I went with my American friends. With Kii-chan as our fun guide, we had a great time together! We efficiently visited the must-see temples on time, making for a very fulfilling day. Not only the guide but also the bus driver was very pleasant. It was a really hot and humid day that drained our energy, but we felt very comfortable throughout the tour! The guide provided helpful information like, "It's going to take over 30 minutes to the next location, so please relax now," which allowed us to know when to take a nap, and I appreciated that consideration.

Participants included about 30 people of all ages and nationalities, both Japanese and foreigners (just after the rainy season ended).

To the company: I noticed the guide wore a vest over casual clothes, and since it will be hot in the upcoming season, I hope you can consider allowing shorts and other measures for the guide's health management. I'm concerned about the heat measures for both the bus driver and the guide.

時間通りに効率よく定番のお寺をまわれて、すごく充実した1日になりました。
ガイドさんだけでなく、バスの運転手さんもとても感じよく、すごく蒸し暑い日で体力を奪われましたが、気分的にはとても気持ちよく回れました！「次の場所まで30分以上あるので、今からゆっくりしてください」など次の場所までどのくらいなのか案内があったのも、昼寝をするタイミングを事前に知ることができて、そのお気遣いが嬉しかったです。

参加者は、日本人も外国籍の方も老若男女問わず、合計30名ほど参加されていました。（梅雨明けしたばかりのタイミング）

会社の方へ
ガイドさんが私服の上にさらにベストを着て、これからの季節は暑いと思うので、半ズボン可などガイドさんの体調管理にも配慮していただきたいです。バスの運転手さん、ガイドさんの暑さ対策が心配です。

I was able to visit four places in a shorter time than using public transportation in Kyoto, which is crowded with tourists, and I had plenty of time to enjoy myself. The guide's English was native and easy to understand, and they were friendly and knowledgeable, which was great.

観光客が多い京都で公共交通機関を使うより短時間で4ヶ所周れ、滞在時間も充分にあり、とても楽しめました。またガイドの方の英語もネイティブで聞きやすく、気さくで知識もあり、良かったです。

I was very pleased with the guide's humor and thoughtfulness. At the tourist sites, as long as we kept to the meeting times, we could either accompany the guide and listen to the explanations or explore freely on our own, allowing for a stress-free sightseeing experience.

ガイドさんのユーモアと気遣いがとても嬉しくて、観光地では集合時間を守れば、ガイドさんに同行して説明を聞くもよし、単独で自由行動もよしで、ストレスフリーの観光ができました。

I was able to participate in the places I wanted to visit without any stress and with plenty of time to spare. The tour guide and everyone were very kind, which was great. I want to enjoy various courses.

I participated on a weekday in June. I was the only Japanese person (laughs), and the other five were from China. Since there were only a few of us, we were transported in a smaller microbus, a Nissan Caravan. The guide, who was also the driver, was Chinese. I boarded the vehicle after confirming the green number plate.

Most of the explanations were in Chinese, but they were considerate of me, and since I was alone, I was allowed to sit in the front passenger seat. It felt like a fun drive.

When we arrived at Sanzen-in, they told us what time to return. It was nice not to feel pressured. The time was set for two hours, but about an hour and a half in, the guide contacted me to ask if we could move on early. Of course, I returned right away.

Although we had planned three hours in Arashiyama, they said we would add the time we cut short at Sanzen-in here. Since I had been to Arashiyama several times, I took my time at a nearby hot spring facility.

Just being taken to Sanzen-in was satisfying. I think it would be quite difficult without a car. Of course, from there, we headed to Arashiyama, and I don't think it was bad at all.

I would like to request this again when I want to go to Sanzen-in.

6月の平日に参加しました。
日本人は私だけ(笑)他は、中国の方5名でした。人数もすくなかったので、マイクロバスの小さめな感じ、ニッサンのキャラバンでの送迎。ガイドさん兼運転手のかたも中国のひと。車はミドリナンバーを確認の上乗り込みました。
ほぼ、中国語での説明でしたが、私にも気をつかってくれ、1人だったので助手席に座らせていただきました。ドライブ気分で楽しかったです。
三千院についたら、何時に戻ってきてね、のパターン。気を遣わずよかったてす。時間は2時間でしたが、1時間半くらおでガイドさんから早めに移動しませんか？と連絡あり。もちろん、すぐもどりました。
嵐山で3時間の予定が、三千院で早めに切上げたぶんここでプラスします、とのこと。
嵐山へは何度かきているので、近くの温浴施設でゆっくり、させてもらいました。

三千院まで連れていってくれた、というだけで満足ですね。車でないとなかなか厳しいと思います。もちろん、そこから嵐山ですし
悪くないと思います。

三千院に行きたいときはまたお願いいたします。

I made friends with a foreigner who was participating alone, and we got to hang out together. The scenery was amazing, and I had a lot of fun. The guide explained everything in three languages and was very considerate, which made me feel comfortable participating.

