This experience is amazing for this price.
The weather was nice, and I could see clearly underwater.
The coral and fish are beautiful.
I was quite surprised by the construction of that boat.

My first impression was that the staff were very kind. I thought the snorkeling lesson for beginners would be unnecessary since I had personal experience, but it was conducted thoroughly and appropriately, and I didn't feel like my time to experience was reduced. During the experience, they taught us the names of the fish, where to find them, and even some interesting trivia, which made it worthwhile to participate. They also offered to take photos frequently, and all the staff were gentle and kind. If I visit Ishigaki again and participate in a tour, I would like to join a tour organized by RISE.

1番始めの感想がスタッフの皆さんが、とても親切でした。
シュノーケルの初めての方への講習も、個人的に経験していたため不要かと思っていましたが、丁寧かつ適切に講習されており、体験する時間が少なくなるような感じは無かったです。
また体験では、魚の名前やどこに何がいるか、また豆知識的なところまで教えてくれ、参加した甲斐がありました。
写真もこまめに撮ってくれるよう声をかけていただいたり、スタッフの全員が優しく親切な方でした。
また石垣を訪れ、ツアーに参加するならば、RISEさんの企画するツアーに参加したいと思います。

I experienced a one-day course that included a mangrove canoe experience, Pinai Sara Falls, and diving. First of all, the location is very convenient, just a 1-2 minute walk from the port! The guide was very knowledgeable and explained the flora and fauna in the mangroves in a clear and detailed manner. It was really interesting and fun! ^^ For lunch, I enjoyed Yaeyama soba, which had a warm and gentle flavor and was delicious! The diving instructions in the afternoon were also thorough, and they tailored it to accommodate us beginners, so we felt safe participating. When we had trouble in the water, they helped us right away! Meeting the staff was a wonderful experience, and it became a great memory! I would love to come back here again someday. Thank you very much!

1日コースで、マングローブのカヌー体験、ピナイサーラの滝、ダイビングを体験しました。
まず、港から徒歩1〜2分と好立地で便利です！
案内のお兄さんがとても知識豊富で、マングローブでは動植物について大変丁寧にわかりやすく説明してくれました。すごく興味深く面白かったです！^^
お昼には八重山そばをご馳走になりましたが、こちらも温かく優しい味がして美味しかったです！
午後のダイビングの説明も丁寧で、初心者の私達に合わせてくださったので安心して参加できました。水の中で困った時もすぐ助けてくださりました！
スタッフの方々ととても素敵な出会いになり、大変いい思い出になりました！またいつか、ぜひまたこちらでお世話になりたいです^^

I was able to fully enjoy the various natural wonders of Iriomote Island in one tour, including a SUP experience in the mangroves, trekking at Kura Falls, and snorkeling. Thanks to the explanations and natural responses from our instructor, Kengo, I was able to participate in the tour with great enjoyment. If I have the opportunity to come back to Iriomote Island, I would definitely like to sign up for the night tour that you recommended. Thank you for the wonderful time.

マングローブでのsup体験、クーラの滝でのトレッキング、シュノーケリングと、一回のツアーで西表島の様々な自然を満喫することが出来ました。
特にインストラクターのけんごさんの解説や自然な受け答えなどのお陰で、非常に楽しみながらツアーに参加することが出来ました。

4．記念撮影が随所にあり、しかも、写真は縦どり横取りの２種類とっていただけるので、SNSなどに投稿するときにサイズ加工しなくて済む。
５．防水バック、防止、シューズは無料で貸していただける。
６．ガイドさんが、フランクかつ丁寧で、安全第一なので、安心かつ楽しめる

First of all, they are not punctual. I was made to wait for nearly an hour on a hot boat, and during that time, there was no communication about why the departure was delayed. The instructor seemed inexperienced. When it was time to enter the sea, I asked the instructor for a life jacket in the crowded boat, and one after another, others came up saying, "Me too, please."

The snorkeling point prioritized water sports like jet skiing, and there were hardly any corals or fish. The instructor said, "They were here in the morning, though." When I tried to move away to a spot with corals, I was told, "Please stay close." Just beyond that, jet skis were zipping by. We were only allowed to stay in one spot.

There were many foreigners making a lot of noise, and they played music on the boat. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, it might be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to purely enjoy snorkeling. I have participated in many snorkeling options in Okinawa and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, so I never imagined there would be a tour like this. It was a learning experience.

