During my stay in the Yaeyama Islands over the Golden Week, I had a short one-night visit to Iriomote Island, but I was able to fully enjoy the sea, mountains, rivers, and waterfalls. I felt reassured to participate since we communicated in advance about the meeting place and what to bring.

【Kura Falls】
We leisurely explored the mangroves by canoe and walked to the waterfall from a certain point. Along the way, our guide Diego shared insights about the ecosystem of Iriomote and the local flora and fauna, which deepened my knowledge and made for a wonderful experience. I was completely satisfied with my time in the Galapagos of the East.

【Barasu Island Snorkeling】
In the water depths of about 7-15 meters, there were colorful corals and fish in blue and yellow, and the sea was so clear that it was almost intimidating. Although the temperature was close to 30°C, the water wasn't too warm, so I recommend renting a wetsuit.

Despite it being high season, I received the photos via LINE on the same day, which became a great memory. Our guide Diego and everyone else were kind and friendly, making it a heartwarming trip. Thank you very much.

ＧＷ期間中の八重山滞在で、西表島には一泊と短い滞在期間でしたが、海も山も川も滝も満喫することができました。
集合場所や持ち物など、事前にコミュニケーションがとれたので安心して参加することができました。

【クーラの滝】
マングローブをカヌーでゆっくり散策し、途中から歩いて滝に到着。道中では、ガイドのジエゴさんから西表の生態系や、動植物について話を伺えたので知識が深まり、素晴らしい体験ができました。東洋のガラパゴスを満喫できて大満足です。

【バラス島シュノーケリング】
水深7-15m程のところに青や黄色の色とりどりの珊瑚礁や魚がいて、透明度が高すぎて怖くなるほどに綺麗な海でした。気温は30℃近くありましたが、水温が高くないので、ウェットスーツのレンタルがおすすめです。

ハイシーズンにもかかわらず、写真は当日中にLINEで送っていただき、大変良い思い出になりました。ガイドのジエゴさんはじめ、皆さま優しく気さくな人柄で、心も温まる旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

The boat was large, with two toilets, and the facilities were well-equipped, providing a sense of security.

I was a bit nervous since it had been a while since my last snorkeling experience, but the staff were very kind, and I quickly regained my confidence, allowing me to have a meaningful and enjoyable day. I have previously dived in Miyako Island, but the beauty here is comparable. It was truly moving. If I could do a day trip from Naha, I wish I had gone sooner.

On the day I participated, there were two people snorkeling and about ten for scuba diving.

The snorkeling group entered the water early and swam in the shallow area, returning to the boat before the scuba divers came back. This allowed us to use the toilets and shower rooms without hesitation during the quieter times, making for a very relaxed experience.

The waiting time flew by as I chatted with the staff or gazed at the sea. When the scuba group returned, the boat became a bit chaotic with equipment being packed away, so it might be a good idea to move to the second deck early and relax there.

A personal note regarding the tour explanation:

The packing list includes beach sandals, but once on the boat, you spend time barefoot, so bringing a bag for your shoes and wearing sneakers is perfectly fine. I brought mine but never wore them. Valuables can also be stored at the shop during check-in.

On the boat, you can leave your bag in the designated dry area and change into a wetsuit. When traveling at high speed, there is a risk of dropping things into the sea, so it might be convenient to wear a rash guard or hoodie with zippered pockets to store your phone or camera.

Additionally, it seems you can rent a GoPro for about 3,000 yen at the shop on the day, so it might be worth considering.

船が大きくてトイレが2つあり、設備がしっかりしていて安心感があるショップでした。

久しぶりのシュノーケリングで少し緊張していましたが、スタッフの方がとても親切で、すぐに感覚を取り戻すことができ、1日有意義に楽しく過ごせました。過去、宮古島で潜ったことがありますが、それに匹敵する綺麗さです。感動します。那覇から日帰りできるならもっと早く行っておけばよかったです。

私が参加した日はシュノーケリングが2名と、スキューバダイビングの方10名くらい。

シュノーケリング組は早めにエントリーして浅瀬に泳いでいき、スキューバダイビングの方達が海から上がってくる前に船に戻るルーティン。そのため、トイレやシャワールーム等を空いた時間帯に気兼ねなく利用でき、とてもゆったり過ごすことができました。

待ち時間もスタッフの方と話をしたり、海を眺めていればあっという間です。スキューバ組が戻ってくると機材の片付けで船上が戦場になり邪魔になるので、早めに2階のデッキに移動してのんびり過ごすのがいいかもしれません。

参加してみてのツアー説明への個人的な補足です。

持ち物リストにビーチサンダルがありますが、船に乗った後は裸足で過ごすので、靴を入れる袋持参でスニーカー参加で全然大丈夫です。持って行きましたが一度も履きませんでした。貴重品も受け付け時にショップで預かってくれます。

船上ではドライエリアに指定されている船室にカバンを置き、ウエットスーツに着替えて過ごします。高速で航行しているときは揺れて海に物を落とす可能性があるので、ポケットにファスナーが付いたラッシュガードやパーカーで行ってスマホやカメラを収納すると便利かもしれませんね。

また、当日ショップで3000円程度でGoProレンタルもできるようなので、検討してみてもいいと思います。

I went snorkeling and canoeing for the first time, and I felt very safe and enjoyed it! The snorkeling was at Balas Island, and it was uncertain whether we could go due to the weather, but I received a call the day before, and they proposed alternatives in case we couldn't go. I appreciated the communication the day before; it was very courteous, and I felt reassured and enjoyed myself.

