This time, I had the opportunity to take some guests from the United States on a sightseeing tour in Kyoto, and we used your services. The explanations at various locations, the responses to sudden questions from the guests during the trip, and your thoughtfulness were all wonderful. You provided detailed assistance with the order of the places we wanted to visit, suggestions for lunch (you informed us that the restaurant we planned to go to was closed that day and quickly offered alternatives), and guided us according to the time allocations at each location.

We planned a trip to the Higashiyama area in Kyoto to celebrate my birthday as a couple. I've visited Kyoto several times, but this was my first time taking a taxi tour, so I made a reservation. The driver was very familiar with the roads in Kyoto, so he smoothly guided us through the congested areas. He listened to our requests and, despite the limited time, took us to three places: Ginkaku-ji, Eikando, and Bishamondo. We were guided to many locations, including the filming sites of "The Woman of the Forensic Science Laboratory," the Kamogawa Delta, the Waterway Pavilion at Nanzen-ji Temple, and Arashiyama. We even went to the former residences of Misa Yamamura and Kyotaro Nishimura. We enjoyed a cool and easy tour around the sweltering heat of Kyoto, and we were very satisfied! I've been to this place many times, but since I was traveling with my elderly parents, I appreciated the consideration for the slopes and walking areas. My husband is a smoker, so it was helpful to be informed about the smoking areas. They also shared information that the guide didn't know, which was great.

I requested to visit two places and left the remaining time to them. They took us to Okazaki Shrine and Heian Shrine, and we were able to collect many goshuin, which was very nice.

I planned a trip to Kyoto for my daughter, who couldn't participate in her school trip due to poor health. We wanted to visit many places in two days, including Byodoin, Kinkaku-ji, Ginkaku-ji, Rokuharamitsu-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari Taisha, Hokan-ji, and Gion, so we decided to hire a private taxi. It was definitely the right choice. The driver was absolutely fantastic. He acted as our guide and provided detailed explanations, giving us information that we couldn't find in guidebooks. My daughter was very satisfied and enjoyed it even more than her school trip. Although we toured in the extreme heat, the air-conditioned car made for a comfortable journey, and we are grateful for that. It was a bit expensive, but it was worth it as we didn't waste precious time. I highly recommend hiring a private taxi.

The compatibility with the driver was quite challenging. There were times when they spoke casually (I’m probably older than the driver), and some of their comments felt a bit sharp, which made me feel uncomfortable. Spending almost the entire day together was tough.

In hindsight, it might have been better to catch a taxi using an app rather than a chartered service.

I could only stay in Kyoto for about five hours, but I was able to drink matcha, eat udon, and visit about four sightseeing spots! Despite the heat, I was able to use my time effectively without wandering around aimlessly. The driver also provided explanations for each location, which made me very satisfied! My child was in my arms the whole time, but we were able to rest each time we returned to the taxi, so I managed to keep my energy up. I would love to do this again!

This time, for my first day trip to Kyoto, I used a sightseeing taxi.
The places I visited were Yasaka Shrine, Nishiki Market, Kitano Tenmangu, Toei Kyoto Studio Park, and Kiyomizu Temple.
Despite the tight schedule, the driver was able to take me to all the places I wanted to go, so thank you very much!

The person in charge on the day was a man named Kumagai. Since it was a free plan, we met at Kyoto Station and visited Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Yasaka Shrine, and Shimogamo Shrine, and were dropped off at Shijo Kawaramachi.

Kumagai was very kind and considerate, thinking of places for my tired parents to rest on the slopes of Kiyomizu Temple. When my children wanted to walk and explore, he took my parents in the car and did a city tour for about an hour, responding flexibly to our needs. My parents were very happy to be treated so kindly, especially since it was raining that day, making walking difficult.

It was tough to visit all the places my children wanted to go with my parents, but thanks to Kumagai's support, my children were able to visit the places they wanted, and we were very glad we requested the sightseeing taxi. Thank you very much!

両親も高齢になり、長時間歩くのが段々と厳しくなっている為、バスや電車での移動では不安もありこちらでフリープランの観光タクシーを６時間お願いしました。

当日担当してくれたのは熊谷さんという男性の方でした。フリープランだったので、京都駅で待ち合わせ、伏見稲荷から清水寺・八坂神社・下鴨神社などを回り、四条河原町で降ろしていただきました。
清水寺の坂道で疲れてしまった両親に、休憩できる場所を考えてくれたり、子どもが歩いて散策を希望した時は、両親を車に乗せて１時間ほど市内観光をしていてくれて、臨機応変に対応して下さりとても親切にしていただきました。
当日雨が降っていたので歩くのも大変だったこともあり、両親もとても親切にしてもらって良かったと喜んでいました。

両親を連れて子供の行きたかった場所を全て回るのは厳しかったので、熊谷さんの対応のおかげで行きたいところを回ることができた子供も喜んでいましたし、今回こちらで観光タクシーをお願いして良かったです。本当にありがとうございました！

また、当日までに確認のご連絡を２回いただき、京都の混雑状況なども踏まえた提案をしてくださったりと、会社の方もとても丁寧な対応をして下さいました。全体的にとても満足でした！

Despite the unfortunate weather that seemed like it might rain, I decided to go ahead and use the service, and I had a wonderful time that exceeded my expectations. Even though I arrived earlier than my reservation time, they attended to me right away.