まず時間にルーズです。暑い船上で1時間近く待たされました。その間、なぜ出発が遅れているかの声かけもありません。
インストラクターも素人のような方でした。さあ海に入りますという声かけ時に「ライフジャケットを下さい」と込み合う船内でインストラクターに声を掛けました。次から次へと「私もください」と言うかたが寄っていきました。
シュノーケルポイントも、水上バイク等マリンスポーツ優先のポイントで、サンゴも魚もほぼいませんでした。インストラクター曰く「午前中はいたんですけどねー」との事。
サンゴのある場所まで少しでも離れようとすると。「そばにいてください」と。その先はすぐ水上バイクが滑走しています。1か所でただ留まるのみです。
外国の方も多く大騒ぎし、船上でも音楽をかけまくり、そのような雰囲気が好きな方には申し分ないかと思いますが、シュノーケリングを純粋に楽しみたい方にはおすすめしません。
沖縄で、シュノーケリングのオプションにはたくさん参加させていただいており、スタッフ皆さんプロだなと感心させられていたので、このようなツアーがあるとは想像もしておらず勉強になりました。

The wind was strong, and we couldn't go to the main location, but we were taken to another point. They kindly informed us of this the day before. The guide was very friendly and took many photos for us. Of course, I wanted to see the best sunset at the main location, but I was satisfied because it was fun. Also, since it was a less crowded place, we were able to spend a relaxing time. Since we came from Hokkaido, it might have been too harsh during the day due to the strong sunlight. The evening was just right.

風が強く、メインの場所には行くことができませんでしたが、別のポイントに連れて行ってもらえました。
きちんと前日にその旨ご連絡いただきました。
ガイドの方はとても親切で、沢山写真を撮ってくださいました。
もちろんメインの場所で最高の夕日を見たかったですが、楽しかったので満足です。
そして人が少ない場所だったので、のんびりした時間を過ごせました。
北海道から行ったので日中だと日差しが強すぎてしんどかったかもしれません。
夕方でちょうどよかったです。

The sea was very beautiful, and the staff were kind, which made it the best experience! I think beginners can use it with confidence. I highly recommend it.

It had been 15 years since I last entered the sea or went snorkeling. I had a bit of trouble getting the gear to fit properly, but our guide Kana was kind enough to help adjust it and let me hold onto the board, so I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea and the fish without any worries. The explanations at each point were accurate, and I was thrilled when they took photos of us floating from below while we were free diving. We received many wonderful photos right there, which became great keepsakes. On the way back, I was able to quickly take a shower, change, and even do my makeup at the shop, leaving me feeling very satisfied as I returned to the hotel. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely like to be taken care of by Summer Resort again. Thank you, Kana!

海に入るのも、シュノーケルも15年ぶりでした。
ギアがなかなかフィットせず、少し困りましたが、ガイドのカナさんが親切に調整したり、ボードにつかまらせてくださったりしたので、不安なく、美しい海とお魚を堪能できました。各ポイントでの説明も的確で、素潜りして、下から、浮いている私たちを撮影してくださったのには感激しました。とても素晴らしい写真がその場でたくさん届いて、よい記念になりました。帰りもショップで素早くシャワー、着替え、お化粧まで済ませることができ、とても満ち足りた気持ちでホテルに帰れました。ご縁があれば、ぜひまたサマーリゾートさんにお世話になりたいです。カナさん、ありがとうございました。

We participated with our 3-year-old child. On the day of the tour, we had concerns about our child's health, so we opted out of the trekking, and the staff accommodated us accordingly. Throughout the tour, they were attentive to our child's condition and mood, ensuring we could enjoy the experience without any pressure. Thanks to their care, our child, who was initially a bit reluctant about canoeing, ended up smiling and having a great time in the latter half, even bonding with the guide, which was wonderful.

The Okinawa soba we had for lunch was homemade by the guide and was even tastier than the restaurant we had eaten at the day before the tour.

They also took many photos, and it was great that the data was included in the tour price. Since we couldn't do the trekking this time, I definitely want to request it again when we have a chance for a rematch.