I had some experience with snorkeling before, but this was the first time I encountered such deep and beautiful coral spots. They took a lot of photos and sent them to me on the same day. I highly recommend this tour!!

初めてシュノーケリングやカヌーをしましたが、非常に安心して楽しめました！
シュノーケリングはバラス島であり、天候により行けるかどうか怪しかったですが、前日に電話があり、もし行けなかった場合のことも考え、代替案を提案してくれました。前日から連絡をいただけ、非常に丁寧で、安心して楽しめました。
また、シュノーケリングは何度か経験がありましたが、あんなに深くて綺麗な珊瑚のあるスポットは初めてでした。
写真もたくさん撮って頂いて、当日中に送信していただけました。とてもおすすめのツアーです！！

The cave is more fantastical and amazing than the photos suggest. Even if you think you’ve been misled, it’s worth going. Definitely participate!

鍾乳洞は写真より幻想的で最高の場所です。騙されたと思ってもいく価値はあります。是非、参加してください。

The mangrove kayaking felt like practice for going out to see the sunset. The sunset was very beautiful, and I was highly satisfied. Also, the guide was very kind and attentive, which was great.

When watching the sunset, staying in shallow water for a long time made my bottom slightly wet, but I didn't get wet for the most part. If you have a camera with a zoom lens of 5x or more, I think you can capture the sunset beautifully. With a zoom level like that of an iPhone 12 Pro (MAX), it’s a bit lacking for taking nice photos. I slightly regretted not bringing a proper camera. If you keep it in a larger ziplock bag, it should be safe just in case.

サンセットがとてもキレイで満足度が高かったです。
また、ガイドの方はとても親切・丁寧で良かったです。

サンセットを観る際に浅瀬に長時間いると、お尻が若干濡れましたが、ほとんど濡れることはありませんでしたので、5倍以上の倍率のレンズのカメラがあると、夕日がキレイに撮影できると思います。
iPhone12Pro（MAX）程度の倍率だと、キレイに撮るにはちょっと足りないです。
ちゃんとしたカメラを持っていけばよかったと若干後悔しました。
大きめのジップロックに入れておけば、万が一のさいも安心かと思います。

I signed up for the same tour last October, but due to bad weather, I had to cancel. I had the opportunity to visit again and rebooked.

From my previous experience, I learned that it was possible to do a day trip, so this time I participated from Ishigaki Island. The flow of the tour involved canoeing about 1.5 km upstream, followed by a 40-minute trek to the top of Pinai Sa Ra Falls, where we had lunch. We then returned the same way to the base of the falls and canoed back to the starting point.

It was my first time canoeing, but I managed it without any issues. Although it was 1.5 km, it felt like no time at all. The weather was calm with no wind, and the river surface was tranquil, making it very pleasant.

During the trek, our guide, Hoshi, explained the nature of Iriomote, and I felt like we reached the top of the falls in no time. I could feel Hoshi's love for Iriomote.

From the top of the falls, we had a view of Hatoma Island, and it was truly a breathtaking sight. The Okinawa soba that the guide prepared at the top of the falls was also delicious.

I was fortunate to have great guides and fellow participants, making it a very enjoyable day.

昨年の10月に同じツアーを申し込んだのですが、天候に恵まれずキャンセルしました。再訪の機会を得て改めて申し込みをしました。
前回のイメージで日帰り可能ということが分かったので、今回は石垣島から通いで参加しました。
ツアーの流れはカヌーで1.5kmほど川を上り、その後40分程度のトレッキングでピナイサーラの滝の上へ行き、そこで昼食。同じ道を下り滝つぼへ向かい、再びカヌーで出発点へ戻るというものです。
カヌーは初めてでしたが、特に問題もなくこなせました。1.5kmですがあっという間です。当日は風も無く川面も穏やかでとても気持ちよかった。
トレッキング中もガイドの星さんが西表の自然について説明してくれ、あっという間に滝上に着いてしまったという印象です。星さんの西表愛を感じました。
滝上からは鳩間島を望むことが出来、まさに絶景を堪能できました。
滝上でガイドさんが作ってくれる沖縄ソバもおいしかったです。
ガイド、メンバーにも恵まれ大変楽しい１日になりました。

I had a fulfilling day. I thought it would be nice to have a bit more information about the points of interest. Also, there were small children (around 3 or 4 years old) on the same tour, and I was quite worried because I thought the cave might be dangerous for them.

