I was very grateful for the kindness of the driver. During our trip with my elderly parents and children, he even assisted my mother, who has weak legs, with getting in and out of the vehicle.
The weather was bad when we were heading to the Churaumi Aquarium, and although the weather was good when we were going to Kouri Island, we had to give up on that due to traffic. However, it was the driver who asked, "There’s over 10 km of traffic ahead, what would you like to do? Should we go somewhere else?" If he hadn't said anything, I think we would have run out of time due to the traffic.
Not wanting to just head back, the driver cleverly suggested stopping by Manzamo, which is on the way to the hotel. I truly appreciate all the help.
I especially recommend this for those who want to enjoy Okinawa at a leisurely pace with three generations!
運転手さんが、とても優しい人で有難かったです。
高齢の父と母、子供達と私達夫婦3世代での旅行で、足の弱い母の乗り降りの介助までしてくれました。
美ら海水族館へ向かう時は天気が悪く、古宇利島へ向かう時は、天気は良いけど渋滞で移動は断念。でも、それは運転手さんが「あと10km以上渋滞が続くけどどうしますか？他の場所へ行きましょうか？」と声を掛けてくれたからです。声をかけてくれなかったら渋滞で時間オーバーになっていたと思います。
ただ、帰るだけでは…と運転手さんが機転を利かせてくれて、ホテルへ向かう途中にある万座毛へ寄っていただきました。本当にお世話になり、ありがとうございました。
3世代で沖縄をゆっくり堪能されたい方は特にオススメします！

This was our second trip to Okinawa with our child. During our first trip, we used a bus tour, but I have memories of it being quite challenging with a small child.
This time, I applied for a 6-hour private plan with VELTRA.
The female driver had prepared snacks for the kids, and my son was very happy to receive them. Even when he got fussy in the car, it was great that there were no other customers, so choosing this private option was definitely the right decision.
We didn't have a lunch plan, but we were taken to a famous Okinawa soba restaurant nearby. We were also taken to the beach, and even though we got covered in sand, the driver kindly helped wipe my son's legs, which was a huge help for traveling with a child. I will definitely use this service again when I go to Okinawa.

1回目はバスツアーを使ったりしていたが、なかなか小さい子供連れには大変な記憶があり
今回はVELTRAさんで6時間貸切プランが出ていたので申し込みさせていただきました。
女性運転手の方は、子供にお菓子を用意していてくれて、息子もそのお菓子をいただき嬉しそうでした。途中車内でグズっても、他のお客さんがいないので、こちらの貸切を選んで良かったです。
ランチはノープランでしたが、付近で有名な沖縄そばに連れて行っていただきました。
また、海にも連れて行っていただき、砂だらけでしたが、一緒に息子の脚を拭いていただいたりと、優しく、子連れ旅にはすごく助かりました。
また沖縄行く際は利用します。

I was welcomed in the airport lobby and taken to famous spots like the Himeyuri Monument, Chinen Misaki, and Manzamo. Initially, I wasn't planning to visit Chinen Misaki, but I was advised that it would be a great experience, and I was glad I went as I enjoyed the stunning views. Additionally, I was treated to delicious Sata Andagi, which was very tasty. The car was well-maintained and clean, and the driving skills were impressive, making for a comfortable drive that allowed me to fully enjoy my trip to Okinawa! In less than two weeks, I found myself heading back to Okinawa, and although I was reluctant to drive a rental car again, I discovered this tour that seemed perfect for us, especially since we didn't want to visit the Churaumi Aquarium.
On the day of the tour, we mainly visited Kouri Island and the Fukugi trees in Bise. The weather was cloudy, but the sea and the trees were beautiful, which made it very enjoyable.
For lunch, we had delicious and reasonably priced yakiniku recommended by our driver, which we were grateful for.
In addition to Kouri Island and the Fukugi trees in Bise, we also visited two beaches. One of the locations felt like a hidden gem known only to locals, which made this plan feel special.
The driver engaged us in pleasant conversation during the ride, making our experience comfortable.

