Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island were all amazing to visit, and riding the water buffalo cart was fantastic. I wasn't expecting much from the lunch bento, but it was delicious, so I was satisfied. The boat does sway, so those who are prone to seasickness should be cautious.
西表島、由布島、竹富島と三島も行けて水牛車にも乗れてとても最高でした。昼食もお弁当であまり期待していませんでしたが美味しかったので満足です。船は揺れるので船酔いする方は注意です。
竹富島は島を周遊したい場合は時間がないので自転車を予約するのが効率いいかと思います。

We participated as a three-generation family! From gathering to dispersal, we were well taken care of by the excellent attendant, Kim! Thank you for your support.
There were so many participants from various countries and generations that I couldn't even tell how many languages were being spoken. It was a scene unimaginable compared to bus trips from a while ago.
The rest stops were well-planned, making it comfortable for families with children and elderly participants. There were also many gender-neutral restrooms, which made it easier for everyone to join in. We were able to efficiently visit multiple locations, and during travel time, we could take a nap and then listen to explanations or freely explore once we arrived, with plenty of time to spare.
I have visited the Churaumi Aquarium several times and know my way around, but if you want to see a show and have lunch during your stay, it does feel quite tight on time.
We went during the Obon holiday, but the evening traffic wasn't too bad, and there were regular announcements, so I felt reassured.
The ticket distribution was quite far from the entrance, and we had to gather after walking a lot, which made for a long wait in a hot area where we couldn't sit down. I wish the tickets had been distributed on the bus instead.
The bus was not too cold, the announcements were clear, and it was comfortable and easy to understand after we got off! Thank you so much for everything!!

不安もありませんでした
チケットの配布が、かなり歩いた後、エントランスでもないところで集まって配布でしたが、
いなくなった人を探しに行ったり、暑くて座れないところで待ち時間が長かったので、バスの中で配布してほしいと思いました。
バスは寒すぎず、アナウンスもよく聞こえ、降りた後も分かりやすく快適でした！

From canoeing in the mangroves, trekking to Pinai Sara Falls, to snorkeling, our guide was fun, kind, and attentive. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy Iriomote Island. The photos taken throughout the tour were beautifully captured, and I was truly impressed. The underwater photos were a first-time experience for me, and I can't wait to brag to my friends about how stunning they turned out. While heading to Iriomote Island, I was sitting in a seat on the ocean side at the back of the boat, enjoying the view of the sea, when a sudden wave soaked me completely. However, I was healed by the beautiful sea, the pleasant breeze, and the surrounding islands.
Once we arrived at Iriomote Island, we quickly used the restroom, and the mangrove tour began. The boatman was very skilled at storytelling, making it a lot of fun. I've heard that the atmosphere changes between high and low tide, so I definitely want to see it at a different time.
After the mangrove tour, we headed to the water buffalo cart boarding area near Yubu Island by tourist bus, and the bus driver's stories were also entertaining. During the journey to Yubu Island, the water buffalo cart driver shared trivia and played the sanshin, making it quite varied. The water buffalo walked through the water without a care, even when the tide was high. The water buffalo resting on the island were also very cute. There seemed to be quite a bit of time for exploration, which passed quickly as we took photos with the water buffalo and looked at souvenirs. Next time I come, I plan to decide on the points to stop at in advance to make the most of my time.
On the day we visited, a tsunami warning was issued, and after leaving Yubu Island, we ended up going to the island's evacuation center, which turned out to be a valuable experience (if things had gone as planned, we wouldn't have stopped at the exchange center, and it was fun with the atmosphere reminiscent of an old-fashioned nature house for boys). The subsequent trip to Taketomi Island was canceled, and we returned to Ishigaki Port, but the staff's response was quick and very reassuring. Despite the natural disaster, we received a partial refund the next day, and I think the service was just as excellent as the tour itself. I would love to use this service again next time!
# As a side note, it seems that while writing this experience, if a long time passes, it results in a submission error and everything disappears (the above is my feedback written again). I recommend that anyone writing their experiences copy it to a notepad or something first before posting.
西表島に向かう際、客室の外(船の後方)、海側の座席で海を眺めていたら急な波でびしょぬれになってしまいました。しかし綺麗な海や心地よい風そして周りの島々に癒されました。
西表島に着いたらトイレを済ませてすぐにマングローブ遊覧がはじまります。船頭さんの話がうまくてとても楽しめます。満潮と干潮で雰囲気も異なるそうなので、別のタイミングでもぜひ見てみたいところです。
マングローブ遊覧が終わると油布島近くの水牛車乗り場まで観光バスで向かいますが、バスの運転手さんの話がこれまた面白いです。油布島までの道中は、水牛車のお兄さんによって雑学を披露してくれたり、三線を弾いてくれたり様々です。水牛たちは潮が満ちていても何のそのでじゃぶじゃぶ歩いてくれます。島で休んでいる水牛たちもとてもキュートでした。散策時間が結構あるようですぐに過ぎてしまうので(水牛と写真を撮ったりお土産をみたりで)、次回来るときは立ち寄るポイントをあらかじめ決めておいて効率よくまわろうと思います。
私たちが訪れた日、ちょうど津波注意報が発表され、油布島を出たあと島の避難所に行くことになってしまったのですがそれはそれで貴重な経験でした(予定通りだと交流センターに立ち寄ることはありませんし、昔ながらの少年自然の家のような雰囲気で楽しかったです)。
その後の竹富島は中止になって石垣港へ戻ることになりましたが、スタッフの方々の対応も素早くとても安心できました。
自然災害にもかかわらず、翌日一部返金のお知らせをいただきツアーの内容と同じくらいサービスも最高だと思います。
次回もまた利用させていただきたいです！！