一日充実しました。もうすこしポイントの紹介などあるといいなぁと思いました。
また、同じツアーで小さいお子さん（３，４歳ほど、、？）がいらっしゃいましたが、さすがに鍾乳洞は危ないのではないかと思いましてハラハラしてました、、、

We were blessed with good weather on the day of our activities. In the morning, we enjoyed snorkeling at the Blue Cave, and in the afternoon, we had fun with stand-up paddleboarding near Kabira Bay. The staff worked seamlessly together, dividing about eight groups into two, with two instructors guiding us. They were attentive to the children's condition and stamina, which was reassuring. They took many photos underwater and inside the cave, and they promptly sent them to our smartphones that evening. We had a lunch break of just under two hours at Kabira Park. At first, I thought it might be too long, but it turned out to be just right as we leisurely ate lunch while recovering our energy, explored the sake brewery, and strolled around Kabira Bay. I highly recommend this experience as we were able to enjoy both activities efficiently and without feeling rushed! I would love to come back!

当日は天候に恵まれて、午前に青の洞窟までのシュノーケル、午後に川平湾近くでのSUPを楽しみました。スタッフさん達は連携バッチリな感じで、8組くらいを2グループに分け、2人のインストラクターで案内してくれました。お子さんの様子や体力に合わせて声がけしていて頼もしかったです。写真も海の中や洞窟の中など、たくさん撮ってくれて、当日の夕方に早速スマホへ送ってくださいました。お昼休憩が川平公園で二時間弱あり、長いかなと最初は思いましたが、体力を回復しながらお昼をゆっくり食べ、酒蔵の見学や川平湾を散策して、と過ごしてみるとちょうど良い長さでした。２つのアクティビティを効率良く無理なく楽しめておすすめです！また戻ってきたいです！

It was a tour with a great balance of activities, including canoeing, trekking, lunch by the waterfall, and swimming in the basin, along with some snacks. Our kind guide was considerate of our stamina as a middle-aged couple, allowing us to keep up, and we truly enjoyed it. However, since we stayed overnight on Iriomote Island after the tour, we were able to relax fully. Those planning to take the ferry from Ishigaki Port might not have the same opportunity to unwind. I highly recommend that anyone unsure of their stamina consider staying overnight on Iriomote Island on the day of the tour. I was truly healed by the great nature of Iriomote!

カヌー、トレッキング、滝上でのランチ、滝つぼでの水浴びやおやつ、とアクティビティのバランスがとてもよいツアーでした。
親切なガイドさんが、我々中年夫婦の体力を気遣ってくださったので、何とかついて行けて、本当に楽しかったです。
ただガ我々は今回ツアー後に西表島泊だったので、本当にゆっくりできましたが、石垣港からフェリーに乗る予定の方は、あまりのんびりもできないようです。
体力に自信がないかたは、ぜひ参加日当日は西表泊にされることをおすすめします。
西表の大自然に本当に癒されました！

I previously participated in a canyoning tour in the Philippines, and I have fond memories of the fun I had playing in the forests and waterfalls. I thought this tour in Yanbaru would be a must, so I signed up. As a result, it was filled with more adventure in the forest than I expected, and it was an exciting time.

We were fortunate with the weather, and although there were eight of us in the van, the windows were open, and everyone wore masks to prevent infection. The helmets and other protective gear were thoroughly cleaned, so I felt safe while having fun. In May, the river temperature is still low, so we entered the water wearing wetsuits, using ropes to climb in some places, jumping and swimming in the river as we headed towards the waterfall.

After arriving at the waterfall, the main event of the tour, the zip line, awaited us, set up by one of the guides. I thought it must be quite a labor-intensive task. The guide carefully taught us how to use the equipment, and although it was my first time on a zip line, I didn't have any major issues. I was surprised by the thrill of jumping off the zip line from the top of the waterfall towards the river. I tend to be timid, so I hesitated at a few points, but with everyone's encouragement, I managed to overcome it.

Along the way, we learned about the plants in the Yanbaru forest, and the blue dragonflies appearing in the valley made me feel close to Yanbaru. The guide's photography skills were impressive, and the many photos became great memories.

To the guide, Shin? (I apologize if I got the name wrong), congratulations on your graduation as it was your last tour at Adventure Island that day. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

以前フィリピンでキャノンリングツアーに参加したことがあり、森や滝の遊びとしてキャンノンニングは最高に楽しかった記憶があり、やんばるならこのツアーはマストと思って申し込みました。結果、期待以上に森の冒険感が満載でわくわくの時間でした。

天気にも恵まれて計8名満車だったが、社内は窓も開き全員マスク着用で感染防止に心掛けしていた。ヘルメットなど防具もしっかりと洗ってあり、安心で遊べます。5月はまだ川の温度が低く、ウェットスーツを着用した上で川に入り、所々でロープを使って登ったり、川でジャンプしたり、泳いだりしてゴールの滝に向かいます。

滝に到着した後にツアーのメインイベントであるジップラインが待ち構えて、これもガイドのお兄さん一人でセッティング。かなりの力作業なので大変と思います。丁寧に道具の使い方を教えていただき、ジップラインは初めてでしたが大きいな問題はなかった。滝の上に立って川に向けてジャンプするジップラインのスリルにびっくり。自分は臆病なのでいくつかのポイントで迷いましたが、なんとかみんなの応援で乗り越えた。

途中でやんばるの森にある植物について紹介し、渓谷に現れる青いトンボは身近にヤンバルを感じました。ガイドさんの撮影腕も高く、たくさんの写真もいい思い出になります。

ガイドのシンさん？(名前間違いたらごめんなさい)は当日冒険島で最後のツアーということで、ご卒業おめでとうございます。今後のご活躍を応援しております。

We were taken care of during our honeymoon this time!
I have participated in various tours before, but this was the best, with the guide being the kindest and most attentive. As a result, the tour was fulfilling and became a wonderful memory!

