usu from the observation deck was stunning. I heard from the guide that there are baby bears around, and although it was at my own expense, I also visited a bear ranch. They were very cute, but all the bears seemed bored... You can feed them cookies, but most of them get taken by crows.

In addition to the two main lakes, we also stopped at fun spots like the observation deck and Mushroom Kingdom.

Next, I want to see the snowy scenery and the lakes, so I would like to join the tour again in winter!

ツアーはガイドさんが1人つき、誘導などしてくれますが移動中の景色や北海道の歴史についての紹介は音声ガイドです。ほぼ常に流れているので移動中も退屈しません。

私は北海道に何度も一人旅をしていますが、洞爺湖・支笏湖は公共交通機関で行くには大変で自分の運転となると費用がかさむため諦めていました。

しかし今回こちらのツアーをたまたま見つけてこの値段で他人の運転で更にどちらにも行けるのはだいぶお得では？と思い参加しました。

私が行った日は強風だったため支笏湖の遊覧船は運行中止となり残念ながら乗ることができませんでした。(めっっっちゃ楽しみにしてたので残念…)

支笏湖は本当に水が綺麗で飲めんじゃね？って思いながら1時間散策をしました。
唯一残念なのは洞爺湖での滞在時間が昼食を含めて1時間というところです。
私は越後屋というお店でどうしても木刀が買いたかったのでお昼ご飯を急いで食べてダッシュで行きました。お昼ご飯は洞爺湖を眺められるホテルでいただくことができ、その場で焼いて食べる帆立や刺身、カニご飯が絶品でした。なのでゆっくり味わい違ったです笑　昼食会場から越後屋までは5分弱だったので木刀を購入後洞爺湖周辺も無事散策できました。 滞在時間1時間半ほどあればもっと満喫できたかもしれないです…

ただ洞爺湖は支笏湖に比べると水の透明度がやや劣り近くから見るより遠くから見るのがおすすめのためかもしれません。実際展望台から見た洞爺湖と有珠山は絶景でした。
ガイドさんに今小熊がいるというお話を聞き、自腹ですが熊牧場にも行きました。
とても可愛いと同時に熊は皆退屈そうでした…
クッキーをあげられますが、ほとんどカラスに取られます
メインの二つの湖意外にも展望台やきのこ王国など楽しいスポットに寄ってもらえます。

次は雪景色と湖を見てみたいのでまた冬にツアーに参加したいと思います！

It was great to be able to visit both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya, along with Mount Usu, all in one day. The travel distance is long, so I think it would be tough to do it alone, but thanks to the driver's safe driving, we could relax in the car, which was the best. The lunch at the hotel had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant, and we had a fun day.

支笏湖と洞爺湖の２つの湖と有珠山を１日で観光できてとてもよかったです。
移動距離が長いので個人では大変だと思いますが、ドライバーさんの安全運転で車内でのんびりできて最高です。
ホテルでのランチは品数も多くて味もよかったです。
ドライバーさんもガイドさんもとても感じの良い方で楽しい１日を過ごすことができました。

I have been to Hokkaido more than ten times, but this was my first time participating in a day trip bus tour. I have been to Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya in the summer, but the winter scenery was breathtaking. The overall course setting was excellent, and both the driver and the guide were kind and attentive. The lunch was also great, and it was the best experience. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

北海道には10回以上行っていますが、日帰りバスツアーに初めて参加しました。
支笏湖や洞爺湖は夏には行った事があるのですが、冬の景色は絶景でした。
全体的なコース設定も最高で、運転手さん、ガイドさんも親切丁寧で、昼食も良くて最高でした。
また機会があったら参加したいです。

I had a wonderful time enjoying the unusually warm weather for Hokkaido.

I was impressed by the clear waters of Lake Shikotsu and excited by the encounter with a herd of fawns, which allowed me to feel the richness of Hokkaido's nature.

Also, at Showa Shinzan and the Usuzan Ropeway, I lost track of time while exploring and unfortunately couldn't make it to the bear ranch.

The "mushroom soup" from the Mushroom Kingdom that the guide recommended was truly delicious, and the lunch was also very satisfying with its generous portions.

北海道らしくない暖かさと天候にも恵まれて、とても楽しく過ごせました

支笏湖の透き通った水面に感激し、子鹿の群れとの遭遇に興奮して、北海道の自然の豊かさを感じることができました

また、一度行ってみたかった昭和新山と有珠山ロープウェイでは、あちこちを散策していたら時間が足りなくなり、熊牧場に行くことができず残念でした

ガイドさんに教えていただいた、きのこ王国の「きのこ汁」は本当に美味しかったですし、昼食もボリュームがあり大満足です

I booked a trip to Hokkaido with my son without knowing much about the area, but it turned out to be a great decision as we were able to efficiently and enjoyably visit various tourist spots!

Especially, our guide, Mr. Gyoda, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our detailed questions about the sights with care, precision, and a personal touch. While the content of the trip is important, what made it truly rewarding was receiving such high-quality service from our guide, which made me feel like I really got my money's worth.

