I participated in the sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave tour this time. I was amazed to see sea turtles up close and swim with them! It was my first experience, and I was incredibly moved. After snorkeling with the sea turtles, we went to Pumpkin Cave. It seems you can only enter during low tide, and I was shocked by the impressive sight of Pumpkin for the first time. The guide mentioned that it’s always moving, and I completely agree! The jump from Pumpkin at the end was thrilling! The guide was very attentive and encouraged us to reach out anytime during our trip. They even sent us photos, and I felt incredibly well taken care of. I am extremely satisfied!

今回ウミガメのシュノーケルとパンプキン鍾乳洞のツアーに参加させて頂きました。
あんなに近くでウミガメが観れて、一緒に泳げるとは！
初めての体験で、凄く感動しました。
ウミガメのシュノーケルに続いてパンプキンに、、
干潮時しか入れないらしく、初めてみたパンプキンの迫力に驚きました。ガイドをして頂いた方が何回来ても感動すると、まさにその通りだなと思いました！
最後のパンプキンからのジャンプはスリル満点です！
ガイドさんも丁寧に教えてくださり、旅行中気軽にご相談くださいと！写真も送ってきてくださって、凄く親切にして頂き大大大満足です。

This was our first time on Iriomote Island, and it turned out to be the best tour! As a couple, we participated in canoeing, trekking, and snorkeling, and here are our impressions:

1. Canoeing
- Although the weather was somewhat cloudy and there was a bit of wind, our guide, Mr. Iwamoto, provided us with appropriate paddling instructions, allowing us to enjoy canoeing without getting too tired. I also remember that while we were paddling, he explained the types of mangroves and vegetation in a very detailed and careful manner, which was very interesting.

2. Trekking
- The course was a bit challenging even for us in our 30s, but it was an extraordinary experience that left us very moved. Mr. Iwamoto took photos and used a 360-degree camera at appropriate times, allowing us to focus on the trekking. The breathtaking view from the waterfall was unforgettable!

3. Snorkeling
- After finishing the trekking and enjoying homemade Yaeyama soba, we set off from the port on a private boat. The sea near Barasu Island was truly wonderful, and it was the most impressive snorkeling experience I've ever had. We also encountered a sea turtle, and Mr. Iwamoto's explanation that "the encounter rate with sea turtles is 100%" turned out to be true!

Overall, we were very satisfied with the attentive guidance and the fact that the photos were shared with us on the same day. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to participate again.

今回、私たちにとって初めての西表島でしたが、最高のツアーになりました！
私たちカップルは、カヌー・トレッキング・シュノーケリングに参加しましたが、以下感想です。

1. カヌー
・多少天気が曇っており、少し風もありましたが、ガイドの岩本さんから適切に漕ぎ方を指示頂き、さほど疲れることなくカヌーを満喫することが出来ました。また、カヌーで漕いでいる際もとても丁寧かつ詳細にマングローブの種類や植生を解説頂き、とても興味深かったことを覚えています。

2. トレッキング
・30代の私たちでも少し厳しいと感じるコースでしたが、笑
非日常を体験することが出来、とても感動しました。適宜、岩本さんから写真撮影及び360度カメラにて撮影頂き、トレッキングに集中することができました。滝壺からの絶景は忘れられません！

3. シュノーケリング
・トレッキング終了後、お手製の八重山そばを頂いた後に、港から貸し切りのボートで出発。バラス島付近の海は、本当に素敵で、今までのダイビング・シュノーケリングの中で最も感動しました。またウミガメとも遭遇し、岩本さんの「ウミガメとの遭遇率は100%」という説明は、本当でした。笑

総じて、とても丁寧にガイド頂き、また写真も当日中に共有頂くなど、大変満足しております。また機会があれば是非とも参加したいと思います。

It was my first time trying SUP, and I had a great time. They explained the points clearly before we started and taught us at a good pace, which was perfect for someone like me who wanted to jump right in. I was able to stand up and enjoy it right away! The snorkeling was also great, and I’m glad I participated because they took us to places I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Honestly, I was skeptical about whether we would really see sea turtles, but we did, and I was very satisfied! They also took a lot of photos during the tour, which created wonderful memories. The group size was just right, not too big, which was nice. The guide was cheerful, kind, and very pleasant! I would definitely like to do this again if I have the chance! Thank you very much for this experience.

SUPは初めてでしたがとても楽しめました。しっかり始める前にポイントを伝えてテンポよく教えて下さるので、すぐにやりたい派の私にはとてもよかったです(^^)無事すぐに立ち上がって楽しむことができました！シュノーケルもですが、ツアーでないと知れなかった場所に連れて行ってくださり参加してよかったです。正直ウミガメも本当にみれるのか半信半疑でしたが本当に見れて大満足です！またツアーの中で写真もたくさん撮って下さり思い出が増えました(^^)人数も多過ぎず、少人数で良かったです。ガイドのお兄さんも明るくて優しくとても感じの良い方です！また機会があったらぜひお願いしたいです！！この度はありがとうございました。

In the morning, I participated in a canoeing and trekking tour, and in the afternoon, I joined a snorkeling tour. The Pinai Sara Falls had a lot of water at that time, making it very impressive. I was thrilled to encounter a sea turtle during snorkeling, which was a long-held dream of mine. You can swim alongside beautiful coral reefs and tropical fish! Just before the end of the rainy season, the weather was clear. It was hot and humid, which was a bit tough, but I had a very enjoyable day. The guide was very knowledgeable about Iriomote Island and provided various explanations. They also took photos at appropriate times. It's a fulfilling tour where you can spend a lot of time on activities!