Also, the biggest concern I had about participating in this tour was the restroom situation...
There were several restroom spots along the tour course (not portable, but open-air, haha), so it was very helpful that the guide would let us know whenever we were near a restroom!

After the tour, we were able to take a shower in a clean shower room at the office (which is relatively new) before boarding the return ferry, making it a satisfying tour until the very end!

I look forward to joining again when I visit Iriomote Island!

今回ハネムーンでお世話になりました！
今まで様々なツアーに参加してきましたが、1番ガイドさんが親切、丁寧でした。故にツアーも充実し、最高な思い出になりました！

また、このツアーの参加において1番心配だったのがお手洗い問題、、、。
ツアーコースにて何箇所かトイレスポット(仮設ではなく野ざらしです笑)があるため、
トイレスポットが近くなると、都度声をかけてくださるので非常に助かりました！

ツアー後には、
事務所(新しめ)で清潔に保たれているシャワールームでシャワーを浴びてから
帰りのフェリーにのれるので最後まで満足できるツアーでした！

また西表島に行く際にはお願いします！

It was a highly satisfying plan that allowed us to enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island while having fun. Our guide, Mr. Iwamoto, provided thorough and precise instructions, making it easy to learn how to paddle the canoe without any struggle. He also explained the types of mangroves, how the leaves grow, and the vegetation in a clear manner, which was educational and satisfied my intellectual curiosity. He took various photos during the tour and sent the data afterward, making it easy to keep as memories, which was very nice. The plan included canoeing, trekking, and waterfall play, all well-balanced in quality and quantity, allowing us to experience a pleasant sense of fatigue and refreshment. I would like to bring my parents next time.

西表島の大自然を遊びながら楽しめる大満足なプランでした。ガイドの岩本さんは丁寧かつ的確な指導でわかりやすくカヌーの漕ぎ方を教えてくださったので苦労することなく漕げました。また、マングローブの種類や葉の着き方、植生などもわかりやすく説明していただけて勉強にもなり、知的好奇心を満たすこともできました。写真も色々な場面で撮影してくださり、ツアー後にデータを送ってくださったので思い出として残りやすくとても良かったです。プランはカヌー、トレッキング、滝遊びと質量ともにバランスがとれていて、程良い疲労感と爽快感が味わえました。次回は両親も連れてきたいです。

We drove to the Maeda Misaki parking lot. They informed us by phone that the parking lot would be crowded before our meeting time, so it was good that we left early. We had to wait a little for parking, but we were able to gather on time without any issues. I had heard over the phone that we couldn't enter the Blue Cave due to the tide that day, so we reluctantly decided to go see the fish at Maeda Beach instead. They provided a thorough explanation of the snorkeling gear, and they even helped us put on the fins in the water. Compared to just borrowing gear and diving freely before, it felt very attentive. They efficiently took us to great spots, allowing us to enjoy interacting with the fish. Although they were young, you could tell they were a local guide who loved the sea, and we had a great time playing in the water. The price was very reasonable.

車で眞栄田岬駐車場へ向かいましたが。電話連絡で集合前には駐車場が混んでいることを知らせてくれました。早めに出かけておいてよかったです。駐車には少し待ちましたが無事時間通り集合できました。電話で伺ってましたが、当日の潮流で青の洞窟には入れないとのこと仕方なく差し替えの提案で眞栄田浜の魚を見に行くことに。しっかりシュノーケリングギアについて説明してくれて、フィンも水中で履かせていただき、それまでギアを借りて自由に潜ってたものからすると、至れり尽くせりな感じでした。いいポイントを手際よく回ってくれて、魚との触れ合いを楽しませてくれました。若い方でしたが、地元のガイドさんで海が好きなんだな、ということも感じられて海遊びを楽しませていただきました。価格はすごくリーズナブルです。

The instructor was very polite, and I was able to learn a lot about Okinawa, which made it very enjoyable. The weather was bad on the day of the visit, and I couldn't see the sunset, but it was still plenty of fun, so I highly recommend it. If you come to Okinawa, definitely check it out!

インストラクターの方がとても丁寧で沖縄に関する情報も知ることができてとても楽しかったです。当日は天気が悪く、夕日を見ることはできなかったのですがそれでも十分楽しかったため、本当におすすめです。沖縄に来た時は是非！

The hotel provides shuttle service, so those who do not use rental cars can easily participate, even alone. There is one instructor for every 2-3 people, which is reassuring. Photos taken during snorkeling are also available for free download. I think I might try experience diving next!

