The new female guide was inadequate. She was just reading from her notes without any emotion, so what she was saying didn't come across. In the end, even the driver started giving advice. Her voice was quiet and lacked clarity. You can tell when someone is trying their best, even if they aren't skilled, but this guide didn't have that. I think she is not suited for being a guide.

I was disappointed to hear that if a tour cannot be conducted due to a disaster, there is no cancellation fee, but unlike hotels, if transportation stops and you cannot reach the location while the tour is still conducted, a cancellation fee will apply.

I participated alone while on a business trip to Osaka. From what I saw, about 90% of the participants were foreigners (from China, South Korea, India, Australia, etc.). The guide provided information in both Japanese and English (there were comments from others saying that there was little guidance in Japanese, but in the session I attended, the announcements were made in both languages without any issues). The guide was very good at managing time and keeping participants informed, so we departed on time from all the sightseeing spots. When I asked the guide questions, they provided very polite and thorough answers.

In one day, we were able to visit Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama/Sagano, making for a very fulfilling experience. I wouldn't have been able to navigate all of this as efficiently on my own, so participating was definitely the right choice.

I rated this experience as "good" mainly because the overall time allocation was well-balanced. However, the guide's walking speed was quite fast, making it difficult for participants to keep up. Sho-ji our driver/guide was so nice and flexible, he even took us to go fishing and helped keep an eye on our children. Travelling with young kids, this tour suited us as we didn’t want to feel rushed or pressured if we joined a bus tour. We got to see numerous places and thoroughly enjoyed our time around Kyoto with Sho-Ji.

Since I came all the way to Osaka, I wanted to extend my trip a bit further to Kyoto, and I decided to join this tour that seemed efficient for visiting various places. Even though I was exhausted from the summer heat in Kyoto, I was able to enjoy a fulfilling time without the hassle of navigating trains or checking timetables. At Kiyomizu-dera, I ran out of time and could only manage to grab lunch without being able to worship, which I regret a little. I understand there are limits to the time spent on-site, but it seems there was no strict need to adhere to the prior notice stating, "Lunch will be on your own at Kiyomizu-dera." I wish I had eaten my bento during the transfer from Fushimi Inari Taisha, but I’ll take this as a lesson for next time.

せっかく大阪まで来たので、もう少し足を伸ばして京都まで行きたいと考えていて、効率よく色々回れそうなこのツアーへの参加を決めました。真夏の京都の暑さにぐったりしながらも、自分で電車などで移動するわけではないので、地図を見たり時刻表を確認する手間もなく、すごく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。清水寺では時間が足りず、ランチをとるのがやっとで参拝には至らずだったのがちょっと心残り。現地での滞在時間には限界があるのはわかっていますが、事前の案内に『清水寺で個々で昼食です』というお話を忠実に守る必要もなかったようなので、稲荷伏見大社からの移動中にお弁当を食べちゃうみたいなことをすれば良かったなぁと後悔してますが、次回の教訓にします。

Also, the restrooms at the tourist spots were extremely dirty; there were empty takoyaki boxes in the sanitary bins, toilet paper thrown on the floor, and feces on the toilet seat, making them unusable.

ツアー参加者は外人ばかりで集合時間になっても戻ってこない人が多くてイライラしました。

We were meet exactly on time which is no surprise in Japan but it is very appreciated. The car was very comfartable with a nice a/c. The guide explained in perfect English the program. He took us to different temples and explained about the temple history and also about Japanese cultur. He was also ver knowledgable about todays Japan which was appreciated by us. He was very sensitive to our demands and changed program according to them.

My mother and I participated in a monitor tour, which offered a free spot for one person if we submitted our experiences. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the tour, and there were many school trip students, tourists, and foreigners everywhere. The rain made it difficult to move forward as umbrellas kept bumping into each other, and we often had to return early. My mother also had trouble walking, so we bought some souvenirs and returned to the bus early to rest. I was really happy that our tour guide, Haru, was considerate and checked on us frequently. I am very grateful for that. I hope for better weather next time and would like to participate again.

The tour had about 80-90% international participants, and the guide provided information about the sightseeing spots in both Japanese and English. (It felt like participating in an overseas tour...) I was prepared, but the schedule was quite tight! At each destination, we were told to return by a specific time, and before you know it, the time is up. However, I recommend it for those who want to see many famous places in Kyoto in one day! There was the unfortunate news that Kiyomizu-dera is undergoing major renovations!!! But overall, I think it was a great value tour that covered a lot of highlights. Thank you!