息子との2人旅、北海道の事がよくわからずとりあえず申し込みましたが、効率よく楽しく観光地を回る事ができ、大正解でした！

特にガイドの行田さんが素晴らしくよかったです。知識が豊富で、観光に関する細かい質問にも、丁寧に的確にまた親身になって応えていただきました。
旅行内容も大切ですが、何よりガイドさんからこんなにも質の高いサービスを受ける事ができて、凄く得した気分になりました。

It was great to be able to enjoy the beautiful nature of Hokkaido on a day trip from Sapporo. It was reassuring and comfortable to leave the long-distance driving to the driver and relax in the car. The lunch had a rich menu, was hearty, and delicious. There were also foreign participants, but the guide used a translation device for explanations, so everyone gathered on time and there were no particular issues.

札幌から日帰りで北海道の大自然を観光できてとても良かったです。
長距離の移動をドライバーさんに任せて車内でのんびりして過ごせるので安心で快適です。
昼食はメニューが豊富でボリュームもあって美味しかったです。
外国人の方も参加していましたが、ガイドさんが翻訳機を使って説明していたので時間通りに集合していたし、特に問題ありませんでした。

The view of Mount Eniwa, Mount Fubetsu, and Mount Tarumae from Lake Shikotsu was very beautiful. Unfortunately, this time I couldn't see Mount Yotei from Lake Toya, but the view from Mount Usu, which I accessed via the ropeway, was breathtaking. I had been to all these places in the summer, but the snowy scenery was also fantastic.

支笏湖から見える恵庭岳、風不死岳、樽前山はとても美しい景色でした。今回は残念ながら洞爺湖から羊蹄山を観ることはで出来ませんでしたがロープウェイで登った有珠山から景色は圧巻です。
全て夏に行った事のある所でしたが雪景色も最高でした。

It's been 20 years since I visited Hokkaido in winter. Originally, I planned to participate in an event, but since I happened to get a ticket for the last flight the next day, I decided to include a bus tour as well. A tour where I don't have to drive is relaxing, and I can enjoy unlimited delicious beer! I thought it would have been even better if they had offered beer during lunch, but overall, I was satisfied.

The travel time was quicker than I expected, and I was able to stop by the Ice Festival and Bear Ranch, which weren't on the itinerary, making it a fun experience. If you're looking for a light sightseeing option, this seems more than sufficient.

冬の北海道は20年ぶり。本来はイベント参加が目的でしたがその翌日に偶々取れた航空券が最終便だったこともあり、それならバスツアーを入れ込もうと思い立ちました。自分が運転しないツアーは気が楽で美味しいビールも飲み放題！昼食時にビールの斡旋してくれたらもっと良かったなあ、などとも思いましたが概ね満足です。
移動時間が思ったよりも早く、予定にはなかった氷濤やクマ牧場にも寄ることができて楽しく過ごせました。さらりと観光するならこれで充分に思えます。

The guide was considerate of each passenger. The announcements regarding precautions just before arriving at each spot and the departure times were clear. I was impressed that the driver bowed every time we got on and off the bus. The timing of the tour's schedule was just right. There were several restroom breaks, which were very helpful.

One disappointing thing was that the timing of the restroom break at the Mushroom Kingdom in Otaki Town was just before lunch. There were so many delicious options like mushroom curry bread and tempura that I really wanted to try, but in the end, I had to settle for just mushroom soup.

The announcements about the tourist spots and the history of the Sapporo area could be heard in multiple languages through a recording. I was surprised at first that it wasn't the guide's voice, but since there were many foreign tourists, I thought this was the best approach. The audio information was plentiful, so it was very educational.

ガイドさんが、乗客一人一人を気遣ってくれていました。
各スポットに到着する直前の注意事項のアナウンスや出発時間のアナウンスも分かりやすかったです。
ドライバーさんも私達がバスを乗り降りする度に、会釈をしてくださり感動しました。
ツアーの内容の時間配分もちょうど良かったです。トイレ休憩も何度もあり、助かりました。
ひとつだけ残念だったのが、トイレ休憩で大滝町のキノコ王国に寄るタイミングが昼食の直前だったことです。キノコカレーパンや天ぷらなど、沢山の美味しいものが並んでいて、凄く食べたかったけど、結局、キノコ汁だけで我慢しました。

観光地や札幌近郊の歴史のアナウンスは、録音されたものを多言語で聴くことができました。はじめはガイドさんのアナウンスでないことにびっくりしましたが、外国人の観光客が多いのでこれが一番いい対応だと思いました。
音声での情報が多かったので、とても勉強になりました。

It was snowy in the morning, but it cleared up at just the right moments, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery. The driver was sincere, and the guide was great. They weren't too talkative or too quiet, and they had a good sense of humor, making for a fun day. I wasn't expecting much from lunch, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both the location and the food were good. Thank you very much.

I chose this tour, which covers tourist spots far from central Sapporo, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, with the aim of enjoying the nature of Hokkaido in winter. It also included an unexpectedly luxurious lunch, which made me very satisfied. I can say this is the best value tour.