3歳の子連れで参加しました。当日子供の体調に不安があり、今回は私たち家族のみの参加だったため、トレッキングを省略するという形で対応していただきました。ツアー中も子供の体調や機嫌を気にかけてくださり、無理なく楽しめるよう配慮していただきました。おかげで、最初はカヌーを若干嫌がっていた子供も、後半はニコニコして元気に楽しめていて、ガイドさんにもなついていて良かったです。
お昼にいただいたソーキそばはガイドさんのお手製で、私たちがツアーの前日に食べたお店の味よりも美味しかったです。
写真もたくさん撮っていただき、そのデータもツアー代に含まれているのがありがたかったです。
今回トレッキングはできなかったので、リベンジする際は是非またお願いしたいと思います。

私の日本語は下手ですが、シュノーケリングのコーチは英語を話せます。また、私は泳げないので、コーチは私のライフベストに通常の浮き棒を取り付けてくれました。そして、シュノーケリングの間ずっと大きな浮き棒をつかんでいました。とても面白かったです。

さらに、私たちは阿波連ビーチでの自由時間中に機材を使うことができます。休憩したり、昼食を食べたり、シャワーを浴びたりするための拠点があるのは便利です。

My Japanese is poor, the snorkel coach can speak English. Also, I cannot swim, the coach attached a regular floating rod with my life vest, and I grabbed a large floating rod during whole snorkel process. It was very interesting.

Besides, we can still use the equipment during the free time in Aharen Beach. It's convenient we have a base to rest, eat lunch and take shower.

First of all, the meeting place was hard to find! I waited in the hotel’s large parking lot for 15 minutes, but the guide didn’t arrive until just before the time. Also, I felt extremely uncomfortable when jokes about body shape were made in front of everyone. The limestone cave was wonderful, but that experience ruined the memory. I can't stand the guide who seems to think they can do whatever they want just because they came to work in Okinawa from the mainland.

まず、集合場所がわかりずらい！ホテルの広い駐車場で15分前から待ちましたがガイドは時間ぎりぎりまで来ません。そして、体形に関するジョークをみんなの前で言われて死ぬほど嫌な思いをしました。鍾乳洞は素晴らしかったけどその思い出が台無しになりました。沖縄に内地から働きにきて何しても自由と調子に乗ってるガイドが許せません。

I was able to enjoy snorkeling and marine activities for half a day. The weather was nice, and the sea was clear, allowing us to see colorful fish and sea snakes. The marine activity with Marble was thrilling and very fun. However, it was quite windy that day, and the boat was rocking a lot. It took about 30 minutes to reach the snorkeling point, but the swaying was intense, and some people were suffering from seasickness. Even while the boat was stationary, it was still rocking, making it tough even for those who had taken medication. I think it's better to take medication even if you're usually fine with seasickness.

シュノーケル、マリンアクティビティを半日で堪能できました。天気も良く海は澄んでいてカラフルな魚、ウミヘビ等を見ることができました。ママリンアクティビティのマーブルはスピード感もありとても楽しかったです。ただ、当日風が強くて船がかなり揺れました。シュノーケルポイントまで30分ほどでしたが揺れがすごく、船酔いで苦しんでいる人がいました。また停船している船の上でも揺れていて薬を飲んでいてもキツかったです。船酔いに強くても薬は飲んだ方がいいと思います。

The weather was great, and I was able to see beautiful views of the mangroves and the sunset! I was grateful for the same-day reservation support. Kayaking was fun and it became a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The boat to Kerama had quite high waves and was very rocky, but I was able to see a beautiful sea.
Due to the large number of people, we couldn't choose which diving spot to go to, but it was fun.
I had a really enjoyable time snorkeling.

慶良間までの船がかなり波が高く揺れが凄かったですが、とてもキレイな海を見れました。
ダイビングは人数が多い為、どちらのポイントか選ぶ事は出来ませんでしたが楽しかったです。
シュノーケルはとっても楽しい時間を過ごせました。

Everything was a new experience, but it was fun.
The scenery was indeed amazing.

I was warned that the sunlight could be intense, so I took my own measures against it, but I underestimated it.
Of course, wearing a hat is a must, but wearing shorts is risky.

I think it's better to have gloves if you're going kayaking.

A waterproof case for your phone is definitely a good idea. I regretted not buying one.

Also, I didn't bring a change of clothes (there might have been a warning about this), and it was a hassle, so a change of clothes is essential.

If I get the chance to go to Iriomote Island again, I would definitely like to participate once more.

It was my first time snorkeling in my life! The world that I had only seen on TV unfolded before me, and it was truly moving. The staff were all very kind, and even though I participated alone, I was able to enjoy it without feeling shy.

