The flow was easy to understand, and I was able to act calmly both in the cave and in the sea. I was surprised by the abundance of fish, and my anticipation for seeing sea turtles grew.

流れが分かりやすく、洞窟でも海でも落ち着いて行動できました。魚の多さに驚き、ウミガメへの期待も高まりました。

I received polite advice at SUP and had a fun experience. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave for snorkeling, the weather was nice, and I got to see sea turtles, which made for a delightful time.

ＳＵＰでは丁寧にアドバイスをいただき、楽しく体験できました。
シュノーケリングは青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、お天気も良く、ウミガメにも会えて楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

The weather was nice, and our guide was very cheerful and fun. Every moment from the talks inside the tour until it ended was enjoyable! There are other tours available, and I'm looking forward to participating in those as well! Even those who can't swim are well taken care of, so anyone can join with peace of mind!

Finally got to try SUP at Kawahira Bay. The wind blowing down from the mountains was strong, making it difficult to maintain balance, but I was able to glide smoothly over the water. Even if I fell into the sea, I felt safe wearing a life jacket. The instructor was very attentive, so even beginners can give it a try!

念願の川平湾でのSUP。
山から吹き下ろす風が強く、バランスを取るのが大変でしたが、気持ち良く海の上を進むことができました。海に落ちてしまっても、ライフジャケットを着ているので安心です。
インストラクターが丁寧に教えてくれるので、初心者の方でもチャレンジできます！

The snorkeling guides were Makocchan and Soutakun! Both were cheerful and friendly, and their explanations were easy to understand, making it enjoyable and reassuring even for first-timers.

The snorkeling location changed due to sea conditions, but it turned out to be a great decision! I was thrilled to swim with sea turtles, which was a dream come true 🐢✨✨ I got so excited that I almost drowned... haha.

And for my first time on a SUP, we went into the mangroves. The quiet and surreal scenery was breathtaking... it was incredibly healing!! ✨✨

I did fall off the SUP a few times, but that just added to the fun, and I made some amazing memories. ☺️

Thank you so much, Makocchan and Soutakun! I definitely want to go again! When I do, I hope to have you as my guides again! 🤘

I was able to enjoy both stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling safely. I don't have swimming skills or athletic ability, but I was provided with a life jacket, foot fins, and a wetsuit, so there were no problems.

There was about a two-hour gap between the stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling, which felt a bit long, so I thought it would be better if the intervals were shorter.

サップとシュノーケリングどちらも安全に楽しめました。泳ぎスキルも運動神経もないですが、ライフジャケット、足のフィン、ウェットスーツも渡していただけたので、問題ありませんでした。
サップとシュノーケリングの間に2時間ほど空き時間があるのが、時間を持て余したので、もう少し間が短いと良いなと思いました。

The day before, I received notice that due to weather conditions, the SUP at Kawahira Bay would be changed to mangrove SUP at Miyara River. On the day of the activity, it was slightly cloudy, but it was a warm day for late February. On the bus heading to Miyara River, the guide shared some fun stories about Ishigaki Island.

Upon arriving at Miyara River, we listened to explanations about SUP and canoeing before heading out onto the water. Paddling through the mangrove river on the SUP was a delightful experience with beautiful scenery. As it was my first time on a SUP, I fell off a few times, but the others managed to stay on without falling. It was nice that the water wasn't too cold even after falling in. It really is Ishigaki Island, even in February.

After the SUP, we disbanded at the remote island terminal for lunch before heading to the Phantom Island. We took a boat, and by that time, the sun started to peek through, making the sea look beautiful. Upon arriving at Phantom Island, we explored the island for a while. The sea was blue, and the island had beautiful white coral sand, which was wonderful.

After that, we moved to a different spot for snorkeling, putting on life jackets and wetsuits before entering the water. Wearing the wetsuit made the water feel not too cold. Following the guide, we swam in the coral sea. The water was incredibly clear, and I could see colorful fish swimming beneath the surface. It was an experience that is hard to come by, and I’m glad I participated.

