Moreover, I was able to participate in the Gangala Valley tour for 2,200 yen instead of the usual 2,500 yen because I purchased the ticket through a bus company at the last minute! During the tour, there were many mystical spots, and I was particularly amazed by the impressive banyan tree, known as the "moving tree." I highly recommend taking a commemorative photo in front of the large banyan tree when you join the tour!

We were given the option to pre-order Okinawan soba on the bus ahead of the stop at Okashi Goten. We chose not to order as we wanted to look at other options. When we arrived, the pre-ordered food was ready on the tables. We only had 35 minutes at this stop and as the restaurant was busy we didn’t risk ordering food.

Churaumi Aquarium is lovely and you could easily spend a full day there. I recommend checking the times for the planetarium as we were sad to miss this!

I was most excited for Pineapple Park and had assumed that despite the pineapple cart ticket not being included in the tour, we would still have the opportunity to do it out of our own pocket. This is not the case. Instead we were given a ticket for the “shopping route” which meant we didn’t see ANY of the park and instead spent the 30 minutes walking through a big long gift shop. There was free wine samples but I could’ve done with a full glass after this long day.

At Okinawa World, the limestone cave was very beautiful and magical. Above all, I was impressed by the power and high quality of the Eisa performance. The bus guide was a person named Nakama, who mentioned that they were inexperienced, but they were so energetic and cheerful that it didn't feel that way at all, and they made the tour even more enjoyable. It was a shame we didn't have enough time to explore the outdoor area much ( ; ; ) Ryukyu Village was a cozy place where we could relax and feel at home! I participated in a bus tour of Okinawa World and Shurijo Castle in the southern part of Okinawa. We visited Shurijo Castle early in the morning when there were fewer people. It was wonderful to stroll through the natural scenery surrounded by tropical forests in the fresh air. The walking path is made of stone pavement, and it can be slippery when the weather is clear. While you can borrow shoes, I think it's better to wear non-slip, comfortable shoes.

Okinawa World’s Gyokusendo Cave is said to be one of the largest limestone caves in Japan. It was very impressive, mysterious, surprisingly spacious, and beautiful. When I purchased my ticket for Okinawa World, I received a coupon, which allowed me to buy souvenirs at a great price, so I felt lucky.

On the bus, the guide explained things about Okinawa that I didn't know, which I really appreciated. Also, before we arrived at Naha Airport, the guide sang Okinawan folk songs, which was moving and made for a wonderful conclusion to the trip. Thank you very much.

斎場御嶽は朝一の人の少ない時間に行きました。

The price for the water buffalo cart and ferry is surprising! It takes about 10 minutes by bus from the Taketomi Island ferry terminal to reach the center. After that, we enjoyed a ride on the water buffalo cart while listening to the guide's stories and the sounds of the sanshin and singing. I could really feel the guide's love for Taketomi Island, which was nice.

At the end, I was able to take photos of the water buffalo up close, which was very soothing. Everyone was delighted and said they were cute. After that, we had free time and could choose a ferry at 4 PM or 5 PM.

It rained, but it cleared up quickly, and I enjoyed strolling around, seeing the island's plants, vibrant flowers, and butterflies. At Kaiji Beach, I felt liberated from everyday life and was enchanted by the cobalt blue sea. I definitely want to stay next time! Thank you very much!

In front of Nippon Rent-A-Car, there are many tour buses and local buses arriving and departing. A bus with a white base and the company name in cerulean blue stopped at the back, and the guide helped with the check-in. There was a toilet break on the way to Kouri Island, which was reassuring. The return time was clearly displayed on the board, making it easy to understand. On Kouri Island, we played at the water's edge, and at the Churaumi Aquarium, we had lunch at the café in front of the whale shark tank. ガイドさんは優しくて、多才で、とってもcute！歌や手話歌を歌ってくれたり、衣装チェンジして踊ってくれたり、みんなで踊ったり、
一日長くて大変だと思うのに、いつも笑顔で対応して下さいました。一日一緒にいると終わりに近づくにつれとても寂しくなりました。

I took a half-day tour in the afternoon. I signed up because I wanted to go to Kabira Bay. The weather was nice, and the glass-bottom boat was amazing. The staff on the glass-bottom boat mentioned that the water clarity wasn't the best today, but it was still really beautiful. Not only the underwater scenery but also the views were stunning. Both the guide and the driver were kind.

