I participated in this highly-rated tour because I was traveling with my elderly mother and it was difficult for us to move around on our own without driving. Since it was a morning course, we were lucky to have a fantastic guide. It was also appealing that the tour included the places I really wanted to visit, like Kabira Bay.

Unfortunately, I have hearing difficulties, so I couldn't hear the guide's explanations in the bus due to the noise of the vehicle. (My mother could hear everything clearly, so this is just my ear issue.)

However, once we got off the bus and listened to the guide, the explanations were very clear and enjoyable.

The palm tree grove in Yonaha felt like a trip back to prehistoric times, which was thrilling.

At Kabira Bay, since it was Friday, there was a long line at the glass-bottom boat boarding area. I was disappointed thinking we might not be able to ride today, but the guide advocated for us and prioritized our group, allowing us to enjoy the experience. I'm glad we chose this tour!

The highlight of the trip was definitely the Tamatorizaki Observatory. The clear weather made for breathtaking views! The colors of the sea were distinctly separated into blue, indigo, and green, sparkling beautifully—it was truly an indescribable landscape.

To be able to enjoy such beautiful scenery one after another made this a wonderful tour. I highly recommend it.

Additionally, the guide sang "Asadoya Yunta," which my mother said she had heard when she was little. It was a delightful surprise to hear her humming along to the chorus, "Matahari nu tsuindara kanushamayo" and "Sa-yui yui." It's rare for my mother to sing, so this was special. It was also nice that the lyrics were included in the pamphlet (but it would be even better if we understood the meaning).

この度は、高齢の母と一緒という事と、運転出来ず自力で移動するのも大変なので、評判の良いこのツアーに参加致しました。
午前コースなので、名物ガイドさんに大当たりしました。
是非行きたかった川平湾が入っていたのも魅力でした。

残念なのは、私は難聴なので、
ガイドさんが車中で説明してくださるお話が
バスの走行音に紛れて聞き取れなかった事です。（母にはちゃんと聞こえていましたから、これは私の耳の問題です。）

でも下車してからお話をうかがうと、大変わかり易くて楽しかったです。

米原のヤシの群生もどこか原始時代にトリップしたようでどきどきしました。

川平湾は金曜日という事で、グラスボート乗り場が長蛇の列。
今日は乗れないかも知れないと、ガッカリしましたが、ガイドさんが掛け合ってくださって、優先的にツアーの皆を案内して下さり楽しむことが出来ました。
ツアーで良かった！

そしてどこよりも素晴らしかったのは
玉取崎展望台。
綺麗に晴れた事もあり、まさに息を呑むような絶景！
海の色が青に、藍色に、緑にとくっきり分かれて煌めいていて、本当に筆舌に尽くしがたい風景でした、

こんなに美しい風景を次々と楽しめるなんて、素晴らしいツアーです。お勧めします。

それから、ガイドさんの歌の中の
「安里屋ユンタ」、母が小さい頃に聞いたことがあるそうで、サビの部分
「マタハーリヌツィンダラ カヌシャマヨ」「サーユイユイ」
と一緒に口ずさんでいるのが嬉しい驚きでした。
だって、母がうたうなんて、滅多にないんですよ。
パンフレットに歌詞が載っているのも良かったです（でも意味が分かるともっと嬉しい）

I stayed near the bus terminal and was scheduled to take a flight at 2:30 PM on the last day. With luggage in hand, I was thinking about how to spend the morning. I found this tour, which perfectly matched my conditions, so I made a reservation. I was also interested in the male guide's island songs in the morning after reading the reviews. There were over 30 participants, including a group from Taiwan, as well as people from Hong Kong and South Korea, and the guide occasionally used a Pocketalk for translation. It was very international. The male guide's explanations included jokes and were very easy to understand.

The glass bottom boat at Kabira Bay was quite crowded, and I almost gave up, but the shop was flexible and managed to charter a boat for us, which was great. We were able to see various coral reefs and sea life. The lunch at a restaurant with a great view had more side dishes than I expected, which was surprising. I wanted to hear more of the sanshin performance and island songs.

We arrived at the airport at 1:45 PM and got off there. I was able to board the plane safely, and it turned out to be a meaningful day. With the meal included, I thought this price was a great deal.

