I participated from Tohoku and had trouble finding the meeting place, but I finally figured it out by asking someone who was preparing for the opening that day. I got tired from walking here. About 80% of the participants were from abroad, and the guide who quickly navigated us through the huge crowd was amazing.

東北からの参加で集合場所が分からず当日開店準備をしていた方に聞いてようやく分かりました。ここで歩きつかれました。参加者の８割が外国からの参加で大変な人混みのなか素早く移動案内するガイドさんは凄かったです。

I got lost on the way back to the station in Arashiyama, and I stayed overnight in Osaka that day, which was very tiring! I would have appreciated prior notice about any changes to the itinerary.

解散が嵐山で帰りの駅まで迷い当日大阪泊でしたのですが大変疲れました!内容変更は事前にご連絡頂きたかったです。

This time, I participated with my sister and children. As adults, it's hard to gather in such an environment, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable sightseeing experience. The timing was also very good, and I felt my heart fluttering at various places after a long time. The weather was pleasant, and the scenery was breathtaking. The tour guide was very kind, taking the time to take photos for us. I did some shopping at souvenir shops here and there, and there were many delicious things that could only be found there. I definitely want to participate again. I want to create more memories in life.

今回、姉と子供と参加させてもらいました。大人になり、なかなか集まらない環境の中とても楽しい観光になりました。時間設定もとても良く、行くところ所で久々に心がウキウキしました。気候も心地よく景色は絶景でした。添乗員さんに声をかけてもらい写真を撮っていただいたりとても親切でした。所々のお土産屋で買い物したりそこでしか食べれない物がたくさんありとても美味しかったです。また是非参加したいと思います。また人生の思い出を作りたいです。

I participated in a bus tour to visit Kyoto's famous sites in one day with a friend. We gathered at Kyoto Station, and about half of the participants were foreigners. It was refreshing that we took the JR train to Fushimi Inari Station instead of starting directly on the bus. During the ride, the tour guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Korean. At Fushimi Inari Shrine, we passed through the red torii gates and took many beautiful photos. The view from Kiyomizu-dera was stunning, and the reflection of Kinkaku-ji on the water was the best. In Arashiyama, we took commemorative photos at Togetsukyo Bridge and Sagano. We had enough time to manage our sightseeing, enjoy street food, and buy souvenirs. The weather was great, making for a fun and fulfilling day, and the tour guide was very kind. If I have another opportunity to visit Kyoto, I would like to sign up for a different tour.

京都の名所を1日で廻るバスツアーに友人と参加しました。京都駅集合で外国の方も半分くらい参加されてあり、JRで伏見稲荷駅まで行き最初からバスでは、なかったのも新鮮でした。車中では、添乗員さんが日本語、英語、韓国語での説明されてありました。伏見稲荷大社では、赤い鳥居をくぐり映える沢山の写真、清水寺では、素晴らしい京都の景色。水面に映る金閣寺は、最高でした。嵐山では、渡月橋、嵯峨野での記念写真。自分達なりの観光時間配分も余裕があり、食べ歩きやお土産を買ったり、お天気も良く楽しく充実した日でした、添乗員さんもとても親切な方でした。また、京都に行く機会があれば、別のツアーに申し込みをしたいと思います

I chose this tour because I wanted to visit many famous spots in one day. The transfer from Kyoto Station to Fushimi Inari Taisha was by train. It was said that traveling by train avoids traffic jams that occur with bus transfers. The ride was short, and Fushimi Inari Taisha was right in front of the station, so the transfer was not a hassle at all.

After that, we moved by bus to Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama. We had plenty of time, so I was able to fully enjoy the experience! The guide was kind and provided various explanations. Every time we arrived at a location, they cheered, "Let's go go go~!" to entertain the guests!

