• This tour is conducted entirely in English & Chinese. Please note that there will be no Japanese-language guidance.
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
• Electric wheelchairs and motorized scooters are not permitted on this activity. Manual wheelchairs are allowed.
• Children 12 years old and above can participate in this activity.
• Guests with a limited range of movement are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Guests with limited strength are not permitted to participate in this activity.

• The Aurora icebreaker is heated inside, but outdoor areas like the observation and side decks can be extremely cold. Depending on the season and weather, temperatures may range from -10°C to 0°C, and it feels even colder on the sea. We recommend wearing a thick coat and bringing accessories like earmuffs and scarves to stay fully warm.

• This activity does not accept any changes to confirmed bookings.
• This activity is conducted in Chinese.
• Seating on the Aurora icebreaker is unreserved, so specific seats cannot be assigned. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis at the gate.
• Even if wave heights are within operational limits, the ship may still experience significant movement depending on sea conditions. On wavy days, guidance will be provided at reception. We recommend that those prone to motion sickness or first-time passengers take anti-nausea medication before boarding. Please note that we do not provide such medication on board, so please prepare it in advance.
• As drift ice is a natural phenomenon, it may not be visible due to weather or ice conditions. In such cases, the cruise will proceed as a sea tour, and please note that drift ice may be absent along the route.

• Customers from other tours may accompany you on this activity.

• The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.

• All participants who go in the water must wear a flotation device.

• If you are driving on your own, you will be required to pay a parking fee.
• There will be an English speaking guide for this activity.
• There will be up to six (6) participants for each guide.
• Even if unused, you will not receive a refund.
• If any of the equipment is damaged you will be responsible for paying the repair costs.

• Please be punctual and check-in on time.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time.
• Your reservation will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late.
• If you are running late, be sure to contact the activity provider.
• Your pick-up may be delayed due to traffic congestion.
• Transportation may not be provided if your accomodation is too far from the activity.
• If the transportation vehicle is unable to pick-up from your accomodation, the activity provider will escort you to a nearby pick-up location.
• If you are staying outside of the pick-up area, you will be instructed to go to a nearby pick-up location.
• For round-trip transfers, you may share the shuttle bus with other visitors.
• The driver will only speak the local/native language.
• The driver may not be able to speak English very well.
• Your pick-up time is subject to change due to the pick-ups of other guests. Your pick-up time will be confirmed between one (1) week and three (3) days pior to your activity.
• There is a maximum of six (6) passengers.