If I have the chance to come back to Ishigaki Island, I would like to try the SUP at Kawahira Bay that I missed this time. It was a fantastic tour. Thank you very much!

前日に天候の影響で川平湾SUPから宮良川でのマングローブSUPになる連絡がありました。
当日はやや曇天でしたが、2月下旬でも暖かい日でした。
宮良川に向かうバスの中ではガイドさんから石垣島についての楽しい話をしていただきました。
宮良川に到着しSUPやカヌーについての説明を聞き、川に乗り出しました。
SUPを漕いでマングローブの川を進むのは景色もよく気持ちよかったです。
初めてのSUPで私は何度か落ちてしまいましたが、ほかの方達は落ちることなく上手に乗っていました。
水に落ちてもそんなに寒くなくてよかったです。2月なのにさすが石垣島です。
SUPの後は、離島ターミナルで一度解散して昼食をとり、幻の島へ向かいました。
船で向かいましたが、その頃から晴れ間も見えて海がきれいでした。
幻の島に到着し、しばらく島を散策しました。
海は青く、きれいな白いサンゴ砂の島で素晴らしかったです。
その後シュノーケリングのために場所を移動して、ライフジャケット＋ウェットスーツで海に入りました。
ウェットスーツを着ると、水の中もそこまで寒くなかったです。
ガイドさんに付いてサンゴの海を泳ぎました。海はとても綺麗で、海中には綺麗な色の魚が泳いでいるのが見えました。
なかなかできない体験でした。参加してよかったです。
また石垣島に来ることがあれば、今回できなかった川平湾のSUPもしてみたいです。
素晴らしいツアーでした。どうもありがとうございました。

I was able to see many fish up close, just like those in an aquarium! I also got to take a lot of photos and videos! Hina was very kind!

Wherever you go, the views are breathtaking, and the instructors provide a lot of information, making it really enjoyable! So, I don't feel too tired!

The only mistake I made was getting wetter than I expected, so a change of clothes is a must!!

With determination and spirit, anyone can do it!

どこに行っても絶景で、講師の方が色々な情報を教えてくれるのですごく楽しいです！なので疲れを感じる事はあまり無いです！

失敗した事と言えば思った以上に濡れるので着替え必須です！！

Unfortunately, the snorkeling was moved to a different spot due to high waves, but I was able to encounter sea turtles✨. Since it was my first time snorkeling, I had some anxiety, but I was glad to go to places I definitely couldn't have reached on my own! It was reassuring that I could grab onto the float that the guide was holding when I got tired!

In the second half, I enjoyed a mangrove canoe tour✨. I got to see the mangroves up close, and at times, we even went through the gaps, which provided a different kind of fun compared to the ocean!

Throughout the day, the guide took a lot of photos and videos, so I was happy to be able to create many memories without having to bring my smartphone✨. Also, I appreciated the included transportation service✨.

シュノーケリングは残念ながら高波の影響で別のスポットになりましたが、ウミガメに出会うことができました✨
初めてのシュノーケリングだったので不安もありましたが、1人では絶対に行けないような場所まで行けてよかったです！疲れたらガイドさんが持ってくれている浮き輪に捕まることもできたので安心でした！

後半はマングローブカヌーを楽しみました✨
マングローブを間近で見て、時には間をくぐったりして、海とは違う楽しみ方ができました！

1日を通して、ガイドの方が写真や動画をたくさん撮ってくれるので、スマホを持ち込まなくても思い出をたくさん残せてよかったです✨
また、送迎付きなのもありがたかったです✨

I couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but I was able to see beautiful coral! Also, I miraculously got to see a sea turtle.

The guide also takes videos and photos for you, so you can be satisfied even if you don't bring your own camera!

In the morning, I participated in a mangrove kayaking activity, and in the afternoon, I went snorkeling in the Blue Cave.

We gathered around 9 AM, and I felt reassured as they picked us up from the hotel to start the day. The weather was clear and warm, and both activities offered stunning views! During snorkeling, I was lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle, just as the tour promised.

