When I parked in the hotel parking lot as instructed, the taxi driver told me it was the wrong place, but I eventually made it there safely.
I still find meeting up at the location quite confusing...
The snorkeling was a sea turtle exploration tour, but I didn't get to see any sea turtles. However, the snorkeling itself was beautiful and enjoyable. There was plenty of time as well.
The instructor was kind and attentive, thank you very much.
It was great that there were showers and changing areas on the boat.

説明もらったホテルの駐車場にとめたらタクシー運転手さんに違うよとおしえてもらい無事にたどり着きました。
やっぱり現地集合はよくわからないですね、、、
シュノーケリングは海亀探索ツアーでしたが海亀には会えませんでした。でもシュノーケリングは綺麗で楽しかったです。時間も十分でした。
インストラクターのお兄さんも優しく丁寧でした、ありがとうございました。

I was taken care of with stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling. The person in charge and the staff at the shop were very kind and attentive, and my elementary school son was very happy. He talked about how much he enjoyed feeding the fish and observing the hermit crabs, saying it was the most fun part of our trip. I thought stand-up paddleboarding would be difficult, but I was able to enjoy it even as a beginner. I want to challenge myself with stand-up paddleboarding again next year. Snorkeling on the north side of Nugan Island. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the sea turtles I was hoping for. A downside is that since we didn't go ashore, we couldn't relax fully.

It said that I could use the shower, but only cold water came out.
I heard there were places where hot water was available.
The staff, especially the boys, were all kind and easy to understand.

Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't go to the Kerama Islands and ended up snorkeling along the main island. While we were snorkeling, it didn't rain, and I had a wonderful experience seeing small fish swimming in the beautiful sea! The full-face mask was easy to breathe in and very user-friendly. The banana boat allowed us to choose our speed, which made it a lot of fun! I hope to be able to go to the Kerama Islands next time!

This was my first time in Okinawa, and I was looking forward to the Kerama Blue. It was a charter flight, but there was no air conditioning, it was bumpy, and there were children who got sick. I took motion sickness medication, but I still felt a bit nauseous.
After arriving on the island, the transportation also had no air conditioning. We went straight to snorkeling, and everywhere we went had no air conditioning. I started to get a headache, and even after taking headache medicine, it didn't stop. I realized I was suffering from heatstroke. At the very least, I need somewhere with air conditioning; otherwise, it feels unbearable. I hope for improvements.
今回初めての沖縄で慶良間ブルーに期待して参加しました。チャーター便でしたが、クーラーなし、揺れる、吐く子供がいたり、自分も酔い止め飲んでましたが、ちょっと酔いました。
そして、島についてからの移動車もクーラーなし。そのままシュノーケル、着いてからもどこもクーラーなし、頭痛してきて頭痛薬飲んでも止まらず、熱中症ということに気付きました。。せめてどこかクーラー効いてないと死にます。改善を願います。

I participated in a tour on the afternoon of my arrival in Ishigaki Island. It was my first snorkeling experience of the year, and thanks to the staff's attentiveness and kindness, I was able to enjoy snorkeling in the long-awaited Sekisei Lagoon! Since I brought my GoPro, I was able to capture a lot of videos!
Maboroshi Island is surrounded by emerald green waters, and it was incredibly beautiful and moving. The sight of waves repeatedly flowing through parts of the island that gradually submerged beneath the surface was so pleasant that I could have watched it forever.
Although it was just a half-day tour, it was so satisfying that I lost track of time!
石垣島到着日の午後からのツアーに参加させていただきました。
今年初めてのシュノーケリングだったのですが、スタッフの方々の気配りや思いやりに助けられ、念願の石西礁湖でのシュノーケリングを楽しめました！
ゴープロ持参だったので、動画もいっぱい撮れました！
幻の島は周囲をエメラルドグリーンの海に囲まれ、とても綺麗で感動。徐々に水面下になる島の一部を繰り返し波が通り抜けてゆく様子が気持ち良くずっと見ていたい感じでした。
半日ですが、時を忘れるぐらい大満足なツアーでした！

I planned a trip to Okinawa because I wanted my grandchild to experience snorkeling. One thing I absolutely wanted to include in this schedule was the Blue Cave. However, I was confused by the various pickup methods, as many shops offer tours by boat or stairs.
Among them, I was attracted to the plan that goes to the Blue Cave by kayak, but the next challenge was that many tours had restrictions such as no participants over 60 or required medical certificates. Fortunately, the guide was accommodating, so I decided to go for it with enthusiasm!
Staff member "Macchan" was very professional, even though we had a scared 7-year-old and a clumsy 60-year-old in our group. They made sure everyone could enjoy the experience, allowing us to participate with peace of mind.
At first, my daughter and her husband thought it was just "okay," but after actually participating, they were excited, saying, "It was amazing!" and "We had so much fun!" My grandchild even said the next day, "I want to see Macchan again!" and has become a big fan, still mentioning "Macchan" now that we're back in Osaka.
With all the photos taken, we created wonderful memories during our three-generation trip. Thank you so much for everything!

