- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 8 business days to 17:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 17:00 local time, 2 business days to 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Required items to bring & attire
- During the workshop tour, wood shavings may be in the air, so please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.
- It is expected to be cold during the winter, so please dress warmly.
Additional notes
- The Sanpo or accessory case you create can be taken home on the same day, packaged in a bag.
- Parking is available. Microbuses can be parked near the shop. For small, medium, or large buses, please contact us for more information.
- The size of the Sanpo made in the workshop may differ from the one shown in the photo.