The guides took a lot of photos with a GoPro throughout the tour, and I was grateful that they shared them with us on the same day, despite their busy schedule. It had been a while since I participated in such activities, but everyone was cheerful and lively, which made it enjoyable.

Personally, I was happy that lunch was flexible and we had plenty of time, allowing us to enjoy some gourmet food on the same day. It turned out to be a very satisfying day!

朝9時台の集合でしたが、ホテルまでピックアップに来ていただいて安心のスタート
当日は快晴で気温も高く、どちらのアクティビティも最高の景色を見れました！
シュノーケリングではツアー名のとおりウミガメにも遭遇できて、とてもラッキーでした

ガイドの方々は、ツアー中GoProでたくさん写真を取ってくださり、お忙しいのに当日にすぐシェアしていただけてありがたかったです
こういったアクティビティ参加は久々でしたが、みなさんハキハキとした明るい方で、楽しむことができました

個人的には、ランチが自由で時間に余裕もあったので、同日にグルメも楽しめて嬉しかったです。大満足の1日になりました！

The weather forecast the day before predicted light rain, so I thought, "Well, it should be fine!" and was feeling relaxed. However, just before the experience started, it began to pour! I was feeling a bit down thinking, "SUP in this weather...," but thanks to our guide Genki's positive encouragement, saying, "Actually, it's a lucky experience that you can't have often," I thought, "That's true!" and ended up enjoying SUP. The mangroves and the heavy rain created an even more extraordinary atmosphere, making it a wonderful memory! ✨

前日の天気予報では小雨ぐらいだったので、「まぁ、大丈夫だろ〜」と呑気に考えていたら体験開始直前に大雨に！！
「こんな中でSUP…」とテンションが若干下がっていたのですが、ガイドのゲンキさんの「逆になかなか出来ない体験だからラッキー」という前向きな励ましのおかげで「たしかに…！」にと楽しんでSUPを楽しむことができました✨マングローブ&大雨で、より非日常の世界感でとても良い思い出になりました！

After moving to the beach and receiving careful instruction and safety explanations, we entered the water. Even though I was wearing a marine suit, it was a bit chilly at first, but my body gradually got used to it.
I was lucky enough to see three sea turtles and vibrant fish swarming around the coral reefs🐠, fully enjoying the waters of Miyako Island🌺.
Yume-chan took many wonderful photos, shared interesting facts, and regularly checked on the participants' health, allowing us to have a safe, enjoyable, and fulfilling time🙏.

It was a bit cloudy, but the blue of the water was even more beautiful than I imagined! The guide provided calm instructions, which made me feel safe while swimming. The photos turned out great, and I was really excited!

I was surprised by the clarity beyond my imagination! The blue glow I saw underwater was truly beautiful. The guide said, "It's shining the most beautifully right now!" and I was able to take pictures at the best timing!

想像以上の透明度でびっくり！　水中で見る青の輝きが本当に美しかった。ガイドさんが「今が一番きれいに光ってます！」って声をかけてくれて、ベストタイミングで撮影できた！

It was my first time canoeing, but you taught us carefully, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. Additionally, I enjoyed the time spent learning about corals and mangroves.

During snorkeling, I was able to see clownfish and touch sea cucumbers, allowing me to connect with the natural beauty of Ishigaki. I felt tired and anxious in the second half, but you checked on me multiple times, which helped me swim confidently until the end.

The weather forecast was bad, and I received a call the day before to change the time, but thanks to that, I was able to fully enjoy both activities.

初めてのカヌーでしたが、丁寧に教えていただいたので、安心して参加することができました。また、サンゴやマングローブに関する話をしていただいて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
シュノーケリングでは、カクレクマノミを見れたり、ナマコを触ったり、石垣の自然にたくさん触れることができました。後半疲れて不安でしたが、何度も声をかけてくれて、安心して泳ぎきることができました。

予報が悪く、前日に電話をいただき、時間変更をしての参加でしたが、おかげさまで両方のアクティビティを満喫することができました。

It was the best time ever! I experienced it with my 3-year-old daughter and my husband, who is nearly 60. Due to strong winds the day before, the Blue Cave was closed, but we were taken to recommended spots and had a very satisfying time. The guide was incredibly upbeat and attentive, always interacting with us with a smile.

