Since it was a whirlwind trip for one night and two days, I requested a charter taxi to get around efficiently! It was a great decision☆ I thought the driver would just take me to places and wait, but he actually accompanied me and provided guidance at each stop. I learned a lot of things I didn't know and was able to experience sightseeing from a different perspective. I wanted to visit all the places on my list, so I added two hours on the day of the trip, and they were very accommodating. It might depend on the driver, but I'm really glad I used this service, and I am filled with gratitude towards the driver. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. I definitely want to request this again.

運転手さんは連れてってくれて待ってるだけかと思ったら、一緒に来てくださって、１つ１つガイドもしてくださりました。知らないことをたくさん知れて、違う目線から観光ができました。
回りたいところを全部回りたかったので、当日2 時間追加しましたが、快く対応してくださいました。
運転手さんによるのかもしれませんが、利用してよかった、と運転手さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

It was great to be able to explore Kyoto in just one day. I don't think we would have been able to see everything if we had gone on our own... It was unfortunate that there was construction near Togetsukyo Bridge, but I was very satisfied with Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Fushimi Inari Shrine.

一日で京都観光できたのはとても良かったです。
自分達で行ってたら回りきれなかったと思うので…
渡月橋の近くを工事してたのは残念ですが清水寺や金閣寺、伏見神社はとても満足出来ました。

I went on a whirlwind tour of Osaka and Kyoto. In Kyoto, we were able to take a sightseeing bus, which was great since I was traveling with three children. It allowed us to efficiently visit the textbook-highlighted spots. The itinerary also provided ample sightseeing time, so we could thoroughly explore the attractions. The tour guide was very polite and provided excellent service.

大阪、京都を弾丸ツアーしました。京都は観光バスでまわらせてもらい、子ども3人連れての観光だったので効率的に教科書にのっている箇所に行けたのでとても良かったです。観光時間も余裕がある組み方だったので観光場所もしっかり回ることが出来ました。ツアコンの方も丁寧な対応で大変良かったです。

The school trip that my son couldn't attend was luxuriously realized. At each location, the explanations were clear and easy to understand. The bus stop at the end of the year had a long line, but taking a taxi next to it allowed us to get to our desired destinations without waiting, which was the best time saver. The streets of Kyoto during the New Year period were more crowded than I had imagined, especially with small shrines and temples bustling with visitors for the first shrine visit of the year. Consequently, the transportation network was congested as well. In some areas, cars were hardly moving, but thanks to the chartered sightseeing taxi, my requested tour of shrines and temples went smoothly and comfortably. The driver's good judgment ensured that the order of our visits was appropriate, and my wishes were fulfilled within the planned time, which made me very satisfied. Given that I have some difficulty walking, I was truly grateful for the minimal walking involved. I definitely want to use this service again on my next visit.

年末年始の京都の街は想像以上の混雑で、特にこの時期は小さな神社・仏閣も初詣で混雑。それに伴い交通網も混雑。場所によっては殆ど車が動かない状態でしたが、貸し切り観光タクシーのお蔭で、当方がお願いした神社・仏閣巡りがスムーズ且つ楽に出来ました。ドライバーさんの好判断で、巡る順番も適切で予定の時間内で希望が叶い、満足です。特に若干足が悪い事もあり、徒歩も極力少なくして頂き合わせて本当に助かりました。次の機会もぜひ利用したいと思います。

New Year's Day sightseeing in Kyoto was popular. Many people returned to visit the shrines. By the way, according to the guide, it was "still manageable."
If you're looking for a quick one-day experience in Kyoto, this is the perfect course to recommend!
Two guides accompanied us, taking turns. Both were very friendly and provided heartfelt hospitality, even taking photos at key spots. Their ability to adapt to the traffic situation was impressive, truly professional.
Since I live overseas, I definitely plan to use Veltra again when I return to Japan for sightseeing. If I can request a specific guide, I hope to ask for the same person again.