ホテルからの送迎もついているのでレンタカー等を利用されない方利用されない方、お一人様でも気軽に参加出来ます。2-3人に1人の割合でインストラクターさんがついてくれるので安心です。シュノーケル中の写真も無料でダウンロード可能。次は体験ダイビングに挑戦しょうかな??。

The limestone cave was much more authentic than I expected; it felt more like an exploration than a tourist attraction! Since it was my first experience, I had a lot of fun.

It was also my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding, and I really enjoyed getting to see the mangroves up close and visiting the waterfall.

We couldn't go to Barasu Island due to the wind, but that's just how nature is. I would like to try again when I come back to Iriomote Island.

鍾乳洞は思っていたよりずっと本格的で観光では無く探検でした！初めての経験だったのでとても楽しかったです。
SUPも初めてでしたが、マングローブを近くで見れたり滝に行ったりととても楽しい時間でした。
バラス島は風の影響で行けませんでしたが、自然が相手なので仕方ありませんね。
また西表島に来たときに再度チャレンジしたいと思います。

It was a rainy day, but the underwater scenery was incredibly beautiful and moving! Since it was during the afternoon low tide, a coral reef spread out right in front of us, creating a breathtaking view. I was also able to encounter a sea turtle for the first time, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Even as a beginner in snorkeling, I had a great time. Since we were the only group that day, it felt private, and we were able to enjoy ourselves freely! I would love to try again during the hot season. One thing to note is that it gets quite cold on the way back to the port after getting out of the water, so I think a bath towel and warm clothing that can get wet are essential!

お天気の悪い日でしたが、海の中はとても綺麗で感動しました！午後の引潮の時間帯だったので、すぐ目の前に珊瑚礁が広がっており圧巻の景色でした。初めてウミガメにも遭遇でき、終始すごい〜の連続！シュノーケリング初心者でも充分楽しめました。当日は私たちの1組だけだったので、プライベート感もあり自由に過ごさせていただきました！また暑い季節に再チャレンジしたいです。一点、海を上がって港に戻るまでがとても冷えるので、バスタオルと濡れてよい防寒着は必須かなと思います！

The instructor was skilled at giving lectures and following up, so I was able to enjoy myself at my own pace. The wind was strong, and it was said that flying the drone over the sea might be difficult, but it was okay. I received a lot of data, but it would have been better if the drone had been able to get closer and capture expressions more clearly. I prepared a hat, but since it didn't have a strap, it wasn't useful. I didn't expect to get this wet, so I wasn't fully prepared, but I was able to borrow a wetsuit. It was fun.

レクチャーが上手でフォローも上手なインストラクターさんだったので、マイペースで楽しめました。風が強くて、海でドローンは難しいかもということでしたが、オッケーでした。たくさんデーターもいただいたのですが、ドローンをもっと近づけてしっかり表情を撮ってくれたらもっと良かったです。帽子を用意したのですが、紐付きじゃなかったため、役にちませんでした。こんなに濡れるのが普通と思っていなかったので、しっかり用意をしていなかったのですが、ウェットスーツを貸してもらえました。楽しかったです。

I had been wanting to go to Iriomote Island, and since it's a nature-filled island, I thought it would be best to join a tour with a guide, so I made a reservation the day before my visit. Originally, I had planned to do mangrove SUP and snorkeling, but due to an unusual typhoon in April, I was contacted the day before and my snorkeling was changed to canyoning.

I was looking forward to snorkeling, but canyoning turned out to be incredibly fun, so it ended up being a great experience. I jumped into the river, slid down waterfalls, and dove right into the beautiful, cold river, which felt amazing.

For lunch, we had about two hours of free time, and I ate near Uehara Port and relaxed on the beach. I appreciated the recommendations for good places to eat.

In the afternoon, I did SUP and felt very relaxed among the mangroves. I learned a lot about the plants and nature, which made me appreciate the charm of Iriomote Island even more.

Additionally, I was taken to a limestone cave, which was a real cave and not at all easy, so I was very surprised. I felt the power of nature on Iriomote Island, and my guide, Nakao-san, was excellent and made the experience enjoyable. I want to come back to Iriomote Island again. Thank you!

西表島に行きたいと思っていたのですが、自然溢れる島なので、ガイドの方にツアーしていただきたいと思い、行く前日に申し込みました。元々マングローブSUPとシュノーケリングの予定でしたが、4月の珍しい台風の影響で、前日にご連絡いただきシュノーケリングはキャニオニングに変更しました。
シュノーケリングを楽しみにしていたのですが、キャニオニングがめちゃくちゃ楽しかったので結果的にとてもよかったです。川に飛び込んだり、滝滑りをしたり、いきなりガンガン川に飛び込みましたが川も綺麗で冷たくてとっても気持ち良かったです。
お昼は2時間程度自由行動があり、上原港の近くでお昼を食べて、ビーチでのんびりしました。おすすめのお店も教えてもらえて助かりました。
午後はSUPをして、マングローブにとっても癒されました。植物や自然など沢山教えてもらえて西表島の魅力をさらに感じました。
また追加で鍾乳洞にも連れて行ってもらったのですが、全然優しくないリアルな鍾乳洞でとてもびっくりでした。西表島の自然のパワーを感じ、ガイドの中尾さんもとっても良いガイドさんで楽しかったです。西表島にまた来たくなりました。ありがとうございました！

I was a complete beginner at diving. I was a bit worried, but the staff practiced with me, so I was able to dive. Luckily, I also got to see a sea turtle, which was amazing. The staff at the shop were very kind and enthusiastic, and I appreciated their help with the practice.