午前中はカヌーandトレッキングで午後はシュノーケリングのツアーに参加しました。ピナイサーラの滝は水量が多いタイミングだったため、とても迫力がありました。シュノーケリングは念願のウミガメに遭遇できて感動しました。珊瑚礁や綺麗な熱帯魚たちと一緒に泳ぐことができます！梅雨明け直前で天気は晴れ。高温多湿でややハードでしたが、とても楽しい1日を過ごすことができました。ガイドさんは西表島についての知識が豊富でいろいろ説明してくれます。写真も適宜とってくれます。アクティビティーに多くの時間を費やせる充実したツアーです！

At the beginning of July, my partner and I experienced snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) together!

It was our first time for both activities, but the guide was kind and taught us very carefully, so we quickly grasped the techniques and were able to enjoy ourselves!

The waters around Miyako Island are incredibly clear, and during snorkeling, we were able to see many colorful fish and corals from a distance! We were lucky enough to find our target sea turtles right away, and during the tour, we got to swim with six of them, which was very satisfying!

The experience of looking out at the blue sea from the SUP board was also very pleasant! I think even those who aren't very good at sports can enjoy it right away, so I would recommend it to many people!

7月初めにシュノーケル＋SUPをカップルで体験しました！

シュノーケルもSUPも初めてでしたが，ガイドの方が親切でとても丁寧に教えていただけたのですぐにコツをつかむことができ，楽しむことができました！

宮古島の海は透明度がとても高く，シュノーケリングではカラフルな色の魚やサンゴを遠くからでもたくさん観賞できました！お目当てのウミガメもすぐに見つけることができ，ツアーでは運よく6匹と一緒に泳ぐことができ大満足でした！

SUPボードの上から青い海を眺めながらの体験もとても気持ちよかったです！あまり運動が得意でなくてもすぐに楽しめると思うので，いろんな人にオススメしたいです！

I went in April as well, but the sea conditions were poor at that time, so I snorkeled elsewhere. This time, the weather was decent, and we went to points near Zamami Island and Tokashiki Island in the Kerama Islands. We snorkeled at three different spots. The water clarity was quite good, and I was able to see a lot of fish, which was enjoyable. I'm not a strong swimmer, but the staff provided a float for me, allowing me to focus on watching the fish. I would like to go again sometime.

4月にも行きましたがその時は海の状態が悪くて別のところでスノーケルをしました。今回は天気もまぁまぁで、慶良間の座間味島渡嘉敷島の近くのポイントまで行きました。3つのポイントでシュノーケルをしました。海の透明度もかなり良くて魚をたくさん見ることができて楽しめました。私はあまり泳げませんがスタッフの方がフロートを持って案内していただいたので魚を見ることに集中できました。そのうちまた行きたいと思います。

I enjoyed both the mangrove kayaking and trekking at just the right distance without getting too tired! The soki soba we had at the top of the waterfall and the mochi we ate at the base of the waterfall were incredibly delicious! During the tour, I learned a lot of things and had a great time chatting. Thank you for taking us to the pineapple stand on the way back! I look forward to visiting Iriomote Island again!

マングローブカヤックもトレッキングも疲れすぎないちょうど良い距離で最後まで楽しめました！
滝上で食べるソーキそばも、滝壺で食べるお餅もすっごく美味しかったです！
ツアー中も色々な事を教えていただき、お話できて楽しかったです！
帰りにはパイナップル販売所にも連れて行っていただいて、ありがとうございました！

We used the service for two people in late June. The guide was very kind and taught us gently, and we were able to meet the sea turtles we had always wanted to see. Additionally, at Pumpkin Hall, they provided detailed explanations about the plants and culture of Okinawa and Miyako Island, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Here, you walk from the parking lot to the cave, so the return trip can be a bit tiring, but I still think it's a place worth visiting. We were also able to receive photo data, making it a very satisfying tour. Thank you very much!

6月の下旬に二人で利用させていただきました。
ガイドをして頂いた方は、初心者でも優しく教えてくださり、念願のウミガメにも出会うことができました。
また、パンプキンホールでは、沖縄や宮古島の植物、文化などを細かく説明してくださり、一層旅行を楽しめるものとなりました。ここでは、駐車場から洞窟まで歩くので帰り道は少し疲れますがそれでも行く価値のある場所だと思います。
写真のデータもいただくことができたりと、大満足のいくツアーでした。

The weather forecast had predicted thunderstorms on the day of our activity, which made me quite worried. However, we received a message the day before suggesting, "How about we move the meeting time up by an hour since the waves will be high in the afternoon?" This allowed us to enjoy the experience until the end!

It's reassuring to leave things to the sea professionals for a safe and enjoyable time.

On the day of the activity, we gathered at the Imugya parking lot, where three groups, including ours, participated. One group chose SUP while another opted for canoeing. I fell into the sea early on during SUP (laughs), but the instructors provided tips on how to stand, and by the end, I was able to paddle while standing.

We then moved to Shinjo Beach for snorkeling. Since we wore life jackets and fins, I felt safe even though I couldn't swim well. The instructor pointed out where to find clownfish and helped us look for sea turtles, showing great care for the participants, which made it enjoyable. I was thrilled to see three sea turtles at once!

The photos taken by the instructor captured both the sea turtles and us perfectly! They took many pictures, creating wonderful memories!

I would love to request this experience again when I visit Miyako Island! Thank you very much!

天気予報ではアクティビティの日は雷雨の予報でとても心配でしたが、前日の集合場所連絡で「午後は波が高いから集合時間を1時間早めませんか？」という提案をいただき、最後まで楽しむことができました！
やはり海のプロにお任せすると安心安全に楽しめます。

当日はイムギャー駐車場に集合で私たちも含めて3組が参加していて、私たちともう1組はSUP、1組はカヌーを選択していました。
SUPでは早々に海に落ちましたが(笑)、立ち方のコツなど随時指摘していただけて最後は立って漕げるようになりました。

場所を新城海岸に移動してシュノーケルをやりました。
ライブジャケットとフィンを付けるので泳げなくても多分大丈夫です。
インストラクターさんにクマノミの場所を教えてもらったり、ウミガメを探してくれたり、参加者のことを気にかけてくれたので楽しめました。
ウミガメが3匹同時に見れたのはとても嬉しかったです！

インストラクターさんが撮ってくれた写真にはウミガメと私たちがばっちり写っていました！
ほかにもたくさん撮ってくれて良い思い出になりました！

また宮古島に行ったときはお願いしたいです！

Cave exploration + Pisanara Falls

It was a course that allowed me to fully enjoy Iriomote Island. I truly had a valuable experience that felt like my world was expanding!