元旦の京都人気スポット観光。人手が戻ってきて大勢の人が参拝に訪れていました。ちなみに、ガイドさんによると「まだまし」だそうで…
サクッと京都を一日体験という目的ならば最高のコースでお勧めです！
二人のガイドさんが交代でついてくださいました。お二人ともとても気さくに接してくださり、要所で写真撮影をしてくださるなど、心のこもるおもてなしに感謝！そして道路の混雑状況に柔軟に対応されるところは、さすがプロです。
私は海外在住なので、また日本へ戻って観光する際には是非Veltraを利用させていただくつもりです。ガイドさんの指名ができるなら、また同じ方にお願いできればいいな。

I traveled to Kyoto with my wife, which was our first visit since our school trip. Despite it being a busy time of year, we managed to take a 1-night, 2-day trip and chose Kyoto as our destination since we hadn't been able to go for a while. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we decided to join a bus tour to visit the main attractions.

To cut to the chase, it was a great decision! We gathered at Kyoto Station and took the JR train to Inari Station, the closest station to Fushimi Inari. Seeing the famous thousand torii gates for the first time was truly moving! From there, we traveled by bus to our next destination, Kiyomizu-dera.

We had a tempura set lunch here. Thanks to the tour reservation, we didn't have to wait and could enjoy our meal, after which we strolled around Kiyomizu-dera and the nearby area. After Kiyomizu-dera, we moved on to Kinkaku-ji.

Our tour guide provided us with great tips on photo spots and took a lovely couple's photo of us after a long time. We then headed to Arashiyama, where we received our tickets for the return trip to Kyoto Station and were free to explore on our own. Although it was a free time, the guide shared some helpful advice about Arashiyama along the way.

After that, we enjoyed the bamboo grove, explored the area, and sampled some local snacks before returning to Kyoto Station. We managed to visit the main attractions in one day without getting lost during the transfers, and we had about an hour at each site, making it a very efficient tour.

I highly recommend this tour for beginners visiting Kyoto. The tour guide and bus driver were both very pleasant, and I would definitely like to use this service again when I visit Kyoto in the future.

自身修学旅行以来の京都を妻と旅行しました。暮れの忙しい時期ではありましたが、1泊2日の旅行の時間が取れたのでなかなか行けなかった京都を旅行先に選びましたが、土地勘もないのでバスツアーで主な観光地を巡ろうと思いこのツアーを選択。
結論から言うと大正解でした！
京都駅にて集合〜JRで伏見稲荷の最寄駅の稲荷駅迄移動〜伏見稲荷観光で初めての千本鳥居見て感動！
ここからの移動はバスで次の目的地清水寺へ。
ここで天ぷら御膳の昼食。ツアーでの予約もあり待ち時間もなく昼食を取ることが出来、食後清水寺及び近隣を散策出来ました。
清水寺の後は金閣寺に移動。
添乗員さんからは撮影スポットを教えていただいたり、久しぶりの妻とのツーショット写真を撮って頂いたりしてとても良かったです。
その後嵐山に移動し、我々はここで帰路の京都駅迄の乗車券を受け取り自由解散となりました。自由解散ではありましたが途中迄添乗員さんが嵐山のワンポイントアドバイスを教えてくれました。
その後竹林の小径を見たり、近隣散策、食べ歩き等して、京都駅迄戻りました。
主な観光を1日で回れて、あれこれ移動で迷う事なく、それぞれの観光地で1時間程度見学時間も取れ無駄のないツアーでした。
京都旅行ビギナーには超おすすめです。
添乗員さん、バスドライバーさんもとても感じが良く、また京都を訪れる時には利用したいと思いました。

I signed up for this kind of bus tour for the first time. I was nervous, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable day. There were many participants, both Japanese and foreigners, but since my husband and I were not used to it, we tried to stay close to the tour guide throughout the day. The guide was from China and was very friendly, teaching us various historical facts and kindly suggesting great spots for photos. We took a lot of couple shots together.