The return from Arashiyama to Kyoto was also by train, which helped us avoid traffic, allowing us to return right on schedule. I highly recommend this tour for those who want to visit many famous spots in one day! ♡

1日で沢山の名所を巡りたかったのでこちらのツアーを選びました。
京都駅から伏見稲荷大社までは電車での移動でした。バスでの移動は渋滞する理由から電車移動との事。乗車時間も短く、駅の目の前が伏見稲荷大社でしたので、移動は苦ではなかったです。
その後はバスの移動で清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山へ移動。時間も十分ありましたので満喫できました！
ガイドの方も親切で、色々と説明もして頂きました。現地に着く度に、『let's go go go〜！』とお客さんを楽しませてくれました！
嵐山から京都まではまた電車移動でしたが、渋滞など回避出来るので、希望時間通りに戻る事が出来ました。
1日で沢山の名所に行きたい方はオススメです♡

Kyoto Station Meeting Point
→ It will be on the Central Exit side. I immediately recognized the tour guide because they were wearing a yellow happi. There, I was given a train ticket to Fushimi Inari and we went together to the site.

Fushimi Inari Taisha
→ About 1 hour of worship time. It felt surprisingly short despite seeming long. The Senbon Torii was breathtaking, with a lot of ups and downs. When I looked at the clock, I realized it was already that time, and I couldn't gauge the time to return to the meeting point, so I turned back. The grounds are surprisingly spacious, so it's better to choose the places you want to visit in advance. The goshuin was printed and cost 500 yen.

Kiyomizu-dera
→ I chose the optional lunch (tempura set). It was about what I expected. Kiyomizu-dera had many visitors, so I had to choose my spots carefully to take good photos. The Suigudo Tainai Tour (100 yen) was good. You walk in complete darkness and reach a place of light that grants wishes. Of course, I was told at the beginning that I could only make one wish and couldn't be greedy. The goshuin was handwritten and cost 300 yen. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes here. In the end, I couldn't drink from the Otowa Waterfall, as I was already in a waiting state for about 30 minutes. The stage of Kiyomizu was beautiful. I could understand why so many people come to worship.

Kinkaku-ji
→ I wonder if there is such a beautiful temple in such a long history. The beautiful shine welcomed the visitors. The goshuin was handwritten and cost 300 yen. I didn't have to wait in line here. I took a break and enjoyed matcha and sweets for 500 yen.

Arashiyama
→ The bamboo grove and Togetsukyo Bridge are famous. There were many tourists here as well. Rickshaws were running for tourists. If I wasn't alone, I would have liked to try riding one... (;^_^A In the end, I received a ticket back to Kyoto Station and we dispersed.

There were 40 participants. The Osaka and Kyoto groups merged at Fushimi Inari Taisha. About two-thirds of the participants were foreigners, and half of them were Korean.

I thought it would be a bit difficult to plan the same route by myself. Taking a bus makes moving around easier, and since the schedule is set, there's the advantage of not having to worry. However, it's a bit disappointing that there was no explanation on-site. Well, there was an explanation on the bus beforehand.

If I have the opportunity again, I would like to participate. Next time, definitely with my wife!

京都駅集合
　→中央口側になります。添乗員さんは、黄色のハッピを着ていたのですぐにわかりました。そこで、伏見稲荷までの電車の切符を渡され、現地まで一緒に行きます。

伏見稲荷大社
　→約1時間の参拝時間。
　　以外と長いようで短かったです。特にどこまで続くのかと千本鳥居
　　圧巻でした。登ったり降りたりでした。
　　時計を見るともうこんな時間、現在地から集合までの時間が読めず
　　途中で、戻った。意外と広い敷地なので、事前に参拝したい所を
　　選んだ方が良い。
　　御朱印は、印刷の物で、500円

清水寺
　→オプションの昼食（天ぷら御膳）を選択。まぁこんなもんかなと
　　清水寺では、参拝客が多く、良いスポットの写真を撮るのも
　　場所を選ばないといけなかった。
　　随求道胎内巡り（100円）は、良かった。本当に真っ暗の中を歩いて行き
　　行きついた先に願いをかなえてくれる光の場所がある。
　　もちろん、願いは一つ欲張ったら、ダメだと最初に説明があった。
　　御朱印は、手書きの300円。ここで待ち時間が30分程度かかった。
　　結局、音羽の滝を飲むことが出来なかった。既に約30分の待ち状態。
　　清水の舞台は、美しかった。多くの方が参拝されるのも分かる気がした。