人生初のシュノーケリングでした❗️
テレビでしか見たことの無い世界が広がり感動でした。
スタッフも皆さん親切で一人での参加でしたが、気後れせず楽しめました。

There were about 55 participants, which meant there were more people than fish while snorkeling, and I got hit multiple times on the head and body by fins. I didn't have a full-face mask, and there was no announcement about feeding the fish, plus there were repeated suggestions for optional activities, which made me tired from the start due to the time lost. On the return shuttle bus, I wasn't on the list and was worried I would be left behind. When the bus was leaving the parking lot, someone cut in line, and the other drivers were yelling, which was nerve-wracking. I guess it was understandable since it was low-priced and could be booked the day before. About 70% of the participants were foreigners, and although there was a language barrier, everyone followed the rules, which was reassuring.

参加者が55名程で大人数のため、シュノーケル時魚より人のほうが多い位で何度も足のヒレで頭や身体にあたられてしまいました。
フルフェイスマスクでもなかったし、魚の餌付けもアナウンスなしで、オプションの勧めが何度もあり時間のロスで最初から疲れました。帰りの送迎バスではエントリーされておらず危うくとり残されるとこで心配しました。バスでは駐車場を出る時順番を守らず割り込んだので他車の運転者が怒鳴っていたのでヒヤヒヤしました。前日予約できるのと低価格だったので仕方ないかな‥
参加者70%外国人で言葉の壁はありましたが皆さんルールを守っておられそこは安心しました。

It was very good.

I was able to see six sea turtles. The sea was beautiful, and I was very satisfied with the snorkeling experience. There were about 50 people on the boat, and it felt like there were roughly equal numbers of Japanese and foreigners. The guide was kind, and it was nice that they provided transportation back.

On the other hand, I was a bit concerned about the office being too crowded, possibly because the tour company is large, and the changing area was like a conference room.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience!

非常に良かったです。

ウミガメは6匹見ることが出来ました。
海も綺麗でシュノーケリング自体は大満足です。
50名ほどの乗合いで、日本人と外国人は半々くらいな印象です。
ガイドさんも優しく、帰りも送迎してくれてよかったです。

一方、事務所はツアー会社が大きい為か、人が多すぎる点や、着替え場所が会議室みたいな場所だった為、その辺りは気になりました。

総合すると満足の内容だったのでよかったです！

We participated as a couple, and it became the best memory. The weather was great, and since it was a weekday morning, we had the place to ourselves, allowing us to take our time and really observe the underwater scenery. The Blue Cave was incredibly beautiful—coral blue is the best! The ocean is just wonderful. Okinawa is the best! Guam was nice too, but Okinawa is amazing. Just being in Japan gives a sense of security, haha.

The guide was also handsome, and my husband got really into fishing talk with him, haha. It was a place that made us want to go back. We received a lot of photos, and I'm grateful for that. Thank you very much! ✌︎('ω'✌︎)

We participated as a couple (62 years old) and had a wonderful experience with a very kind guide who took care of us in a private setting, exceeding our expectations. They took many photos and videos, creating great memories for us.

Feeding the fish was amazing, as not only did it attract them, but they also came to eat the food from my hand, which was thrilling.

I will never forget the incredible blue of the Blue Cave! It might have even been more beautiful than the Blue Grotto in Italy.

Everything was perfect after snorkeling as well. There was a dehydrator for swimsuits, shower rooms, and hair dryers available, and all the staff were very nice.

2人(62歳)で参加したのですがとても優しいガイドさん貸切でお世話いただき、期待以上の素晴らしい体験ができました。しかも沢山の写真や動画を撮ってくださり良い思い出になりました。
魚の餌付けは、魚を呼ぶだけでなく、魚が私の手元の餌を食べにきてくれて感激でした。
青の洞窟の素晴らしい青さも忘れられません！

シュノーケルの後も完璧でした。水着用の脱水機、シャワー室ドライヤーも完備でスタッフの方々も良い方ばかりでした。

The meeting and dispersal were at the shop, but afterward, there were showers and dressers equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, which was very thoughtful. Since it was the day I was flying back, I highly recommend the shower facilities.

On the way to the beach, we got to see wild peacocks, and in the ocean, they made sure we had our snorkeling gear and fins properly fitted. The handsome instructor was always attentive, and everything was very kind.

Above all, we were able to find many sea turtles, and they took a huge number of wonderful photos while we were diving, which we received right away on our way back! It would have been nice to have a bit more time in the water, but I was very satisfied. Thank you!

