I thought it would be impossible for me, who is directionally challenged, to sightsee in an unfamiliar place, so I used a sightseeing bus for the first time. It had been 40 years since I last visited Kyoto, and I was filled with both excitement and anxiety. The affordability was definitely appealing, and while I had prepared myself to some extent after seeing other people's posts, I was surprised to find that over 90% of the visitors were from various countries, which was enjoyable in its own way. I was impressed by the tour guide who provided explanations and guidance in multiple languages! I truly appreciated all the help with admission tickets, lunch, and more.

京都の観光は40年ぶりで期待と不安で一杯でした。
なんと言っても安さが魅力的でしたが、他の方の投稿を見ていましたのである程度は覚悟はしていましたが、本当に9割以上の方が多国籍の方でしたがそれはそれで楽しかったです。

The weather was great, and it was the best bus tour. I participated with my mother, who is in her 60s, and we were very satisfied to visit all the major tourist spots in one day. The tour guide's precise actions, just sitting on the bus to reach our destinations, being able to visit famous places in Kyoto in one day, and the distribution of free time was just right to achieve our goals. Since 90% of the participants were foreigners, I was able to study English through the tour guide's explanations, and the Kyoto cuisine was delicious, among other things. It was truly enjoyable! I have been to Arashiyama many times, but walking the path recommended by the tour guide was incredibly soothing. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

We participated as a family of four. As long as we kept to the bus schedule, it was easy to enjoy the sightseeing, and my elderly parents were happy. There were more foreigners than locals, but everyone had good manners and adhered to the schedule, making it a pleasant bus tour.

A trip to Kyoto with my 85-year-old mother after 30 years! It started raining in the morning, and since my mother has some knee concerns, I asked the tour guide at the meeting point about the elevator at Fushimi Inari Taisha, which was mentioned in the brochure. They were very attentive and helpful all the way to the shrine! Thank you so much for your support in such terrible rain!

I also appreciate the care shown by the tour guide who took over later regarding my mother! Thank you, Tamiya and Rin. My mother is grateful as well!

During the bus ride, there was a lot of information packed in, including explanations of history using photos until the next stop!

85才の母と30年ぶりの京都旅！朝から雨に始まり、膝に不安があるので、伏見稲荷大社にエレベーターがあるとパンフレットに記載があり、集合場所の添乗員さんに質問!その後稲荷大社までいろいろと気にかけて頂き、とても助かりました!ヒドイ雨の中本当にありがとうございます!!

I requested a 6-hour tour for a family of five. From the initial consultation about the course, they were very kind and attentive, and I received a confirmation call about the pickup time the day before, which made me feel at ease for the day of the tour. The driver also offered to guide us in English, and his wonderful personality made it a tour that everyone truly enjoyed. Thank you very much.

We departed at 8:30 AM, took a break for lunch, and visited a total of five places, ending at Kiyomizu-dera where we were dropped off. Although we went over time, the extra charges were reasonable, which was really helpful. I will definitely use this service again.

外国人家族と5名で6時間でお願いしました。
コースのご相談から丁寧に親切にしていただき、前日にもお迎え時間の確認のお電話もあり安心して当日を迎えました。
運転手さんが英語を交えてのガイドも買って出てくださり、お人柄も素晴らしかったので皆んなが心から楽しんだツアーとなりました。
本当にありがとうございました。

朝8:30出発、途中でお昼の時間を挟み全部で5箇所回り最後の清水寺で降ろして頂いて終了。
時間もオーバーしてしまったのですが、超過料金もリーズナブルなので本当にたすかりました。

The tour included a comfortable transfer to Inari Shrine via JR, followed by a bus ride, making the travel very easy. It was raining on the day of the event. Walking for a long time in the rain is tough. It would have been better if there were options for those who don't want to walk much. (I walked over 20,000 steps in one day.) The tour guide was from Taiwan and was fluent in three languages, which I thought was impressive.

It was my first time in Kyoto, so I used a tour. Besides my husband and me, everyone else was foreign. At first, I thought it felt like the Japanese were saying, "You should go on your own!" but the content was very good and enjoyable. The Kyoto tofu meal, which received quite a bit of criticism, was also very delicious. The foreigners around us seemed to not know how to eat it. My husband and I were stared at a lot.

I had some anxiety about traveling by train, but it was very easy to understand, so we were able to return to Kyoto safely. What I didn't like was the perfume of the foreign guests. The smell on the bus... it's something we can't help. The bus rides were short, and I thought the sightseeing time was just right. Thank you for your help.

初めての京都でしたので、ツアーを利用しました。私たち夫婦以外は外人さんだけでした。初めは日本人は自力で行けよ！と言う感じかと思いましたが、内容はとても良くて楽しめました。わりと酷評だった京豆腐御膳もとても美味しかったです。周りの外人さんは食べ方が分からないのでしょうね。私たち夫婦はガン見されました。
電車移動の不安はありましたが、とても分かりやすかったので無事に京都に戻ることが出来ました。嫌だったのは外国の方の香水でしょうか？バスの中の匂い…仕方ない事ですね　バスでの移動も短い時間ですし、見学の時間もちょうどいいと思いました。お世話になりました。

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Kyoto. One area for improvement is the timing information. I rushed through Fushimi Inari and arrived at the meeting point only to find that the bus was delayed by about 30 minutes. If I had received a call on my mobile a bit earlier, I could have explored deeper into Fushimi Inari. Also, I would appreciate a recommendation to wear masks while on the bus.

The weather was great, and we had the best time sightseeing in Kyoto! Since we could always find seats on the bus, we enjoyed the full day of sightseeing without getting tired. The tour guide was kind and provided us with a lot of information, making it more meaningful than exploring on our own. Lunch and admission fees were included, which made it feel like a great deal. I would love to join another tour!