当日は古宇利島・備瀬のフクギ並木をメインに行きました。
天気がくもりでしたが、海や並木はきれいでとてもよかったです。
昼食は運転士さんおすすめの焼肉をいただきました。美味しいしリーズナブルで教えていただけてありがたかったです。
古宇利島と備瀬のフクギ並木以外にも、2箇所ビーチに行ってもらいました。そのうちの1箇所は地元民しか知らないような場所で、このプランだからこそだなと感じました。
車内でもとてもいい塩梅でお話をしていただいたので、快適に過ごせました。
とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

We traveled with my wife and child. Since our child is small and we were anxious about driving a rental car, using a charter for transportation was very helpful.
We requested visits to Peace Memorial Park, the Underwater Road, and Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology. In February, since it’s the low tide season, we were taken to a recommended beach instead of the Underwater Road.
My family was very happy, and it turned out to be a great trip. Next time we come, I would like to visit Kouri Island, which the driver recommended.

Since I had some time between hotel checkout and my flight, I decided to request a charter for sightseeing. The driver was very kind, providing advice on tourist spots and guiding us from the parking lot to the entrance at each location, which was very helpful since it was our first time there. I ended up asking for help until the very last minute, but they efficiently took us to all the places we wanted to visit, making for a fulfilling six hours. At first, I was torn between renting a car, but I don't think we could have visited so many places on our own. Thank you very much. My flight was over an hour late and the weather was bad, so I was anxious, but I was very satisfied with the flexible suggestions for sightseeing! The time lost was extended later, allowing us to enjoy the evening. It was great that we could efficiently sightsee during the transfer from Naha Airport to the hotel. I can't drive, and moving with large luggage on buses is tough, so I was really helped. The driving was safe and comfortable; I even fell asleep! I definitely want to request this again next time!
飛行機の到着が1時間以上遅れ天気も悪かったので不安だったのですが、臨機応変に観光場所を提案していただき大満足でした！
遅れた時間分は後に伸ばしてもらえたので、その分夜に遊ぶことが出来ました。
那覇空港からホテルまでの移動の間に効率よく観光が出来て良かったです。
車の運転が出来ず、大きな荷物を持ってのバス等の移動は大変なので本当に助かりました。

This was my first time requesting a hire car! Both of us didn't have a driver's license and were unsure how to get around, but we decided to book here!
They researched in advance, specified a time to avoid being late, and even took us to a beautiful cherry blossom photo spot since we had extra time after arriving!
They explained various things and took photos for us along the way!
They were quick to respond to sudden requests like, "Oh, could you please stop here?" and, more importantly, they knew great photo spots, which was a big help for us as beginners in Okinawa.
It was easy to talk to them, they were polite, and they didn't engage in unnecessary chatter, making it a wonderful trip!

I used this service to visit my relatives' grave in Okinawa with my one-year-old daughter and elderly parents.
It was my parents' first time in Okinawa, but we only had one night, so we used this service to efficiently tour the area.
They picked us up at the hotel, and we went straight to the grave visit, then spent six hours exploring various spots mainly in the southern part of the island. I left the itinerary up to them aside from the grave visit, but I think we were able to see a lot of places in the limited time we had.
During the trip, they talked to us about Okinawa in the car, and at the tourist spots, they made sure to park as close to the entrances as possible, which was considerate of them regarding my daughter and parents.
One disappointing aspect was that after the reservation was confirmed, the details of the pickup vehicle were not sent until after 5 PM the day before the tour, and I had to reach out to confirm. However, the person who answered the phone quickly sent the details via text message, and I thought the phone support was very good.

