I participated in an experience diving session. The guide was cheerful and the explanations were easy to understand. What was disappointing was that I wanted clearer directions on where to go when we dove, and it felt like the diving time varied depending on the guests.

Most disappointing of all was that the photos taken were really lacking in quality. Even though there were beautiful fish swimming around, the photos ended up being just shots of the water with none of the fish visible.

Also, when I opened the site to download the photos, I found that I could see pictures of all the guests who participated. The small photos didn't clearly show faces, and since we were wearing masks while diving, I couldn't tell which one was me.

体験ダイビングで参加しました。
ガイドさんは明るくて説明もわかりやすかったです。
ガッカリだったのは、潜ったときに行く方向の指示をもっとしっかり出してほしかったのと、お客さんによって潜る時間が違うかんじがした。
そして何より１番ガッカリだったのは、撮ってくれた写真がすごくセンスなかったです。
せっかくキレイな魚が周りに泳いでいるのに、写真を見たら魚の１匹も写ってないただの海水の中だった。
また、写真をダウンロードしようと思いサイトを開いたところ、参加したお客さん全員の写真が見れちゃうこと。
顔の写りがハッキリしてない小さな写真やダイビングだとマスクしてるし、どれが自分かわからないです。

The guide responsible underwater prioritizes safety above all, and while taking photos, they may position themselves to capture beautiful scenery and fish, which might have resulted in fewer fish in the photos of you. As you pointed out, our photo service includes photos of other participants who were on the same boat that day. Some other companies may upload directly to social media albums, but our album is set up so that those who do not know the URL cannot view it. We believe this is a reassuring point, and we hope you can understand. It is indeed challenging to distinguish individuals in underwater photos, and we will look for ways to improve this.

Regarding the difference in diving times, those who take longer to descend may have a longer total time, but we strive to ensure that everyone has a consistent amount of time during the underwater tour after the descent. We will also work on providing clearer instructions regarding swimming directions and the overall flow of the underwater tour from descent to ascent, encouraging skill development for each guide.

水中での写真は人を判別するのが難しいというのは確かですので、こちらは何らかの改善を図りたいと思います。

潜る時間の違いに関してですが、潜行に時間がかかる方はどうしてもトータルでの時間が長くなることがありますが、
潜行完了後の水中ツアー部分は皆様一定の時間を取るよう心掛けております。
その前にご指摘いただきました泳ぐ方向の指示なども含め、
潜行から浮上までの水中ツアー全体の流れをもっとわかりやすくご説明できるように、
個々のガイドのスキルアップを促すようにいたします。

It was my first time on Iriomote Island, and I had a great time experiencing the nature of mangrove SUP, waterfalls, and limestone caves! I was a bit anxious about trying SUP for the first time, but with the guidance I received, I was able to enjoy it by the end. Since this was a day trip, I hope to see the starry sky next time!

I was able to spend a meaningful time. I was completely satisfied with the smiles, brightness, way of speaking, and hospitality of the staff!

The car was an 8-seater, and the front passenger seat was empty. The rest were filled, so it was a bit cramped inside. However, all the participants and staff were wearing masks, and we were able to open the windows for ventilation!

What made me very happy was that they took a lot of photos with an underwater camera. I received all those photos via LINE! Since I don’t have an underwater camera, I was able to get photos that we couldn't take ourselves. I thought there would only be one photo included in the tour (laughs), but I received 170 photos! Considering the tour price, I think it's quite reasonable. They took us to various places, we got to experience different activities, met fish, and had photos taken! It was truly all-inclusive!

The level of this tour is really, no exaggeration, top-notch!