I had a guide at both the cave and Pisanara Falls, and both of them not only entertained us but also taught us many things with their extensive knowledge.

Next time I go to Iriomote Island, I will definitely ask Monsoon again.

鍾乳洞探検＋ピサイナーラの滝

西表島を満喫出来るコースでした。
本当に自分の世界が広がるような貴重な体験をさせていただきました！

鍾乳洞とピサイナーラの滝でそれぞれ1名のガイドさんに案内いただいたのですが、御二方とも楽しませて下さるのはもちろん、豊富な知識で色んな事を教えてくださいました。

次西表島に行く際にはまたモンスーンさんにお願いします。

Since there were only two participants, we were able to enjoy kayaking leisurely with the staff member, making a total of three of us. Even as beginners, we had a great time. It was raining at first, but by sunset, the rain stopped and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. A rainbow even appeared, making it a wonderful time. The staff member, Tenshin, was very kind and provided thorough explanations about kayaking and nature, creating great memories! I highly recommend it!

参加者が2名だったこともあり、スタッフさんと3名でのんびりカヤックを堪能できました。
初心者でも十分楽しむことができました。
最初は雨が降っていましたが、夕焼け時には雨も上がり綺麗な夕日を見ることができました。
また虹まで出てきて最高な時間になりました。
スタッフの天心さんがとてもいい方で、カヤック操作から自然まで丁寧にご説明してくださりいい思い出になりました！
とてもおすすめです！

To sum it up, I am very satisfied!!

The guide was Ryusei.
In the car, even during the state of emergency, he provided detailed information about shops that were likely to be less crowded.

What I thought after experiencing the tour is that he taught us very carefully and praised us a lot!

He is a guide that both adults and children can enjoy, sharing detailed stories that even adults find interesting.

Also, he took multiple photos and videos, and the angles were fantastic, making them perfect for Instagram!

For important memories, I thought it would be nice to have someone friendly, and he was just that!!

I definitely want everyone to experience this!

今回は石垣島でsupとシュノーケルがやりたくてこちらを予約させていただきました。

結論から言うと大満足です！！

ガイドさんは【りゅうせい】さんでした。
車内では、緊急事態宣言中にも関わらず、空いているであろうお店を細かく教えてくださいます。

ツアーを体験して思ったことは
とにかく丁寧に教えてくださり、よく誉めてくださいます！

大人も子供も楽しめるガイドさんで、大人も【へぇ～】となるような詳しい話をしてくれます。

あとは、写真や動画を複数とってくださるのですがアングルがぴかいちでインスタ映えしますよ～～

大切な思い出には、やっぱり愛想がよい方がいいな～と思っていたらドンピシャでした！！

It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding! Although it was a windy day and the weather wasn't great, I was able to have my experience in a safe location, which made it easy to ride even as a beginner! They took a lot of photos for us, and the friendly instructor was kind and thorough in his explanations, making it a fun time! He was very helpful, even pulling me along when I got tired.

Next time, I want to go on a nice day! Thank you very much, and I look forward to it again!

We had planned to do SUP at Kawarawan, but due to a forecast of strong winds, we changed locations and were taken to the mangroves. I was worried it might be canceled, so I was really glad they were able to hold it at a different spot!

The mangroves felt like a jungle, and it was fun to feel like an adventurer. Surprisingly, even without much core strength, I was able to stand up on the SUP quite easily, and the wind was pleasant, allowing me to fully enjoy the mangroves!

During the afternoon snorkeling, there were many corals and colorful fish in the shallow waters, making me feel like I was swimming in an aquarium, which really boosted my excitement. We also got to visit the Blue Cave, which was mystical and very impressive.

Additionally, thanks to our guide who explained various fish and plants, I was able to enjoy it even more, making it a very fulfilling day!

川原湾でのSUPの予定でしたが、風が強い予報のため場所を変更し、マングローブに連れて行ってもらいました。中止になるかもしれないと思っていたので、場所を変更して開催してもらえて、とても良かったです！
マングローブはジャングルのようなところで、冒険家？になった気分で楽しかったです。SUPは、体幹がない私でも意外とすんなり立つことができて、風も心地よく、マングローブを満喫できました！
午後のシュノーケルでは、浅瀬に珊瑚と、カラフルな魚がたくさんいて、水族館の中を泳いでるような気分でテンションが上がりました☆青の洞窟にも行くことができ、神秘的でとても印象的でした。
また、ガイドさんがお魚や植物など色んな説明をしてくれたおかげで、更に楽しむことができ、とても充実した1日なりました！

The guide was very cheerful and easy to talk to! From the contact the day before, they provided helpful information like "there won't be any restrooms ahead, so it's better to go now" and "be careful, it's slippery here," which made me feel very at ease. It was my first time doing SUP, but they taught me very carefully, and I was able to go back and forth on the course without falling even once. They also took a lot of photos, making it a memorable day. I will definitely make a reservation again when I go to Okinawa! Thank you so much!

前日の連絡からはじまり、この先はトイレがないので今行っておいた方がいいとか、ここは滑りやすいので注意、とかこまめに情報をくださり、とても安心でした。

I participated in a day trip from Ishigaki Island. I was picked up at the port and taken to a nearby shop to prepare for the kayaking tour. As a beginner in kayaking, I received thorough instructions and was able to enjoy the experience.