金閣寺
　→長い歴史の中で、これほど美しい寺は存在するのかと思う。
　　美しい輝きが、来場者を迎えてくれた。
　　御朱印は手書き。300円。ここは並ばなくても良かった。
　　一休みのつもりで、抹茶とお茶菓子を頂いた。500円。

嵐山
　→竹林と渡月橋が有名。ここも観光客が多かった。人力車も環境客向けに
　　走っていた。一人ではなかったら、乗ってみたかった・・・。(;^_^A
　　最後、京都駅行きの切符をもらい解散。

定員は、40名の参加。うち大阪便と京都便が伏見稲荷大社にて合流。
外国人は、三分の二は、外国人で、その半分は韓国人だった。

もし同じルートを自分で計画を立てて回るには、ちょっと無理があると
思った。バスだと移動も楽だし、タイムスケジュールも決まっているので
心配しなくても良いメリットがある。ただ、現地での説明が無いのが
ちょっと残念かな。まぁ事前にバスの中で、説明はありましたがね。

また機会が有れば、参加したいです。今度はぜひ嫁と！

In mid-February, I went on my first trip to Kyoto with my daughter (in her early 20s) and my mother (in her 50s). My daughter had visited Kyoto once during a school trip, but it was my mother's first time, so we were unsure about the transportation and time needed to move between the sights. That's why we decided to use this tour.

First, here are the positive aspects:
1. Since we gathered at Kyoto Station, we stayed at a hotel near the station the night before, and we were able to participate without our luggage, which was stored at the hotel.
2. We were able to visit various places efficiently, so we could enjoy sightseeing without getting lost even in distant locations. There seemed to be many one-way streets in Kyoto, so we didn't have to worry about transportation costs.
3. The guide provided explanations about the destinations and sights along the way while we were on the bus, allowing us to confirm our location by looking at the guidebook map.

Things I would like to request from the bus company:
1. While the reservation confirmation email included the order of destinations, it did not specify the arrival times or duration of stay at each location. It mentioned that lunch would be taken at Kiyomizu-dera, so we were also considering having lunch there, but we couldn't make a reservation for a restaurant because we didn't know the timing.
2. Regarding the order of sightseeing, we went to Arashiyama last. Since Arashiyama is an outdoor sightseeing spot, it was quite dark after 3 PM in winter, and we couldn't appreciate the beauty of the bamboo grove. If possible, I think visiting Arashiyama in the morning would be more worthwhile.
3. Also, concerning Arashiyama, the JR Saga-Arashiyama Station was difficult to find. I thought it would be easier to navigate if the first sightseeing spot was Arashiyama, and then we could continue with the bus tour from there.

As for Kiyomizu-dera, we didn't have enough time and ended up eating takeout on the bus. The next day, we visited Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu-dera (aside from the temple visit) on our own, so I hope that more distant sightseeing spots can be included in the itinerary instead of the conveniently located Kiyomizu-dera.

2月中旬に初めての京都旅行に娘（20代前半）と母（50代）で行きました。
娘は修学旅行で一度京都は観光済みでしたが、母は初めてのため土地勘がなく名所と名所の移動手段や時間が不安だったので、こちらのツアーを利用させていただきました。

まず良かったこと
①京都駅集合だったので京都駅近くのホテルに前泊しましたが、荷物はホテルに預けたので身軽に参加できました。
②効率的に回ることができましたので、離れた場所も迷わずに観光できました。京都市内は一方通行も多そうでしたので、駐車代金も含め交通であたふたしなくてすみました。
③ガイドさんは車内では目的地や途中の名所の説明はしてもらえたので、ガイド本の地図を見ながら「今ここら辺を走ってるのね」と確認もできました。

バス会社さんにお願いしたいこと
①予約確認メールに目的地の順番は書かれてますが、各目的地の到着時間や滞在時間が書かれていません。昼食付きプランの方が清水寺で取る事は書かれてましたので、私たちも清水寺で昼食を取ろうと考えてましたが、時間がわからないので飲食店の予約ができませんでした。
②観光の順番ですが、最後に嵐山に行きます。嵐山は屋外観光で雨天時はもちろん冬の15時過ぎは薄暗く竹林の小道の美しさは感じることができませんでした。できれば、嵐山が午前中の方が見応えがあると思います。
③同じく嵐山ですが、JR嵯峨嵐山駅がわかりにくかったです。最初の観光地が嵐山でそこからバス観光になると迷わずにすむかと思いました。

