It is too harsh to research transportation and move around in the hot summer of Kyoto. However, with a bus tour, you can take a break and cool off in the air conditioning in between. It was a great help for someone like me who lives in the northern region.

自ら交通手段を調べて動くには、暑い夏の京都は過酷過ぎます。
しかし、バスツアーなら合間に冷房で涼みながら座って休む事ができます。
北の地域に住む私にとって、助かりました。

I wanted to tour Kyoto during Obon, but I thought there would be traffic and full parking lots with my car, so I signed up for this tour. We traveled as a family of five, and it was fantastic to smoothly visit Kyoto's iconic spots like Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. I don't think we could have covered all that in one day with our car.

With the bus tour, I was a bit concerned about the departure time, but I think the schedule allowed us to visit the sites almost optimally. The tour guide and the driver were friendly, making it a fun trip.

お盆に京都巡りをしたかったのですが、マイカーでは、駐車場と道路が渋滞と満車であると思い、このツアーを申し込みました。
家族5人で巡りましたが、京都の代表的な伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山をスムーズに巡る事が出来て最高でした。マイカーでは、まず1日で巡れてないと思います。
バスツアーでは、出発時間が少し気にはなる所ですが、タイムスケジュールもほぼ最適に参拝出来たと思います。

The time for the tour was well allocated, so I was able to relax. There were many foreign visitors, which also helped me practice my English.

It had been about 30 years since my middle school graduation trip, and I came to Kyoto again to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a full itinerary of places we wanted to visit, and we enjoyed a leisurely sightseeing experience together as a couple, creating wonderful memories of our trip to Kyoto. The guides were very friendly, checking in on everyone in the tour and engaging in conversation, which was great. The driver also kindly said, "Have a good time" and "Welcome back," making our sightseeing experience very pleasant.

I look forward to visiting Kyoto again! Thank you!

中学の卒業旅行以来約30年ぶりの京都で、また結婚30年記念で京都に来ました。
行きたかった所満載で、夫婦でのんびりと観光させていただき、とても良い京都旅行の思い出になりました。
ガイドさん達もツアーの皆さんに所々で気にかけ、話しかけたりと、とても気さくな感じで良かったです。運転手さんも『いってらっしゃいか。お帰りなさい。』と声かけしてくれて心地よく観光出来ました。

I participated in a course with lunch included from Osaka, visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. The outside temperature that day was 32°C. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I thought it was a good plan to efficiently tour the sights while comfortably riding on the bus.

I was surprised that at first, we were the only Japanese people on the bus... The tour guide initially explained in English and later in Japanese. Once we arrived in Kyoto, it was quite challenging to find other Japanese people; almost everyone around us was a foreign tourist. I wondered what country we had come to! There were conversations in Chinese, Korean, English, and Spanish?!

I had heard in recent news that Kyoto was becoming quite crowded, but I didn't expect it to be to this extent. It was a bit too much, and I felt it detracted from enjoying the atmosphere of Kyoto. However, I was impressed by how the bus guides were proficient in English and provided additional guides for those who didn't understand English, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Overall, it was a fairly enjoyable trip.

伏見稲荷大社　清水寺　金閣寺　嵐山　お昼ごはん付コースで大阪から参加しました。
その日は外気温が32℃。
高齢の母と二人旅でしたので、効率よく　バスの中では快適に　観光地を巡るには良い企画だと思いました。　
びっくりしたのが、最初　日本人は私達二人だけ…バスの添乗員さんも最初は英語で後から日本語で説明をされていました。
京都へ着いたら、日本人を探すのが大変なくらい周りは　ほとんど海外の観光客。私達はいったい何処の国に来たのかしら？!と思うくらい。
中国語　韓国語　英語　スペイン語？！が飛び交っている
最近のNEWSでは京都が大変なことになっていることは知っておりましたが、ここまでとは…
ちょっと多すぎて　京都の風情を堪能する感じではなかったのが残念でした
しかしながら　バスの添乗員さんたちは　英語も堪能で英語がわからない国の方達には、別の添乗員さんをつけたりと　しっかりと対応していらっしゃるなぁと感心しておりました。
まずまず　楽しい旅行でした