潜ることが全く初心者。ちょっと心配したが、スタッフが練習してくれたので、潜ることができました。運が良く、ウミガメも見られて最高でした。
それからシーサー店スタッフの皆さんがとても親切し、熱心で練習して貰って、良かったです。

Due to bad weather, we couldn't go to the Miracle Island, but I really enjoyed the alternative tour they arranged! I experienced SUP for the first time, and they taught me very carefully. I learned a lot about nature and the flora and fauna, and I gained a lot of knowledge about Iriomote Island. Additionally, instead of going to the Miracle Island, we rode water buffaloes and went to a different island. I was deeply moved by the experiences that I couldn't have in my daily life. Even during the lunch break, they recommended great places to eat, and I had a fulfilling day. I definitely want to go again.

教えてくれて、自然の事や動植物の事も沢山教えていただき、西表島について沢山知ることができました。
また、奇跡の島の代わりの体験では
水牛に乗って、違う島に行きました。
日常では体験できない事をやらせて頂き、すごく感動しました。昼休憩の時間でもおすすめのお店を教えて頂き
充実した1日が過ごせました。
また、行きたいと思います。

I participated in the tour in late April. On the day of the event, we gathered at the Boraga Beach parking lot around 10:30 AM. We were provided with wetsuits over our swimsuits, marine shoes, life jackets, helmets, and flashlights. There were about 10 participants and one guide. The guide also had a camera and took photos at the photo spots. After the tour, we received all the data.

First, we walked through shallow waters to Pumpkin Hall and swam into the entrance of the cave one group at a time. The guide explained various points about Pumpkin Hall. We explored the photo spots while heading deeper into the cave. Finally, we jumped from Pumpkin into the sea (you can skip the jump if you're scared).

After about a two-hour lunch break, we gathered again at the Shigira Beach parking lot. Due to the typhoon, we snorkeled in a different location than usual. We changed back into wetsuits, life jackets, and marine shoes, and took our fins and snorkel sets into the sea. We saw many beautiful fish and corals living in the clear waters of Miyako Island. The guide took photos with the clownfish.

Finally, we swam a bit further in and were fortunate enough to see a sea turtle (it seems you can almost certainly see sea turtles at the usual spot). The guide took great photos again. We received the photo data and finished around 3:30 PM. I'm really glad I participated in this tour!

4月下旬に参加しました。当日は、午前10時半ごろにボラガービーチの駐車場に集合でした。水着の上からウェットスーツを着用、マリンシューズ、ライフジャケット、ヘルメット、懐中電灯も併せて準備してくれていました。参加人数は10人ほどで、ガイドの方が1人でした。また、ガイドの方がカメラを持っていて、フォトスポットで撮影してくれました。参加後、すべてのデータを貰うことができます。まずはパンプキンホールまで浅瀬を歩き、鍾乳洞入り口で1組ずつ泳いで入ります。ガイドの方がパンプキンホールの各所について説明をしてくれました。フォトスポットを巡りながら、鍾乳洞の奥の方へ。最後はパンプキンから海へ飛び込みました。（怖い場合は飛び込まなくてもok）2時間ほどの昼休憩で各自ランチをし、今度はシギラビーチの駐車場に集合。この日は台風の影響でいつもの場所とは違う場所でのシュノーケリング。再びウェットスーツ、ライフジャケット、マリンシューズに着替え、フィンとシュノーケルセットを持って海へ。宮古島の綺麗な海に住む魚やサンゴがたくさん見れました。ガイドの方がカクレクマノミとの写真を撮ってくれました。最後に少し奥の方へ泳ぐと、幸運にもウミガメを見ることができました。（いつもの場所ならほぼ確実にウミガメが見れるそうです。）ガイドの方がまたバッチリ写真を撮ってくれました。最後は写真データを受け取って、15:30頃に終了。このツアーに参加して本当に良かったです！

The day before, I received a call informing me that due to strong winds, the location for SUP had changed. Since the Blue Cave was not an option, we switched to snorkeling at another beach where we could see coral. (If that was undesirable, they mentioned that a free cancellation was possible.)