On the boat, the guide shared various stories about the scenery and Kyoto, and even took photos for us. Additionally, a boat shop came alongside, allowing us to buy oden, dango, beer, and more, which made for a fun time filled with eating, drinking, laughing, and even feeding the ducks.

I was initially concerned about the duration being a private charter, but it truly flew by. I would love to try this again during the autumn foliage season.

I visited Kyoto with an American acquaintance. Since it can be tiring to interpret the whole time, I requested a driver who is fluent in English. We chose the places we wanted to visit and consulted with him, who provided advice on the order of our itinerary. Although it was a bit early, the cherry blossom season coincided with a significant return of tourists, resulting in a crowded Kyoto. This trip was for my children's graduation trip and my father's 70th birthday celebration. I have visited Kyoto many times, but this time I used the service because my Australian husband was with me. They answered all of his questions, and I learned a lot about the history and culture myself, which was truly wonderful. At first, I didn't expect to be guided like a tour guide during our sightseeing, but even though I had been there before, having a guide made it even more enjoyable. Since it was a whirlwind trip for one night and two days, I requested a charter taxi to get around efficiently! It was a great decision☆ I thought the driver would just take me to places and wait, but he actually accompanied me and provided guidance at each stop. I learned a lot of things I didn't know and was able to experience sightseeing from a different perspective. I wanted to visit all the places on my list, so I added two hours on the day of the trip, and they were very accommodating. It might depend on the driver, but I'm really glad I used this service, and I am filled with gratitude towards the driver. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. I definitely want to request this again.

The school trip that my son couldn't attend was luxuriously realized. At each location, the explanations were clear and easy to understand. The bus stop at the end of the year had a long line, but taking a taxi next to it allowed us to get to our desired destinations without waiting, which was the best time saver. The streets of Kyoto during the New Year period were more crowded than I had imagined, especially with small shrines and temples bustling with visitors for the first shrine visit of the year. Consequently, the transportation network was congested as well. In some areas, cars were hardly moving, but thanks to the chartered sightseeing taxi, my requested tour of shrines and temples went smoothly and comfortably. The driver's good judgment ensured that the order of our visits was appropriate, and my wishes were fulfilled within the planned time, which made me very satisfied. Given that I have some difficulty walking, I was truly grateful for the minimal walking involved. I definitely want to use this service again on my next visit.

年末年始の京都の街は想像以上の混雑で、特にこの時期は小さな神社・仏閣も初詣で混雑。それに伴い交通網も混雑。場所によっては殆ど車が動かない状態でしたが、貸し切り観光タクシーのお蔭で、当方がお願いした神社・仏閣巡りがスムーズ且つ楽に出来ました。ドライバーさんの好判断で、巡る順番も適切で予定の時間内で希望が叶い、満足です。特に若干足が悪い事もあり、徒歩も極力少なくして頂き合わせて本当に助かりました。次の機会もぜひ利用したいと思います。

This time, I booked a private taxi tour for the first time with three foreigners I brought from Canada. I chose a six-hour course, but it was just enough time to visit four to five famous spots in Kyoto. If I were to make a reservation next time, I feel that around eight hours would be recommended, considering the lunch time as well.

As for the driver, he had studied English well and provided thoughtful explanations at key tourist spots, as well as engaging small talk during the drive, which was considerate for the foreigners. The three foreigners were satisfied after the tour.

I also appreciate how he helped with taking photos at various scenic spots. This was my first time booking with Yasaka, and I could feel the high level of training among the staff. The six-hour duration allowed us to enjoy the tour comfortably and safely, which was the best part. I would definitely like to request this again next time.

今回は、カナダから連れてきた外国人３名と共に、初めての貸切タクシーツアーを申し込みました。
６時間というコースを選択したのですが、京都の名所を４－５ヶ所周るには、ギリギリ時間でした。次回予約するのであれば、昼食時間もありますので、８時間ぐらいがお勧めかと感じました。
運転手さんですが、しっかり英語を勉強されており、要所要所の観光名所での気の利いた説明及び移動中の雑談も、外国人が受け入れる話し方に気を使われ、しっかり対応頂き、ツアー後の外国人３名も満足しておりました。
また名所の周る度に、写真スポットでの撮影手伝いもサラって対応いただき感謝しております。今回初めてヤサカに申し込みを致しましたが、
社員の方への教育の高さも感じられ、６時間という時間が、楽しく・安心してツアーができたことが何より良かった点であります。
次回もぜひお願いしたいです。
