If you are arriving from overseas and cannot use mobile data immediately, please use free Wi-Fi available at the airport. - ■Delays After Scheduled Time
Like trains or buses, the vehicle will depart on time to proceed to the next destination.
Requests to delay the departure time cannot be accommodated, so please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Even if you contact us in advance, the driver will not be able to wait. - ■Regarding the Pick-Up Location
Due to narrow roads or obstacles, the vehicle may not be able to access or stop at the exact location you specified.
If the driver determines that stopping at the designated spot is not possible, you may be asked to move to a nearby alternative location. In such cases, please bring your luggage and proceed to the location indicated by the driver. - ■Prohibited Conduct
・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, including e-cigarettes.
・Please do not leave any trash inside the vehicle.
・If any damage or stains are caused to the vehicle, cleaning or repair fees may be charged.
・The following behaviors are also prohibited: abusive language, violence, unreasonable demands, sexual harassment, and unauthorized photography of the driver or other passengers.

Due to limited availability of drivers and vehicles depending on the date and time, we cannot accept any requests or changes regarding specific drivers or vehicles. - ■Regarding Large Luggage
Unregistered items or luggage exceeding the size limits may incur additional charges or be refused for loading. Please ensure all luggage meets the size requirements and declare the correct number of items before your ride.
For safety reasons, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
・Bringing oversized luggage onto the seat that does not fit on your lap
・Declaring multiple items tied together with string or tape as a single piece of luggage - ■Regarding Permitted Luggage
All luggage must have total dimensions under 200 cm (with each side under 150 cm).
Any item that cannot be placed on your lap will be counted as one suitcase, including carry-on size suitcases.

- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 3 business days to 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- Changes to the schedule or number of passengers cannot be made after booking.
If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation first and make a new booking.