This trip truly compassed all of what I expected to see in Kyoto. The entire day was spent efficiently traveling from one location to another and see what each had to offer. I particularly liked the hands-off approach the guide took to the tour. I am tempted to say the tour felt rushed because we were traveling constantly, but this is definitely what you sign up for if you're trying to see so much and so little time. Overall, the direction was good and we never felt like we were confused or unsure where to meet next. if you take this tour you will see some truly amazing sights and be enriched and all that is Kyoto!

I used this service for a two-night stay in Kyoto for sightseeing. I had read that there are many foreign visitors, and indeed, everyone was punctual and kind. The staff's guidance and explanations were quick, and they remembered my face. Even though I was coughing due to a cold, they helped me by explaining the sightseeing spots in the city while I was moving after getting off the bus.

One concern I had was the lack of clear markers and explanations for the pickup at Kyoto Station. Since it was my first time, there were many tourists around the station, and although I had asked about the meeting point in advance through the Shinki Bus Tour, I struggled to find the marker. I expected a yellow happi coat, but it seems they switched to polo shirts this summer, and I was flustered, not noticing the staff who passed by me multiple times. I would have liked them to use flags when gathering at Kyoto Station as well. Additionally, it would be helpful if there was some explanation about participants from Kyoto Station boarding the bus after taking the train to Fushimi Station and touring the grounds.

A couple with large luggage seemed distressed and complained to the staff, which was unfortunate for both parties.

I wish we had about 20 more minutes at each sightseeing spot, but given the time constraints, I am very satisfied that we were able to visit so many places in one day. I was able to take many photos while running around and create wonderful memories. I will definitely use this service again.

遠方から２泊で京都観光の中日に利用です。
外国の方が多いとは体験で読んでましたが、皆さん時間厳守で、親切でした。
スタッフの方の誘導も説明も迅速で顔をちゃんと覚えて下さり、風邪を引いて咳き込まれてるのにバス降りて移動中に、市内の観光スポット説明をしてくれてとても助かりました。

ひとつ気掛かりなのは、京都駅からﾋﾟｯｸｱｯﾌﾟの際の目印と説明の不備です。初めて行くと駅周辺では観光客が大勢で、事前に神姫バスツアーで集合場所を聞きましたが目印を見つけるのに戸惑いました。
黄色い法被のはずが、今夏からﾎﾟﾛｼｬﾂになったらしく目の前にを何度も往来するスタッフさんに気づかず焦りの右往左往。京都駅集合の時も旗を利用して欲しかったです。
また京都駅からの参加者がバスへ乗車するのは伏見駅まで電車移動の上境内観光後と、どこかに説明が書いてあると良いと思います。
大荷物でツアー参加したご夫婦が知らずに動揺され、スタッフさんへクレームを入れていて、どちらも気の毒でした。

各名所の観光時間はもう20分欲しいところですが、時間配分的に困難なので、これだけ沢山を1日で回れたことにとても満足してます。
走り回りながら沢山の写真を撮り、思い出を残すことが出来ました。
是非また利用させて頂きます。

It was a full day tour with loads of walking.
Organisation was superb, the tour guide knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
This is an excellent tour which manages to show us a great deal of important sites which would be hard to achieve in one day by other operators.
I was extremely satisfied at the end of the day.

It was very crowded due to Golden Week, but I thought I wouldn't be able to navigate as efficiently without the tour, so I decided to participate. When we entered the parking lot at Fushimi Inari, we were a bit behind schedule, but as expected from the professionals, they adjusted things so that we hardly lost any sightseeing time.