If this your first time to Okinawa, this tour is a good way to see North Okinawa without the hassle of taking public transportation. The bus plays a recorded English commentary for those who can't understand Japanese. Bus was on time and Japanese lady guide was nice. She sang quite a few Okinawan songs during the tour which was entertaining. Good singer too!
After picking up all participants from various hotels, the tour started with a short stop at Cape Manza, then to Kouri Island and a lunch stop after. Next, we went to Churarium Aquarium (150min stay) which is located at Ocean Expo Park with free dolphin show at various time throughout the day , turtle & manatee pool outside the Aquarium. (There're many electric trolley that go around the park for Y200 unlimited ride) Managed to see Emerald Beach, Okinawan Village (I don't find this one interesting), and watched the 15-20min Dolphin show @3pm (this is the highlight of the tour) Walked back to the bus scheduled to leave at 3:40pm
Re: Nago Pineapple Park, nothing much going on here. Walked the Dinosaur botanical garden, sample some wine & snacks.
Overall, if you have time to spare, this is a long but quite enjoyable tour.

Fantastic tour with a very informative and friendly guide and a friendly driver. The schedule was quite well arranged--nothing felt particularly hurried although that could be because we had expected that all stops outside of the main aquarium one would be brief.

The lunch option (available for an additional 1000yen) was very good--beautiful environment and good food at a fair price. For travellers staying in Naha, I'd recommend skipping the Okashigoten shop there (there's a similar one in Naha with the same prices at which the provided coupon can be used) and exploring/ eating lunch instead.

Travellers who wish to visit the Pineapple Park in great detail should note that this tour makes but a brief stop there. There appears to be a few courses available at the Park but the tour only had time for the shopping course. There was barely any time left at the end of the free wine tasting (which I would highly recommend--the wines are pretty interesting) so travellers who wish to make purchases should be quick.

2.5 hours was plenty for the aquarium and the bus was timed such that tour participants had just enough time to catch the dolphin show at the end. Visiting other attractions, however, might be a bit of a squeeze since the park is quite large, as is the aquarium.

Overall, the tour was a great way to see a lot of Okinawa in a day at a very affordable price. Although the guide and driver didn't speak much English, they did their best and it wasn't a large problem. Would recommend!

The Gyokusendo Cave at Okinawa World was incredibly beautiful, and I was deeply moved. I promised my friend that we would go on a cave exploration in the southern islands next time. The Eisa dance was also cool. At the end of the show, everyone danced together, and it was a lot of fun. I promised my friend that we would come back to Okinawa again. Okinawa World felt like Meiji Mura in Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture, where I could sense history. The Super Eisa performance was impressive, and it was so much fun to dance together at the end!

Gyokusendo Cave was incredibly beautiful, and I promised to join the cave exploration in the southern islands next time. At Masahiro Shuzo, the explanation of how awamori is made was easy to understand, and even though I couldn't drink it, it looked delicious, so I ended up buying a small bottle. When I see awamori, I think I will look for the Masahiro brand. I wished I had a bit more time at Okinawa World. I had a very enjoyable time. Thank you!

I wanted to visit the Churaumi Aquarium, so I joined this bus tour. I think it's a great deal as it also takes you to famous tourist spots in Okinawa. The veteran guide's explanations were thorough and easy to understand, making it pleasant to listen to. Personally, I found the bridge to Kouri Island and the view of the sea from underneath the bridge to be beautiful. The timing felt just right. However, the Churaumi Aquarium was crowded, and if you wait for the crowds to thin out, you might run out of time, so I recommend moving quickly through the exhibits. You can see the key attractions, and the large tank with the whale sharks is breathtaking; you could watch it forever. The dolphin show was also heartwarming. It was a very satisfying tour.

美ら海水族館に行きたくてこのバスツアーに参加しました。水族館の他にも沖縄の有名な観光地をまわれて、大変お得なツアーだと思います。
ベテランガイドさんのお話も説明も丁寧で分かりやすく、聞いていて心地よかったです。
個人的には古宇利島の橋や橋の下から見る海がキレイでとてもよかったです。時間配分は丁度良く感じました。
ただ美ら海水族館は混雑していて、人だかりを空くのを待って見ていると時間が足りなくなるのでサクサク見ることをオススメします。
要所は見ることができ、巨大水槽やジンベイザメは圧巻でいつまでも見ていられます。イルカショーも見ていてほっこりしました。

I'm glad I chose the bus tour. I think I would have gotten wet from the rain if I had gone out on my own. The sightseeing was disappointing due to the bad weather, but the guide was talented and great at chatting, so I didn't get bored.

It can be tough to look for a restaurant after coming back tired, so I was glad I reserved a steak dinner. As soon as we entered the restaurant, our meal began, and we had enough time afterward to shop on Kokusai Street.

バスツアーにして良かったです。自分で出かけたら雨で濡れてしまっていたと思います。観光は悪天候で残念でしたが、ガイドさんが芸達者でおしゃべり上手で退屈しませんでした。
疲れて帰った後でレストラン探すのは大変なので、ステーキディナーを予約して良かったです。お店に入ってすぐにお食事が始まり、終わった後で国際通りで買い物ができるほど時間的な余裕がありました。