有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。係の方の笑顔や明るさ、話し方、おもてなし…全て大満足です‼︎

車は8人乗りで、助手席は空き。
他は埋まっていたので、車内は密でした。ですが、他の参加者や係の方みなさんマスクを着用していましたし、また、窓を開けることができたので換気はOK‼︎

私がとても嬉しかったのは、水中カメラでたくさん写真を撮ってくれたことです＾＾
その写真を全てLINEでいただけました‼︎
水中カメラを持っていないので、自分たちでは撮影できない写真をゲットすることができました。
ツアーに含まれている写真撮影が1枚だけかな⁇と勝手に思っていました（笑）170枚の写真をいただけました‼︎ツアー料金を考えるとお手頃だと思います。色々な場所に連れて行ってくれて、体験もできて、お魚にも会えて、写真も撮れる‼︎至れり尽くせりです‼︎

このツアーのレベルは本当に、お世辞なしで
最高級‼︎です＾＾

Due to the impact of COVID-19, there was only one other group besides us. Furthermore, during the latter part of the activities at Kabira Bay, we had our guide, Diego, all to ourselves.

In a word, it was "the ultimate relaxation." It felt like a world completely separate from our daily lives. While experiencing the extraordinary beauty of Ishigaki Island's nature, Diego provided a fun and educational guiding experience. The timing for landing on the phantom island was perfect.

It's common to get so focused on taking photos that you can't fully enjoy the activities, but Diego took plenty of pictures for us, allowing us to enjoy the tour without any worries. If I have the opportunity to visit Ishigaki Island again, I would definitely like to request his services once more.

コロナの影響で自分達の他には1組しかいませんでした。更に後半の川平湾のアクティビティではガイド(ジエゴ)さん貸切りでした。
一言で言えば「最高の癒し」
日常の生活からかけ離れた世界。非日常である石垣島の自然の美しさを感じながら、ジエゴさんの楽しく、勉強になるガイド。幻の島に上陸するタイミングはバッチリでした。写真を撮る事に専念してしまってアクティビティをしっかりと楽しめない事があるあるですが、写真もたっぷり撮って頂き、何も心配無くしっかりとツアーを楽しめました。また石垣島に行く機会があれば、またお願いしたいと思います。

For our first trip to Ishigaki Island, we decided to try the Barasu and canoe waterfall adventure after much deliberation! Thanks to our friendly and very kind guide who explained and showed us so much, it truly became a wonderful memory! It's common for any tour company to have beautiful seas, but if you're unsure about which tour to choose, you can't go wrong here!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Kerama 3-point snorkeling tour. It included pick-up and drop-off at the hotel, bath towels, and snorkeling equipment. The rental of bath towels, lunch, and drinks on board were all reasonably priced! I had a wonderful day! I highly 慶良間３ポイント堪能させていただきました。 ホテルまで送迎付き、バスタオル、シュノーケリング機材込 バスタオルレンタル、昼食付、船内ドリンク付きリーズナブルです！ 楽しい一日を過ごすことができました！ お勧めのショップです！

The staff is kind and amazing, without a doubt.
They picked us up in front of the hotel at 7:50 AM and dropped us off at the hotel at 4:00 PM.
We had plenty of time for snorkeling at three points in Kerama.
The boat was clean and comfortable.
I especially want to thank the handsome half-Japanese Ken-chan!

Arrival at Tokashiki Port at 11:10
It takes just under 10 minutes by car to Awa Beach.
Return gathering at 15:30, ferry departure at 16:00.
Arrival at Tomari Port at 17:10.
The 70-minute boat ride was just the right amount of time for a beach stay.
The tranquility unique to the islands and the beauty of the sea were exceptional.
The only downside was that the supervision was too strict.
Snorkeling requires wearing a life jacket, and you can't even splash around at the water's edge.
It felt more like a message to use rentals rather than a focus on safety, which was unpleasant.
I wish there was more freedom.

It was my first time diving, and it was a very enjoyable tour thanks to the careful guidance I received. The staff was supportive during the boat ride, addressing any concerns I had and sharing various tips about the ocean, which was great. Swimming with the turtles was a lifelong memory. I participated in snorkeling at Kabira Bay and the Blue Cave. The natural beauty was so stunning that I wanted to come back again and again. Personally, I found the underwater snorkeling in front of the Blue Cave to be particularly impressive. It was great that they had a good range of sizes for rental equipment. I really appreciated the guide's explanations and the photo opportunities. They were very accommodating with schedule changes and pickup locations, which was a big help. Regarding infection control measures, while some things in the vehicle are unavoidable, overall, I thought it was well managed.