清水寺に関しては時間が足りず、テイクアウトをバスで食べました。翌日、八坂神社や清水寺（お寺さん参り以外）を自分たちで回りましたので、交通の便の良い清水寺はルートに入れず距離の遠い観光地を組んでもらえるといいなと思いました。

I participated because I wanted to visit the major spots in one day. I joined alone, but the guide engaged with me, and I was able to go to the places I wanted to visit, which was fun. I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

メジャーどころを1日で周りたくて参加しました。1人で参加しましたが、ガイドさんが話しかけてくださったり、私が行きたかったところに行けて楽しかったです。また機会があったら参加したいです！

I participated with a friend from overseas. Our guide, Mr. Ooshima (I apologize if I got the name wrong), was very kind, and it was a great tour. We were able to efficiently visit sightseeing spots that would be difficult to reach individually, all in one day. I am very satisfied.

海外からの友人と参加しました。
ガイドのおおしまさん（お名前まちがっていたらすみません）がとっても親切で、いいツアーでした。
それぞれだと行きにくい観光スポットを、1日で効率よく回れました。
大満足です。

It was great to be able to explore Kyoto in just one day. I don't think we would have been able to see everything if we had gone on our own... It was unfortunate that there was construction near Togetsukyo Bridge, but I was very satisfied with Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Fushimi Inari Shrine.

一日で京都観光できたのはとても良かったです。
自分達で行ってたら回りきれなかったと思うので…
渡月橋の近くを工事してたのは残念ですが清水寺や金閣寺、伏見神社はとても満足出来ました。

They were also helpful with the photo shoot.
I wonder why the food at tourist spots in Kyoto is not delicious and expensive.
I think it could be much better with some improvements.

I went on a whirlwind tour of Osaka and Kyoto. In Kyoto, we were able to take a sightseeing bus, which was great since I was traveling with three children. It allowed us to efficiently visit the textbook-highlighted spots. The itinerary also provided ample sightseeing time, so we could thoroughly explore the attractions. The tour guide was very polite and provided excellent service.

大阪、京都を弾丸ツアーしました。京都は観光バスでまわらせてもらい、子ども3人連れての観光だったので効率的に教科書にのっている箇所に行けたのでとても良かったです。観光時間も余裕がある組み方だったので観光場所もしっかり回ることが出来ました。ツアコンの方も丁寧な対応で大変良かったです。

New Year's Day sightseeing in Kyoto was popular. Many people returned to visit the shrines. By the way, according to the guide, it was "still manageable."
If you're looking for a quick one-day experience in Kyoto, this is the perfect course to recommend!
Two guides accompanied us, taking turns. Both were very friendly and provided heartfelt hospitality, even taking photos at key spots. Their ability to adapt to the traffic situation was impressive, truly professional.
Since I live overseas, I definitely plan to use Veltra again when I return to Japan for sightseeing. If I can request a specific guide, I hope to ask for the same person again.

二人のガイドさんが交代でついてくださいました。お二人ともとても気さくに接してくださり、要所で写真撮影をしてくださるなど、心のこもるおもてなしに感謝！そして道路の混雑状況に柔軟に対応されるところは、さすがプロです。
私は海外在住なので、また日本へ戻って観光する際には是非Veltraを利用させていただくつもりです。ガイドさんの指名ができるなら、また同じ方にお願いできればいいな。

I traveled to Kyoto with my wife, which was our first visit since our school trip. Despite it being a busy time of year, we managed to take a 1-night, 2-day trip and chose Kyoto as our destination since we hadn't been able to go for a while. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we decided to join a bus tour to visit the main attractions.

To cut to the chase, it was a great decision! We gathered at Kyoto Station and took the JR train to Inari Station, the closest station to Fushimi Inari. Seeing the famous thousand torii gates for the first time was truly moving! From there, we traveled by bus to our next destination, Kiyomizu-dera.

