We were guided to many locations, including the filming sites of "The Woman of the Forensic Science Laboratory," the Kamogawa Delta, the Waterway Pavilion at Nanzen-ji Temple, and Arashiyama. We even went to the former residences of Misa Yamamura and Kyotaro Nishimura. We enjoyed a cool and easy tour around the sweltering heat of Kyoto, and we were very satisfied! I've been to this place many times, but since I was traveling with my elderly parents, I appreciated the consideration for the slopes and walking areas. My husband is a smoker, so it was helpful to be informed about the smoking areas. They also shared information that the guide didn't know, which was great.

I requested to visit two places and left the remaining time to them. They took us to Okazaki Shrine and Heian Shrine, and we were able to collect many goshuin, which was very nice.

They dropped us off at Kyoto Station, and we were guided for the entire time, which made me very satisfied. Thank you very much.

何度も行ってる場所ですが、年配の両親を連れての旅行でしたので、坂道や、歩く所の配慮、主人は喫煙者だったので、喫煙コーナーを教えて頂いたり、ガイドでは知らなかったことも教えて頂き、よかったです。

I planned a trip to Kyoto for my daughter, who couldn't participate in her school trip due to poor health. We wanted to visit many places in two days, including Byodoin, Kinkaku-ji, Ginkaku-ji, Rokuharamitsu-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Hokan-ji, and Gion, so we decided to hire a private taxi. It was definitely the right choice. The driver was absolutely fantastic. He acted as our guide and provided detailed explanations, giving us information that we couldn't find in guidebooks. My daughter was very satisfied and enjoyed it even more than her school trip. Although we toured in the extreme heat, the air-conditioned car made for a comfortable journey, and we are grateful for that. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it as we didn't waste precious time. I highly recommend hiring a private taxi.

The compatibility with the driver was quite challenging. There were times when they spoke casually (I’m probably older than the driver), and some of their comments felt a bit sharp, which made me feel uncomfortable. Spending almost the entire day together was tough.

Well, I guess this is also about compatibility.

In hindsight, it might have been better to catch a taxi using an app rather than a chartered service.

I could only stay in Kyoto for about five hours, but I was able to drink matcha, eat udon, and visit about four sightseeing spots! Despite the heat, I was able to use my time effectively without wandering around aimlessly. The driver also provided explanations for each location, which made me very satisfied! My child was in my arms the whole time, but we were able to rest each time we returned to the taxi, so I managed to keep my energy up. I would love to do this again!

Kumagai was very kind and considerate, thinking of places for my tired parents to rest on the slopes of Kiyomizu Temple. When my children wanted to walk and explore, he took my parents in the car and did a city tour for about an hour, responding flexibly to our needs. 当日担当してくれたのは熊谷さんという男性の方でした。フリープランだったので、京都駅で待ち合わせ、伏見稲荷から清水寺・八坂神社・下鴨神社などを回り、四条河原町で降ろしていただきました。
清水寺の坂道で疲れてしまった両親に、休憩できる場所を考えてくれたり、子どもが歩いて散策を希望した時は、両親を車に乗せて１時間ほど市内観光をしていてくれて、臨機応変に対応して下さりとても親切にしていただきました。
当日雨が降っていたので歩くのも大変だったこともあり、両親もとても親切にしてもらって良かったと喜んでいました。

両親を連れて子供の行きたかった場所を全て回るのは厳しかったので、熊谷さんの対応のおかげで行きたいところを回ることができた子供も喜んでいましたし、今回こちらで観光タクシーをお願いして良かったです。本当にありがとうございました！

また、当日までに確認のご連絡を２回いただき、京都の混雑状況なども踏まえた提案をしてくださったりと、会社の方もとても丁寧な対応をして下さいました。全体的にとても満足でした！

I was taken on a tour of Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizu-dera for three hours starting at 6:30 AM. A few days prior, I received contact to confirm the details, and despite it being early in the morning, they kindly accommodated me without any additional charges. They guided us slowly to accommodate my mother, who has difficulty walking, and the stories along the way were very interesting! Since it was during Golden Week, I thought transportation would be crowded, and moving around by ourselves would be tiring, so I decided to book this tour. Also, group tours can be inflexible, so I opted for a private tour. It turned out to be the right choice!

Just the two of us traveled in a van. Our driver took us around to various places in the heat and even took photos for us while explaining historical facts. Moreover, he even gave us some snacks as souvenirs, and I am truly grateful for this wonderful experience. If I have the chance to visit Kyoto again, I would definitely like to request this tour!

I did feel a bit regretful that we had a little extra time at the end, but overall, it was a great experience.

I have traveled to Kyoto many times by car, but this time I used a taxi since it was New Year's Day. Buses are usually crowded, so having a car is convenient, but it often takes time to find parking or to get to the destination if it's far away. With a taxi, you can go right to the entrance of your destination, and they pick you up from the nearest spot on the way back.

I wasn't able to decide on a destination until the last minute, but they kept in touch and listened to my requests, suggesting a great place to go. On the day of the trip, they even accommodated an unplanned lunch, allowing us to enjoy a meal without having to search around.

Thanks to the driver, who was well-versed in Kyoto, we were able to tour smoothly and efficiently. On the day of travel, we drove to the city, and before we left, they informed us about the road conditions. I was worried about the snow, but I was able to enter Kyoto via the highway with peace of mind.

We were a group of four, and I considered upgrading to a larger vehicle for an additional fee, but it turned out to be unnecessary as the car was spacious and comfortable enough. I highly recommend this taxi company. Thank you for your service; I would definitely like to use it again.

京都へは何度も自家用車で行っていますが今回は元旦ということでタクシーを利用しました。
バスは毎回混んでいるので車は便利なのですが、駐車場を探したり、目的地まで距離があったり時間を取られることも多いです。
タクシーですと目的地の入口まで行けて帰りは最短の場所に迎えに来てくれます。
ギリギリまで目的地が決まらなかったのですが、まめに連絡をいただき要望を聞いてくださり目的地をご提案くださいました。
当日も予定になかったランチにもご対応くださり、自分たちで探し回ることなくランチにありつけました。

京都に精通しているドライバーさんのお陰でスムーズに無駄なく観光できました。
また当日も京都市内までは車で行ったのですが、出発前に道路状況の連絡をいただき雪が心配でしたが安心して高速で京都入りする事ができました。
また4人で利用でしたので追加料金で大きい車に変更しようかと迷ったのですがその必要はやく充分快適でした。
とてもおすすめのタクシー会社さんです。