I had a short stay and couldn't take my time to look for souvenirs. I wanted to try some sweets too. The Kyoto cuisine was very delicious. However, it seemed that the foreign guests at the next table left quite a bit of food. You can also enjoy food tours, so maybe consider the meal plan? Isn't it a bit too extravagant?

This time, we used the opportunity to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was like a relay from Fushimi Inari to Kiyomizu Temple, then to Kinkaku-ji, and finally to Arashiyama. I participated from Kyushu, and it was my first time at Kyoto Station, which was large and difficult to find the meeting place. I finally figured it out after checking with people around me.
About 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the guide efficiently provided information in both English and Japanese, which seemed challenging, but I felt reassured and was able to participate comfortably.
We visited Kyoto's famous sites in one day, and since most of the travel was by bus, we could smoothly reach our destinations and had a fulfilling day.

参加者の8割が外国の方で、ガイドの方が英語、日本語とテキパキと案内され、大変そうでしたが、安心して参加出来ました。
京都の名所を1日で廻り、ほとんどバス移動なので、スムーズに目的地に行けて、充実した1日を過ごすこてが出来ました。

It was my first family trip to Kyoto, and I was glad that we arrived at our destinations smoothly without getting lost during the bus transfers. Occasionally, the guide changed, but they were very kind and attentive, which made me feel at ease. We were able to visit all the sightseeing spots in one day, but since the COVID situation has settled down, there were many other tourists at the spring attractions. This was my first time participating. I chose this plan to visit many famous tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. Since Kyoto Station is large and it was my first time there, I got a bit lost trying to find the meeting place. About 90% of the participants were from abroad, so the guide alternated between English and Japanese during the tour. The guide provided very detailed explanations of the tourist sites, which was educational. I felt reassured participating because the guide was efficient and very courteous.

初めて参加させて頂きました。有名な京都の観光地を沢山廻りたかったので、1日で巡るこのプランを選びました。
京都駅は広く初めてだったので、集合場所にたどり着くのに迷いました。参加者の9割が外国からの参加者だったので、ガイドの方は英語、日本語と使い分けて案内されてました。観光地をとても詳しく説明して頂いたので、勉強になりました。ガイドの方がテキパキとそして丁寧な対応をされたので安心して参加できました。

There were two Japanese people and 95% of the participants were foreigners. Our guide, Ma-chan, provided a very pleasant experience with fluent English and polite Japanese while guiding us through temples and castles. I felt very comfortable during the ride. Besides sightseeing, I enjoy food tours and browsing souvenir shops, so I chose not to have lunch. It was fun to stroll around while enjoying local ice cream and otabe. I live in Osaka, and it was my first time visiting Fushimi Inari and Kinkaku-ji, places I've always wanted to see. The course included four stops, and I found the duration to be just right—not too long and not too short. Thank you very much! ^ - ^

日本人が2人。外国の方が95%乗車の参加日でした。ガイドのまーちゃんさんは流暢な英語と丁寧な日本語で、寺院、お城などの案内をしてくださり、とても気持ちよく車内を過ごせました。観光以外、食べ歩き、お土産屋さんをのぞくのも楽しみなので、昼食無しを選びました。ご当地のアイスやおたべをいただきながら、ぶらりとするのも楽しかったです。大阪に住みながら、いつか行ってみたいと初めて訪れた伏見稲荷、金閣寺。4か所巡るコースでしたが、私的には滞在時間は長すぎず短すぎずの絶妙でした。ありがとうございました〜^ - ^

It was a trip to Kyoto with my children and elderly parents.

As my parents are getting older, walking for long periods has become increasingly difficult, so we were anxious about moving around by bus or train. Therefore, we requested a six-hour sightseeing taxi with a free plan.

The person in charge on the day was a man named Kumagai. Since it was a free plan, we met at Kyoto Station and visited Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Yasaka Shrine, and Shimogamo Shrine, and were dropped off at Shijo Kawaramachi.

Kumagai was very kind and considerate, thinking of places for my tired parents to rest on the slopes of Kiyomizu Temple. When my children wanted to walk and explore, he took my parents in the car and did a city tour for about an hour, responding flexibly to our needs. My parents were very happy to be treated so kindly, especially since it was raining that day, making walking difficult.

It was tough to visit all the places my children wanted to go with my parents, but thanks to Kumagai's support, my children were able to visit the places they wanted, and we were very glad we requested the sightseeing taxi. Thank you very much!

両親も高齢になり、長時間歩くのが段々と厳しくなっている為、バスや電車での移動では不安もありこちらでフリープランの観光タクシーを６時間お願いしました。

当日担当してくれたのは熊谷さんという男性の方でした。フリープランだったので、京都駅で待ち合わせ、伏見稲荷から清水寺・八坂神社・下鴨神社などを回り、四条河原町で降ろしていただきました。
清水寺の坂道で疲れてしまった両親に、休憩できる場所を考えてくれたり、子どもが歩いて散策を希望した時は、両親を車に乗せて１時間ほど市内観光をしていてくれて、臨機応変に対応して下さりとても親切にしていただきました。
当日雨が降っていたので歩くのも大変だったこともあり、両親もとても親切にしてもらって良かったと喜んでいました。

両親を連れて子供の行きたかった場所を全て回るのは厳しかったので、熊谷さんの対応のおかげで行きたいところを回ることができた子供も喜んでいましたし、今回こちらで観光タクシーをお願いして良かったです。本当にありがとうございました！

また、当日までに確認のご連絡を２回いただき、京都の混雑状況なども踏まえた提案をしてくださったりと、会社の方もとても丁寧な対応をして下さいました。全体的にとても満足でした！