We had a tempura set lunch here. Thanks to the tour reservation, we didn't have to wait and could enjoy our meal, after which we strolled around Kiyomizu-dera and the nearby area. After Kiyomizu-dera, we moved on to Kinkaku-ji.

Our tour guide provided us with great tips on photo spots and took a lovely couple's photo of us after a long time. We then headed to Arashiyama, where we received our tickets for the return trip to Kyoto Station and were free to explore on our own. Although it was a free time, the guide shared some helpful advice about Arashiyama along the way.

After that, we enjoyed the bamboo grove, explored the area, and sampled some local snacks before returning to Kyoto Station. We managed to visit the main attractions in one day without getting lost during the transfers, and we had about an hour at each site, making it a very efficient tour.

I highly recommend this tour for beginners visiting Kyoto. The tour guide and bus driver were both very pleasant, and I would definitely like to use this service again when I visit Kyoto in the future.

自身修学旅行以来の京都を妻と旅行しました。暮れの忙しい時期ではありましたが、1泊2日の旅行の時間が取れたのでなかなか行けなかった京都を旅行先に選びましたが、土地勘もないのでバスツアーで主な観光地を巡ろうと思いこのツアーを選択。
結論から言うと大正解でした！
京都駅にて集合〜JRで伏見稲荷の最寄駅の稲荷駅迄移動〜伏見稲荷観光で初めての千本鳥居見て感動！
ここからの移動はバスで次の目的地清水寺へ。
ここで天ぷら御膳の昼食。ツアーでの予約もあり待ち時間もなく昼食を取ることが出来、食後清水寺及び近隣を散策出来ました。
清水寺の後は金閣寺に移動。
添乗員さんからは撮影スポットを教えていただいたり、久しぶりの妻とのツーショット写真を撮って頂いたりしてとても良かったです。
その後嵐山に移動し、我々はここで帰路の京都駅迄の乗車券を受け取り自由解散となりました。自由解散ではありましたが途中迄添乗員さんが嵐山のワンポイントアドバイスを教えてくれました。
その後竹林の小径を見たり、近隣散策、食べ歩き等して、京都駅迄戻りました。
主な観光を1日で回れて、あれこれ移動で迷う事なく、それぞれの観光地で1時間程度見学時間も取れ無駄のないツアーでした。
京都旅行ビギナーには超おすすめです。
添乗員さん、バスドライバーさんもとても感じが良く、また京都を訪れる時には利用したいと思いました。

I signed up for this kind of bus tour for the first time. I was nervous, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable day. There were many participants, both Japanese and foreigners, but since my husband and I were not used to it, we tried to stay close to the tour guide throughout the day. The guide was from China and was very friendly, teaching us various historical facts and kindly suggesting great spots for photos. We took a lot of couple shots together.

I thought a bus tour would mean not having to walk much, but we actually walked quite a bit, so I feel like a bit of stamina is needed. Since I don't usually walk much, I might have felt it more than others. However, the weather was nice, and after all the walking, I felt healthy and good, and I've been looking at the photos many times since returning home. Thank you very much!

ドキドキしましたが、結果とても楽しい1日でした。
日本人や外人さんなど多くのお客様も一緒に参加されていましたが、私達夫婦は慣れないので
なるべく添乗員さんの近くをキープして
1日過ごしました。中国の方でしたがとても気さくな方で色んな歴史も教えてくれたり、ここ写真撮るのすごく良い場所だからと親切でした。主人とのツーショット写真もたくさん撮ってもらいました。
バスツアーって歩かないで良いかと思っていたら
結構、歩いたので体力は少しいるかなという気がします。普段あまり歩かないので特にそう感じたかも？
でも、天気も良くてたくさん歩いた分、健康的で気持ちも良くて帰ってから写真を何度も見ています。

I participated in a tour that takes you to the classic sightseeing spots in Kyoto in one day. We efficiently visited Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama using buses and trains! The plan included a kaiseki lunch and admission fees, so I was able to enjoy the city of Kyoto without any hassle. It's an excellent value for money and highly recommended!