We also included a meal, and it was definitely the right choice! We were able to enjoy our meal in a relaxed manner, separate from the huge crowds outside.

There were so many highlights, and by the end of the day, my feet were sore. Thank you for taking our family photos and for your thoughtful considerations.

GWのため大変な混雑でしたが、ツアーでなければここまで効率良く回れないと思い参加させて頂きました。
伏見稲荷の駐車場に入る時、少し時間は押しぎみでしたが、さすがプロ❗修正してほとんど観光時間を短縮することはなかったと思います。
食事も付けていたのですが、頼んでいて大正解！外の大混雑とは別にゆったりと食べられる事が出来ました。
沢山の見所満載で、１日の終わりには足はパンパンでした。
家族写真を取っていただいたり、ご配慮ありがとうございました。

I participated with an American acquaintance who came to Japan for the first time. It was very crowded, but thanks to that, we were able to see everything efficiently, and my acquaintance was very happy. Thank you very much.

Had to work around large crowds and traffic due to holiday. We still saw everything we wanted.

The three must see places were wonderful. My family enjoyed the tour and our guides were excellent!

I participated from Hokkaido. Most of the participants were foreigners, but the guide, Mr. Yoshikawa, provided clear explanations and it was a lot of fun. The weather forecast predicted rain, but we didn't need to use umbrellas and were able to enjoy the wonderful scenery. I definitely want to request another tour next time.

天気予報は雨でしたが傘をさす必要もなく素晴らしい景色を堪能出来ました。

This is a good tour to see the highlights of Kyoto. The driver and tour guide Jun is extremely competent. My only complaint is that the tour feels rushed at each sites. However due to the number of tourists at each locations and in order to cover all the highlights, it is unavoidable to feel rushed.

This tour begins at the Saga-Arashiyama station and ends in Arashiyama. However, the meeting location is at the Kyoto station, approx. 35 min away by train. As guests at the Suiran Kyoto in Arashiyama, it was discouraging to travel the distance for this tour. Suggestion...It would be nice for those staying in Arashiyama to have the opportunity to meet at the tour departure station...the Saga-Arashiyama. As for the tour itself, our family had a fun and exciting time!

It was nice to have all transportation to and from set. It can be a little complicated getting out to Kameoka from Kyoto. The entire experience was worth the cost.

Places visited were outstanding. But was fast paced/rushed. People with walking difficulties can barely catch up with the group. Lunch was sukiyaki.

I was disappointed that Kiyomizu Temple was under renovation. Other than that, everything was as I expected and there were no issues. However, I had assumed the pickup location was at the bus stop, thinking it was a bus from the beginning, and I waited at the bus stop at Kyoto Station. When the time came, I couldn't find the guide and started to panic. It would have been helpful if there was information available for participants coming from Kyoto about transferring to the bus at Fushimi by train.

清水寺が改修中で残念でした。後は、思っていた通りで問題なかったです。ただ、ピックアップ場所が、こちらの思い込みだったのですが、最初からバスだと思いバス停がわの京都駅で待っていて、時間になっても、案内の人が見つからなくて焦りました。京都からの参加者は、伏見まで電車で移動してバスに合流するのをどこかに掲載していてもらえたら良かったです。

Tour guide Jim was excellent and he made the tour interesting and fun. The locations selected were just right and what we wished to see.

We came to Osaka for a 2-night trip with our family of four (children in 5th grade and 1st year of high school).

On the first day, we went to the usual Universal Studios Japan. What should we do on the second day?

That's when we found this tour.

I was concerned about parking in Kyoto with our own car, so this was just perfect.

The plan was to meet up with the group at Fushimi Inari Taisha after starting from Osaka, but I was the only participant starting from Kyoto Station, so I was lucky to hear a lot of stories before we met up. Compared to when I explored a few places on my own the day before, they pointed out must-see spots, and since we could freely explore at the destinations, I recommend this for those who want to efficiently visit famous places. Most of the participants were foreigners, and the guide's explanations were in both English and Japanese, so it was fun to listen and think about how much I could understand from the English explanations. Kyoto is a wonderful place, and there are still many places I want to visit. Next time, I would like to join another tour with a different course.