I thought a bus tour would mean not having to walk much, but we actually walked quite a bit, so I feel like a bit of stamina is needed. Since I don't usually walk much, I might have felt it more than others. However, the weather was nice, and after all the walking, I felt healthy and good, and I've been looking at the photos many times since returning home. Thank you very much!

ドキドキしましたが、結果とても楽しい1日でした。
日本人や外人さんなど多くのお客様も一緒に参加されていましたが、私達夫婦は慣れないので
なるべく添乗員さんの近くをキープして
1日過ごしました。中国の方でしたがとても気さくな方で色んな歴史も教えてくれたり、ここ写真撮るのすごく良い場所だからと親切でした。主人とのツーショット写真もたくさん撮ってもらいました。
バスツアーって歩かないで良いかと思っていたら
結構、歩いたので体力は少しいるかなという気がします。普段あまり歩かないので特にそう感じたかも？
でも、天気も良くてたくさん歩いた分、健康的で気持ちも良くて帰ってから写真を何度も見ています。

I participated in a tour that takes you to the classic sightseeing spots in Kyoto in one day. We efficiently visited Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama using buses and trains! The plan included a kaiseki lunch and admission fees, so I was able to enjoy the city of Kyoto without any hassle. It's an excellent value for money and highly recommended!

紅葉 京都の定番観光地を1日で巡るツアーに参加しました。伏見稲荷大社→清水寺→金閣寺→嵐山と, バスと電車を利用して効率良く観光する事が出来ました！懐石の昼食と拝観料付きプランだったので,手間なく京都の町を楽しむ事が出来ました。コスパ抜群でオススメです！

We participated as a family. Autumn in Kyoto was very beautiful with clear air. It was great that we could visit various places in one day. The guide was kind and helpful. They were also friendly to foreign visitors. It was a very enjoyable day.

家族で参加しました。秋の京都は、空気が澄んでいてとても綺麗でした。一日で、色々回れるので良かったです。ガイドさんも親切で良かったです。外国の方にも親切にガイドされていました。とても楽しい一日でした。

I don't know which country it is, but I received about ten phone calls from the back, and each time it turned into a long conversation. I was fed up. I wish they would include etiquette in the contract at the time of application if possible.

After gathering, we took the train to Fushimi Inari Taisha. After the visit, we walked to the bus parking lot. We had lunch right after arriving at Kiyomizu-dera (before noon) ⇒ Kinkaku-ji ⇒ Arashiyama. Those returning to Osaka took the bus again after the visit. People going to Kyoto Station received tickets and could do as they pleased afterward. The guide said they would take us to photo spots. Even though I received a ticket, I accidentally used my Suica! Ahhh!

どこの国か分かりませんが、後ろの方に10回くらい電話がかかってきて、その度に長話。うんざりしました。出来たら申し込みの時点で、マナーも契約の中に盛り込んでくれたらいいな、と思いました。
集合後、稲荷大社までは電車。見学後にバス駐車場まで徒歩。清水寺に着いてすぐに昼食(12時前)⇒金閣寺⇒嵐山。大阪まで帰る人は見学後にまたバスに乗車。京都駅の人はチケットもらって後は好きにして良し。ガイドさんは映えスポットまで案内してくださるとのこと。チケットいただいたのにSuicaをうっかり使用してしまった！あーー

I was made to wait unnecessarily for 30 minutes after gathering. I thought they could have pushed back the meeting time a bit more.

I was surprised that after gathering at Kyoto Station and visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha, we returned to Kyoto Station to pick up guests from Osaka. Is there such a tour? If I had known about that in advance, I probably wouldn't have participated (laughs).

The time allocated for sightseeing was either insufficient or excessive, so I think they should reconsider the time distribution. It seems that this tour is usually aimed at overseas travelers, so it might not feel out of place for them, but for Japanese participants, it felt quite awkward. The tour guide was working hard, but the price was too high for just a bus without admission fees, so I don't think I will use this service again in the future.

