On Saturday, August 29, we have arranged for you to attend the 98th National Fireworks Competition (with reserved viewing seats).

Renowned for Japan’s top-level fireworks, selected pyrotechnicians gather to compete for the title of Japan’s best. Since each firework is launched by its creator, both skill and artistry are tested. Their crafted displays, filled with dedication and pride, bloom brilliantly in the night sky.

- If less than 15 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

- Our tour is planned based on information available as of December 1. Please understand that if the fireworks are canceled or the program is changed due to requirements from national or local authorities, it may be unavoidable. If the fireworks show is canceled or postponed after the tour has started, the guide fee will not be refunded.
- The tour will proceed even in the rain, but it may be canceled in the event of a storm. If the fireworks show is postponed or canceled after the tour ends, the guide fee will not be refunded. As rain gear may be limited at the fireworks venue, please prepare your own in advance. (A raincoat is recommended over an umbrella!)
- After the fireworks, it’s useful to carry a flashlight to illuminate your path.
- Due to the bus seating arrangement, even members of the same group may be seated separately. Groups of two or more may not be guaranteed adjacent seats and could be seated in a front-and-back arrangement.
- This tour uses an overnight bus, so the reclining seats can only be used when the lights are off. Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining. Also, during rest stops or bathroom breaks, please return your seat to its upright position as appropriate.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
