I think it was a boat with about 60 people. Since it was a weekday in January, I thought there would be a lot of empty seats, but there were quite a few participants, almost full. I took motion sickness medicine, but I still felt quite nauseous. Some people were down for the count.

We had a hard time spotting whales, but the boats were communicating with each other, and we got a message from a boat that found them, which led to applause from everyone! However, the weather was bad on the day of the tour, and the boat was rocking quite a bit, making it a tough environment for small children. I ended up feeling seasick, and my son started crying, which made it very disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the ocean together for his first time.

I was also anxious because they only asked for our shoe sizes and provided almost no explanation on how to use the equipment or swim. Although they advertised that it was suitable for children from 3 years old and that even those who are not good at swimming would be fine, I felt that the content was a bit challenging for small children and beginners.

Additionally, the transparent floatation device mentioned in the rental section was not available. Instead, we received a regular black float. I regretted not preparing something for my son to see underwater.

However, I was shocked and frightened when another staff member shouted, "Don't just focus on one family! The parents are here, so leave it to them!" I was changing in the only place where the door could close, and another woman was being urged by a staff member to "hurry up and change" and "change inside." I understand that there are aspects like the weather and sea conditions that cannot be helped. However, I believe that if there had been a bit more consideration for beginners and families with children, along with better explanations and support regarding safety and privacy, the overall impression would have been significantly different.

I wrote this review with the hope that others who are participating for the first time with small children will be able to enjoy it with peace of mind. I sincerely thank the staff who treated us kindly, the captain, and all the participants who were on board with us.

さらに、着替えの際にも少し怖い場面がありました。私が唯一扉が閉まる場所で着替えていた時、他の女性がスタッフの方から「早く着替えて」「中で着替えろ」と促されていました。もしその方が扉を開けていたら、私は全裸を晒してしまうところでしたが、その女性が「NO」と拒否してくれたおかげで助かりました。あの時の勇気に本当に感謝しています。

天候や海の状況など、どうにもならない部分もあると思います。
ですが、もう少し初心者や子ども連れへの配慮、説明や安全・プライバシー面のサポートがあれば、印象は大きく変わっていたと思います。

Thank you very much for the one-day boat experience diving and snorkeling in Kerama. I truly enjoyed it and had a wonderful time. I was also very happy to see a sea turtle. I had some anxiety since it had been a while since my last dive, but the staff provided thorough guidance, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind. Furthermore, the hayashi rice and shaved ice we had for lunch were exquisite! If there’s another opportunity, I would love to do it again.

慶良間での1日ボート体験ダイビング＆シュノーケリングでは大変お世話になりました。
本当に満喫できて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。そして海ガメにも逢えて、とても嬉しかったです。
久々のダイビングで不安もありましたが、スタッフの皆さんが丁寧に指導してくださり、安心して楽しむことができました。
さらに、お昼にいただいたハヤシライスとかき氷は絶品でした！

Due to the impact of the typhoon, I received a notification the day before and instead of the Phantom Island, I experienced snorkeling at the Blue Cave. According to the guide, it was quite a lucky day, and I even got a 1,000 yen discount, so I was actually glad to have this option instead.

The guide kept the atmosphere lively on the bus, and even though most people were beginners, they regularly checked in with us, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

They also introduced various shops on the bus, which was very helpful. I want to try again next time!

台風の影響で、前日に連絡していただき、幻の島の代わりに青の洞窟のシュノーケル体験しました。ガイドさん曰くかなりの当たり日だったようで、1000円引きだったし寧ろこっちで良かったです。
ガイドさんが、バスの中でも盛り上げてくれ、ほとんどの人が初心者でしたが定期的に声をかけてくださり、安心して見ることができました。

Before we left, I was a bit anxious because it had been raining, but once the tour started, the weather improved rapidly, and we were able to visit the long-awaited Phantom Island under a clear blue sky. It was much more beautiful than in the photos, and I was moved by the white sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea. The guide was friendly and reliable, sharing not only information about the ocean but also recommending various restaurants in Ishigaki, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. There were small children with us, but they were well supported, and even the ones who were initially scared seemed to have a great time. I want to go again.

行く前に雨が降っていたので少し不安でしたが、ツアーが始まってからはどんどん天気が回復して、青空の下で念願の幻の島に行くことができました。写真で見るよりもずっと綺麗で、白い砂浜と透き通った海に感動しました。ガイドのお姉さんも気さくで頼りになり、海のことだけでなく石垣でオススメのご飯屋さんなどいろんなことを教えてくれ、安心して楽しめました。小さい子もいましたが、しっかりサポートされてて最初怖がっていた子も楽しそうでした。また行きたいです。

The weather was nice on the day, and the waves were calm, allowing us to see clearly to the bottom! We could see fish and coral well, and the kids were delighted! Thanks to the calm waves, we were able to go further out and see a sea turtle, which made us really happy!

I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Phantom Island and the Blue Cave with a friend. The Phantom Island truly lived up to its name, with a beautiful white sandy beach floating in the middle of the ocean, which was incredibly moving! It felt like a great commercial could be filmed there. Surrounded by endless blue sea, I took a lot of photos, creating the best memories.

It was my first time snorkeling, but the guide provided a thorough briefing, so I felt safe and enjoyed it. Colorful tropical fish came close to me in the water, and the corals were so beautiful that it really felt like being in a natural aquarium. The Blue Cave was also very mysterious; when sunlight streamed in, the colors of the sea sparkled beautifully! Exploring the cave was fun as well. After the experience, I felt pleasantly tired and fulfilled, making it a perfect day.

The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about Ishigaki Island, let us touch sea cucumbers, and took many photos and videos, creating lots of great memories. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to fully enjoy the ocean in Ishigaki Island! I also went to buy the salt sataran-dagi that the guide recommended! It was freshly fried and incredibly delicious!

友人と2人で幻の島＆青の洞窟シュノーケリングに参加しました。
幻の島は、本当に名前の通り海の真ん中に浮かぶ白い砂浜が広がっていて大感動！良いCMが撮れそうでした。見渡す限りの青い海に囲まれて、写真もたくさん撮れて最高の思い出になりました。
人生初シュノーケリングでしたが、ガイドさんが丁寧にレクチャーしてくださったので安心して楽しめました。海の中ではカラフルな熱帯魚がすぐ近くまで寄ってきて、サンゴも美しすぎて本当に自然の水族館にいるようでした。
青の洞窟もとても神秘的で、太陽の光が差し込むと海の色がキラキラ輝いて、とてもきれい！洞窟探検も面白かったです。体験後は程よい疲れと充実感で大満足の一日になりました。
ガイドさんがとってもフレンドリーで、石垣島のことを詳しく教えてくれたりナマコを触らせてくれたり写真や動画をたくさん撮ってくれたので良い思い出がたくさんできました。石垣島で思いっきり海を楽しみたい方にぜひおすすめです！
ガイドさんがおすすめしてくださった塩サーターアンダギー買いに行きました！揚げたてめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！