集合してから出発まで、無駄に30分待たされた。それならもっと集合時間を遅らせればいいのにと思った。
京都駅に集合し、伏見稲荷大社を見学した後、また京都駅に戻って大阪からの客を乗車させたのには驚いた。そんなツアーあります？それならせめて事前に行程表に書いていて欲しかった。（事前にそのようなことを知っていたら、恐らく参加はしなかった　笑）
観光地の見学時間は足りなかったり余ったりで、もう少し時間配分を見直した方がいいのかなと思った。
普段は海外旅行者向けのツアーらしいので違和感ないのかもしれないが、日本人の参加者にとってはなんだか違和感だらけのツアーでした。添乗員の方は一生懸命仕事をしていたが、拝観料なしのバスのみにしては価格が高すぎるので今後利用することはないと思います。

I participated in a bus tour with my elderly parents. I knew there would be JR transfers, but we had to walk quite a bit from Fushimi Inari to the bus stop. After Fushimi Inari, the tour guide changed, and we moved to Kiyomizu-dera. I wanted to make effective use of our time, so I chose a plan that included meals, but we had to wait 15 minutes to be guided to the restaurant, and by the time we got our food, it was cold and the yudofu wasn't warm. The tour guide went to buy admission tickets during our meal and took a long time to return, so I ended up purchasing the admission tickets myself. Even then, we didn't have enough time! At Kinkaku-ji, we just went around it. At Arashiyama, we were dropped off near Togetsukyo Bridge, and that was where we parted ways. There was quite a distance from the main street to JR Saga Station. I think this tour was tough for my elderly parents. There was no alcohol disinfectant, I couldn't hear the guide's explanations, the arrangements were poor, and I will not use this sightseeing bus again!

時間を有効に使いたかったので食事付きプランにしたのに食事処まで案内されるまで15分待たされるし、せっかくの料理は冷めて湯豆腐は温まってなかった。
添乗員は食事中に拝観料のチケットを買いに行き　なかなか戻ってこないので自分で拝観料を購入しました。それでも時間がなかったです！
金閣寺は、ぐるっと回るだけでした。
嵐山は渡月橋近くで降ろされ　そこで解散でした。
メイン通りからＪＲ嵯峨駅まで結構距離がありました。
このツアーは高齢の両親にはきつかったと思います。
アルコール消毒もないし　ガイドの話も聞こえないし　段取りも悪いし　こちらの観光バスはもう利用しません！

When it comes to bus tours, the bus usually stops at a parking lot near the sightseeing location, allowing you to leave your heavy luggage on the bus and explore in a light outfit. However, we had to walk for 10 minutes to get back to the parking lot after the tour. My shoulders were sore from carrying my luggage.
There was no alcohol disinfectant when boarding the bus. What about ventilation?
It didn't seem like a proper response during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The tour guide who joined us later was kind and helpful, but overall, I have participated in several bus tours, and this was the worst one yet. I will not participate in any tours from this company again.

　バスツアーと言えば、見学地の近くの駐車場にバスが停まり、重い荷物はバスに置いて、身軽な格好で見学なのに、電車で移動。見学後の駐車場まで、徒歩10分も歩く。荷物で肩がバキバキになってしまいました。
　バス乗車の際のアルコール消毒なし。換気は？
コロナ禍での対応とは、思えません。
　途中からの添乗員さんは、親切で良かったけど。何度かバスツアーに参加していますが、今までで最悪でした。
こちらの会社のツアーには、2度と参加しません。

I think Kyoto can be easily explored by bus and train, but since I had to guide my elderly mother and aunt, I used a sightseeing taxi for the first time. Without worrying about schedules or routes, we could request the places we wanted to visit and learned about various histories and stories. The photos taken by the driver turned out to be the most wonderful, creating lovely memories. I highly recommend this service to everyone.