大阪初のグループと伏見稲荷大社で合流するプランでしたが京都駅初の参加者は私一人で、合流するまでたくさん話が聞けてラッキーでした。前日に自分で何ヵ所か観光した時と比べると見所ポイントを教えてくれて行った先では自由に観光できるので有名どころを効率よく回りたい人にはおすすめです。外国人の方がほとんどでガイドさんの説明も英語と日本語なので英語の説明がどこまで理解できるかなんて思いながら聞くのも楽しかったです。京都は素敵な所でまだまだ行きたいところがたくさんあります。その時はまた他のコースのツアーに参加したいと思います。

We participated with three people while we were in Hokkaido for other business. Most of the attendees were inbound tourists, so there was no need for Japanese explanations, but the kind and accurate explanations made it very enjoyable for us.

The tour guide, Nao, was very attentive to the participants and provided explanations that were easy to understand. Her ability to appear anywhere, along with her dash and skip, was a big hit with my family.

I would be happy to meet again on another tour. It was a very enjoyable and memorable tour of Kyoto. Thank you very much.

北海道から用事のついでに３人で参加させて頂きました。インバウンドの方が大方で日本語の解説が必要ないくらいの状況でしたが、親切で的確に説明して頂きとても楽しませて頂きました。

添乗員のＮＡＯさんは参加者への気配り・説明共に非常に解りやすく、どこにでも神出鬼没　ダッシュからのスキップなどうちの家族には大受けでした。

The bus was filled with foreigners. However, my daughter has an understanding of English and Japanese that is about the same, so it was great that there were explanations in both languages. Moreover, being able to see this amount in one day is something only a tour can offer. If I were to go on my own, I think I would probably be limited to two places at most.

We walked a lot, but it was a fun sightseeing experience. I am very satisfied. The guide took our photos, and they turned out really well. We have some great family pictures as a keepsake. Thank you for your help. I would like to participate again.

バスの中は外国人の方ばかりでした。が、うちの娘は英語と日本語が同じくらいの理解度なので、英語と日本語の両方で説明があるのが良かったです。しかも１日でこの量、観光できるのはツアーならではです。自分で行こうと思うと多分２箇所が限界だと思います。
とっても歩きましたが、楽しい観光でした。大満足です。ガイドさんが写真を撮って下さいましたが、またこれがとっても上手で。家族のいい写真が記念になりました。お世話になりました。また参加したいです。

This tour really allows you the time to see everything you need to at every site. Not rushed at all and even time for a bit of shopping and look around in the local stores. I would highly recommend this tour it is worth every cent. The temples and shrines were fantastic! Tour guide spoke very good English and was very easy to understand!

Out of a total of 44 participants, there were only two Japanese people. The explanations were primarily in English, followed by Japanese. This was not a source of dissatisfaction; rather, since the Japanese participants spoke English, it was not difficult to understand, and it also served as a good opportunity to study English. Although it was a tour of Kyoto, it had a strong sense of being in a foreign place, making for a fun and strange experience. The highlights were well covered, and the Japanese cuisine course for lunch was interesting for the international guests, as they didn't know how to eat it and were watching how my husband and I did.

全体の参加者が44名の中で日本人は二人だけ。基本は英語の説明があってそのあと日本語で。これが不満という事はなく、むしろ日本人が話す英語なので理解は難しくなく英語の勉強にもなりました。京都のツアーながらアウェイ感満載で不思議な感覚の楽しいツアーとなりました。見所はキチンと押さえていてお昼の日本料理コースは海外の方からすると食べ方が解らず、私たち夫婦の食べ方を見ながらという面白い光景もありました。
