From the initial inquiry before the tour, the response was very courteous. On the day before the tour, I received a notification that the tour would not be the original one due to weather conditions, but the alternative options all sounded very enjoyable. On the day of the tour, not only did we cover the originally planned parts, but the tour to Yufuin, which we chose as an alternative (just our group), was guided in a way that picked up on everything we casually mentioned, making it a very enjoyable time. On the day of the tour, snorkeling was canceled due to the wind, and we only had the canoeing plan. It was quite disappointing, but I appreciated that they contacted us the day before to inform us and smoothly adjusted the fees, which was very kind of them. Canoeing through the mangroves allowed us to forget the hustle and bustle of the city and was both mystical and relaxing. The guide's explanations were very clear, and while my wife and I were discussing, "What could this be?" the guide would quickly provide explanations from behind us. There was some group activity, but for the most part, we were allowed to enjoy nature freely, which was very good! (In this type of tour, there are often long explanations or the need to keep in step with the group, which can be tiring, but that was completely absent here.) After the tour, they introduced us to restaurants and bicycle rental shops on the bus, and although the afternoon tour was canceled, we thoroughly enjoyed our time on Iriomote Island.
当日は風の影響にて、シュノーケリングがキャンセル。カヌーのみのプランとなりました。大変残念ではありましたが、その旨前日にご連絡いただけたのと、料金の変更もスムーズにしてくださり、大変親切でした。マングローブでのカヌーは、都会の喧騒を忘れて、神秘的かつリラックスできました。ガイドの方の説明も大変わかりやすく、奥さんと「これは何かなー」と話していると、後ろからサッと解説してくれました。多少の集団行動はありますが、基本的には自由にさせてくれて、思うがままに自然が堪能できるのは非常にGood！（この手のツアーは解説が長かったり、集団で足並み揃えるのに、気疲れすることが往々にしてあるが、それが全くない）終了後、ご飯屋さんやレンタサイクル屋さんもバス車内でご紹介頂き、午後ツアー自体は中止でしたが、西表島を大満喫できました。

Although we couldn't land on Barasu Island due to the rain, I really enjoyed the alternative plan you suggested! I was able to observe various things while learning, and the guide was very friendly, which made me feel really comfortable during the experience.
This time, I tried canoeing, but I would like to challenge myself with SUP next time! On Yubu Island, the water buffalo Musashi and Sumire were so cute!

雨でバラス島へ上陸は出来ませんでしたが代替プランを提案して下さりとても楽しめました！！学びながら色々観察することが出来、お兄さんも感じがよくすごく安心して体験することができました。

It was my first time canoeing and snorkeling, but the weather was great, and the guide was very attentive, allowing me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. Initially, I was a bit disappointed to hear that the canoeing was changed from Kabira Bay to Miyara River due to the wind, but I was able to see the mangroves up close, which was refreshing and enjoyable. If I have the opportunity next time, I would like to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) as well.
In the afternoon, we went snorkeling at the Blue Cave. I was moved to see the fish up close in the beautiful sea. I definitely want to go snorkeling again.
There was an incident that caused some waiting time, but the guide quickly took us to a Shisa farm, where I encountered an incredible number of Shisa. It was a place I would never have gone to on my own, so I was glad for the experience.
The transportation to the hotel and the rental of snorkeling gear allowed us to enjoy the activities efficiently.
カヌーもシュノーケリングも初めてでしたが、天気も良く、丁寧にガイドしていただき、安心して楽しむことができました。
当初、川平湾でカヌーの予定が、風の影響で、宮良川に変更と聞いて少しがっかりしていましたが、マングローブを近くで見ることができたり、気持ちよく、リフレッシュできました。次回機会があれば、SUPにも挑戦したいです。
午後は青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングへ。きれいな海で魚達を真近で見ることができ感動しました。ぜひまたシュノーケリングやりたいです。
アクシデントがあり、待ち時間ができましたが、ガイドさんが急遽シーサー農園へ連れて行ってくれて、想像を超えるシーサーの数々に出会えました。個人では絶対行かないような場所だったので、良かったです。
ホテルまでの送迎や、シュノーケリングのグッズも貸していただき、効率的にアクティビティを楽しめました。

The guide's response and personality were outstanding. When I expressed my desire to see something, they searched for sea turtles and found one for me!! I was extremely satisfied! The water clarity was exceptional, far beyond that of nearby Ishigaki Island! If you're going to Ishigaki, you should definitely visit Iriomote Island too!!
The mangrove SUP experience felt like entering another world, and it was magnificent!! The ton-ton-mi (a type of bird) is adorable. They answered all my questions and taught me about mangrove reforestation. I want to come back every year to check on the results of the planting!