京都はバスや電車で不自由無く回れると思いますが、高齢の母と叔母を案内する事となり初めて観光タクシーを利用しました。時刻やルートに悩まされず、行きたい場所をリクエストでき、様々な歴史や謂れを教えてもらいました。ドライバーさんに撮って頂いた写真が一番素敵で、素敵な思い出ができました。皆さんにも是非検討して欲しいサービスです。

The conductor changed midway, and depending on individual participation, there were variations in the admission fee. Despite having participants from overseas, the proceedings were smooth and it was very good.

I was able to visit famous tourist spots in just one day. However, for someone coming from Tokyo like me, finding the meeting place was quite a struggle. Kyoto Station is huge and the crowds are overwhelming.

First of all, the tour guide's voice was too quiet, and there was no sense of organization. We used trains and buses, but I thought we would be disbanding at Kyoto Station after arriving by bus, but instead, we disbanded at Arashiyama.

As someone who came to Arashiyama for the first time, I felt left behind. Other tourists were walking towards the station, so I followed them, and it took over 20 minutes to get to Kyoto Station. But if I had been alone, I might have had a harder time. Overall, it was good. Kyoto was wonderful.

I traveled to Kyoto alone. The places I wanted to visit were included in the plan, so I took advantage of it. The time allocation was good, and I was able to enjoy sightseeing without feeling rushed. During the free time, Shu, the tour guide, went ahead to the scenic spots, found participants, and offered to take photos. He also shared interesting stories about spots that are easy to overlook, making the trip very meaningful. I had a restaurant I wanted to visit at Kiyomizu-dera, so I chose the plan without lunch, but it was so crowded that I gave up. I filled my stomach with street food, which was enjoyable in its own way. Since it was a Saturday, the bus was full, making it a popular plan. I recommend making an early reservation.

女1人旅で京都へ。回ろうと思っていた場所がプランに盛り込まれていたので利用させて頂きました。時間配分も良く、時間を持て余さず観光できました。自由行動中もツアーを担当されたシュウさんが絶景スポットに先回りし、参加者を見つけると声をかけ写真を撮ってくださいました。また、見落としがちなスポットや場所にちなんだ小話なんかも教えてくださりとても有意義な旅となりました。清水寺では行きたい食事処があったので昼食事なしプランにしましたが激混みで断念。食べ歩きで腹を満たしましたがそれはそれで楽しめました。土曜だったというのもありますがバスは満席で人気のプランです。早めのご予約をお薦めします。

I was taken on a tour of Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizu-dera for three hours starting at 6:30 AM. A few days prior, I received contact to confirm the details, and despite it being early in the morning, they kindly accommodated me without any additional charges. They guided us slowly to accommodate my mother, who has difficulty walking, and the stories along the way were very interesting! My whole family truly enjoyed it and we are all grateful to Mr. Kumagai. Thank you very much.

朝6時半から3時間で伏見稲荷と清水寺の観光に連れていってもらいました。
数日と前日に連絡を頂き詳細を確認しあえたり、
早朝にもかかわらず割り増し料金なしで快く対応して頂きました。

It was a very enjoyable tour! The bus driving was safe, and the tour guide was a friendly foreigner. They took our pictures in front of Fushimi Inari Taisha. It was disappointing that the Jishu Shrine at Kiyomizu-dera was closed (it seems it won't open for about three years). Those coming for matchmaking should be aware of this.

There is a café around the middle of Fushimi Inari Taisha, and the kakigori (shaved ice) there was exquisite. At Arashiyama, you can move freely within the time limit, so you can enjoy food and buy souvenirs. I was able to visit Nonomiya Shrine in Arashiyama within the time limit, so if you can't pray for matchmaking at Jishu Shrine, I think it's a good idea to come here.

I opted for the lunch option, and the portion was quite large. It was delicious, but I think it would be difficult for two women to finish it. I was surprised that it was mainly tofu.

I think this is a great tour for exploring the classics of Kyoto!