紅葉 京都の定番観光地を1日で巡るツアーに参加しました。伏見稲荷大社→清水寺→金閣寺→嵐山と, バスと電車を利用して効率良く観光する事が出来ました！懐石の昼食と拝観料付きプランだったので,手間なく京都の町を楽しむ事が出来ました。コスパ抜群でオススメです！

We participated as a family. Autumn in Kyoto was very beautiful with clear air. It was great that we could visit various places in one day. The guide was kind and helpful. They were also friendly to foreign visitors. It was a very enjoyable day.

家族で参加しました。秋の京都は、空気が澄んでいてとても綺麗でした。一日で、色々回れるので良かったです。ガイドさんも親切で良かったです。外国の方にも親切にガイドされていました。とても楽しい一日でした。

I don't know which country it is, but I received about ten phone calls from the back, and each time it turned into a long conversation. I was fed up. I wish they would include etiquette in the contract at the time of application if possible.

After gathering, we took the train to Fushimi Inari Taisha. After the visit, we walked to the bus parking lot. We had lunch right after arriving at Kiyomizu-dera (before noon) ⇒ Kinkaku-ji ⇒ Arashiyama. Those returning to Osaka took the bus again after the visit. People going to Kyoto Station received tickets and could do as they pleased afterward. The guide said they would take us to photo spots. Even though I received a ticket, I accidentally used my Suica! Ahhh!

どこの国か分かりませんが、後ろの方に10回くらい電話がかかってきて、その度に長話。うんざりしました。出来たら申し込みの時点で、マナーも契約の中に盛り込んでくれたらいいな、と思いました。
集合後、稲荷大社までは電車。見学後にバス駐車場まで徒歩。清水寺に着いてすぐに昼食(12時前)⇒金閣寺⇒嵐山。大阪まで帰る人は見学後にまたバスに乗車。京都駅の人はチケットもらって後は好きにして良し。ガイドさんは映えスポットまで案内してくださるとのこと。チケットいただいたのにSuicaをうっかり使用してしまった！あーー

When I got on the bus, I was given a printed QR code at the reception. I have to show it when getting on and off, but I need to be careful not to let it get crumpled. Traveling hands-free is not recommended, haha. At places like Kinkaku-ji and Kiyomizu-dera, there are a lot of people, so it's better to arrive at the bus stop a little early.

バスを乗る時受付してプリントアウトされたQRコードを渡されました。
乗り降りするときそれを見せるのですが、ぐちゃぐちゃにならないように気をつけ付けないといけません。
手ぶらの旅はオススメ出来ませんね笑
金閣寺、清水寺辺りでの乗り降りはとにかくたくさん人がいるのでちょっと早めにバス停いた方が良いです。

It's convenient to have explanations of the landmarks through the earphones. Since I also ride open buses when I travel to other countries, I took one this time for my husband, who hasn't been to Kyoto in a while.

It was enjoyable to interact with foreign visitors, and the view of the city from a high place allowed us to see various sights that we wouldn't normally see. Although it was an open bus, everyone was wearing masks properly, which made me feel safe.

今回も京都が久しぶりの主人の為に乗車しました。

外国の方達との交流も出来て、高い所からの街の景色は普段観られないところが色々と見られるので楽しいかったです。
オープンですが、皆さんマスクをきちんとされての乗車で安心でした。

It was very easy to move around since I had two children with me. It was also great that I could listen to the guidance through the earphones. I would like to use it again.

I was made to wait unnecessarily for 30 minutes after gathering. I thought they could have pushed back the meeting time a bit more.

I was surprised that after gathering at Kyoto Station and visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha, we returned to Kyoto Station to pick up guests from Osaka. Is there such a tour? If I had known about that in advance, I probably wouldn't have participated (laughs).

The time allocated for sightseeing was either insufficient or excessive, so I think they should reconsider the time distribution. It seems that this tour is usually aimed at overseas travelers, so it might not feel out of place for them, but for Japanese participants, it felt quite awkward. The tour guide was working hard, but the price was too high for just a bus without admission fees, so I don't think I will use this service again in the future.

