I have participated in various tours, but I highly recommend this one. Here are the highlights:

1. The guides are kind.
→ They gently taught me how to paddle on the SUP even when I was struggling at the beginning, and their smiles during the activities were wonderful.

2. There were multiple guides, so I was able to hear a lot about Ishigaki Island. They shared insights that only locals would know.

3. I could choose between SUP and canoeing.
→ I initially joined with SUP, but I was able to switch to canoeing with another participant. It was quite flexible in that regard (laughs).

4. They took a lot of photos.
→ It was a full-day tour, and they took tons of pictures (laughs). Not only did I receive them for free, but I also got them on the same day, which I thought was fantastic!

I signed up and participated with my friend. Since it was a rare opportunity to be in Ishigaki Island, I decided to fully enjoy myself and signed up for this plan. It was a windy day, but with the guidance of the instructor, I was able to have fun safely. I also made friends with other participants, and we ended up drinking together at an izakaya that night, which became a memorable experience.

Both of us were inexperienced with SUP, so we were quite nervous, but once we got on, it was surprisingly stable, and we were able to ride smoothly (there's a briefing on how to ride and paddle at the beginning of the tour). It was an activity I had always wanted to try, so I was very satisfied to have such a valuable experience in the beautiful sea (since our bottoms and feet got wet, I think it's a good idea to wear quick-drying sportswear). The snorkeling was also conducted carefully, allowing us to enjoy it with peace of mind (there was a free rental for wetsuits). It was my first time seeing so many fish at once, and it was truly moving. Additionally, the guide was attentive and checked on us frequently to see if we were tired, which left a strong impression. I participated in a tour that included stand-up paddleboarding at Kabira Bay, snorkeling in the Blue Cave, and playing in a waterfall pool. Since it was my first time in Ishigaki Island, I joined without knowing much, but the staff taught me various things, which made me feel at ease. I had no problems with SUP for the first time, and snorkeling was refreshing and comfortable. The weather was great, making it the perfect day!
In the morning, I went snorkeling. There were lots of fish around the Blue Cave, and they were so friendly, coming close to me, which was adorable!
I also saw a clownfish for the first time.
After a break, I had a SUP experience at Kabira Bay. The SUP experience was easier than I expected, and by the end, I was able to maneuver it freely!
The guide took beautiful photos throughout, and at the end, they gifted them to us, so I was happy to have those memories captured!
Next time, I want to join the Iriomote Island store of Pipi!

今回５回目の沖縄旅行でした。シュノーケリングは泳げない私にとって不安だったので今まで避けてきたのですが、今回友人の勧めもありツアーに参加することにしました。当日は丁寧かつおもしろいお兄さんがついてくださり、とてもいい思い出になりました。写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、終わった直後にすぐデータを送ってくださり帰りの車で見返しながら余韻にひたっておりました、、（笑）天候もよかったのか青の洞窟も写真でみていたように青くとてもきれいでした！絶対いくべきだと思います(＾＾)

I heard that February often has bad weather, so I was worried, but on the day of the tour, it was beautifully sunny!
Our guide was a young man who spoke very politely and shared various information and fun stories about Ishigaki Island during the car ride, so we arrived at our destination in no time!
The tour itself was fantastic. It was my first time snorkeling, but they taught us how to do it from the very beginning, and we saw so many fish!
During the SUP tour at Kabira Bay, the beauty was like paradise, and I was able to relax and enjoy my first SUP experience.
What made me the happiest was the photo service. After dropping us off at the hotel, we received over 100 beautiful photos!!!

ガイドさんは若い男性で、言葉遣いも非常に丁寧で移動中の車内で色々な石垣島の情報や楽しいお話をしていただいたので、あっという間に目的地に着いてしまいました！
肝心のツアーも最高です。シュノーケリングは初めてだったのですが、最初からやり方を教えてくださり、お魚も沢山見れました！
川平湾のSUPツアーでは、天国みたいな美しさではじめてのSUPも落ち着いてできました。

Our family of four had a great time experiencing shower climbing for the first time. The river was really beautiful, which was wonderful! My friends from the rock climbing school in Korea are very interested in shower climbing in Japan, so I plan to bring them next time for a preview. I want to come back again. The instructor, Tatsuki, looks like Darvish and the energetic trainees were all very cute and made it a lot of fun.