My daughter had a great time floating on the Anpanman boat, looking at fish and searching for octopuses! The guide did a wonderful job engaging with her, allowing the adults to relax and enjoy diving (thank you!). Even though my husband is not a strong swimmer, he kept saying he wanted to dive again because it was such a valuable experience! He made many comments about wanting to try again.

My husband, who lacks confidence in his physical stamina and hadn't swum since high school, managed to dive well while holding onto a float. Additionally, he usually wears glasses because his vision is below 0.1, but there were several types of prescription underwater goggles available, so he had no issues with visibility.

I also want to take on the Blue Cave challenge again. It was such a rare experience to feed the fish and have them swim right next to me! Our family is already talking about wanting to see the guide again next time. The waters of Okinawa are beautiful and truly wonderful. We received a lot of photos and data, which are treasures to us. Thank you so much, guide!!! We look forward to working with you again.

3歳の娘と60近い旦那さんと共に体験。
前日からの強風で青の洞窟はクローズで行けませんでしたがおススメスポットをまわっていただき大満足の時間でした。
ガイドの方がとにかくノリがよくて丁寧。終始笑顔で接してくださいました。
娘はアンパンマン号でプカプカしながら魚をみたり、タコ！？を探したりすごく楽しかったみたいです。ガイドさんがうまく娘の相手をしてくれていて大人はゆったり潜っていられました(感謝！)
旦那さんは海人間でなかったのにまた潜りたいなあ貴重な体験だった！また潜ろう！とリベンジする発言多発です。
体力に自信がない旦那さんでしたし、泳いだのは高校以来なかったインドアタイプでしたが浮き輪を持ちながら上手く潜っておりました。また、旦那さんは視力が0.1以下で眼鏡をいつもかけていますが、度ありの水中メガネの用意が何種類かあり合わせられたので問題なく視界は良好だったみたいです。
私も青の洞窟リベンジしたいなと思っています。魚にエサをあげたり、魚が自分のすぐ近くを泳いでいるなんて！と貴重な体験すぎました。ガイドさんに次回もまた会いたいねと家族みんなで話しています。

My friend and I experienced SUP for the first time together! Due to the weather, we received a call the day before informing us that the event would be held at Miyara River instead of Kabira Bay. There was a thorough explanation beforehand, and since we were able to participate with a clear understanding, I felt that the response was very polite and sincere.

On the day of the event, there was one staff member for every nine participants, and since we wore life jackets, we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about drowning. It was a joint team of SUP and kayaking, but there were frequent checks to ensure that everyone was keeping up without any issues, which made for a reassuring experience. Additionally, they took a lot of photos and videos, allowing us to capture the experience in a tangible way.

Due to the weather, we ended up experiencing the mangroves, and we received explanations about them, which made for a valuable experience. While it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't do SUP at Kabira Bay, we had a very enjoyable time. I want to try again next time!

天候の影響で前日に川平湾ではなく宮良川での開催になるとお電話をいただきました。事前にきちんと説明があり、納得したうえで参加できたので、とても丁寧で誠実な対応だと感じました。

当日は9人の参加者に対してスタッフの方が1名ついてくださり、ライフジャケットも着用だったので溺れる心配なく楽しめました。SUPとカヤックの合同チームでしたが、頻繁に全員がトラブルなく着いてこれているか振り返っての確認や声掛けがあり、安心して体験できました。また、写真や動画もたくさん撮ってくださり、形にも残せた体験でした。

天候の影響により、マングローブでの体験になりましたが、マングローブの解説などもしていただき、貴重な経験ができました。川平湾でのSUPができなかったのは少し残念ですが、非常に楽しい時間を過ごせました。次はリベンジしたいです！

I participated in a snorkeling tour! Due to the weather, I received a call the day before informing me that the tour would be held at a different location instead of the Blue Cave. I felt that the explanation was thorough and I was able to participate with understanding, which showed a very polite and sincere response.