集合してから出発まで、無駄に30分待たされた。それならもっと集合時間を遅らせればいいのにと思った。
京都駅に集合し、伏見稲荷大社を見学した後、また京都駅に戻って大阪からの客を乗車させたのには驚いた。そんなツアーあります？それならせめて事前に行程表に書いていて欲しかった。（事前にそのようなことを知っていたら、恐らく参加はしなかった　笑）
観光地の見学時間は足りなかったり余ったりで、もう少し時間配分を見直した方がいいのかなと思った。
普段は海外旅行者向けのツアーらしいので違和感ないのかもしれないが、日本人の参加者にとってはなんだか違和感だらけのツアーでした。添乗員の方は一生懸命仕事をしていたが、拝観料なしのバスのみにしては価格が高すぎるので今後利用することはないと思います。

I participated in a bus tour with my elderly parents. I knew there would be JR transfers, but we had to walk quite a bit from Fushimi Inari to the bus stop. After Fushimi Inari, the tour guide changed, and we moved to Kiyomizu-dera. I wanted to make effective use of our time, so I chose a plan that included meals, but we had to wait 15 minutes to be guided to the restaurant, and by the time we got our food, it was cold and the yudofu wasn't warm. The tour guide went to buy admission tickets during our meal and took a long time to return, so I ended up purchasing the admission tickets myself. Even then, we didn't have enough time! At Kinkaku-ji, we just went around it. At Arashiyama, we were dropped off near Togetsukyo Bridge, and that was where we parted ways. There was quite a distance from the main street to JR Saga Station. I think this tour was tough for my elderly parents. There was no alcohol disinfectant, I couldn't hear the guide's explanations, the arrangements were poor, and I will not use this sightseeing bus again!

ＪＲ移動があるのはわかっていましたが、伏見稲荷からバス乗り場まで結構歩かされました。
伏見稲荷から添乗員が代わり、清水寺寺ヘ移動
時間を有効に使いたかったので食事付きプランにしたのに食事処まで案内されるまで15分待たされるし、せっかくの料理は冷めて湯豆腐は温まってなかった。
添乗員は食事中に拝観料のチケットを買いに行き　なかなか戻ってこないので自分で拝観料を購入しました。それでも時間がなかったです！
金閣寺は、ぐるっと回るだけでした。
嵐山は渡月橋近くで降ろされ　そこで解散でした。
メイン通りからＪＲ嵯峨駅まで結構距離がありました。
このツアーは高齢の両親にはきつかったと思います。
アルコール消毒もないし　ガイドの話も聞こえないし　段取りも悪いし　こちらの観光バスはもう利用しません！

When it comes to bus tours, the bus usually stops at a parking lot near the sightseeing location, allowing you to leave your heavy luggage on the bus and explore in a light outfit. However, we had to walk for 10 minutes to get back to the parking lot after the tour. My shoulders were sore from carrying my luggage.
There was no alcohol disinfectant when boarding the bus. What about ventilation?
It didn't seem like a proper response during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The tour guide who joined us later was kind and helpful, but overall, I have participated in several bus tours, and this was the worst one yet. I will not participate in any tours from this company again.

　バスツアーと言えば、見学地の近くの駐車場にバスが停まり、重い荷物はバスに置いて、身軽な格好で見学なのに、電車で移動。見学後の駐車場まで、徒歩10分も歩く。荷物で肩がバキバキになってしまいました。
　バス乗車の際のアルコール消毒なし。換気は？
コロナ禍での対応とは、思えません。
　途中からの添乗員さんは、親切で良かったけど。何度かバスツアーに参加していますが、今までで最悪でした。
こちらの会社のツアーには、2度と参加しません。

The scenery is amazing! The weather is nice, not too hot or too cold. Since it's before the autumn foliage season on October 21, it was quite empty, and I enjoyed sitting in various seats every time we got on and off. The driving was careful!

*However, there was inconsistency with the tour guides. While all of them seemed experienced, only one man provided a bit of explanation about the locations. The two women only mentioned the names of the stops. Even when I tried to engage them, I was ignored. If they can't even say something like "Sorry for the wait, how can I help you?" after finishing their tasks, then we don't need a tour guide. They could just play the station names on a recording. The people sitting nearby were also disappointed that there was no announcement at all.

They provided free headphones, and when connected to the seat, you could hear information about the attractions. However, due to the noise from other cars, it was a bit hard to hear unless you turned up the volume. My elderly mother found it difficult to hear.