We paddled along a majestic river, taking breaks along the way to hear about the mangroves, which left me impressed by the strength and beauty of nature. We kayaked to the trekking point, and from there, we walked towards the Pinaisara Falls. Climbing and navigating rocky areas was a bit challenging for us, as we are not very active, but it was a lot of fun as we took photos at beautiful spots.

Our guide, Mr. Iwamoto, was very knowledgeable about the mountains and shared stories about various creatures and plants. When we arrived at Pinaisara Falls after walking the mountain path, I felt a great sense of accomplishment. The falls, with plenty of water from the previous day's rain, were truly magnificent, and I enjoyed the great outdoors while cooling off in the waterfall pool.

We returned the way we came, floating down the mangrove river, which showed a different face than on the way in, and went back to the shop to enjoy handmade Yaeyama soba. The gentle broth was soothing to our tired bodies. There is also a supermarket nearby where you can buy snacks and souvenirs. The pineapple ice cream on a stick that I bought here was very delicious.

After lunch, we headed to Barasu Island, where we picked up coral and took commemorative photos before heading to a nearby snorkeling spot. I was very moved to see beautiful coral reefs, colorful fish, and, if lucky, even a sea turtle. We were guided to spots with anemones where Nemo lives, large table corals, and beautiful coral areas, and time flew by. We also had underwater photos taken, creating wonderful memories of snorkeling.

It was a packed tour, so we didn't have much time to take photos ourselves, but Mr. Iwamoto used a 360-degree camera, a regular camera, and an underwater camera to take many pictures, allowing us to reminisce as we looked back at them.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I hope to participate again while my parents are still healthy.

石垣島から日帰りで参加しました。
港までお迎えに来ていただいて近くのお店へ、準備をしてさっそくカヤックツアーの開始です。
カヤック初心者でしたが、しっかりレクチャーをうけ楽しんで進むことが出来ました。
雄大な川を進み途中休憩をはさみながら、マングローブのお話を聞いて、自然の強さ素晴らしさに感銘を受けました。
カヤックでトレッキングのポイントまで進み、そこからは歩いてピナイサーラの滝を目指します。
途中手をついて登ったり、岩場をアップダウンしながら進むので普段運動不足の私たちにはちょっぴりハードでしたが、素敵なポイントで写真を撮ってくれるのでとっても楽しかったです。

ガイドの岩本さんはさすがに山を熟知しておられ、いろんな生き物や植物のお話を聞かせてくださりました。
山道を歩いてピナイサーラの滝に到着した時にはすごく達成感がありました。
前日の雨で水量たっぷりのピナイサーラの滝は本当に素晴らしく、滝つぼで体をクールダウンさせながら大自然を満喫しました。

来た道を戻り、行きとは違った表情を見せるマングローブの川を下ってお店に戻って、手作りの八重山そばをいただきました。
疲れた体に優しいおだしが染み入ります。。。
近くにスーパーもあるのでスナックやお土産も購入できます。
こちらで購入したパイナップルを串に刺したアイスがとってもおいしかったです。

昼食後はバラス島へ、こちらでは珊瑚を拾ったり記念撮影をし、近くのシュノーケリングスポットへ向かいます。
美しいサンゴ畑や色とりどりの魚、運よくウミガメにも会うことができてとても感動しました。
ニモの住むイソギンチャクや、大きなテーブル珊瑚、きれいな珊瑚のスポットにも案内していただいて、あっという間に時間が過ぎました。
水中カメラでも撮影をしてくださったので、楽しいシュノーケリングの思い出が出来ました。

盛りだくさんのツアーなので、自分たちではなかなか写真を撮る余裕もないのですが、あちらこちらで360度カメラや普通のカメラ、水中カメラを駆使して岩本さんがたくさん写真を撮ってくださったので、見返しては思い出に浸っています。

本当に素敵な体験をさせていただきありがとうございました。
また両親が元気なうちに一緒に参加できたらと思います。

I participated in the Kayahira Bay SUP + Blue Cave Snorkeling tour (with hotel pickup and free photos).

Good points:
1. There were two guides, one male and one female, both of whom had excellent service spirits, making the tour very enjoyable. This is important, but I think it also depends on luck.
2. The service includes taking photos, so whether you're participating alone or in a group, you can get various scenes captured. It's great for Instagram.
3. The sea near the Blue Cave is the perfect spot for snorkeling.

Bad points:
1. There are no restrooms available.
2. Although it's a full-day tour, we were dropped off in the city for lunch in the morning, and then we had to regroup for the afternoon tour. The tour members also changed. It's unfortunate that meals are not included. Convenience store bento boxes came in handy.

川平湾SUP ＋青の洞窟シュノーケリング ＜ホテル送迎／写真無料＞に参加しました。
良かった点
①ガイドさんが男女2名おり、どちらもサービス精神に優れていたので、とても楽しいツアーになりました。ここは重要ですが運次第だと思う。
②写真を撮ってくれるサービスが付いているので一人参加からグループまで一緒に様々なシーンを撮って貰える。インスタアップにやくだつ。
③青の洞窟近くの海はシュノーケリングに最高な場所
悪かった点
①全てトイレがない。
②1日ツアーだが午前で一旦市街地に降ろされ、各自で昼食を取り、再度集合して午後ツアーに向かう。ツアーメンバーも入れ替わる。食事なしが残念。コンビニ弁当が活躍。

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but they handled everything perfectly!!! I signed up for a tour of Kabira Bay, but due to strong winds on the day, it couldn't be conducted. However, as an alternative, they recommended a SUP tour at Miyara River, and I ended up using that tour instead. I really wanted to do SUP, so I appreciate them introducing a tour that could be done even in bad weather. At Miyara River, there are mangroves around, so the wind had little impact, and even beginners could enjoy it. The tour guide was friendly and took photos for us, and even shared recommendations for local shops! The content of the optional tour was great, but the guide's personality was also wonderful, so I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ishigaki Island. I would love to use their services again for a tour of Kabira Bay as a revenge tour when I come back to Ishigaki Island!!!