清水寺にある地主神社が閉門されていたので残念でした。（3年程は開かないそうです）
縁結びを目当てに来る方は注意です
伏見稲荷大社の中間あたりにカフェがあり、そこでのかき氷は絶品でした。
嵐山は時間内であれば自由に行動できるので食べ歩き、お土産など買えます
嵐山にある野宮神社は時間内に行くことができたので地主神社で縁結び祈願を出来ない場合はここに来るといいと思います。

美味しいのですが女性2人で食べきることは難しいと思います。豆腐メインでびっくりしました。

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff's consideration made for a comfortable tour. At Fushimi Inari, the summer wind chimes provided a refreshing feeling. Kiyomizu-dera had so many famous spots that I wished I had a bit more time. Kinkaku-ji was impressive as I could view it up close. Finally, walking through the bamboo grove in Arashiyama felt like stepping into another world. I would definitely like to participate again if the opportunity arises.

コロナ禍でしたが、スタッフの方々のご配慮があり快適なツアーでした。伏見稲荷では夏らしい風鈴の飾りで涼を感じられました。清水寺は名所が盛り沢山で時間がもう少し欲しかったかなと思いました。金閣寺は間近に鑑賞できて迫力がありました。最後の嵐山は竹林の中を歩きながら異次元の世界的がありました。
また機会がありましたらぜひ参加したいと思いました。

On the first day of Golden Week, I went to Kyoto. It was my first time on a day trip bus tour, and I was a bit nervous, but the guide was very polite and explained everything clearly. Thanks to their thoughtful attention, including lunch and admission tickets, I was able to enjoy the day smoothly.

It was pouring rain, and my shoes and clothes were soaked and cold, but when the guide said, "You won't find Kyoto this empty any other time," I couldn't help but agree. I decided to think of the rainy (it was really heavy rain) Kyoto as having its own charm (laughs).

The driver's speed was frighteningly fast; it was really fast to the point where I was gripping my hands in fear. However, we made it from Osaka to Kyoto in under an hour, which I guess is a testament to their skill... I'll just leave it at that.

Since the weather was unfortunate this time, I hope to visit Kyoto on a sunny day next time. I look forward to it again then!

GW初日に京都へ行きました。
日帰りバスツアーというものが初めてで緊張してましたが、丁寧なガイドさんで説明もわかりやすく、お昼ご飯や拝観のチケット等、細やかな気遣いで終始スムーズに楽しめました。

大雨で靴も服もグッチョグッチョで寒かったですが、ガイドさんの『こんなに空いてる京都なんてないですよ』に、確かに〜と納得し、雨の(大雨でしたが)京都も趣があると思うことにしました（笑）

運転手さんの運転が怖いぐらい速くて、もうホントに速くて速くて手に汗握るほど怖かったですが、大阪から京都まで1時間かからず行けたのは熟練のなせる業なのか…？と、お茶を濁しておきます。

今回は生憎の天気だったので、次は晴れて日に京都へ行きたいです。その時はまたよろしくお願いします。

Since it was during Golden Week, I thought transportation would be crowded, and moving around by ourselves would be tiring, so I decided to book this tour. Also, group tours can be inflexible, so I opted for a private tour. It turned out to be the right choice!

Just the two of us traveled in a van. Our driver took us around to various places in the heat and even took photos for us while explaining historical facts. Moreover, he even gave us some snacks as souvenirs, and I am truly grateful for this wonderful experience. If I have the chance to visit Kyoto again, I would definitely like to request this tour!

I did feel a bit regretful that we had a little extra time at the end, but overall, it was a great experience.