バスターミナル近くに宿泊していて、最終日14時30分発の飛行機利用予定。荷物も有り午前をどのように過ごすか考えていました。こちらのツアーを見つけ私の条件にぴったりでしたので予約をしました。口コミを読み午前中の男性ガイドさんの島唄にも興味が有りました。30名以上の参加者で台湾人の団体さん・香港・韓国人もいてガイドさんが時々ポケトークを使用し翻訳。国際的です。男性ガイドさんの説明は冗談も取り入れとても解りやすかったです。
川平湾のグラスボードはかなり混んでいて一瞬諦めかけたのですがお店側が融通をきかせてくれなんとか１隻チャーターでき良かったです。色々な珊瑚礁とミモが見れました。昼食も見晴らしの良いレストランでおかずが思いの外多くて驚きました。三線での演奏と島唄はもっと聴きたいくらいでした。
１３時４５分に空港着で、ここで下車。無事に飛行機に乗れ有意義な一日と成りました。お食事も付きこのお値段はお得と思いました。

This was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, and since I was traveling with my 85-year-old mother, I chose this tour because it was not too strenuous and allowed us to visit various places.

Even though it was a tour, I appreciated that the transportation was well arranged at key points, giving it a feel of personal exploration. I think it would be impossible to travel this efficiently on our own.

During the mangrove cruising, I felt like I was traveling through a jungle river in another country. On the water buffalo cart, I was lucky enough to sit at the very front both going and returning, so I could enjoy the scenery of the island straight ahead as the water buffalo's rear, shoulders, and horns swayed gently.

On Taketomi Island, we went cycling. It was challenging for my mother, but we took it slow, sometimes getting off to push the bike, and enjoyed the charming houses, the lush large trees of the south, and the unique shisa statues. At Kaiji Beach, we were also able to look for star sand. It was great that we could choose a return boat that was an hour later.

母には大変でしたが
ゆっくり、時々降りて押したりしながら
風情ある家並み、生い茂る南の大きな木々、個性的なシーサーを楽しめました。
カイジ浜では星砂もさがせました。
サイクリングは、帰る船を1時間遅く選択出来るのも良かったです。

The water buffalo cart ride lasted about 30 minutes, so I rented a bicycle for the remaining time. The rental bicycle costs around 1,000 yen, and it's a great way to explore the island, so I highly recommend it. There are many places on the island where you’ll want to take photos. I had so much fun that I didn't have enough time!

I thought the tour that visits three islands in one day was very efficient. During the mangrove cruise, the guide provided explanations, allowing us to learn a lot, and we were able to reach a rare tree (I forgot the name...) that we couldn't access during low tide, which was great.

When crossing to Yubu Island, we rode a water buffalo cart and enjoyed a leisurely time while listening to Okinawan folk songs. I noticed that there was a family tree for the water buffaloes, and each one had a proper name, which made me realize how well they are cared for.

On Taketomi Island, I chose the glass-bottom boat and bus tour. The glass-bottom boat swayed a bit. I was expecting to see beautiful coral reefs, but I learned that the corals have died off and are currently slowly regenerating. While I was able to see sea anemones, clownfish, and colorful fish, it felt a bit lacking.

The microbus tour taught us about the lives of the people on Taketomi Island and allowed us to find star sand, making for an efficient and easy sightseeing experience.

Although it was a brief visit to the three islands, I recommend this tour as it guides you through the highlights of each.

由布島へ渡る時には水牛車に乗り沖縄民謡を聞きながらゆったりとした時間を楽しみました。水牛の家系図が有り一頭ずつきちんと名前が付けられ、とても大切にされているのだなと思いました。

竹富島ではグラスボートとバス観光を選びました。
グラスボートはちょっぴり揺れます。
サンゴ礁の美しい海を期待していたのですが、サンゴが死滅し現在は少しづつ再生してきているとのことでした。イソギンチャクとクマノミや色鮮やかな魚は見ることが出来ましたがちょっと物足りないかも。

マイクロバスで竹富島の人々の生活を教えてくれたり星の砂を見つけたりとこれもまた効率よく楽に観光出来ました。

３島をさらっとではありましたがそれぞれの見どころを案内してくれるこのツアーをお勧めします。

The buffalo he was hitting was also an elderly 17-year-old, working hard to carry heavy people, and it was truly heartbreaking. The other men were treating the buffalo very kindly, so that one man stood out as unusual. According to the elderly man who was with my water buffalo cart, that old man doesn't change no matter how much he is warned. It's hopeless. Is there anything that can be done about it? It was such a wonderful experience overall, but that part really hurt my heart. The experience on Taketomi Island afterward also became a lifelong memory. Overall, it was a very good activity, but it's really unfortunate about the water buffalo situation.