On the day of the tour, there were two staff members for six participants, and since we wore life jackets, I felt safe and was able to enjoy myself. During snorkeling, I appreciated the staff's careful attention as they watched over the entire group and checked in with each individual. They provided a lot of support, like letting us pick up shells and taking pictures of us!

In the sea, I was able to see fish and coral, which I think was a rare experience that I wouldn't normally have. Although it was a bit disappointing not to go to the Blue Cave, I had such a fun and fulfilling time that I forgot all about it.

海の中では魚や珊瑚を見ることができ、普段なかなかできない貴重な体験ができたと思います。
青の洞窟に行けなかったのは少し残念でしたが、それを忘れてしまうほど楽しく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

Our guide, Mako, was very cheerful and approachable, and the conversations were enjoyable, creating a fun atmosphere throughout the tour. The explanations were clear, allowing us to participate with peace of mind. She also paid careful attention to the children, which was really helpful.

During snorkeling, we saw a lot of fish, and it was so exciting! The underwater world was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I was very satisfied.

After that, I participated in a mangrove canoe tour. Our guide, Sugi, explained the ecology and characteristics of the mangroves in a very understandable way, which was very educational. Spending time in nature was truly refreshing and rejuvenating for my mind.

The guides were very kind and cheerful, maintaining a fun atmosphere throughout. The children got to ride on the SUP, which was thrilling! It was a rare experience that we don't often get to have, and I was very satisfied.

Both tours were truly wonderful and became the best memories of my time in Ishigaki Island. I would love to participate again!

ガイドさんはとても親切で明るく、終始楽しい雰囲気でした。子供たちをSUPに乗せていただき、大興奮！普段なかなかできない貴重な体験ができて、大満足です。

どちらのツアーも本当に素晴らしく、石垣島での最高の思い出になりました。またぜひ参加したいです。

I booked a day tour that included a SUP tour in the mangroves and snorkeling in the Blue Cave. The guide was very knowledgeable about Ishigaki Island and the mangroves, and I learned a lot, which was enjoyable. The day before, I received a phone call explaining the details of the tour. I thought I understood the overview of the tour, but I had some misunderstandings, so it was good to confirm everything. Unfortunately, the snorkeling in the Blue Cave in the afternoon was canceled due to bad conditions, which was disappointing, but the mangrove tour in the morning was fulfilling enough to leave me very satisfied. Thank you!

マングローブでのSUPツアーと青の洞窟でのシュノーケリングがセットになった一日ツアーを申し込みました。
ガイドさんは石垣島やマングローブの知識が豊富でいろいろと教えて頂き楽しかったです。
前日にお電話でツアーに関する詳細の説明がありました。ツアーの概要は理解しているつもりでしたが、勘違いもあり確認いただいて良かったです。
午後からの青の洞窟はコンディションが悪いと言うことでキャンセルとなり残念でしたが、午前中のマングローブツアーだけでも十分満足出来るほど充実したツアーでした。

The wind was strong, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but as an alternative, we went to Shigira Beach where we were able to see a lot of sea turtles! A curly-haired guy guided us, checking our condition each time and explaining about the marine life. He also took many photos for us, helping us create wonderful memories! Thank you very much!

風が強く、青の洞窟には行くことが出来ませんでしたが、代換え案で行かせていただいたシギラビーチはウミガメをたくさん見ることができました！髪がくるくるなお兄さんが指導してくださりましたが、都度体調確認や海の生物の説明をしてくださったり、写真もたくさん撮って下さり楽しい思い出作りが出来ました！ありがとうございました！

Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the weather, but the snorkeling at the "Phantom Island" we were taken to instead was amazing! I received a thoughtful confirmation call the day before, which allowed me to look forward to the day with excitement.