一点残念だったのは予約確定後、送迎車の詳細がツアー前日の17時過ぎても送られて来なく、こちらから確認をした事です。ただお電話出てくださった方はすぐに詳細をショートメールで送ってくださったし、電話の対応はとても良かったと思います。

We used a charter from our hotel in Chatan to the Churaumi Aquarium.
Traveling with a 5-year-old and a 0-year-old, we considered tours to get to the aquarium, but we wanted to enjoy the aquarium at a leisurely pace. We were also worried about car sickness, needing to go to the bathroom, and the timing for breastfeeding the baby, so we chose this private charter.
The driver seemed to drive carefully, possibly because he had children himself. He also guided us from the parking lot to the aquarium entrance and took a family photo for us at the entrance, which became a wonderful memory.
I highly recommend this for families who are anxious about driving. We would like to use this service again when we visit Okinawa!

I requested a tour from Naha Airport to about five sightseeing destinations (such as Naminoue Shrine, Shuri Castle, and American Village) and then to my hotel. It was a five-hour plan, but since we had plenty of free time for shopping at Kokusai Street and American Village, I was able to shop to my heart's content, visit cafes, and take bathroom breaks.

I was picked up at Naha Airport and enjoyed lunch and shopping on the way to the hotel. Even though I arrived early at the airport exit, the driver was waiting with a name board. After taking me to my desired location, he came to pick me up immediately when I called, which made the experience really comfortable. Renting a car to explore at a leisurely pace is nice, but I also recommend chartered sightseeing taxis!

We started from our accommodation on an 8-hour course, visiting the Yambaru area, roadside stations, and Kouri Island, and finally toured Nakijin Castle before being taken back to our accommodation.
The driver was friendly and provided announcements about the natural features of the northern side of Okinawa, which is different from the southern side. He also accompanied us to purchase tickets where needed, which was reassuring.

I always use a sightseeing taxi for a day since I don't use a rental car while traveling.
During my summer trip to Hokkaido, I had a great driver, so I thought it would be worth paying extra for a certified driver this time.
First, at the pickup time, the driver waited in the car instead of coming to the lobby. I received a call beforehand saying they would come with a sign with my name, but nothing happened, and when I went outside, they were just sitting in the car.
Unbelievable. I've never encountered such a driver before.
This time, I had a five-hour plan, but the driver made no suggestions. When I expressed my desire to visit Kouri Island, the Michi-no-Eki Kyoda, and the Orion Beer Factory, I was told that a reservation was needed for the Orion Beer, and when I asked for a reservation, they fumbled around without knowing the phone number.
Then they asked, "What time will it be?" Isn’t it your job to estimate the time since you’re not familiar with the area?

I requested a 6-hour course. The driver was a calm and pleasant person, and even though we started early at 8 AM, he was very accommodating (he mentioned it was his first time starting this early, which made me laugh). I was a bit worried because taxi drivers in Okinawa can sometimes drive quite boldly, but this time the driving was very careful, and I was able to relax so much that I even dozed off for a bit.
Additionally, our originally planned parasailing was canceled due to bad weather, but the driver quickly came up with a solution and took us to a botanical garden and a delicious restaurant, which I was really grateful for. Since I don't have a driver's license, I would like to request this service again when I come back to Okinawa. I went to the Old Naval Headquarters Bunker, the Himeyuri Monument, the Peace Memorial Park, and Okinawa World on a 7-hour tour. I was worried about the weather due to the typhoon and thought I might not be able to go to the places I wanted, but unexpectedly, it was sunny. I was able to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and Sesoko Beach, and since we had extra time, the driver suggested we cross the big bridge to Kouri Island. He also took us to a local supermarket where he recommended items like Spam and Jimami tofu that we could buy at local prices. Thank you for the wonderful day tour at the Churaumi Aquarium (10 hours). We used the service for three people, and the taxi was covered with transparent sheets around the driver's seat, allowing us to sit comfortably in the passenger seat as well. Since our pick-up time was set for 7 AM, we were able to enter the aquarium right when it opened, which was a lot of fun. On the way back, we were taken to a souvenir shop similar to a roadside station, where there were many local foods and souvenirs. It was really great. Thank you very much!