I was disappointed that I couldn't communicate well due to my lack of confidence in my English skills. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, which made it feel like we were just going through the motions, and the hassle of carrying an umbrella and needing rubber boots diminished the enjoyment. However, the tour guide provided historical explanations to help make up for it. We visited four major tourist spots, each taking about an hour. It was hard work, but I think it's great to be able to see major attractions. However, I believe many people might prefer a plan that allows for more in-depth sightseeing (just a personal wish). Also, I would like to see courses that include places like Byodoin and Amanohashidate in the Kyoto sightseeing plan. This was my first time using the monitor, and I would like to do it again. I enjoyed the experience aside from the weather. Thank you for your assistance.

The day before, I came to Osaka for a concert. Since I was staying for one night anyway, I decided to join this bus tour to Kyoto on the second day. There were only two Japanese people, including me, which was quite funny! On the bus, it felt like an overseas trip! The bus guide was very kind and during our free time, they shared wonderful spots with us. I enjoyed Kyoto more than enough!

Our driver Hiroshi was a wonderful guide, and the Toyota Crown he drove was so beautiful.
Hiroshi showed up with white gloves on him, and had a name tag with my name on the dashboard.
He treated us if we were celebrities or something.
He was very knowledgeable, kind and had a great hospitality.
I would say that the price they charged for 4hours of this service is very reasonable. We wil recommend this service for anyone who comes Kyoto for the first time!

It was a wonderful experience. Mr. Shoji, our driver and guide, was knowledgeable and top notch. He was a wonderful company, professional and a delight. At the start, he had a tour plan waiting for as well as consulting our group if there were other things we wanted to see or do. We managed to see what we wanted to see and then some more. There were slight hiccups as some of the sights closed due to the holidays but he manage to find good alternatives. All in all a very good and well planned experience.

We took a tour visiting three main spots, and it was just my husband and I along with another young couple who were also Japanese, while the rest were from various countries. Kyoto was incredibly crowded even on a weekday. Instead of lining up in a single file from where we got off the bus to the site, we went in a scattered manner, making it challenging for the tour guide to ensure everyone was together. Our time at Fushimi Inari was short, so it felt a bit rushed. There were many stalls, and I wanted to try some street food, but since we had chosen a lunch course, I held back. We joked that next time we should go for a course without lunch, but the tofu course we had for lunch was so delicious that I was glad we ordered it... such a tough decision!

On the way back, it was evening, so there was traffic. Since we had a specific time for the Shinkansen and weren’t staying overnight, I was a bit anxious. We were dropped off partway and took the train back, making it with plenty of time to spare. I think it’s better to plan our travel considering such things for peace of mind. Both the tour guide and the driver were very pleasant, which was great. It was a quick bus tour, but it was very enjoyable and delicious. Thank you very much! (*^o^*)

主要3箇所を巡るツアー、私達夫婦ともう一組若いご夫婦だけが日本人(笑)で後は数カ国の人達。やはり京都は平日でも物凄い人だらけ。バスを降りた場所から現地まで一列に並んで行くわけではなくバラバラで添乗員さんは全員揃っているかの確認が大変そう。伏見稲荷の滞在時間は短いのでなんだか慌ただしかった。露店がいっぱいあり食べ歩きもしたかったがお昼を食べるコースにしていたので我慢した。次回は昼なしのコースがいいねと言いながらいざお昼の豆腐のコースはとっても美味しくてやっぱ
り頼んでいて良かったね…なんて難しい判断(笑)
帰りは夕方なのでやはり車の渋滞。その日は泊まりでなく新幹線の時間が決まっていたのでドキドキ。途中で降ろしてもらい電車で帰って余裕で時間に間に合った。そういうことも考慮して自分達の旅行プランをたてた方が安心していられると思った。添乗員さん、運転手さんは二人とも感じがよくて良かった。あっと言う間のバスツアーだったけれどとても楽しく美味しくいいツアーでした。ありがとうございました(*^o^*)

主人と息子が京都は初めて日本語で苦手でしたが、本当に楽しめ勉強になりました。

It was my first trip to Osaka, and I took a bus journey from Osaka to Kyoto. Most of the passengers were foreigners, and there were only two Japanese people, so I was a bit anxious at first. However, there was a guide speaking in Japanese, which made it feel like I was in a foreign country, and I had a great time. The places the guide recommended for souvenirs and tea were spot on. I would definitely like to use this service again on my next trip.

初めての大阪の旅行で大阪から京都のバスの旅でした。海外の方がほとんどで日本人は2人だけで最初は不安でしたが、日本語でのガイドもあり異国にいるような感覚でとても楽しかったです。ガイドの方の言われたたとおりにお土産の場所やお茶の場所とか教えていただいた所がバッチリでした。
また旅行の際は使いたいと思いました。