1人で参加されてる外国人の方と仲良くなって一緒に行動したり、景色も最高で凄く楽しかったです。
ガイドの方も3ヶ国語で説明して下さり、気を使ってくれたりと安心して参加できました。

My friends, a couple from Mexico, requested to visit Kyoto. We took a bus with a guide who spoke in English. Thanks to this, my husband, who doesn't understand Japanese at all, was able to understand and enjoy the experience. I felt relieved, and the guide even took photos for us. The guide accompanied us and provided a thorough tour, making it an efficient and安心 tour. The couple was very pleased, and even though it rained, they expressed that they had a great time. Thank you very much!

友人のメキシコ夫婦が来て、京都に行きたいとリクエスト。バスに乗って、外国の方のガイド。おかげで全く日本語がわからない旦那様も理解できて、楽しんでいただけて、連れてきた私もホッとして、ガイドさんにも写真を撮ってもらったり、皆と一緒にガイドさんが同行で案内をガラッとしてくれて、効率よく安心ツアーとなりました。2人にはとても喜んでもらえて、雨が降ったりしてても、楽しかったというお褒めの言葉。本当にありがとうございました。

The schedule stated a meeting time of 9:10 AM and a departure at 9:20 AM, and I received an email confirming this. However, the guide actually arrived at the meeting place about 25 minutes late. During that time, there was no communication, which made me anxious (Is the bus really coming? Is this a scam? Did they leave me behind at the wrong meeting place?). In reality, the delay was just because the bus was late arriving from Osaka to Kyoto Station, but I would have appreciated a note in the confirmation email or a message on the day stating, "This tour departs from Osaka, so there may be delays in arriving at Kyoto Station."

Aside from that, the guide (a male foreigner) was good. However, the initial confusion about the meeting time left me feeling unsettled about the tour.

Basically, the guide spoke in English on the bus, and those who didn't understand English were expected to use a translation app on their phones, which felt very foreigner-first. Moreover, the time to use the translation app ran out midway, leaving me completely lost about what was being said. The tour was advertised as being available in both English and Japanese, but it felt entirely geared towards foreigners.

９時１０分集合、２０分発と申し込んだときのスケジュールには記載があったりメールもそれで届いているが、実際に集合場所にガイドがきたのが２５分くらい。
その間、何の連絡もなく(バスは本当にくるんだろうか？)(詐欺なのか？)(集合場所ここじゃなくて置いていかれたのでは・・)と不安になる。
実際は大阪から出発して京都駅着が遅れただけだったのだが、それなら申し込みメールとか当日メールで【このツアーは大阪発のため、京都駅に到着が遅れることがあります】と一言記載がほしかった。
それ以外のガイド(男性外国人)の対応などはよかった。でも最初の集合時間云々のせいでモヤモヤが残るツアーでした。

基本的にバスの中でガイドが話す言葉は英語で、英語がわからない人は携帯に翻訳アプリを読み込ませて聞いてくれという外国人ファーストな感じ。
しかも途中で翻訳アプリが使える時間が過ぎてしまって何言ってるかさっぱりわからない状態に。
ツアーには英語・日本語と記載がありましたが、完全に外国人向けのツアーだなと思いました。

I wonder if it would have been more fun if there were a few more people from Japan. However, the driver was kind, and the explanations were easy to understand, which was great. It would be helpful if the car had a phone charger. Even if you send photos, it's hard to open them. The car was too fast and it was scary. I was disappointed that it wasn't a bus.

日本の人が、もう少し多いと、楽しかったかなーと、、。
でも、運転手さんも親切だし、わかりやすい説明で、良かったです。車が、携帯の充電が、あると助かります。写真送ってくれても、中々開けれないです。
車が、速すぎて怖かったです。

I'm glad I was able to visit the famous tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. The bamboo grove in Arashiyama was beautiful, and I think I had a great experience as the tour guide took even more wonderful photos for me.