GW中ということもあり、交通機関も混雑してるだろうし、自分たちで移動するのも疲れるだろうとこちらのツアーを予約させて頂きました。
また団体ツアーだと融通がきかないのでプライベートツアーにしました。
結果正解でした！
夫婦2人でワンボックス移動。
運転手さんは暑い中、私たちと一緒に各所巡って下さいました。
写真を撮ってくれたり、歴史的なことから色々と説明してくれました。
しかもお菓子のお土産まで持たせて下さり、いい出会いだったなと心から感謝です。
また京都へ行くことがあれば、是非お願いしたいと思いました！
最後ちょっと時間が余っちゃってもったいなかったかな？と少しだけ心残りですが、結果オーライです。

I hadn't properly explored Kyoto since my school trip, so I chose a tour that wouldn't require me to worry about transportation or meals during the busy Golden Week period. There were fewer people than I expected, and the guide was very nice, so even though it was a fast-paced tour in the heat, I had a great time!

修学旅行以来ちゃんと京都をまわったことなかったので、GW期間中で人出が多いだろうから、移動や食事に気を回さないでもいいツアーにしました～☆ミ
思ったより人が少なかったし、案内役のガイドさんもとても良いかたでしたので、暑い中でのかけ足ツアーでしたが、めっちゃ楽しかったです♪

This was my first time using this service. I thought it would be difficult to visit the main spots in Kyoto on my own, so I decided to join. We took the train to Fushimi Inari, but after that, we traveled by bus. Since we did a lot of walking, the bus transportation was really helpful. I was able to fully enjoy each sightseeing spot, and I'm really glad I participated in this tour.

今回初めて利用させていただきました。京都の主要箇所を自分たちで回るのは難しいと思ったので参加しました。伏見稲荷までは電車での移動でしたが、その後はバスでの移動でした。歩き回ることが多かったので、バス移動はかなり助かりました。各観光地をめいいっぱい楽しむことができてよかったです。このツアーに参加して本当良かったで

The number of participants was small, so we had a microbus. The vehicle was old, and the driver's driving was rough, which was very scary. It seemed like there was a tight schedule; even though there was a 10-minute gap between the meeting time and departure time, we left without waiting for the departure time despite arriving on time. It felt rushed and uncomfortable, especially for those of us who boarded last.

I have traveled to Kyoto many times by car, but this time I used a taxi since it was New Year's Day. Buses are usually crowded, so having a car is convenient, but it often takes time to find parking or to get to the destination if it's far away. With a taxi, you can go right to the entrance of your destination, and they pick you up from the nearest spot on the way back.

I wasn't able to decide on a destination until the last minute, but they kept in touch and listened to my requests, suggesting a great place to go. On the day of the trip, they even accommodated an unplanned lunch, allowing us to enjoy a meal without having to search around.

Thanks to the driver, who was well-versed in Kyoto, we were able to tour smoothly and efficiently. On the day of travel, we drove to the city, and before we left, they informed us about the road conditions. I was worried about the snow, but I was able to enter Kyoto via the highway with peace of mind.

We were a group of four, and I considered upgrading to a larger vehicle for an additional fee, but it turned out to be unnecessary as the car was spacious and comfortable enough. I highly recommend this taxi company. Thank you for your service; I would definitely like to use it again.

京都へは何度も自家用車で行っていますが今回は元旦ということでタクシーを利用しました。
バスは毎回混んでいるので車は便利なのですが、駐車場を探したり、目的地まで距離があったり時間を取られることも多いです。
タクシーですと目的地の入口まで行けて帰りは最短の場所に迎えに来てくれます。
ギリギリまで目的地が決まらなかったのですが、まめに連絡をいただき要望を聞いてくださり目的地をご提案くださいました。
当日も予定になかったランチにもご対応くださり、自分たちで探し回ることなくランチにありつけました。

京都に精通しているドライバーさんのお陰でスムーズに無駄なく観光できました。
また当日も京都市内までは車で行ったのですが、出発前に道路状況の連絡をいただき雪が心配でしたが安心して高速で京都入りする事ができました。
また4人で利用でしたので追加料金で大きい車に変更しようかと迷ったのですがその必要はやく充分快適でした。
とてもおすすめのタクシー会社さんです。
お世話になりました。ぜひまた利用したいです。