そんな中、カヤックで青の洞窟に行くというこちらのプランに

次の難関が、60歳以上不可や診断書を求められるツアーが多いこと。
嬉しいことにアルガイドさんは、こちらもクリア♪
もう、ここしかない！という勢いで申し込みをしました。
スタッフの「まっちゃん」さんには、怖がりの7歳＆どんくさい60歳が
ご迷惑をおかけしましたが、そこはやはりプロ！
皆が楽しめるように、いろいろと気を配っていただき
安心して参加することができました。
最初は、「へ～、いいやん」程度だった娘夫婦も
実際に参加した後は
「最高に良かった！」「すっごく楽しかった！」と興奮状態。
孫は、次の日も「まっちゃんに会いたい♪」と
すっかりファンになっていて、大阪に戻った今も
「まっちゃん」のお名前が・・・。
たくさん撮っていただいた写真とともに
3世代の旅行で素敵な思い出ができました。

During our snorkeling experience from the beach, he was a bit scared and wanted to return to the shore when he couldn't touch the bottom, so I thought it might be a bit much for him from the boat. I was prepared to wait on the boat.
Just as I told him, "You don't have to push yourself," he decided to give it a try and willingly followed the instructor's instructions to enter the water! He then enjoyed snorkeling with the instructor! He was fascinated by all the different fish and beautiful corals!
Even during free time, he continued to swim with the kind instructor, sticking close to him!

色々なお魚や綺麗な珊瑚に夢中になっていました！
自由時間になってもインストラクターさんと一緒に泳ぐ、と、優しいインストラクターさんに着いて泳ぎ続けていました！
シュノーケルにビビり気味だった息子もテンションが上がり、その後の幻の島でも珊瑚や貝殻を拾いまくって楽しんでいました。
その間もインストラクターさんたちが息子に色々と声をかけてくださり、大満足の体験となりました。

The sea water was really clear, and we could see a lot of fish. The Blue Cave is not very far from the starting point, so I think even those who aren't very confident in swimming will be fine. At Tokashiki Beach, I was able to see sea turtles and also spotted cute fish swarming around the coral, so I’m glad I joined a guided tour that knew the best spots! My first impression was that the staff were very kind. I thought the snorkeling lesson for beginners would be unnecessary since I had personal experience, but it was conducted thoroughly and appropriately, and I didn't feel like my time to experience was reduced. During the experience, they taught us the names of the fish, where to find them, and even some interesting trivia, which made it worthwhile to participate. They also offered to take photos frequently, and all the staff were gentle and kind. If I visit Ishigaki again and participate in a tour, I would like to join a tour organized by RISE.
1番始めの感想がスタッフの皆さんが、とても親切でした。
シュノーケルの初めての方への講習も、個人的に経験していたため不要かと思っていましたが、丁寧かつ適切に講習されており、体験する時間が少なくなるような感じは無かったです。
また体験では、魚の名前やどこに何がいるか、また豆知識的なところまで教えてくれ、参加した甲斐がありました。
写真もこまめに撮ってくれるよう声をかけていただいたり、スタッフの全員が優しく親切な方でした。

First of all, they are not punctual. I was made to wait for nearly an hour on a hot boat, and during that time, there was no communication about why the departure was delayed. The instructor seemed inexperienced. When it was time to enter the sea, I asked the instructor for a life jacket in the crowded boat, and one after another, others came up saying, "Me too, please."
The snorkeling point prioritized water sports like jet skiing, and there were hardly any corals or fish. The instructor said, "They were here in the morning, though." When I tried to move away to a spot with corals, I was told, "Please stay close." Just beyond that, jet skis were zipping by. We were only allowed to stay in one spot.
There were many foreigners making a lot of noise, and they played music on the boat. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, it might be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to purely enjoy snorkeling. I have participated in many snorkeling options in Okinawa and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, so I never imagined there would be a tour like this. It was a learning experience.