京都の有名観光地を一日で回れて良かったです。嵐山の竹林も素敵でしたが添乗員さんに更に素敵に写真を撮って頂きとても良い体験をして来たと思ってます

I was able to visit all the main attractions in Kyoto in just one day, and it felt like a second school trip, which was really fun! The most memorable part was how heavy the "Omokaru Stone" was (laughs). This was my first time using this tour, and both my friends and I were very satisfied with how much we could enjoy Kyoto for this price. I also thought the tour guide was excellent in their hospitality, being considerate of both the foreign guests and the few Japanese participants. It was a very meaningful day. Thank you!

たった1日で京都のメインを全部回れて、二回目の修学旅行みたいですごく楽しかったです！
一番思い出に残ったのは｢おもかる石｣がガチで重かった(笑)
今回初めてこのツアーを利用させていただきましたが、この料金でこんなに京都を満喫でてき私も友達も大満足です。
添乗員の方も外国の方と私達少ない日本人、両方に気を使ってくれてホスピタリティーにも優れていると私は思いました。

I was initially worried because there were many people from overseas, but they made an effort to provide explanations in Japanese, and I had a great time. I was surprised by the large crowd, but I was satisfied that I could visit various places.

海外の方も多かったので初めは不安でしたが日本語の説明も頑張ってやっていただいて楽しい時間が過ごせました　人が多いのに驚きましたが色んな所に行けて満足です

I have visited Kyoto many times, but traveling alone can be challenging due to bus transfers and lack of research. However, with a tour like this, it's easy. For places I had visited before, I was allowed to explore freely, while I was guided to places I had never been. The guide entertained us with unique English as well.

何度も京都に来ていますが、個人だとバスの乗り継ぎやリサーチ不足で大変ですが、このようなツアーだと楽です。以前行ったことのある所は自由行動にしてもらい行ったことのない場所を案内してもらいました。ガイドさんもユニークな英語で楽しませてもらいました。

We were able to visit four places by bus, and lunch was included. Despite the cold, we were able to enjoy Kyoto comfortably and happily. Maria's guiding explanation was perfect! I plan to join another tour in June during the hydrangea season.

寒い中寒さもしのげラクに楽しく京都をまわれました。マリアさんのガイド説明も完璧でした！また6月紫陽花時期に別のツアーに参加予定です。

I participated alone, but I had a great time.

I was able to efficiently visit Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama, and Kiyomizu-dera all in one day, which I think would be quite difficult to manage on my own. The bus rides allowed me to rest during the transfers, which was a big help physically.

Most of the participants were foreigners, and many were in groups, but everyone adhered to the schedule and showed good manners, making it a comfortable experience. The guide primarily spoke English but also provided thorough explanations in Japanese for the Japanese participants.

Additionally, since I was the only one participating alone, the female staff member was very attentive and kindly approached me, saying, "I was looking for you to take a photo," which made me very happy. She was very kind.

Traveling alone allows for easy sightseeing, so I now want to utilize bus tours for my future travels. I highly recommend it.

女ひとりで参加しましたが、とても楽しめました。

伏見稲荷、金閣寺、嵐山、清水寺を1日で効率よく回ることができ、個人ではなかなか難しい行程だと思います。移動中はバスで休めるので、体力的にもかなり助かりました。

参加者は外国の方が多く、複数人で参加されている方がほとんどでしたが、皆さん時間やマナーをしっかり守っていて、安心して参加できました。ガイドは英語メインですが、日本人向けに日本語でも丁寧に説明してくださいます。

また、ひとり参加が私だけだったからか、スタッフの女性の方がとても気にかけてくださり、「写真を撮るから探していました」と声をかけてくださったのが嬉しかったです。とても親切でした。

ひとり旅でも気軽にたくさん観光できるので、これからはバスツアーを活用して旅行してみたいと思いました。とてもおすすめです。

I participated with my child, and both the crew members and the driver were very kind, which made me feel at ease. My husband's family also joined, and they said it was really great.

子連れで参加したんですが、搭乗員の方、ドライバーの方共にとても親切な対応で安心でした。旦那の家族も参加させていただいたんですが、とても良かったと言ってました。

There were no numbers for the meeting place or signs for the tour, and when I asked two staff members who seemed to be in charge of the bus, they had a cold attitude. I called the company, but they said it was not in use, and I couldn't make the call, so I waited until just before departure, feeling very anxious. However, at the last minute, I received a call from the bus staff, and I was able to participate. The staff member on the bus was a Taiwanese man who mentioned that his mother is Japanese. He was very friendly, and even though we were the only foreigners, he kindly followed up with us in Japanese. It was so much fun that I forgot about the unpleasant experience before the tour. I'm glad we had such a wonderful staff member. I hope the company will focus on training their staff.