急遽、前日に予約しましたが、しっかり対応いただきました！！！川平湾のツアーを申し込みましたが、当日は風が強い為、催行できませんでした。でもその代替案として宮良川のsupをすすめていただき、そのままそちらのツアーを利用しました。どうしてもsupがしたかったので、こうやって悪天候でもできるツアーを紹介してくださり、感謝しております^^ 宮良川だと周りにマングローブがはえているので風の影響もほとんどなく、初心者でも楽しむことができました★★★ツアーガイドさんも気さくで写真を撮ってくださったり、おすすめのお店まで教えてくださりました！！オプショナルツアーの内容もですが、ツアーガイドさんのお人柄も良かったのでぜひ石垣島に来られた方にはオススメしたいです。また石垣島へ来たらリベンジで川平湾のツアーなどで利用したいと思いました！！！

This is a wonderful tour that captures the essence of Miyako Island. The color of the Miyako Blue sea and the graceful sea turtles swimming right in front of us were truly moving. We were very excited to see the sea turtles so close while snorkeling, and the kids were thrilled.

Pumpkin Hall was harder than I expected. I thought we would reach the entrance by SUP or canoe, but I realized that walking there requires a lot of stamina, making it a tough tour. However, the guide was attentive, and at Pumpkin Hall, I learned about the history of the stalactite cave that took many years to form, and I could truly feel the greatness of nature. The guide provided explanations at various points, which was educational.

It was the best adventure tour that I want many people to know about.

宮古島の良さがギュッと詰まった素敵なツアーです。宮古ブルーの海の色、その中で私たちの目の前を優雅に泳ぐウミガメ。
シュノーケルでこんなに近くにウミガメをみれる事にとても感動し、子供も大興奮でした。
パンプキンホールは思ったよりもハードです。
supかカヌーで入口まで行くのかと思ってたのですが、歩きで行くには体力が無いと過酷なツアーなのだと思いました。苦笑
しかし、ガイドさんも気にかけてくれ、パンプキンホールでは長い年月をかけてこの形になった鐘乳洞の歴史を知り、そして自然の偉大さをまじまじと感じることが出来ました。
ガイドさんが、所々でちゃんと説明をしてくれるので、勉強になりました。
多くの方に知ってもらいたい最高のアドベンチャーツアーでした。

I participated in a tour with RISE for the first time. They picked me up at the hotel, and we arrived at the port comfortably. The staff were friendly and took a lot of photos for us. I wanted to talk more with Chris... haha.

The flow of the tour seems to be flexible, depending on the day's conditions, with options for either going to the Phantom Island first or snorkeling. This time, snorkeling was first. The staff were considerate and checked in on me since snorkeling first made my hair messy... thank you very much.

The sea was incredibly beautiful, especially the water around Phantom Island, which was a clear, lovely shade of blue. I felt strongly that we need to protect the ocean and the coral! Next time, I want to go for marine activities. Thank you for a fun tour!

RISEさんのツアーに初めて参加しました。ホテルまで迎えに来ていただき、快適に港へ到着。スタッフの方々が気さくに対応してくださり、たくさん写真も撮っていただきました。クリスともっと話したかったです…笑
ツアーの流れは、その日の状況に応じてスタッフさんが柔軟に選択し、幻の島→シュノーケリング、シュノーケリング→幻の島どちらかになるようです。今回はシュノーケリングが先でした。スタッフさんは気を遣ってくださり、シュノーケリングが先になってしまい、髪が乱れてしまったことを気にかけてくれました…ありがとうございました。
海は抜群に綺麗で、特に幻の島は透き通った綺麗な水色でした。
また、海を守らなきゃ、珊瑚を守らなきゃと強く思いました！
今度はマリンアクティビティをやりに行きたいと思います。楽しいツアーをありがとうございました！

ライズツアーが連れて行ってくれたシュノーケリングスポットは、世界で2番目に珊瑚礁が多い場所らしいです！魚たちもカラフルで綺麗でした。ガイドさんたちもすごくいい人たちで、安全面に気を使っていて、のびのびとシュノーケリングできました。

今日は、妻と一緒にライズのスピードボートツアーで幻の島に行きましたが、正直言って、日本を旅行していて今までの中で最高の体験の一つでした！ガイドのクリスさんとカオリさんは素晴らしく、私たちのために旅行を素晴らしいものにするために尽力してくれました。

私たちは、人生で行った中で最高のシュノーケリングスポットの一つにボートで向かいました。石垣島の他のシュノーケリングスポットにも行ったことがありますが、ここはそれらを圧倒しました！珊瑚と魚たちは鮮やかで色とりどりで、本当に素晴らしかったです！考えるだけでまた行きたくなります。こんなに健康で美しい reef を間近で見ることができるのは、滅多にありません！

シュノーケリングが終わった後、私たちは幻の島に行きました。そこは、干潮時にだけ現れる小さな三日月型のビーチです。間違いなく、私が今まで見た中で最も美しいビーチでした（日本以外のビーチも含めて）。写真ではその美しさを伝えきれません - 実際に見なければなりません！さらに驚くべきことは、潮が上がるにつれてビーチが徐々に透明な水の中に消えていくのを実際に見ることができたことです。本当に素晴らしく、決して忘れられない体験です！

このツアーをするかどうか迷っているなら、絶対にやってください！100%の価値があります。このツアーがどれほど素晴らしかったか、何度も言いたいです。クリスさんとカオリさん、再度感謝します。あなたたちは素晴らしく、この旅行を忘れられないものにしてくれました！

ライズツアーさんが連れて行ってくれたシュノーケリングスポットは世界で２番目に珊瑚礁が多い場所らしいです!魚たちもカラフルで綺麗でした。ガイドさん達もすごくいい人たちで安全面に気を使っていてのびのびとシュノーケリングできました。

Today, my wife and I went on a Rise speed boat tour to Maboroshi Island, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had travelling around Japan! The guides Chris and Kaori were fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure the trip was great for us.