The boat rocked a bit and made me feel a little seasick, but the underwater scenery was filled with the beautiful blue fish and coral unique to Okinawa, which quickly made me forget my discomfort. I was worried about the cold winter sea water, but thanks to the kind support from our guide, I was able to enjoy the experience throughout.

I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to see a sea turtle, but the burger place and the yakiniku restaurant I was told about during the return ride were exceptional. I definitely want to go see sea turtles next time.

あいにくの天候で青の洞窟へは行けませんでしたが、代わりに案内された「幻の島」でのシュノーケルが最高でした！
前日に丁寧な確認連絡をいただけたので、期待を胸に当日を迎えられました。

少し船が揺れて酔ってしまいましたが、海の中には沖縄ならではの青い魚とサンゴが広がっていて、その美しさに酔いも一瞬で吹き飛びました。
冬の冷たい海水が心配でしたが、ガイドさんが優しくサポートしてくれたおかげで、終始楽しく体験できて良かったです。

ウミガメに会えなかったのは心残りですが、帰りの送迎で教えてもらったハンバーガー屋さんと焼肉屋さんが絶品でした。
次はぜひウミガメを見に行きたいです。

It was my first time doing SUP in the mangroves, but since it was on a calm river, I felt safe doing it. The instructor was kind, which made it enjoyable.

初めてのマングローブでのSUPでしたが穏やかな川でのSUPでしたので安心してできました。
インストラクターも優しいので楽しくできました。

It was a winter snorkeling experience, but since I was wearing a wetsuit, I hardly felt the cold and was able to enjoy it comfortably. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to the weather conditions, but our guide, Sugimori, explained the situation thoroughly each time and I felt that safety was given ample consideration. He made sure to check on each participant as we progressed, which allowed me to feel secure during the experience.

冬のシュノーケリング体験でしたが、ウエットスーツを着用していたため寒さはほとんど感じず、快適に楽しむことができました。天候の影響で青の洞窟には行くことができず残念でしたが、その都度ガイドの杉森さんが状況を丁寧に説明してくださり、安全面にも十分配慮されていると感じました。参加者一人ひとりの様子を確認しながら進めてくださったため、安心して体験することができました。

The week we visited, the weather was bad, but during the time we went, we were able to see some sunshine, and we even encountered a sea turtle, which is quite rare. We made wonderful memories as a family, thank you very much.

訪問した週は、天候が悪かったのですが、私達がいった時間だけは晴れ間も見え、
なかなかみれないというウミガメにも出会えました。家族で最高の思い出ができ、ありがとうございました。

We participated as a couple and had a great time. Although the snorkeling location was changed due to the wind, we were amazed to see a vast coral reef just a short swim away, with corals visible very close to the surface. It was a delightful experience to have fish swimming right beside us.

I had a bit of a scary image of diving, but I felt very relaxed while snorkeling and was able to enjoy the breathtaking views all around me.

In the canoe, we explored the mangroves, which had the atmosphere of "The Ishigaki Island." Since we had done snorkeling in the morning, I was a bit concerned about my stamina, but the waves were calm, and I was able to enjoy it refreshingly without getting too tired.

I definitely want to come back to Ishigaki Island and rely on your services again. Thank you very much!

夫婦で参加しましたが、とても楽しめました。風の影響でシュノーケリングの場所は変更になったものの、少し泳ぐとサンゴ礁が一面に広がっており、海面からとても近い場所にサンゴが見えることに感動しました。また、すぐ近くを魚たちが泳いでいて、とても楽しい体験でした。

ダイビングには少し怖いイメージがありましたが、シュノーケリングではとてもリラックスして、360度に広がる絶景を楽しむことができました。

カヌーでは、「ザ・石垣島」といった雰囲気のマングローブの中を探検。午前中にシュノーケリングをしていたため体力面に少し不安もありましたが、波も穏やかで、ほとんど疲れることなく爽快に楽しめました。

ぜひまた石垣島を訪れた際には、こちらでお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I had a special experience! It was a beautiful cave that really made me think, "This is Ishigaki Island!" The guide was kind and prioritized safety during the tour! If I have the chance again, I would like to try another tour with them!