シュノーケルポイントも、水上バイク等マリンスポーツ優先のポイントで、サンゴも魚もほぼいませんでした。インストラクター曰く「午前中はいたんですけどねー」との事。
サンゴのある場所まで少しでも離れようとすると。「そばにいてください」と。その先はすぐ水上バイクが滑走しています。1か所でただ留まるのみです。
外国の方も多く大騒ぎし、船上でも音楽をかけまくり、そのような雰囲気が好きな方には申し分ないかと思いますが、シュノーケリングを純粋に楽しみたい方にはおすすめしません。
沖縄で、シュノーケリングのオプションにはたくさん参加させていただいており、スタッフ皆さんプロだなと感心させられていたので、このようなツアーがあるとは想像もしておらず勉強になりました。

弊社では、基本的に日焼け防止、クラゲなどの海洋生物から体を守るため、浮力を確保し、安全にマリンスポーツをお楽しみいただくために、ほとんどの方にウェットスーツをご着用して頂いております。ウェットスーツだけでも浮力はあるのですが、それでも不安な方や泳ぎに自信がない方はライフジャケットも準備しているのでお声をおかけくださいとシュノーケリングの説明の時にお伝えしておりますが、この日はガイドよりも先にチャコ様の一言から周りの方もライフジャケットが欲しいとなったのですね。もっと早く、確認すべきでした。
今回ご参加いただきました半日コースはバナナボートや水上バイクなどのマリンスポーツや体験ダイビング、シュノーケリングも楽しめるプランです。何かを優先してポイントをを選んでいるわけではありません。半日という限られた時間で、那覇から一番近い慶良間諸島の無人島エリアでその日のコンディションで一番良い場所を選んで開催しております。当日も周りにたくさんの船が泊まっていた思います。魚もサンゴも少なかったとのこと、本来ならサンゴも魚もたくさんいる場所なのですが、ガイドの案内や泳ぐコースが悪かったのか、見せ方をお伝え出来なかったのか、私どもの指導がいたらず申し訳ございませんでした。
当日は少し潮流があり、ガイドとしてはライフジャケットを着た方は特に何かあったときに、すぐに対応できるように、近くにいてもらうようにしていたとのことでした。
安全を優先したとはいえ、申し訳ございませんでした。
船上では音楽をかけております。音量や選曲などその日のお客様に合わせるようにしておりますが、お好みに合わず申し訳ありませんでした。
今回いただきましたご意見は社内で共有し、改善に努めてまいります。

It had been 15 years since I last entered the sea or went snorkeling. I had a bit of trouble getting the gear to fit properly, but our guide Kana was kind enough to help adjust it and let me hold onto the board, so I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea and the fish without any worries. The explanations at each point were accurate, and I was thrilled when they took photos of us floating from below while we were free diving. We received many wonderful photos right there, which became great keepsakes. On the way back, I was able to quickly take a shower, change, and even do my makeup at the shop, leaving me feeling very satisfied as I returned to the hotel. I was able to enjoy snorkeling and marine activities for half a day. The weather was nice, and the sea was clear, allowing us to see colorful fish and sea snakes. The marine activity with Marble was thrilling and very fun. However, it was quite windy that day, and the boat was rocking a lot. It took about 30 minutes to reach the snorkeling point, but the swaying was intense, and some people were suffering from seasickness. Even while the boat was stationary, it was still rocking, making it tough even for those who had taken medication. I think it's better to take medication even if you're usually fine with seasickness.
シュノーケル、マリンアクティビティを半日で堪能できました。天気も良く海は澄んでいてカラフルな魚、ウミヘビ等を見ることができました。ママリンアクティビティのマーブルはスピード感もありとても楽しかったです。ただ、当日風が強くて船がかなり揺れました。シュノーケルポイントまで30分ほどでしたが揺れがすごく、船酔いで苦しんでいる人がいました。また停船している船の上でも揺れていて薬を飲んでいてもキツかったです。船酔いに強くても薬は飲んだ方がいいと思います。

There were about 55 participants, which meant there were more people than fish while snorkeling, and I got hit multiple times on the head and body by fins. I didn't have a full-face mask, and there was no announcement about feeding the fish, plus there were repeated suggestions for optional activities, which made me tired from the start due to the time lost. On the return shuttle bus, I wasn't on the list and was worried I would be left behind. When the bus was leaving the parking lot, someone cut in line, and the other drivers were yelling, which was nerve-wracking. I guess it was understandable since it was low-priced and could be booked the day before. About 70% of the participants were foreigners, and although there was a language barrier, everyone followed the rules, which was reassuring.
参加者が55名程で大人数のため、シュノーケル時魚より人のほうが多い位で何度も足のヒレで頭や身体にあたられてしまいました。
フルフェイスマスクでもなかったし、魚の餌付けもアナウンスなしで、オプションの勧めが何度もあり時間のロスで最初から疲れました。帰りの送迎バスではエントリーされておらず危うくとり残されるとこで心配しました。バスでは駐車場を出る時順番を守らず割り込んだので他車の運転者が怒鳴っていたのでヒヤヒヤしました。前日予約できるのと低価格だったので仕方ないかな‥
参加者70%外国人で言葉の壁はありましたが皆さんルールを守っておられそこは安心しました。

It was very good.
I was able to see six sea turtles. The sea was beautiful, and I was very satisfied with the snorkeling experience. There were about 50 people on the boat, and it felt like there were roughly equal numbers of Japanese and foreigners. The guide was kind, and it was nice that they provided transportation back.
On the other hand, I was a bit concerned about the office being too crowded, possibly because the tour company is large, and the changing area was like a conference room.
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience!