We started out by taking a boat to one of it not the best snorkelling spot I’ve ever been to in my life. We have been to other snorkelling spots in Ishigaki, but this place blew them out of the water! The corals and fish were vibrant and full of color - honestly, it was so awesome! Just thinking about it makes me want to go back. It’s not everyday you get to see such a healthy, beautiful reef up close!

After we finished snorkelling, we went to Maboroshi island, a small crescent shaped beach that only appears at low tide. It was without a doubt the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, (including beaches outside of Japan). Pictures really do not do it justice - you have to see it in person! What was even more incredible was that we could actually watch the beach slowly disappear into the crystal clear water as the tide went up. It was truly amazing, and is something I will never forget!

If you are debating whether or not to do this tour, DO IT! It is 100% worth it. I can’t stress enough how great this tour was. Thanks again to Chris and Kaori, you guys were amazing and made this trip unforgettable!

I was glad to be able to try SUP for the first time in Ishigaki Island. Despite the weather forecast predicting rain, it somehow turned cloudy, which was a relief. Since we were at the edge of Kabira Bay, the scenery was different from what I had seen in photos, but it was an ideal spot for SUP. The downside was that there were no restrooms, so we left the hotel and returned without any bathroom breaks. Overall, it was enjoyable because the guide was great, and I would like to use this service again. I think it would be best if the weather is nice next time. Also, there are no places to change or buy drinks, so I recommend preparing those in advance.

SUPが初体験だったので石垣島で出来てよかった。
天気が雨予想のなか、なんとか、曇りになり助かった。川平湾の端っこだったので写真で見た風景と違ったがSUPするには、最適な場所。難点はトイレなどが無く、ホテルから出発し、ホテルに戻るまでトイレなし。全体的には、ガイドさんが良かったので楽しかった。また、次も利用したい。次は天気ならベストだと思います。あとは、着替えるところや、飲み物を買う場所はないので、あらかじめ、用意しておくことをお勧めします。

There’s no doubt that this is a wonderful tour to enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island over the course of about a day! The tour isn’t particularly strenuous, and the guide was very thorough in explaining and instructing us, which made me feel very secure!

The facilities we used at the beginning and end of the tour were very well maintained and clean. Although we didn’t stay for long, there was no trouble during preparation or changing. It was great that they provided shoes, so all we needed to bring were our action clothes and a change of clothes!

Our guide, Hoshi, was very kind and reliable, and there was no pressure for forced communication. He was always attentive to our situation, making for a comfortable experience throughout. If I could request him again, I definitely would! Thank you!

Regarding the course content, I have so much I want to write about, but I’ll hold back on specifics so as not to spoil the fun for those who will participate in the future (laughs). Since we are accustomed to nature activities like hiking, we were able to move faster than the usual course time, allowing us to make good use of the extra time with additional courses and explanations, and even adjustments to our stay. The flexible response felt like a private tour, making for a luxurious experience!

Also, one concern I had when choosing the tour was whether the early start would be too early, even though I wanted to enjoy the whole day. However, Hoshi explained, “By taking the early ferry, you can move at a leisurely pace without mixing with other guests,” and I was convinced! Thanks to that, during the tour, we weren’t rushed by other tours and could move quietly and freely. (While paddling the canoe, it felt like we had Iriomote Island all to ourselves!)

Lastly, although it’s unrelated to the tour content, I think it’s best not to assume that it won’t rain at all, as the weather on Iriomote Island can change rapidly. Our tour day had a lot of weather changes, from cloudy to sunny to rainy, but since we were prepared for playing in nature, even the heavy rain became a fun attraction. When it poured while diving into the pool at Pinaisara Falls, I felt the power of nature in a way that you can’t experience in the city, and I was actually glad it rained. Let’s enjoy the situation together with the guide, even if it rains!

In summary, it was simply the best tour ever (laughs)!

西表島の大自然を約1日かけて楽しむ素晴らしいツアーであることは間違いないです！ツアー内容は特別ハードという事はなく、ガイドさんも丁寧に段取り良く説明、指導していただけるのでとても安心です！

ツアーの最初と最後にお世話になる施設はとても清潔に管理されていて、長時間滞在する事はないですが、準備や着替えの際に困ることは無かったです。靴も貸していただけるのでこちらで用意するのは行動着と着替えだけなのは有り難かったです！

ガイドの星さんはとても親切で頼りがいがあり、強引なコミュニケーションを強いられることもなく、こちらの状況を常に気にしてくださり、終始居心地の良い時間となりました。指名できるのであれば、またご指名します！ありがとうございました！

コースの内容については、本当は書きたい事が沢山あるのですが、あまり具体的に書き過ぎるとこれから参加される方々の楽しみが減るかと思いますので控えます(笑)。私たちが普段から登山などネイチャーアクティビティーに慣れていることもあり通常のコースタイムよりも早めに動けたため、空いた時間をうまく活用した+αのコースや説明、滞在時間の調整までしてくださり、臨機応変な対応はまるでプライベートツアーのようで贅沢な時間を過ごせました！

また、ツアー選びの際に1番気がかりだった点が、丸一日楽しみたいとはいえ朝が早過ぎるかな？と言う事でした。ですが、ガイドの星さんから「早い時間のフェリーに搭乗することで、他のお客さんと混み合うこと無くゆっくり行動できるんです」と言われてガッテン！おかげでツアー中、他のツアーに急かされることもなく静かに、それでいて自由に動くことが出来ました。(カヌーを漕いでいる間はまるで西表島を自分たちだけで独り占めしている気分でした！)

