The day before and on the day of our trip, we received courteous communication regarding the meeting place, and although our time was short at just four hours, the driver efficiently planned our schedule on the spot. With enjoyable conversations and guidance, we were able to visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Kiyomizu-dera, and Fushimi Inari Taisha, which were all requested by my daughter who couldn't go on a school trip during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our family of four is very grateful 😊 If we have another opportunity, we would definitely like to make a reservation again!
前日と当日、ご丁寧に迎え場所等のご連絡をいただいたり、4時間という短い時間でしたが、ドライバーさんがその場で効率的なタイムスケジュールを考えて下さいました。

Although there were mostly foreign visitors, the explanations were sufficient and I enjoyed it. The progress was smooth, and the lunch at Kiyomizu Temple was a calm dining spot typical of Kyoto, unlike the noisy places in group tours, which exceeded my expectations.

Moving smoothly through Kyoto's attractions was easy, even for an elderly couple, and I can recommend Kyoto sightseeing to anyone.
What impressed me was that after the tour, "Bunko," who had been working with us, accompanied us to Osaka's Dotonbori, saying that it was on her way home. She guided us on the train and subway, making what would have been a long journey very smooth. I am truly grateful for that. Beyond the beauty of Kyoto, I was really happy to meet such a kind person. We took a trip to Kyoto with three elderly people, and since they didn't want to walk much or participate in a bus tour, we decided on a five-hour course focusing mainly on Byodoin in Uji. It was great to have someone accompany us and take many photos.
At first, I was anxious about using a sightseeing taxi, as there are many companies to choose from. However, we decided on this sightseeing taxi service! A few days prior, they kindly suggested hidden gems for lunch and other places.
On the day of the trip, our driver, Mr. K, came to pick us up and kindly assisted the three elderly individuals, matching their pace. During the drive, we learned a lot of interesting trivia. He was great at conversation and kept us laughing, making the time fly by. The car was clean and felt like a new vehicle, and it was spacious enough for the four of us, which was nice!
Looking back, we wished we had taken more time to explore other places with such a fun and flexible sightseeing taxi. We wanted to hear more of Mr. K's detailed knowledge about sightseeing and his interesting life stories. Our family reminisced and laughed about it together.
If you're considering a sightseeing taxi for the first time, I highly recommend Koshin Taxi. I'm grateful to Mr. K, who was kind and had a great sense of humor, especially for those in their 80s with weakened legs. Although it was a short time, it was fulfilling. We plan to use this service again next year!
To the talented and funny Mr. Katayama, we had a wonderful time! It was absolutely fantastic! I later realized that I didn't offer you any coffee or drinks, and I'm truly sorry for that. We were just taking advantage of your kindness. Thank you so much for all your help. We will definitely use your service again, so please stay healthy and keep up the great work!

後になって、こんなに楽しく、自由に行動できる観光タクシーなら

We used this tour to treat our Vietnamese employees. The tour guide was very friendly and engaged well with the Vietnamese participants, which we really appreciated. As a Japanese person, I was a bit worried that the explanations might be mostly in Vietnamese since it was my first time in some places, but it was almost half and half, making it very easy to understand. I would like to try other tours personally next time.

I incorporated a bus tour into my trip for the first time. As a result, it was a great decision! I don't think we could have navigated as smoothly using buses and subways on our own. The weather was nice, and we were able to hear various recommendations for photo spots and souvenirs from Kyoto. It seems like bus tours will become a staple for my travels!