On the day of the activity, there were two guides, a man and a woman. We did SUP in the morning and snorkeling in the afternoon. About half of the participants joined for either just SUP or just snorkeling. During SUP, besides us, there was one woman and one couple, creating a welcoming atmosphere for solo female participants. Although the location was changed, it was still the mangroves I had imagined, and as it was my first time doing SUP, I was very satisfied. I thought I would fall into the river, but surprisingly, I didn't. When I asked if the activity would be canceled in case of rain, they said it would still take place, but the greenery of the plants wouldn't look as vibrant, which would be disappointing.

SUP lasted until around 11 AM, after which we moved to the terminal and disbanded for a while. We had free time until around 1:30 PM to gather back at the terminal, so we could have lunch freely in the city. There was enough time to eat lunch and then go to a café.

In the afternoon, the group changed for snorkeling, and they provided wetsuits, which helped me endure the slightly cold water. The weather was variable, with sun and shade; when the sun was out, the coral looked vibrant and beautiful, but it became murky and dark when it was cloudy. Unfortunately, there were no sea turtles that day. After the activities, we were taken back to our hotel, so I didn't need to borrow a shower.

Both guides were young but very nice people, and I felt safe participating! It was a lot of fun!

前日に電話があり、当日は風が強くなりそうとのことでSUPの場所が変更、青の洞窟は不可のためサンゴが見られる別の浜でのシュノーケリングに変更となりました。（それが嫌であれば無料キャンセル可能とのことでした）

当日は2名のガイドさん男女で、午前がSUP、午後がシュノーケリングです。SUPだけ、シュノーケリングだけで参加する方が半数くらいでした。
SUPは自分たち以外に女性一人、カップル1組が参加しており、女性一人でも参加しやすい雰囲気でした。場所が変更されたと言ってもイメージ通りのマングローブで、初SUPでしたがとても満足できました。川に落ちたりは当たり前かと思っていましたが意外と落ちないです。この時、雨天だと中止になるのか聞いたところ、開催はするがやはり植物の緑が映えないので残念な感じになるとのことでした。

SUPは11時くらいまでで、そこからターミナルに移動し一度解散します。たしか13時半まで自由行動でターミナル集合だったので、昼食は各自が市街地で自由にとることができます。ランチを食べてからカフェに行けるくらい時間には余裕がありました。

午後はメンバーが変わってシュノーケリングだったのですが、ウエットスーツを貸してもらえるので少し寒くても耐えられました。日が射したり陰ったりするような天気で、日が射すとサンゴも鮮やかな色に見えてキレイなのですが、陰るとやはり濁るというか、暗いです。この日はウミガメは残念ながらいませんでした。終わったらホテルに送ってもらえるので、シャワーは借りませんでした。

ガイドの方は二人とも若いですがとても良い人たちで、安心して参加出来ました！楽しかったです！

I tried mangrove SUP, and it was easy to ride, so I got used to it quickly. It was my first time on Iriomote Island, but the guide explained everything thoroughly, which was great. I was also happy that they took photos and sent them to me.

Due to the weather, we couldn't go to Barasu Island, but we changed to a water buffalo cart tour on Yubu Island, which was a valuable experience. The water buffalo were cute too.

I really felt that it was great to sign up for this tour and have various experiences. Thank you very much!

マングローブsupにしましたが、乗り方も簡単ですぐに慣れました。初めての西表島でしたが、ガイドの方が丁寧に説明してくれたので良かったです。また、写真も撮って送ってくれたのが嬉しかったです。
天気の都合でバラス島には行けませんでしたが、由布島で水牛車ツアーに変更になり貴重な体験が出来ました。水牛も可愛かったです。
今回このツアーを申し込み色々な体験ができて本当に良かったと思いました^_^

Initially, I was scheduled to participate in a mangrove canoe and snorkeling tour, but due to the typhoon's waves, only snorkeling was canceled. Instead, I went sightseeing on Yubu Island. During the tour, the guide provided explanations about rare plants and creatures, making it a very meaningful experience. The journey was also enjoyable thanks to the guide's ability to keep the atmosphere lively! Time flowed leisurely on Yubu Island, adding to the sense of being in a different world. Overall, it was a great tour.

当初はマングローブカヌーとシュノーケリングに参加させていただく予定でしたが、台風の波の影響によりシュノーケリングだけは中止に。。
代わりに由布島観光をしてきました。
ツアー中はガイドさんから珍しい植物や生き物についての解説もあり、とても有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。道中も盛り上げ上手なガイドさんのおかけで楽しかったです！
由布島もゆったり時が流れていて、非日常感がよかったです。総じていいツアーでした。

I was anxious about whether the tour could proceed due to the typhoon, but I appreciated their polite responses and explanations each time I inquired. On the day before, I was informed that the beach for the sea turtle snorkeling had changed, and they confirmed with me again if I still wanted to participate. I decided to join, hoping to encounter the turtles.

In the morning, we visited the Pumpkin Cave, which was the place I wanted to go to the most. Walking through the sandy beach and underwater was more challenging than I expected, but I was overwhelmed by the giant pumpkin that appeared as soon as we entered, and I felt it was worth coming. I enjoyed listening to various explanations while exploring deeper, and I even encountered a sea snake. The last dive was scary, and my legs felt weak, but I took the plunge, and it became a great memory.