最後に、ツアー内容とは関係ないですが、西表島の天気は変わりやすいので全く雨が降らないことを前提に参加しない方が良いと思います。今回の私たちのツアーも曇りだったり晴れだったり雨だったり天気の移り変わりが激しい日でしたが、そもそも大自然と遊ぶ前提の格好と準備をしているため、大雨もとても楽しいアトラクションとなりました。ピナイサーラの滝壺へダイブする際に大雨が降った時は、都会では味わえない大自然の力をダイレクトに感じ、逆に雨が降ってくれたことを嬉しく思ったくらいです。雨が降ってもガイドさんと一緒にその状況を楽しみましょう！

まとめますと、ただの最ッッ高な(笑)ツアーでした！！

Initially, I was scheduled to go to Balas Island, but due to weather conditions, it was changed to caving and canyoning. The mangroves were breathtaking. I was truly moved. Canyoning was a bit scary, but I was able to fully enjoy the great outdoors, something I don't experience in my daily life. The guide was fun and interesting, and the photos they took were all wonderful.
However, due to the state of emergency, most of the recommended shops were closed during the day, which was disappointing. I think it would be very helpful if you could do some research in advance.

当初バラス島に行く予定でしたが、天候の影響によりケービングとキャニオニングに変更になりました。マングローブは圧巻でした。感動しました。キャニオニングは少し怖かったですが、日常で味わうことのない大自然を満喫できました。ガイドの方が楽しく面白く説明してくださり、撮ってくださった写真も素晴らしいものばかりでした。
ただ、緊急事態宣言下ということもあり、昼にお勧めして頂いたお店がほとんど閉まっており、残念でした。事前に調査して頂けるととても助かると思います。

I participated in a day trip from Ishigaki Island. The waves were calm, and the boat ride was hardly shaky, which heightened my expectations for snorkeling at Barasu Island. Upon arriving at the Uehara Port on Iriomote Island, I quickly met up with the tour guide. Due to the tides, we were scheduled to visit Barasu Island in the morning and go mangrove canoeing in the afternoon. I borrowed the necessary equipment and boarded the boat. Onboard, the guide carefully explained how to use the equipment, making it easy for beginners to understand. After about ten minutes, we arrived at Barasu Island. Unfortunately, the island was not visible above the water that day, but the shallow waters reached up to my knees, and I could really feel that this was Barasu Island. We then began snorkeling. The water was very clear, and I was able to see colorful fish gathered around the coral reefs. Additionally, I was lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle while it was feeding. After finishing snorkeling, we returned to Uehara Port for lunch. We ate at a diner near the port and prepared for the canoe tour. After a short drive, the canoe tour began. Guided by our guide's thorough explanations, we paddled up the Kura River. The guide provided insights about the flora and fauna along the way, which was very educational. After paddling for a while, we got out of the canoe and walked to Kura Falls. Although the temperature exceeded 30 degrees Celsius, the area around the waterfall felt refreshing and cool. It was a fantastic experience to enjoy both the sea and mountains of Iriomote Island in one day.

石垣島からの日帰りで参加しました。波は穏やかで行きの船もほとんど揺れず、バラス島シュノーケリングへの期待が高まります。西表島上原港に到着すると、さっそくツアーガイドの方と合流。この日は潮の関係で午前中にバラス島、午後にマングローブカヌーとのこと。早速道具一式をお借りして船に乗り込みます。船上では道具の付け方など丁寧に説明していただき、初心者でもすぐ理解することができました。10分ほどでバラス島に到着。この日はあいにく海面に島は出ていませんでしたが、膝くらいまでの浅瀬になっており、ここがバラス島なのだと実感が湧きました。そこからシュノーケルを開始。海はとても透明度が高く、サンゴ礁に集うカラフルな魚たちを見ることができました。また、運よく食事中のウミガメにも遭遇できました。シュノーケルを終えると、いったん上原港に戻り昼食です。港近くの食堂で食べ、カヌーツアーに備えます。その後、少し車で移動し、カヌーツアーがスタート。ガイドさんの丁寧な案内のもとクーラ川を上っていきます。都度動植物の解説をしてくださり、とても勉強になりました。ある程度上り終わると、カヌーを降りて歩きでクーラの滝へ。気温は30度を超えていましたが、滝の周りは清涼感があり、とても涼しく感じました。1日で西表島の海と山の魅力をどちらも体感でき、最高の体験となりました。

On June 24th, despite the unfortunate weather, I went snorkeling on a large boat with excellent explanations. I felt that it was an activity that even beginners could participate in with confidence. We changed locations and snorkeled three times, and surprisingly, I encountered sea turtles twice.

The first time I entered the water, I was greeted by a little turtle ceremony! And before returning to the boat on the third time, I had a farewell with a big turtle. I was so excited, shouting "Turtle, turtle!" (laughs).

There were so many beautiful corals, and the sea was so blue! I definitely want to participate again. Thank you to everyone, especially our guide Chihoko, and I will visit again!

At the end of June 2021, I participated in the snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave tour. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but I was extremely satisfied with the tour content and the personality of the instructor, so I wanted to write a review to highly recommend it.

We started with snorkeling. I was informed beforehand that there was a 99.9% chance of seeing sea turtles. The water was shallow enough to stand, so even those who are not confident swimmers can snorkel without any issues. I was fortunate enough to encounter several sea turtles, both large and small, and I was amazed by how close and numerous they were. I don't think you can encounter that many sea turtles even at diving spots. Additionally, the instructor took individual photos of each participant with the sea turtles. There were also plenty of explanations about corals and fish.

After that, we drove to Pumpkin Cave, heading from Bora River Beach. The instructor lent us waterproof covers for the car. Upon arriving at Bora River Beach, we walked about 20 minutes through shallow water up to our knees to reach the cave. The footing was uneven, and there were small waves, so it might take some physical effort, especially for women. However, anyone can definitely walk there. The view upon arriving at Pumpkin Cave is breathtaking. It far exceeded my expectations based on photos I had seen online. That scenery is something you rarely see, not just in Japan but around the world. Inside the cave, there are adventure elements, including light waterfall climbing and jumping. For tours that end here, you can rinse off the seawater from your feet, but there are no changing spaces, so it would be helpful to have something to keep the car dry on the way back (like a large plastic bag or waterproof sheet).