川平湾supと青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加させていただきました。とにかく自然が何度でも来たくなるような綺麗さでした。個人的には青の洞窟前の海中シュノーケリングが印象的でした。貸し出し用品なかなり大きいサイズもありよかったです。ガイドさんの説明や写真撮影も大変ありがたかったです。日程変更や送迎場所の融通も利かせていただき大変助かりました。感染対策については、車内はある程度仕方ありませんが基本的によかったと思います。

The tour staff were all very kind and wonderful people. During the activities, they took amazing photos that created great memories. Additionally, they provided transportation, so it was fine not to have a rental car. As a measure against COVID-19, both participants and staff wore masks during crowded travel, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. If I have the chance to come back to Iriomote Island, I would definitely like to use their services again.

ツアーのスタッフの方がとても優しくいい人ばかりでした。
アクティビティでは、体験中の写真をめちゃくちゃいい感じに撮ってくれていい思い出づくりになりました。
また、送迎もしてくれるのでレンタカーが無くても大丈夫でした。

Two years ago, I was heartbroken while snorkeling in the rain. This time, I was eager to go, but I was very anxious because my schedule coincided with the passing and approaching typhoon. However, it turned out to be beautifully sunny. I snorkeled at three points, and at the end, I was deeply moved to see a sea turtle majestically swimming in the blue ocean. Every staff member was cheerful and attentive, making my experience pleasant from departure to return. I would definitely like to use your services again on another occasion.

2年前は雨の中のシュノーケリングで傷心のままでした。今回は意気込んできましたが台風通過と台風接近の間に日程が重なり大変不安でしたが、ものの見事に快晴でした。3ポイントでシュノーケリングをし、最後にウミガメを青い海中で雄大に泳いでいる姿を見て大変感動しました。スタッフの誰もが元気よく対応して頂き出発から帰港する迄気持ち良く過ごせました。又の機会も是非お世話になりたいです。

First, we snorkeled in the highly transparent coral sea. The guide found a sea turtle, and we were super excited! We encountered sea turtles a few more times after that. I even got to meet Nemo for the first time in my life!!

When we changed spots, we were able to see various corals and tropical fish! I was very satisfied to see table corals while snorkeling♪

After lunch, we went canoeing and trekking. It was both my husband and my first time canoeing, so we were a bit anxious, but the guide explained everything clearly, and we had a lot of fun paddling! The trekking was quite hard, but it was interesting as we took breaks and learned about the trees and creatures of Iriomote Island!

After the tough trekking, cooling down in the waterfall was the best reward! On the day of the tour, I was worried that the return boat might be canceled due to the typhoon, but the guide regularly checked the operation status, allowing us to enjoy the tour with peace of mind. ツアー当日は台風の影響で帰りの船が欠航になるか不安でしたが、ガイドさんがマメに運行状況をチェックしてくれて、安心してツアーを楽しめました。ありがとうございます(о´∀`о)
今回の旅行ではツアーは一つだけと決めてたので、ツアー選択は凄く悩んで決めたのですが、オーナーさんとガイドさんとで波を見ながら泳ぐポイントを決めてくれたり、疲れ具合を見てトレッキングしてくれたりと、凄く参加者の事を考えてくれる会社さんだと思い嬉しかったです♪このツアーに決めて大正解です！

The reservation for the day after arriving in Ishigaki was made on short notice, but they responded quickly. There was no additional charge for the shuttle service, and we could enjoy the canoeing hands-free.

We participated as a family of three with our 10-year-old child. It's often difficult to take pictures of the whole family during activities, but thanks to the photo service, we were able to enjoy canoeing without any hassle and received more than enough family photos.