The guide who took care of us was very nice both in the morning and in the afternoon. I participated alone, but I was able to enjoy myself throughout! The trekking, the waterfall, the mangrove stand-up paddleboarding, and the canyoning were all a lot of fun. It was great to enjoy it with the other participants as well.
Although the weather wasn't favorable, it was so enjoyable that it didn't matter at all. If I come to Iriomote Island again and the weather is nice, I would like to request a night tour. Thank you very much.

I was just barely at the right age to experience diving, so I participated with quite a bit of anxiety. At first, I struggled with breathing and equalizing my ears, but thanks to the instructor's patience, I gradually got used to it and even got to see a sea turtle! The waters of Kerama were incredibly beautiful, and this became the best memory of my trip to Okinawa! I also had a lot of fun conversations on the boat, so thank you very much for taking care of us!
年齢的にダイビングを体験できるギリギリだったので、かなり不安を抱えながらも思い切って参加しました。
最初は中々呼吸も耳抜きもうまく出来なかったのですが、インストラクターが気長に付き合ってくださったおかけで段々と慣れて、ウミガメにも会えました！慶良間の海はとてもきれいで、今回の沖縄旅行の最高の思い出になりました！

I could see the mangroves and creatures with my eyes, hear the chirping of birds and the sounds of the river and waterfall, and the experience of feeling the negative ions with my whole body was very healing and a valuable experience! Due to the influence of the waves, we couldn't go snorkeling, but they suggested several alternative tours, and I was able to choose one that interested me. I received a phone call the day before with a thorough explanation about what to expect if the boat didn't go out and final precautions, which made me feel very reassured about the tour!
I did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) alongside the canoe, and they taught me how to do it properly. During the activity, the guide shared various stories, making it a lot of fun. The mangroves were calm with little wind, which felt very pleasant. We were also able to take photos at various spots.
The cave exploration was a bit challenging due to the rough path and muddy ground, but the guide pointed out dangerous spots and shared tips for descending, allowing us to proceed safely.
In the afternoon, we toured Yubu Island, where we rode water buffalo, and our guide sang for us, allowing us to enjoy the serene scenery along with the music. The island itself had beautiful plants, and the café there was delicious.
Above all, our guide, Moo (Kawamura), was lively and enthusiastic, conveying the charm of Iriomote Island to us, which made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Other guides also greeted us as we passed by, leaving a very good impression. The shower room at the office was clean, so I think women can use it with confidence.
They will take photos for you, but if you want to take pictures with your own phone, I recommend bringing a waterproof phone pouch that you can hang around your neck!
波の影響でシュノーケリングができず、代替のツアーをいくつか提案していただきその中で興味のあるものを選ばせていただきました。
船が出なかった時のことや最終的な注意事項など前日に電話をもらい丁寧に説明していただけたのでとても安心してツアーに望むことができました！
SUPはカヌーの方と一緒にやりましたが、やり方もしっかり教えていただき、最中のガイドでも色々な話が聞けてとても楽しかったです。マングローブの中は風が少なく穏やかで心地がよかったです。
写真も各所で撮っていただけました。
鍾乳洞探検は道が険しく地面もぬかるんでいたため転びそうになりましたが、危ないポイントや降りる時のコツなど教えていただき安全に道を進むことが出来ました。
午後由布島観光では水牛にのり、案内役の方が歌を謳ってくださったのでのどかな風景を歌とともに堪能できました。由布島自体も植物がとても綺麗で1店舗あるカフェも美味しかったです。
なによりガイドのむーさん(かわむらさん)が楽しく盛り上げてくださり、西表島の魅力を全力で伝えてくださったので存分に楽しむことが出来ました。
ほかのガイドの方も皆さんがすれ違いざまに挨拶をしてくださりとても印象がよかったです。
事務所のシャワー室も綺麗だったので女性も安心して使用出来ると思います。
写真も撮ってくださいますが、自分の携帯で写真が撮りたい方は首から下げられる防水の携帯用カバーのようなものを持参していくと良いと思います！

It was amazing, just as the reviews said, and it turned out to be a fulfilling day!