ショップに集合解散ですが、終わった後はシャンプーリンスやソープまでついたシャワーやドレッサーまであり、至れり尽くせりでした。
当日は飛行機で帰る日だったので、シャワー付きでオススメです。
海岸まで車で移動中、野生のクジャクを見せてくれたり、海ではシュノーケルチェックや足ヒレもきちんと履かせてくれたり、イケメンインストラクターさんは常に気配りされていて、全てが親切でした。
なんと言っても、海ガメをたくさん見つけて頂き、潜って膨大な数の素敵な写真を撮ってくださり、帰りにすぐ写真を頂きました❗️
海に入ってる時間がもうちょっと長いと良かったですが、大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

I was very relieved to receive a confirmation about the items to bring and important notes the day before. It was my first time canoeing, but the instructions on how to paddle were clear, and they provided solid support when I actually got on the canoe, so everything went smoothly. During the exploration, they were very attentive to us, which made me feel secure throughout the experience. I was also happy that they took photos in various places!

前日に持ち物や注意事項の確認の連絡があり、大変安心しました。
カヌーは初めてでしたが、わかりやすく漕ぎ方の指導もあり、実際に乗る時もしっかり支えてくださったので、スムーズにできました。散策中もかなりきめ細やかにこちらを見ていてくださったので、安心して体験を終えました。

I participated in a half-day tour to Pinaí Sara Falls by kayak. Kayaking through the mangroves was pleasant, and we got off the kayak to trek to Pinaí Sara Falls. The falls were even more amazing than I had imagined, and swimming in the pool was incredibly refreshing. The guide's service was excellent, and it truly became a wonderful memory.

カヤックでピナいサーラの滝半日ツアーに参加しました。マングローブの中をカヤックは気持ち良くカヤックを降りてトレッキングでピナいサーラの滝へ行きました。ピナいサーラの滝は想像以上に素晴らしく滝壺で泳ぐと超気持ち良かったです。ガイドさんの対応も素晴らしく本当に良い想い出になりました。

The day I participated was clear with a bright blue sea and a pleasant breeze, making me excited from the moment I boarded. This was the bluest sea I have ever seen.

During snorkeling, I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. I was able to see many fish up close.

The banana boat ride was also a fun experience.

I could enjoy such a wonderful experience thanks to the staff. The movements of each staff member were outstanding.

Every staff member greeted us with a smile. The teamwork was excellent.

参加した日は、ピーカンで海が真っ青、気持ち良い風があり乗船時からワクワク。こんなに青い海は、初めてです。
シュノーケリング時は、スタッフの方の気配りに感謝です。たくさんのお魚がまじかで見れました。

Due to work commitments, I can only go once a year, but this was the best spot I've dived at so far.

I booked a package for snorkeling and parasailing. The meeting point is at the office of the organizing company, but if you make a reservation in advance, they will pick you up from a nearby hotel. They also take you to Kerama Beach, which is about a 20-minute boat ride from the port in Naha, so even though it was a quick 2-night, 3-day trip without a rental car, I was able to see a very beautiful sea!

I thought snorkeling would be done in shallower waters, so it was fun to snorkel in a place where I couldn't touch the bottom. For those who can't swim, the instructors pull you along with a kickboard, so many non-swimmers participated!

Unfortunately, we couldn't do parasailing that day due to strong winds, but instead, they recommended the banana boat, and we had a great time.

Since the boat ride is 20 minutes long, those with a weak vestibular system should definitely take motion sickness medication.

Next time I go to Okinawa, I will definitely sign up again! If I had to mention something, I was a bit anxious that I didn't receive information about the meeting place and time until 7:00 PM the day before.

シュノーケリングとパラセーリングのセットで予約しました。
集合場所は主催会社の事務所とのことですが、事前に予約すれば近くのホテルまで送迎してくれます。
また那覇市内の港から船で20分ほどの慶良間ビーチまで連れて行ってくれるので、今回クルマもレンタルしていない2泊3日の弾丸旅行でしたが、とても綺麗な海を見ることができました！
またシュノーケリングはもっと浅瀬でやるものだと思っていたので、足のつかないところでシュノーケルできて楽しかったです。
泳げない人はインストラクターがビート板で引っ張ってくれるので、泳げない人も多数参加してました！
当日風が強くてパラセーリングはできませんでしたが、その分バナナボートを勧めてくださり、楽しむことができました。

なお船で20分走るので、三半規管が弱い人は酔い止め必須です。

次沖縄本当に行く時は絶対また申し込みます！
強いて言えば前日19:00になっても集合場所と時間の連絡が来なかったのがやや不安でした。