景色最高！天気もよく、暑くもなく寒くもなく。
10月21日で紅葉シーズン前でもありガラガラで、乗り降りする度にいろんな席に座って楽しめました。
運転も丁寧！

※添乗員の方にむらがあります。
どの方も慣れた感じではありましたが、少し場所の説明をアナウンスして下さる男性一人のみ。
後は停車駅名を言うだけの女性二人。
声かけても、無視されたままでした。
何かされてたなら終わってからでも、お待たせしました何でしょう？位も出来ないなら添乗いらないな。駅名も録音で流せばいい。
近くの席の方も、何にもアナウンスしてくれないなとがっかりされてました。

無料でイヤホンが配られ、座席につなげると名所の案内が流れます。
他の車の音などで音量あげないと聞こえづらさは少々あります。年配の母は無理でした。

The conductor changed midway, and depending on individual participation, there were variations in the admission fee. Despite having participants from overseas, the proceedings were smooth and it was very good.

I found a tour while urgently looking for one to explore the sightseeing spots by myself in the morning! With a tour, you have to make it to the starting point and time to participate, but since you can hop on and off freely, I thought it was convenient to go wherever I wanted at any time, so I made a reservation.

After 3 PM, there was about an hour gap until the next bus at one sightseeing spot, so I felt a bit disappointed that there weren't earlier buses to visit more places. I also thought it would be even better if there were options for reverse routes!

午前中にひとりで観光地を回ろうと急遽、ツアーを探していたところ見つけました❣️
ツアーだと開始場所や時間に間に合わないと参加出来ませんが、乗り降り自由なので、時間もいつからでもで行きたいところだけ行けるのが便利と思い予約しました。
午後3時過ぎは1観光地で次のバスが１時間くらい空くのでもう少し早いバスがあるともっと回れたかもと、ちょっと残念なのと、逆回りがあるともっと便利でいいなぁと思いました❣️

I was able to visit famous tourist spots in just one day. However, for someone coming from Tokyo like me, finding the meeting place was quite a struggle. Kyoto Station is huge and the crowds are overwhelming.

First of all, the tour guide's voice was too quiet, and there was no sense of organization. We used trains and buses, but I thought we would be disbanding at Kyoto Station after arriving by bus, but instead, we disbanded at Arashiyama.

As someone who came to Arashiyama for the first time, I felt left behind. Other tourists were walking towards the station, so I followed them, and it took over 20 minutes to get to Kyoto Station. But if I had been alone, I might have had a harder time. Overall, it was good. Kyoto was wonderful.

1日で有名か観光名所まわれました。
しかし、東京から来た私には集合場所を
探すのは、一苦労でした。京都駅は
巨大で、人混みが凄い。

まず、添乗員さんの声が小さく
まとめる感がまるで無い。
電車とバスを使用したが、
てっきり京都駅までバスで来て
解散かと思ったが、嵐山で解散。

初めて嵐山に来た私には
取り残された感じ。
ほかの観光客が駅へ
ぞろぞろ歩いてるから
ついていきました、
京都駅へは20分以上
かかったよ。
でも、自分1人なら
もっと困ったかも。
とりあえず良かったです。
京都は、素晴らしかったです。

I used it for the first time, and I was glad that I could visit all the tourist spots I wanted to. If I have the chance again, I would like to use it.

初めて利用したのですが、行きたかった観光地をすべてまわれたので良かったです。また、機会があれば、利用したいと思いました。

If it's full, you can't get on. It's difficult to rely solely on the Sky Hop Bus for transportation. You'll end up using taxis as well. Since the bus stop is far from your destination, you'll have to walk quite a bit. It doesn't stop right in front of the location. Sometimes you'll have to share a seat. It only comes once every 40 minutes. If you can't get on because it's full, that's the worst... your plans will fall apart.

満席だと乗れない。
スカイホップバスだけで移動を考えるのは難しい。タクシーとかも使う事になる。
バス停から目的地までが遠いため、かなり歩く事になる。場所の目の前では止まらない。。
相席になることがある。
４０分に１回しかこない。満席で乗れなかったら最悪。。予定が壊れる。