Overall, it was enjoyable, but I thought sitting on the right side during the mangrove cruise offered relatively more sights to see. The driver's commentary during the bus ride was entertaining. Unfortunately, the lunch was disappointing. There was hardly anything suitable for children, and since it was geared towards adults, I think it would be better if there were at least a children's menu or the option to choose between two set meals. Just considering the disappointment of this lunch, I don't think I would participate in the same tour again.

On Taketomi Island, I wanted to do the water buffalo cart and rental bicycle plan, but it was sold out, so I opted for the free walk plan instead. I was able to rent a bicycle from another rental shop, but the timing of the boat's departure and the bicycle rental's shuttle service didn't match, so I walked to the port for about 15 minutes on the way back.
It was a good experience, but I wouldn't recommend the free walk for families with children. It was tough to walk while carrying them. (laughs)

You can take a bus to the places you want to visit in Okinawa. You can also buy souvenirs along the way. It was great to see the Churaumi Aquarium as well. Since I opted for dinner, it took some time on the way back, but once we arrived, we could eat dinner right away. They cooked the steak beautifully, and it was really good. It was delicious.

I applied for the course at Sefa Utaki and Okinawa World.
On the bus, they provided detailed explanations, allowing us to understand while we toured.

I booked the tour because the reviews were good and our group couldn't drive on Ishigaki Island. The pick-up service to the hotel was very helpful, and everyone on the tour was kind.
I had no idea about Yubu Island, but I added it to the tour because it seemed like we could ride water buffalo. As a result, it became a very memorable experience. The lunch was also delicious!
We stayed on Taketomi Island for about 2.5 hours. It was great that we could rent bicycles on the day.

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to make the most of my limited time efficiently. Iriomote Island is rich in nature, and the water buffalo walk leisurely, which was very soothing for me, as I usually live a busy life. The shaved ice I had on Taketomi Island was fluffy and delicious.

This was our second tour with my 3-year-old child. Last time, my child was small, so we spent time at the nearby Cape Park during our visit to Sefa Utaki, but this time we took on the challenge. The sata andagi and island bananas at the roadside station we stopped by were delicious. Okinawa World and Gyokusendo Cave are always satisfying, no matter how many times we visit. The shows are also interesting.

前回は、子供がちいさく、斎場御嶽のときは近場の岬公園で過ごしましたが今回は挑戦しました。立ち寄る道の駅？にあるサーターアンダギーと島バナナはおいしいです。

I participated alone in July.
First, we took a speedboat to Iriomote Island, and the tour started with a mangrove tour in the Nakama River. The speedboat ride included detailed explanations, and during the mangrove tour, we were able to handle real shells that are found in the river. Along the way to Yubu Island, we received various guides and had a great time throughout.
Yubu Island is a small island, but the lunch was very delicious, and the tropical plants were beautifully maintained in this lovely place. I thought it might smell like cattle, but it didn't at all. We also had various conversations and sang songs during the water buffalo cart ride.
After that, we went to Taketomi Island. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but we comfortably rode bicycles around the main spots.
I don't think I could have arranged such a perfect schedule on my own, so I believe this is the best tour.