Since I had to catch the return boat by 5 PM, it felt rushed. The second floor of the boat is hot like a sauna, so I recommend sitting downstairs in the summer. I'm glad I could leave my luggage.

Since I was traveling with my elderly mother and uncle and aunt, I chose this tour as it seemed manageable. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy at times, it was good to see that the elderly group was able to enjoy Ishigaki Island to some extent.

This tour may not be recommended for those who want to spend a lot of time at one location or for those looking to be very active, but I think it’s a good plan for those who want to efficiently enjoy Ishigaki Island.

後期高齢者の母と叔父・叔母夫婦を連れての観光だったので、あまり無理のなさそうなこのツアーを選びました。雨が降ったり止んだりの生憎の天気ではありましたが、高齢者御一行もそれなりに石垣島を堪能してくれたようで良かったです。

This was my third time in Okinawa, but I had never seen the beautiful ocean there, so I decided to join. Since I usually don't drive and wanted to enjoy some beer during lunch, I opted for a bus tour. There were few participants due to the season, and more than half were from overseas. The Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island were truly beautiful, and I'm glad I participated. I also thought the price was reasonable.

A long way to the aquarium.. and too short time there

I booked this tour because of the promised visit to the butterfly farm and Churaumi aquarium. But on the tour I’ve realized that it doesn’t include butterfly farm since April 2019 even though it is still in the program.. We stopped in a few shops for tourists (including pineapple farm that suits kids) till we got to the aquarium after 4.5 hours on the road (direct driving on highway from Naha takes about an hour to there). In aquarium we were given 3 hours but I needed 4-5 hours to see other facilities as well. The place is huge and 3 hours would be enough only to see the aquarium.
On the way back we stopped again in the place selling local sweets for tourists, when most of these sweets can be found at the airport so it was waste of time again.. we were only 6 people on a cloudy day of the rainy season so I returned to Naha at 6 p.m (last drop off) but I can imagine that the way back can take 2 hours more just for dropping off every participant in different locations..

It was a tour with many foreign tourists participating. There were few Japanese people, so I was a bit worried at first, but they kept to the schedule and weren't overly loud, which made it refreshing and enjoyable. The Churaumi Aquarium had a comfortable stay of three hours, allowing us to enjoy the whale shark and dolphin shows. It was a good tour that efficiently covered various places.

The story from the beautiful guide, who claims to resemble Rosanne, was so enjoyable that even though I left home at 5 AM and was sleepy, I was wide awake because the stories were interesting. The aquarium was larger than I expected, and I wanted to see other facilities as well, but it felt like there wasn't enough time. However, for me, who was focused on seeing the whale sharks, it was great to be able to watch them at a leisurely pace. At Kouri Island, I recommend bringing a change of clothes. My kids, one in elementary school and the other in preschool, ran straight into the beautiful sea and ended up soaking their pants (laughs).

Also, the guide introduced us to various Okinawan songs and dialects, which was fun. Although it wasn't us, I appreciated how the guide quickly made phone calls and changes for those who were stuck in traffic on the way back and were worried about missing their dinner reservations.

I was expecting the famous guide, but due to scheduling, we had a female guide instead. It's understandable that she had a day off, and the female guide was very pleasant, so I have no complaints. However, due to time constraints, lunch was served quite early (at 11:30), and I ended up leaving some of the food uneaten. When I asked the staff to reduce the portion because I have a small appetite, they said not to worry about leaving food if there was too much. It feels uncomfortable to waste food, so I wished they could have reduced it. After lunch, it started pouring rain, and at the last stop, Tamatorizaki, we couldn't go up to the observation deck, which was disappointing. On the way back, they also drop you off at the airport, which I think is convenient for those who want to make the most of the morning and head straight home.