It was a great tour to see the most important sightseeing spots in a day. Maki was a great guide who speaks English and Japanese and was attentive to all guests. The bus guide and the driver were both very kind and attentive. I was the only Japanese participant. The guide, who was already busy handling English and Chinese, would come to my seat every time to check if I understood. For my sake, they also facilitated communication with a British person who was participating in the same tour alone. During free time, I was able to explore with that person, and it was great to challenge myself to speak some English, even if just a little. At first, I thought about going to Kyoto by myself, but I'm glad I didn't! This year, there were still late autumn leaves, and it was very lucky to see them at this time. Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizu-dera were particularly crowded, to the point where it was hard to move. The sidewalks were also very congested. There were many foreign tourists, as well as school trip students, and I noticed a lot of people walking in kimonos, using wheelchairs, or pushing strollers, all moving at different speeds. There was plenty of free time, so I had ample opportunity to buy souvenirs. If I had been alone, I surely wouldn't have stuck to the schedule! I'm really glad I participated in this tour. The cost was 9,000 yen, which included lunch and admission fees. The bus ride was comfortable, and the manners of the other guests were wonderful; it was truly the best experience.
バスガイドさんも、運転手さんもとても優しくて丁寧な対応でした。参加者は、日本人が私一人でした。ガイドさんはただでさえ、英語・中国語の対応で大変なのに、説明のたびに私の席まできて「わかりましたか？」って確認をしてくれたりしました。英語勉強中の私のために、同じツアーに一人で参加していたイギリス人の方と橋渡しもしてくれました。フリータイムは、その方と一緒に回ることができたし、片言だけど英会話にも挑戦できて良かったです。初めは、一人で京都いってみようって思っていたけど、それをしなくてよかった！今年は、遅めの紅葉が残っていて、この時期に見られるなんてとてもラッキー。伏見稲荷、清水寺はとくに混んでいて、身動きとれないくらいの込み具合。歩道も激込み。外国人の方はもとより、修学旅行生が多かったし、着物に着替えて歩いている方、車いす、ベビーカーなど、歩くスピードがそれぞれ異なる人が多いなあと思いました。フリータイムも十分あるので、お土産買う時間もたっぷり。一人だったらきっとスケジュール通りいかなかった！このツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。お昼・拝観料なし9,000円。行き帰りはバスでゆったりできるし、お客さん同士のマナーも素晴らしくて、本当に最高でした。

I participated from Kobe. I chose this course because I wanted to see the autumn leaves. I think being on a sightseeing bus allowed us to visit four places in one day.
The transfer from Kiyomizu Temple to Kinkaku-ji was during a time when I felt sleepy, but I was able to take a short nap and recharge my energy on the bus. This is one of the advantages of traveling by bus.
The guide was from China, but they could speak both English and Japanese, and they shared highlights at each location. They were skilled at guiding, which was one of the good points of the tour.
The guide also took photos for us, creating many wonderful memories with my daughter.
Kiyomizu Temple had many school trip visitors, and while there were some Japanese people, I felt that there were more inbound tourists at Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama, making me wonder if this was really Japan. The languages spoken around me were mostly foreign.
I think it would be better to have a proper map. It would be helpful to clearly indicate the bus stop locations, as it provides reassurance when you get lost. Also, I prefer a route for the day that reflects the current schedule, including lunch times, rather than one from a previous day.
It was a great tour, and I would like to participate again.
神戸から参加しました。紅葉が見たくてこのコースを選びました。一日で4箇所も行けたのは、観光バスだからだと思います。
清水寺から金閣寺までの移動は眠くなる時間で適度に居眠りもできて、バスの中で体力を復活させる事ができました。バスならではの良かったところです。
ガイドの方は中国の方でしたが、英語と日本語を話す事が出来て、各所での見どころを教えてくれました。案内も上手で良かったポイントの一つです。
ガイドの方が写真も撮ってくださるので、娘とのたくさんの思い出ができました。
清水寺は修学旅行の方が多く、日本人もそこそこ居ますが、伏見稲荷、金閣寺、嵐山は体感でインバウンドの方が多いので、ここは本当に日本なのかなぁ？と思いました。飛び交う言葉も、外国語ばかりです。
地図は、きちんとしたものがあった方がいいと思います。
バスの停車場所がきちんとわかるものがいいです。迷った時安心です。
あと、当日のルートも前のものではなくて、その日のものでランチの時間など、記載されているものが好ましいと思います。
良いツアーでした。また参加したいです。

The guide mentioned that Kiyomizu-dera would take about 120 minutes (including lunch), but in reality, it took around 80 minutes due to heavy traffic that made it difficult to proceed as planned. There was a walking map for Arashiyama, but I would have liked a map showing the location of the parking lot for Kiyomizu-dera as well. It was a bit disappointing.