For lunch, I was taken to a lovely café with a great view, where I could relax.

In the afternoon, I experienced snorkeling for the first time, and I was nervous, but the guide helped me through the waves. I saw beautiful coral reefs and clownfish. I had almost given up on seeing a turtle, but in the end, the guide found one, and I was really happy to watch it swim and eat for a long time.

They took care to take photos of each group, creating fun memories. I am truly grateful for their assistance with the transportation arrangements, which made it possible for me to participate.

台風の影響で催行できるか不安で何度も問い合わせましたが、その都度見通しを説明してくれて丁寧な対応に好感が持てました。前日の早い段階で、海ガメシュノーケリングのビーチが変更になり、それでも参加するか再度確認して貰えました。出会えることを願って参加を決めました。
午前中はパンプキン鍾乳洞！今回一番行きたい場所でした。砂浜や海中を歩いていくのは思っていた以上に大変でしたが、中に入ったとたん現れた巨大パンプキンに圧倒され、来て良かったと感動しました。色々な説明を聞きながら奥の方まで楽しめた上に、ウミヘビにまで出会えました。最後のダイブは恐くて足がすくみましたが、思い切って飛び込んで良い思い出になりました。
お昼は素敵な見晴らしの良いカフェに案内してもらい、ゆっくり休めました。
午後は初めてのシュノーケリングで、ドキドキでしたが、波があるなかガイドさんに引っ張ってもらい助かりました。綺麗な珊瑚礁やクマノミも見れました。亀はほとんど諦めていましたが、最後にガイドさんが見つけてくれて、長い間亀が泳ぐ様子や餌を食べているところを見ることができて本当に嬉しかったです。
写真も一組ずつ丁寧に撮って貰えて、楽しい思い出ができました。送迎も相談に乗ってくれたので参加することができ、本当に感謝です。

I was picked up and had a great time chatting in the car. They taught us SUP with care and adjusted to our level! They also recommended some great places to eat in Kabira Bay, and since we couldn't try them at that time, I plan to eat there next time! The Blue Cave and snorkeling experience was wonderful; they provided detailed explanations inside the cave, and we got to see clownfish and sharks while snorkeling, which made us very satisfied! The fresh juice afterward was delicious and refreshing for our tired bodies!

ホテルまで送迎していただき、車中もお話ししてもらい楽しく過ごしました。
SUPも丁寧に教えてくれて、私たちのレベルに合わせ進んでくれました！
川平湾でおすすめのご飯も教えてもらいその時は食べれなかったので次回食べたいと思います！！
青の洞窟&シュノーケリングは洞窟内の説明を丁寧にしてくださり、シュノーケリングはクマノミヤ、サメも見れてとても大満足です！！
そのあとの生ジュースはとても美味しくて疲れた体に染みました！

I walked more than I expected, and there were some thrilling moments too. I was able to experience a bit of adventure!

I was unsure whether to bring my smartphone and ultimately decided against it, but the guide took photos for us, which I really appreciated. I received the data at the end! The photos inside the cave were a bit dark, though. (laughs)

Also, everything I needed was provided, so it was great that I could participate with just my swimsuit!

思ったよりもたくさん歩き、ちょっとスリリングな場面もあり？プチ冒険気分を味わうことができました！

Since it was my first time on Iriomote Island, I signed up for this tour with the aim of experiencing mangrove canoeing and snorkeling. The season was right in the middle of spring, and the weather was perfect for a casual outfit of a swimsuit and T-shirt.

The long-awaited mangrove tour was a safe course that even small children could enjoy, while still providing a nice sense of adventure, making it very enjoyable. The guide was also kind enough to share interesting facts about the plants and animals.

Unfortunately, the afternoon snorkeling couldn't be conducted due to strong winds, but the alternative plan of canyoning was a thrilling activity with natural slides and jumping spots. This definitely required a wetsuit, but if it were summer, just a swimsuit might feel nice.

I felt that the best part of this introductory plan was that it left me wanting to explore more on Iriomote Island after the tour. If I have the chance, I would like to participate in another plan offered by this tour company.

初めての西表島ということもあり、マングローブカヌーとシュノーケリングを目当てにこちらのツアーに申し込みました。
季節はちょうど春の真っ只中。水着にTシャツのラフな格好でちょうどよいくらいの気候でした。
念願のマングローブツアーは、小さな子供でも楽しめる安全なコースながら、程よくアドベンチャー感も満喫できて非常に楽しめました。ガイドさんも親切に植物や動物の豆知識を教えてくれます。
午後のシュノーケリングはあいにくの強風で実施できなかったのですが、代替プランのキャニオニングは天然スライダー有り、飛び込みスポット有りのスリル満点のアクティビティー。流石にこちらはウェットスーツ必須でしたが、もし夏であれば水着だけでも気持ち良いかもしれません。
ツアーが終わった後に「西表島でもっと遊びたい！」と感じるところが、入門編としてのこのプランの塩梅の良さだと思いました。
また機会があれば、こちらのツアー会社さんの別のプランも参加してみたいと思いました。