I actually hesitated to sign up for this tour, thinking it might not be that great due to the rainy season, but I wanted to share the excitement of this tour with many people, which is why I wrote this review. The weather doesn't affect the enjoyment of this tour.

I've highlighted the wonderful aspects of the tour itinerary, but I must also mention that the instructor who guided us was very kind and considerate. They recommended great places to eat in Miyako Island, and their smile was truly lovely and memorable, which is definitely an important point of recommendation. I now feel like I want to use this service again when I visit Miyako Island next time. Thank you very much.

2021年6月末、シュノーケリング・パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーに参加しました。
残念ながら天気には恵まれなかったのですが、ツアー内容は勿論、インストラクターさんのお人柄も含め結果的に大満足だったため、とてもお薦めしたくレビューを記載します。

シュノーケリングからスタート。事前に99.9%ウミガメに会えるとの説明を受けました。遠浅で足がつくので、泳ぎに自信がない方でも問題なくシュノーケリングできます。実際ウミガメには恵まれ、大小含め複数の個体に遭遇しましたが、その近さと多さには驚きました。ダイビングのウミガメスポットでもあれ程多くのウミガメには出会えないと思います。その上インストラクターさんに、ゆっくりウミガメとツアー参加者の写真を一人一人撮っていただけます。ウミガメ以外にも、珊瑚や魚の説明もたくさんありました。

その後、パンプキン鍾乳洞まで自身の車で移動、保良川ビーチからパンプキン鍾乳洞を目指します。移動に際してはインストラクターさんから車内防水カバーを貸していただきました。保良川ビーチ到着後、片道膝下程度の浅瀬を洞窟まで約20分歩きます。足場が悪いことと小さいながらも波の影響を受けるため、特に女性は体力を使うかも知れません。しかし、確実に誰でも歩くことができます。その後、パンプキン鍾乳洞に着いた後の光景は圧巻です。インターネットの写真の期待値を遥かに上回る光景が待っています。日本国内のみならず世界でもあの景色はなかなか見れないのではないでしょうか。洞窟内はアドベンチャー要素があり、軽い滝登り・沢登りや、飛び込みを楽しめます。ここで解散するツアーの場合、水道で足の海水は流せますが、着替えスペース等はないため、帰りの車を濡らさない工夫（大きめのビニール袋や防水シート）があれば尚良いかと思います。

実は梅雨時期ということもあり大きな期待をせず申し込んだ自分を恥じながら、今回のツアーの感動を多くの方にお伝えできればと思い今回のレビューを書きました。本ツアーに天気は関係なく楽しめます。

ここまでツアー行程の素晴らしさを書きましたが、今回引率していただいたインストラクターさんがとても優しく気遣いをしていただき、宮古島のおすすめのお店を教えていただいたり、笑顔がとっても素敵で印象的だったことも勿論とても大事なお勧めポイントです。是非次回宮古島に来た時も利用したいと思わせていただける日になりました。

I was able to experience the unique mangrove forests of Iriomote Island through kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, as well as trekking to appreciate the abundant nature of the island. If I had gone to Iriomote Island on my own without participating in such a tour, I wouldn't have felt that connection to nature. I was also thrilled to go snorkeling at Barasu Island, which I had longed to visit. This is definitely a place you can't easily reach on your own. The tour fees were quite high, but it was worth it. If I could wish for more, I would have liked to try free diving at Barasu (laughs).

西表島ならではのマングローブ林カヤックやSUP,、トレッキングで西表島の溢れる自然を確認できました。このようなツアーに参加せず個人で西表島に行ってもそんな自然は感じられなかったでしょう。 そしてバラス島に憧れていたのでシュノーケリングできて嬉しかったです。 これも個人ではまず行けないところです。 ツアー代金はけっこうかかりますがその価値はありました。 欲を言えばバラスで素潜りしたかった(笑)

In the morning, I went to the Pumpkin Cave, and in the afternoon, I did sea turtle snorkeling. During the lunch break between the morning and afternoon activities, I had some free time, so it was nice to return to the hotel and relax, and I appreciated the flexibility in the schedule.
I initially thought the Pumpkin Cave would be a quick visit, but I was able to go deeper than I expected, which was satisfying.
For the sea turtle snorkeling, I entered the water and encountered a sea turtle about five minutes later, which was surprising. After that, I snorkeled over the coral reef and saw many tropical fish.

午前中はパンプキン鍾乳洞へ行き、午後はウミガメシュノーケリングでした。午前と午後の間の昼休憩は時間が空くので、ホテルに戻ってゆっくりでき、スケジュールにゆとりがあって良かったです。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は少しみて終わりなのかなと思って参加しましたが、思ってたより奥まで行くことができ、満足でした。
ウミガメシュノーケリングは海に入って、5分後くらいにはウミガメに遭遇し、びっくりしました。その後はサンゴ礁の上をシュノーケリングし、熱帯魚もたくさん見れました。

I was surprised at how spacious it was inside! It was more mystical than I imagined, and it really looked like a cave shaped like a pumpkin, just as the name suggests! I also went snorkeling in Miyako Island, but my boyfriend, who came with me, seemed to enjoy Pumpkin Hall the most ❤️ The instructor we went with was kind as well. I thought I should have signed up for other courses too (^○^) I will definitely use your services again when I visit Miyako Island. Thank you!

想像以上に中は神秘的で、パンプキンの由来の通りの形の洞窟でした！宮古島ではシュノーケルなどもしたのですが一緒にいった彼氏もパンプキンホールが一番楽しかったみたいです❤️