This time, I participated with my daughter. I am someone who wants to fully enjoy Kyoto, but I’m not very confident in my physical stamina. This tour made it possible to fulfill both desires. I wondered if it would be too much to visit Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama all in one day. However, even though we couldn't stroll leisurely, the guide provided explanations in both English and Japanese, allowing us to efficiently enjoy the sights.
There was no stress from transfers, seat changes, or crowds. We enjoyed sightseeing, autumn leaves, choosing souvenirs, and food tasting. I believe that having both physical and mental ease made the trip enjoyable. I also had a nice little interaction with foreign visitors, which became a good memory. One request I have is that it would be helpful to teach foreign guests how to eat lunch, such as how to enjoy tofu with salt or dipping sauce.
I was able to create wonderful memories with my daughter, who is marrying and moving far away. Thank you very much. I definitely want to participate in another course next time.

その２つを叶えてくれたのが、このツアーでした。1日に、伏見稲荷、清水寺、金閣寺、嵐山と盛りだくさんで大丈夫かな？と思いました。参加してみてゆっくり散策とはいきませんが、英語と日本語で、見どころを説明してくれて、案内までしてくださって効率良く観光できました。
乗り継ぎ、席替え、人混みなどのストレスは、ありません。
観光、紅葉、お土産選び、食べ歩き楽しめました。心身ともに、余裕があるからこそ旅が、楽しく感じることができたのだと思います。
外国人の方とも、プチ交流がもてて良い思い出になりました。一つお願いは、ランチの食べ方は、外国人の方に教えてあげると良いと思いました。豆腐に塩や、天汁の食べ方。
遠方に嫁ぐ娘と素晴らしい思い出を作ることができました。ありがとうございました。
次も絶対、別のコースで参加したいです。

It was a three-hour course, and since I requested to see the most beautiful autumn leaves, I was taken to Eikando. Our guide, who used to be a bus guide, provided information about each sightseeing spot, and my sister and I were able to take plenty of photos together. We had lunch at Junsei, and finally visited Nanzen-ji before leaving Kyoto. I am truly satisfied.

At first, we thought we would just charter a taxi and explore on our own, but it turned out to be great with the driver providing a guided tour. We learned many interesting things that weren't in the brochures. Although the arrival of the Shinkansen was delayed, we were able to coordinate and meet up. Even though it was a short time, we managed to visit all the places we wanted to efficiently. I felt sorry that we didn't have time for lunch (and didn't let the driver take a break either).
最初はタクシーをチャーターするだけで自分達だけで観光すると思っていましたが運転手さんの観光ガイドつきで、知らない事やパンフレットには書いていない事も楽しく詳しく知ることができ良かったです。
新幹線の到着が遅れましたが連絡をとりながら落ち合うことができました。短い時間でしたが行きたい所も効率よく回ることができました。
時間がなくお昼もとらないまま(運転手さんにもとらせないまま)となってしまい申し訳なかったです。

The driver, Mr. Saito, was very attentive and considerate towards my sister, who has difficulty walking, and I was very grateful for that. Honestly, I had the image of being taken to tourist spots by taxi, waiting, and then being picked up again when I contacted them, like a shuttle service. However, when I actually used it, they first proposed an itinerary, accurately suggesting times and places to avoid an overly packed schedule, and they even provided guidance at the tourist spots, which was very kind of them. The price is quite reasonable for the service provided.
When I requested to have yudofu for lunch, they took me to a delicious restaurant that didn't require a reservation.
Perhaps I was lucky to have a great person in charge, but I was very satisfied. I will definitely use this service again next time.

I participated with two friends. I heard that there were many foreigners, so the entire tour guide was in English, but they also mixed in fast-paced Japanese explanations, which was very pleasant! I participated with a friend. Thank you to our bus guide, Maria! She is amazing, fluent in both Japanese and English, and can speak four languages! She was kind, polite, and I became a fan of hers! Most of the people on the bus were foreigners, but we adhered to the meeting time and moved on time. She provided detailed explanations of each landmark in English! I was staying at a hotel in Osaka, but I was moved by how much I enjoyed the trip to Kyoto starting from Namba! I definitely want to use this service again! (^O^)