冬の北海道の自然を満喫することを目的に、札幌中心部から遠く離れた観光スポットである支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山ロープウェイなどが網羅されているこのツアーを選択。予想外の豪華な昼食もついており、大いに満足しました。コスパは最高なツアーと言えます。

While listening to the audio guide through my earphones, I visited Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu for the first time. The snowy scenery was incredibly beautiful thanks to the favorable weather. From the window of the hotel restaurant where we stopped for lunch, I enjoyed a wonderful view that looked like a postcard, along with elegantly arranged kaiseki cuisine. I was very satisfied to be part of this tour.

イヤホンから聞こえる音声ガイドを聞きながら、初めて訪問した洞爺湖、支笏湖。そして雪景色。天候に恵まれて凄く綺麗に見えました。
昼食で立ち寄ったホテルのお食事処の窓からも絵葉書の一枚を見るような素晴らしい景色と品良く並んだ懐石を堪能しました。
このツアーに参加できて満足でした。

Shikotsu Lake, Toya Lake, lunch, Usuzan Ropeway, the weather was great and it was the best experience.
I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but considering the sightseeing fee, it was very good.
The outbound and return journeys were significantly delayed due to snowy roads, but thanks to the driver's careful driving and the timely guidance from the tour guide (Mr. Yamauchi), I was able to enjoy the trip without getting bored.
The other passengers were also great people.
Overall, it was excellent.
All the crew and passengers were wonderful.
If I have the opportunity, I will use Chuo Bus and Veltra again.

支笏湖　洞爺湖　昼食　有珠山ロープウェイ　天気も良く最高でした
昼食は期待していなかったが観光料金からすると非常に良かった
行き・帰路も雪道の関係で予定を大幅に遅延したがドライバーさんの丁寧な運転とガイドさん（山内さん）の適宜な案内で退屈することなく楽しめました
また参加乗客もグッドな方ばかりで
総合的にも最高でした
乗務員・客全て良かった
また機会が有れば中央バス・ベルトラ利用させていただきます

I enjoyed the magnificent nature with the snow-covered mountains in the background. The food was delicious, and thanks to the driver's safe driving and the guide's professional explanations and attentiveness, I was able to relax and have a great time. I would like to experience this again in another season.

雪化粧の山々をバックに雄大な大自然を満喫しました。食事も美味しく、運転手さんの安全な運転、ガイドさんのプロの説明と気遣いもあり、ゆったりとした気分で楽しめました。また他の季節に利用してみたいです。

On the day of the trip, it snowed and turned into a cold day. Since I wasn't used to driving on snowy roads, I chose a bus tour instead of renting a car. During the journey, I listened to an audio guide that explained the sightseeing spots and information about Hokkaido, and the guide also shared various stories, so I never felt bored. The lunch was delicious as well. Before lunch, I stopped at a drive-in and bought mushroom soup and mushroom rice balls, both of which were tasty and I highly recommend them. On the way back from Lake Toya, the guide pointed out that "a red fox is walking in the snow," and I was able to see it. There was also a garbage collection before getting off the bus. Thanks to the friendly and cheerful bus guide and driver, I had a great day.

当日は、雪が降って寒い1日になりました。雪道に慣れていないので、レンタカーというわけにはいかす、バスツアーを選びました。道中は、イヤホンガイドで、観光地や北海道についての説明を聞きながら、ガイドさんも色々と話してくれて、退屈する事なく過ごせました。昼食も美味しかったです。ランチ前に寄ったドライブインで、きのこ汁ときのこのおにぎりを買いましたが、どちらも美味しく、オススメです。洞爺湖からの帰路の途中で、ガイドさんが「キタキツネが雪の中を歩いている」と教えてくれ、見ることができました。バスの降車前にゴミの回収もありました。親切で明るいバスガイドさん、運転手さんで、いい1日が過ごせました。

It started with light rain, and there were moments when it was sunny along the way, but when I got on the cable car, I was disappointed because I couldn't see anything in the clouds! I would like to participate again when the weather is nice. Thank you very much.

小雨程度でスタートして、途中晴れた時もありましたが、肝心のロープウェイに乗った時、雲の中で何も見えなくて残念でした‼️また天気のよい時に参加したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

Since there were few participants, we could choose our bus seats freely and sit comfortably, which was very pleasant. Both the guide and the driver were nice people. The lunch was also delicious. I think it was much more cost-effective in terms of time and money compared to going by public transportation on our own. However, it was a bit disappointing that we ended up with a group of foreign tourists on the Usuzan Ropeway, and it was extremely noisy.

参加人数が少なかったので、バスの席を自由に
選べゆったり座れたのでとても快適でした。
ガイドさんも運転手さんも感じの良い方です。
昼食も美味しかったです。
公共交通機関で自分達で行くより時間も金額も
かなりコスパがいいと思います。
ただ、有珠山のロープウェイで外国人観光客の団体と一緒になりものすごくうるさかった事だけが残念です。

I used this for a family trip. The guide was a kind person. Lunch was at a place with a view of Lake Toya (it had a nice atmosphere). I would like to use it again. ^^