The weather was great, and since it was a weekday morning, we had the place to ourselves, allowing us to take our time and really observe the underwater scenery. The Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful—coral blue is the best! The ocean is just wonderful. Okinawa is the best! Guam was nice too, but Okinawa is amazing. Just being in Japan gives a sense of security, haha.
The guide was also handsome, and my husband got really into fishing talk with him, haha. It was a place that made us want to go back. We received a lot of photos, and I'm grateful for that. Thank you very much! ✌︎('ω'✌︎)

We participated as a couple (62 years old) and had a wonderful experience with a very kind guide who took care of us in a private setting, exceeding our expectations. They took many photos and videos, creating great memories for us.
Feeding the fish was amazing, as not only did it attract them, but they also came to eat the food from my hand, which was thrilling.
I will never forget the incredible blue of the Blue Cave! It might have even been more beautiful than the Blue Grotto in Italy.
Everything was perfect after snorkeling as well. There was a dehydrator for swimsuits, shower rooms, and hair dryers available, and all the staff were very nice.

The meeting and dispersal were at the shop, but afterward, there were showers and dressers equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, which was very thoughtful. Since it was the day I was flying back, I highly recommend the shower facilities.
On the way to the beach, we got to see wild peacocks, and in the ocean, they made sure we had our snorkeling gear and fins properly fitted. The handsome instructor was always attentive, and everything was very kind.
Above all, we were able to find many sea turtles, and they took a huge number of wonderful photos while we were diving, which we received right away on our way back! It would have been nice to have a bit more time in the water, but I was very satisfied. Thank you!
ショップに集合解散ですが、終わった後はシャンプーリンスやソープまでついたシャワーやドレッサーまであり、至れり尽くせりでした。
当日は飛行機で帰る日だったので、シャワー付きでオススメです。
海岸まで車で移動中、野生のクジャクを見せてくれたり、海ではシュノーケルチェックや足ヒレもきちんと履かせてくれたり、イケメンインストラクターさんは常に気配りされていて、全てが親切でした。
なんと言っても、海ガメをたくさん見つけて頂き、潜って膨大な数の素敵な写真を撮ってくださり、帰りにすぐ写真を頂きました❗️
海に入ってる時間がもうちょっと長いと良かったですが、大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

It was my first time canoeing, but the instructions on how to paddle were clear, and they provided solid support when I actually got on the canoe, so everything went smoothly. I booked a package for snorkeling and parasailing. The meeting point is at the office of the organizing company, but if you make a reservation in advance, they will pick you up from a nearby hotel. They also take you to Kerama Beach, which is about a 20-minute boat ride from the port in Naha, so even though it was a quick 2-night, 3-day trip without a rental car, I was able to see a very beautiful sea!
I thought snorkeling would be done in shallower waters, so it was fun to snorkel in a place where I couldn't touch the bottom. For those who can't swim, the instructors pull you along with a kickboard, so many non-swimmers participated!
Unfortunately, we couldn't do parasailing that day due to strong winds, but instead, they recommended the banana boat, and we had a great time.
Since the boat ride is 20 minutes long, those with a weak vestibular system should definitely take motion sickness medication.
Next time I go to Okinawa, I will definitely sign up again! If I had to mention something, I was a bit anxious that I didn't receive information about the meeting place and time until 7:00 PM the day before.

集合場所は主催会社の事務所とのことですが、事前に予約すれば近くのホテルまで送迎してくれます。
また那覇市内の港から船で20分ほどの慶良間ビーチまで連れて行ってくれるので、今回クルマもレンタルしていない2泊3日の弾丸旅行でしたが、とても綺麗な海を見ることができました！
またシュノーケリングはもっと浅瀬でやるものだと思っていたので、足のつかないところでシュノーケルできて楽しかったです。
泳げない人はインストラクターがビート板で引っ張ってくれるので、泳げない人も多数参加してました！
当日風が強くてパラセーリングはできませんでしたが、その分バナナボートを勧めてくださり、楽しむことができました。
なお船で20分走るので、三半規管が弱い人は酔い止め必須です。
次沖縄本当に行く時は絶対また申し込みます！
強いて言えば前日19:00になっても集合場所と時間の連絡が来なかったのがやや不安でした。