タイトルの通り青の洞窟のシュノーケリングツアーだったので、残念でしたが、ガイドさんは近くの岩場でシュノーケリングをしてガイドしてくれました。寒いこともあり水が冷たかったですが、とても綺麗な海で魚もたくさんいて、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
青の洞窟に必ず行きたいって方は、事前にショップなどに問い合わせすれ一番確率の高い日を教えてくれるとの事です。なので、問い合わせしてから予約することをお勧めします。

I thought I would like to experience a longer course next time.

We experienced this with two people aged 65 and 61. We usually go out without plans, but since the weather tomorrow is forecasted to be cloudy, we started looking for options about two hours before leaving home and made a reservation without fully understanding the details. On the day, it drizzled on and off. What I thought would be a regular cave turned out to be an exciting cave exploration where we crawled through a limestone cave. The round trip to the waterfall involved canoeing and trekking, and everything exceeded our expectations. It was the best experience I've had so far. The guide was also very good. I was hoping to see the sunset and the stars in Ishigaki Island, but they were obstructed by clouds and moonlight. Next year, I want to stay in Iriomote. I definitely recommend this experience without worrying about age.

家を出る２時間位前から探したので

The accompanying staff member was trilingual and provided explanations in each person's language. The boat rocked a lot, so motion sickness medication is a must. There were a few people who looked really uncomfortable due to seasickness, but the staff member checked on them multiple times. While there were many kind staff members, there were also some who were not so friendly. Staff member A kindly suggested I use the warm shower after the second snorkeling point since I was shivering from the cold, but staff member B said, "Don't use it. Just save it for the end." It seems that they want to conserve water, so it's decided that the warm water for showers is only available at the end. However, I noticed regular guests using the shower frequently, so I left feeling unsure about what to do. Then A asked me again, "Did you use it?" and in the end, I was able to use the warm shower. I was really grateful for their help. Later, B made comments in Japanese that could be interpreted as racist, which was very unpleasant to hear (even though I didn't want to). I won't be using this service again, but since there are many kind staff members and many bilingual and trilingual staff, I think foreign guests can enjoy themselves with peace of mind. Thank you.

船酔いで、凄く辛そうな人たちが数人いましたが、スタッフさんが何度も声をかけて対応されていました。
優しいスタッフさんが多い中、そうでないスタッフさんもいました。
スタッフ(A)さんは寒くて震えていた自分に、2ポイント目のシュノーケル後に温水シャワーしてくださいと声をかけてくださった為使おうと思ったら、スタッフ(B)さんは「使わないで。最後だけにして」とのこと。
基本的には、シャワーなどに使用するお湯は節水したいから最後だけと決まってるみたいですが、常連さんっぽい方達は小まめにシャワーしてたのを見ていたので、ふーん。という感じでその場を去り、どうしよう。。と思っていたらAさんが再度「使いました？」と声をかけてくださったので、結局温水シャワーを使うことができました。
声をかけてくださって凄く助かりました。
その後もBさんは人種差別とも受け取れる内容の発言を日本語でしていて、聞いていて(聞きたくなくても聞こえてくる)すごく不愉快でした。
私は今後利用することは無いですが、親切なスタッフさんが多く、バイリンガル、トリリンガルのスタッフさんが多いみたいなので、外国人の方も安心して楽しめると思います。

I was worried because I can't swim at all, but the staff pulled a kickboard for me, so I was able to enjoy it thoroughly. Unlike diving, snorkeling is just swimming on the surface, but I was happy that the staff let me touch starfish and sea cucumbers. I was also very pleased with the free service of taking photos during snorkeling. I participated alone, but there were more solo travelers than I expected, and we chatted during the travel time and meals, so I didn't feel lonely. In the afternoon, I was able to meet the long-awaited sea turtles while snorkeling at Barasu Island.