集合場所の番号や、ツアーの目印看板が無く、それらしいバスの係員に、2件質問しても、冷たい態度だった。会社に電話したけど、使われてないと、電話も出来ず、発車ギリギリ迄待って
すごく不安だった。でも、ギリギリで、バスの係員から電話が有り、参加出来ました。参加したバスの係員の方は、台湾の男性の方で、お母さんが日本人だとおっしゃってました。とてもフレンドリーで、私達以外外国人だったけど、とても丁寧に、日本語でフォローしてくださいました。ツアー前の嫌な体験忘れる位、楽しかったです。とても素敵な係員さんで良かったです。　会社も係員さんの教育をお願いしたいです。

I waited for over 15 minutes. It was so slow that I had to call. They said it would take at least another 15 minutes. On that day, there were traffic regulations due to the festival, and there was a traffic jam.

I couldn't make it to my next appointment, so I used another mode of transportation. They should have known about the traffic regulations in advance. The guide on the bus was also disappointing. It was overpriced.

It might be great for solo travelers or those with plenty of time.

待つこと15分以上。
余りに遅いので電話連絡させて貰いました。
そしたら早くても後15分かかるという事でした。
当日、お祭りで交通規制があり、渋滞しているとの事。

次の予定に間に合わないので、別の交通手段を使いました。
交通規制は予め分かっているはず。
バスの中のガイドもイマイチで残念でした。
割高でした。

1人旅や沢山時間のある方には、とても良いかも知れませんね。

It was a tour for foreigners, but they provided proper interpretation in Japanese as well. Everyone kept to the promised time, and it was quiet on the bus, allowing us to fully enjoy the tour.

外国人向けのツアーでしたが、きちんと日本語でも通訳してくれました。
皆さん、約束の時間を守り、バスの中も静かでツアーを満喫することが出来ました。

The guide was from China, and they were friendly and approachable, making for a very enjoyable time. I would like to use this service again.

It was very convenient to be able to sightsee by bus, but I was disappointed that the lunch changed from "Kyoto tofu" to a buffet. Also, the meeting place in the morning was very crowded, and the tour guide arrived more than 10 minutes late, which made me anxious. Since we had to move to where the bus was parked, there were about two instances where we had to go back to pick up participants who arrived during the move, and several participants expressed that they were "looking for it" and "didn't know where to go."

バスで観光できるのは非常に便利でしたが、昼食の内容が「京豆腐」からブッフェに変更になったのは残念でした。また朝の集合場所は大変混雑しているなか、10分以上遅れて添乗員が来られたので不安でした。バスの停まっている場所に移動するので、移動中に来られた参加者を再度迎えにと言う繰り返しが2度ほどあって、参加者も「探してたーー」、「分からなかった」と言われてる方が何人かいました。

The weather was nice, and the kindness of the tour guide was excellent. The scenery from the sightseeing boat was very beautiful, and I couldn't help but take some photos.

天気も良く、添乗員の方の親切な対応が非常良かったです。遊覧船での周りの景色が非常に良くつい写真を撮らせていただきました。

Thank you to the guide and driver. This was my first trip to Kyoto from Hokkaido. It was also the first time traveling with just my mother and daughter, and the guide's explanations and guidance to the places we wanted to visit were excellent. My mother, who is in her 80s, mentioned several times that although the bus tour involved quite a bit of travel, she didn't feel too tired and had a lot of fun. If there is another opportunity, I would love to participate again.

母娘二人の三人での旅行も初めてで、
行きたい所をガイドさんの説明も案内もとても良かったです。
80代の母も、バスでの1日ツアー移動距離は多少ありますが、あまり疲れなく楽しかったと何度も話しています。
また機会があれば参加させていただきます。

Due to the cherry blossom season on the weekends, the trains and buses were extremely crowded. However, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing smoothly. The bus schedule was just right as well.

桜の時季の土日という事もあり、電車、バスは大混雑

I made a reservation for a plan that included both English and Japanese, but it felt like it was primarily in English.

When there was a mistake with the reservation for the parking at Kiyomizu Temple, the explanation of the situation was only in English, and I couldn't understand what was happening.