Due to the waves, we were unable to go snorkeling, but they listened to our requests and changed our activities to include SUP, cave exploration, and canyoning! Especially in canyoning, we had many valuable experiences that we wouldn't normally get to do, like swimming in the river and jumping off cliffs! Throughout the tour, the guide took a lot of photos and videos, which we really appreciated! If we come back to Iriomote Island, we would definitely love to do this again!

I participated with a friend. It was both of our first time on a SUP, but we managed to enjoy it without falling! We were able to closely observe the mangroves, which we couldn't get near by boat, and the instructor provided detailed explanations.
The snorkeling in the afternoon was also fantastic, with great weather, and we even encountered sea turtles, which was so much fun! I definitely want to do this again when I visit Ishigaki Island.
Thank you for taking so many photos. I made a lot of wonderful memories, and it truly became a great experience.

Due to the sudden high waves, we were unable to go snorkeling, but they listened to all our requests and created the best plan for us!
The cave exploration, in particular, was in a location that hasn't been commercialized, so it really felt like an adventure!

I signed up for a SUP tour on Iriomote Island, but I was informed the day before that we wouldn't be able to land on Barasu Island due to strong winds. Instead, the tour was changed to include SUP in the mangroves, the Lucky Falls, and a visit to the limestone caves on Yubu Island.
In the morning, I participated in the SUP, Lucky Falls, and limestone cave tour, and for lunch, we ate at a restaurant recommended near the port. In the afternoon, I joined the Yubu Island tour. It was my first time doing SUP, but by the end, I was able to stand on the board, and my companions really enjoyed it as well. The limestone cave tour provided a thrilling experience that you wouldn't normally get to try.
I would love to participate again. If I had one request, it would be to take a few more photos. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience!
バラス島上陸、西表島SUPツアーに申し込みました。しかし強風の影響でバラス島上陸がなくなることを前日に電話でお伝え頂きマングローブでのSUP、幸運の滝、鍾乳洞のツアー由布島観光に変更になりました。
午前にSUP、幸運の滝、鍾乳洞ツアーに参加し午後は港の近くで紹介して頂いたご飯屋さんで昼食を取りました。午後から由布島観光に参加しました。SUPは初めてやりましたが終盤にはSUPの上に立つことができ同行者の方も凄く楽しんでくれました。鍾乳洞ツアーでは普段体験できないようなスリルある体験が出来ました。
また参加したいと思います。少し要望があるとすればもう少し写真を撮って欲しいと感じました。

I was deeply moved by the incredible sights, including sea turtles, clownfish, and beautiful coral reefs. During snorkeling, the guide provided explanations about what we were seeing, which was very educational.
The boat ride to the snorkeling point was rockier than I expected, and I ended up feeling quite seasick. However, the staff were really kind and took great care of me, which was a relief. Since the boat is small and tends to sway, I think it's advisable for even those who don't usually get motion sickness to take some anti-nausea medication.
ウミガメやクマノミ、キレイな珊瑚礁など、とても素晴らしい物がいっぱい見れて感動しました。シュノーケリング中もガイドの方が見える物の説明などをしてくださり、勉強になりました。
ポイントまで移動する船が予想以上に揺れ、盛大に船酔い･波酔いをしてしまいましたが、スタッフの方が本当に優しく介抱して下さり助かりました。
船が小さい分揺れやすいので、普段そこまで乗り物酔いをしない方でも、酔い止めは服用しておくべきかと思います。

We participated as a family of four with two elementary school boys. Thanks to our handsome guide who kindly spoke to the kids, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Due to the sea conditions, they suggested changing our reservation time, allowing us to enjoy the best sea experience. We appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The drone photography option is definitely a great keepsake, so I recommend it. They sent the photos the same day, and when we looked at them, they turned out really well. We've gone back to them multiple times since returning home. Our pet goat, Hime-chan, was also adorable, and the kids were thrilled. Hearing various stories about local customs from our guide made the trip even more memorable. We will definitely go again next year!