We spent a relaxing time canoeing on the crystal-clear waters of Kabira Bay.

On the way to the point, the instructor kindly answered our family's questions about sightseeing spots, for which we are grateful. Thanks to their advice, the remaining days were fulfilling.

サンゴ礁も素晴らしく夢の世界にいる様でした。
ウミガメ、クマノミなども出会えシュノーケルを堪能しました。お昼の休憩では唯一西表島で水着で入れるカフェ「西表の少年」を紹介され、食事も雰囲気もとても気に入りました！その間ものすごいスコールも経験できました。
午後からマングローブツアーをsupにて行いました。朝イチからずっと付いて下さったインストラクターの中村さんの案内もアットホームで楽しく面白く最後の最後まで楽しめました。

I had a reservation for two with a friend, but I heard that a warm low-pressure system developed the day before, and on the day itself, the rain and wind were incredibly intense from the morning. They managed to go ahead with the tour, but due to high waves and strong winds, we could only do the mangrove SUP and the cave exploration.

Exploring the cave was quite an adventure, as it was so dark that without the helmet lights, we couldn't see anything at all—it felt like we were exploring a jungle. There were detailed and fun explanations along the way, and I learned a lot about nature.

The mangrove SUP in the strong rain and wind, which felt like a typhoon, offered a different atmosphere compared to sunny days. I got completely soaked, but once we entered the mangroves, I didn't feel the wind at all, and it felt like we were on another jungle adventure. The destination we reached on the SUP was the Kura Falls, which is said to bring good luck. Because of the heavy rainfall, we experienced a more dynamic atmosphere than usual, which was very moving.

I was anxious about participating in such strong rain and wind, but thanks to the rain, I had an experience that I wouldn't normally get to have. Rain is nice, but I also want to join on a sunny day next time!

友達と2人で予約していましたが前日に温帯低気圧が発生したとのことで当日は朝から雨風共に凄まじい状態でした。なんとか催行していただけるとのことですが、バラス島上陸は波が高く風も強いとのことで、マングローブSUPと鍾乳洞のみになってしまいました。
鍾乳洞散策は、本格的でヘルメットの灯りがないと全く何も見えないくらいまるでジャングルを探検するような楽しみがありました。途中途中で詳しく楽しい説明もあり、自然のこともよく学ぶことができました。
台風レベルに雨風強い中でやったマングローブSUPも晴れている時とはまた違った雰囲気を楽しめました。全身ずぶ濡れになりましたがマングローブに入ると風も感じることなくこれまたジャングルを探検しているような楽しい気持ちになりました。SUPで辿り着いた先は幸運を呼ぶといわれているクーラの滝でした。雨量が多かったこともあり普段の滝の様子よりダイナミックな雰囲気を体験する事ができとても感動しました。
雨風強い中で参加することになりどうなることかと不安でしたが、雨のおかげで普段体験することができないような経験ができました。
雨も良いですが、次は晴れの日にも参加したいと思います！

This was my third time snorkeling in the Kerama Islands, and this time I participated alone, but the staff were kind and it was a lot of fun. I even encountered a sea turtle, and I want to join again. I wanted to participate again the next day as well.

The waters of Kerama are incredibly beautiful, and several turtles appeared. The boat was very comfortable. Although the shower couldn't use shampoo for environmental protection reasons, it was still pleasant to have a fresh water shower and bath towel on board.

I chose this plan because of the good reviews. They picked us up at the hotel, and everyone on the shuttle bus wore masks as a COVID-19 precaution. The weather was perfect for my first visit to the Kerama Islands, and the scenery was amazing. It was my first time diving, and I had so much fun that I decided to do a second dive. I really appreciated the staff who attended to us.

ホテルまでピックアップしてくれ、送迎バスでも参加者は全員マスクを着用し、コロナ対策をしていました。
初めての慶良間諸島は快晴に恵まれ、最高の景色でした。