Given that this was a plan aimed at foreign visitors, I was told there was "no time to include Japanese," but I would have appreciated explanations in Japanese for essential details like the meeting time, meeting place, and any issues that arose.

Overall, I was satisfied with the places visited and the duration of the stay.

英語+日本語でのプランで予約をしましたが、英語が中心という印象でした。

清水寺の駐車場への予約のミスの際、状況の説明が英語のみで、何が起こってるのか分からなかった。

外国の方向けのプランという前提で、｢日本語を入れている時間がない｣と言われていましたが、集合時間や集合場所、トラブルに関する説明など、必要なことは日本語でも説明が欲しかったです。

訪問場所や滞在時間などはおおむね満足できる内容でした。

We visited four main tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. Thank you to our tour guide, Maki, for your hard work. You spoke continuously in both Japanese and English, and I appreciate you accompanying us and providing explanations throughout the tour.

The detailed maps of each sightseeing location were easy to understand and very helpful.

There were many foreign visitors, but everyone gathered on time without any issues.

Thank you to our driver, Kanda, as well. It was a very enjoyable trip.

１日4カ所の京都メイン観光でした。添乗員のまきさんご苦労さまでした。、日本語、英語ひっきりなしに話していただき、しかも全部一緒に回ってくれて説明ありがとうございました。
それと各観光場所の詳細地図はわかりやすく、とても参考になりました。

I participated in this tour with my elementary school child from Kyoto Station. My child wanted to visit Kinkaku-ji and Kiyomizu-dera, but since the locations are a bit far apart, I wasn't confident about navigating them on our own, so we joined this tour. There were mostly foreigners, and we were the only Japanese people, just the two of us. Our guide, Nin, provided a detailed explanation in Japanese after the English description, which was very considerate. In addition to explaining the temples, he shared various stories, including about plants and quizzes on Kyoto's difficult-to-read place names, which kept my child entertained and engaged.

It was great to efficiently see all the famous spots like Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, and Kiyomizu-dera. Although there was about two hours of free time in Arashiyama, I chose a plan without lunch, which resulted in long wait times at restaurants, and we didn't have enough time to visit Tenryu-ji's gardens or the Bamboo Grove, which was disappointing. Kiyomizu-dera also had 70 minutes of free time, but it took a while to get the goshuin (temple stamp), so we ended up just seeing the stage and heading back. However, I really appreciated being able to visit so many famous sites in one day, which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.

One thing I want to mention about this tour is that the meeting point in the morning was hard to find. We participated on a Saturday, and the meeting area was crowded with a huge number of people from various tours. The guide was wearing a yellow happi coat, but since we were boarding a bus departing from Osaka, I felt anxious about where to wait until the bus arrived. The bus was yellow, which made it easier to distinguish from others, so I think it would be good to head towards any yellow (lemon-colored) bus you see.

小学生の子供と京都駅から参加しました。
子供が金閣寺、清水寺に行きたいと言っていたのですが、場所が少し離れているため、自分で回る自信がなかったので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。外国人ばかりで日本人は私達親子2人だけ。ガイドのニンさんは、英語の説明の後、わざわざ私達の横に来て日本語で丁寧に説明してくれました。また、お寺の説明だけではなく、植物や京都の難読地名クイズなど、いろいろな話をしてくださり、子供も飽きずに楽しく過ごすことができました。
効率よく、嵐山、伏見稲荷、金閣寺、清水寺と有名所を全部見られて参加してよかったです。嵐山は約2時間の自由時間があったものの昼食なしプランを選んだため、飲食店での待ち時間が長く、時間が足りず天龍寺の庭園、竹林の小径まで行くことができなかったのが残念です。清水寺も70分の自由時間がありましたが、御朱印をもらうのに時間がかかってしまい、舞台を見て戻る感じになってしまいました。でも、自分では1日でこんなに名所を回ることができないので、本当に参加して良かったです。
このツアーで一つ言いたいのは、朝の集合場所が分かりづらいことです。
参加したのが土曜日でしたが、集合場所は、いろんなツアーの人達がものすごい人数なので、ガイドさんは黄色いハッピを着ていますが、大阪から出発するバスに乗っているため、バスが到着するまではどこで待っていたら良いのかわからず不安でした。
バスの色が黄色で他のバスと区別がつきやすかったので、黄色い（レモン色）のバスを見かけたら、そこに向かうようにすれば良いと思います。