As a memory of my solo trip, I participated in a snorkeling tour.
The Chinese guide was very friendly, polite, and attentive, and I am very grateful for that. He also took wonderful photos for us (*´ㅅ`*).
It was cloudy, so I was worried about the clarity underwater, but it was really beautiful. I could clearly hear the sounds of the whales. The sea turtles were also very cute!

My first SUP experience included snorkeling at Barasu Island.
Iriomote Island, a 50-minute boat ride from Ishigaki Island, has a different atmosphere compared to Ishigaki, and I could really feel its unique charm. I was a bit anxious about falling during my first SUP experience, so I focused on maintaining my balance while moving.
It felt great to paddle through the mangroves on the SUP! The sea was so clear and beautiful; it felt like I had come to a stunning ocean abroad.
I found myself wanting to enjoy even more activities, and I also wanted to visit Yubu Island, which is close to Iriomote. It was wonderful to experience nature in a way that you can't feel in the hustle and bustle of city life.
The guide took many photos at various moments, creating lasting memories. The photo quality was great, and I appreciated that they captured the corals underwater as well. I am grateful for the kind guide who took care of us!

石垣島から船で５０分の西表島は石垣とは違った雰囲気があり、西表、独特の良さを感じれました。
初のSUPで落ちないか不安でバランスを気にしながら移動できました。
SUPでマングローブの中を通り抜けるのは気持ち良かったです！

海外の綺麗な海に来たかのようでした。
まだまだ楽しみたいことがでてきて、西表に近い由布島にも行きたくなりました。

Initially, I had signed up for the Mangrove SUP + Barasu Island snorkeling, but due to rough seas, it was changed to Mangrove SUP + Barasu Island landing + cave exploration.
I was disappointed that I couldn't go snorkeling at Barasu Island, but the revised plan was also very good.
In the morning, we explored the caves and landed on Barasu Island. After a lunch break, we did the Mangrove SUP in the afternoon.
During the cave exploration, we wore helmets and visited three caves. It was quite fun to enter the water and pass through narrow spaces. The scenery at Barasu Island was stunning. I really wanted to go snorkeling there.
At the end, we did SUP in the mangroves, and after that, we got off the SUP and trekked through the forest. The Kura Falls we reached was very beautiful.
The guide was great at storytelling, and we had a wonderful time. They provide equipment for rent, and they also took photos and sent the data on the same day. The shower room after the tour was clean and nice.
I would like to use Pipi again when I go to Iriomote Island next time.
当初マングローブSUP＋バラス島シュノーケリングで申込んでいましたが、海が荒れているとのことでマングローブSUP＋バラス島上陸＋鍾乳洞探検に変更になりました。
バラス島でシュノーケリングが出来なかったのは残念でしたが変更後のプランもとても良かったです。
午前中に鍾乳洞の探検・バラス島上陸。お昼ご飯を挟んで午後マングローブSUPでした。
鍾乳洞探検では、ヘルメットを被って3つの鍾乳洞へ。水の中に入ったり、狭いところを通ったりとなかなかの面白さでした。
バラス島は景色が最高でした。シュノーケリングほんとにしたかったー。
最後のマングローブではSUPで進んだ後、SUPをおりて林の中をトレッキング。辿り着いたクーラの滝はとても美しかったです。
ガイドの方がお話も上手く楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。道具類は貸出ししてくれますし、写真も撮ってその日のうちにデータで送ってくれます。
ツアー後のシャワー室も綺麗で良かったです。
次、西表島に行く時にはまたpipiさんを利用したいと思うツアーでした。

今回小さなお子さんの参加があり、ガイドさんが海を怖がらないように「ニモがいるよ」など色々配慮して声を掛けてくれていました。
昼休憩は川平湾でゆっくり出来ます。
カヤックは濡れるとこともなく、風を読みながら進むので気持ちいいです。水面の透明度か良いので、珊瑚もよく見えます。
ガイドさん達は若いのですが、目配り気配りができるので楽しく過ごせます。
ツアー以外の石垣島情報(食事処、見処など)も色々教えてくれます。

The tour had 8 people. It was a day when the weather changed rapidly, but thanks to the staff's creativity, we were able to enjoy it. I was very excited about the mangroves for the first time.