最初にスピードボートで西表島島に行き、仲間川のマングローブツアーから始まりました。スピードボートから全て詳しい説明付きで、マングローブツアーでは川で獲れる本物の貝などを実際に回してくださりました。
由布島への道中も色々なガイドをしていだだけ、終始楽しく過ごせました。
由布島は小さな島ですが、お弁当がとても美味しいく南国の植物がとても綺麗に手入れされた美しい場所でした。
牛臭いかな？と思っていましたが、全くでした。
水牛車でも色々なお話をして歌も歌って頂けました。
その後、竹富島に行きました。あいにくの雲でしたが、自転車で快適に主要な場所を周りました。
自分ではこんなにベストなスケジュールで行けないので、最高のツアーだと思います。

It was a very precious memory of Ishigaki Island to have the opportunity to see the sunset and the landscape leading to the sea from the river mouth, which is not something you get to experience often. I'm grateful to our bright and charming guide, Makoto, for taking so many photos! The shuttle service from the hotel to the site was also greatly appreciated since we didn't have a car. The full day experience is quite interesting, though most of the cases are only self-guided and if you are not Japanese, there is limited information learned since most of the guided (on the river boat and the bus) are conducted in Japanese. The whole trip is packed with different experiences including a boat trip, water buffalo truck, authentic little towns, beautiful beaches, etc., which were quite satisfactory. The bento for lunch was well prepared as well. Fortunately, I was in a showroom about Taketomi Island with many great displays of local folk items, culture, and a short movie theatre with air conditioning that allowed me to spend the time during the rain learning many things about Taketomi culture. Also, there is English and Chinese explanation as well.
The full day experience is quite interesting though most of the cases are only self-guided and if you are not Japanese, there is limited information learnt since most of the guided (on the river boat and the bus) are conducted in Japanese. The guided device for foreigners had very limited information compared with the length of what the guides said. My guided device seems malfuntioned as it is not working probably in the middle of the trip, which really lessened the information I could learn. Haven't said that, the whole trip is packed with difference experiences with boat trip, water buffalo truck, authentic little towns, beautiful beaches etc which were quite satisfactory. The bento in lunch was well prepared as well. There was a huge rain but fortunately I was in a showroom about the Taketomi Island with many great displays of local folk items, culture, and short movie theatre with air conditioned that made me spend the time during the rain to learn many things about the Taketomi Culture. Also, there is English and Chinese explanation as well.

I participated with an elementary school student. Since we didn't have a car, we opted for a bus tour, and along the way, the guide shared a lot of useful knowledge about Okinawa, which was very educational.
At Sefa Utaki, we had some extra time, so we enjoyed the stunning views at Chinen Misaki. In the Gyokusendo Cave, they provided us with insect repellent spray and let us carry a thermos of salted barley tea, allowing us to explore leisurely for about an hour. It was cold and very refreshing.
We arrived at the airport around 1 PM, and we were able to spend a very meaningful morning.

I participated because it was appealing to efficiently visit the main tourist spots. During the bus ride, I was able to hear a wide range of interesting stories from the guide about the history, legends, culture, and industries of Ishigaki Island, as well as trendy spots and souvenir information that would be difficult to reach on my own. The weather was nice, but the heat was a struggle. Given my age, the schedule was tough. The children were happy. We had the experience of mangroves, water buffalo, and the traditional streets of Taketomi Island. I thought it would be nice to experience it slowly during a cooler time rather than in the peak of summer. If I have the time, I would like to experience it again during a cooler season.
天気が良く暑さに苦しみました。年齢的にスケジュールがハードでした。子供達は喜んでいました。マングローブ、水牛、竹富島の昔ながらの街並みの体験をさせていただきました。真夏の体験でなく涼しい時期にゆっくり体験したいと思いました。時間があれば涼しい時期にもう一度体験させていただきたいと思います。
