I had the impression that Okinawa Island was small, but through this tour, I realized it is quite large and rich in nature. The 12-hour tour was packed with content. I was particularly impressed by the mangroves, Cape Hedo, the northernmost point of Okinawa, and the exploration of Daijōrinzan. Also, the lunch was very delicious. One of the places I had been curious about since studying for the World Heritage Certification and wanted to visit. I love traveling, but I'm not very accustomed to group tours, so I'm not a big fan of them, haha. It's quite a challenging place to visit on your own (over 120 kilometers one way from Naha, with no restrooms or gas stations along the way, and a lot of roadkill). I participated to explore comfortably and without stress. The tour guide and driver were very kind, and I would love to request them again. Even now, when I think back to the scenery I saw that day, I feel like I could cry from the emotion. This is the first destination that has moved my heart so much. By the way, I stayed for a few more days afterward, and the fish I had in Kunigami was the most delicious! I want to participate again to experience the air of Yanbaru. Thank you very much.

I have been to Okinawa several times, but this was my first visit to the Yanbaru region. For lunch, I was taken to a very popular local seafood restaurant, and it was delicious. In Kuina Forest, I saw the Okinawa rail for the first time. I was able to hear a lot of stories from the guide, and it was very enjoyable. Many bus tours focus on the Churaumi Aquarium, so I was looking for something different and found this one. Every place we visited was new to me and enjoyable. It was packed with activities, so I was a bit disappointed that our time at each location was short, but the lunch was delicious, and the souvenirs we received were also very tasty. We were able to stop at a roadside station and buy local souvenirs that you can't find on Kokusai Street. The guide provided various recommendations, which were very helpful. The shikwasa vinegar is delicious; it reminds me of Okinawa while I drink it. The driver was also very nice, and their careful driving made me feel safe. I wasn't confident in canoeing or trekking, but seeing the great outdoors and the beautiful weather really boosted my spirits. Canoeing felt great, and occasionally we received explanations from our guide, learning about the wonders of the mangroves. During the trekking, we also had guidance at key points, and I didn't feel tired at all. I felt it was a wonderful experience to be taken to places we could never have reached on our own.

It was a very fulfilling tour! The food was delicious, and I was glad to visit Cape Hedo and Daichi Forest, and to see the Okinawa Rail. The Monkey King at Daichi Forest was an unexpected power spot! The guide was kind, and all the tour members were great, so we quickly became friends. The complimentary manju and tart were also delicious. I have been to Okinawa many times, and this was my first tour.

First of all, the most impressive part was the tour guide! I could really feel their desire to entertain everyone. It turned out to be a great trip. Nearly 50 years ago, shortly after the return of Okinawa, I traveled there with friends. We were able to reach Yagaji Island, but unfortunately, there was no bus connection to Cape Hedo, so we couldn't go there.

On this trip, I finally had the chance to make a day trip to the northernmost point of Okinawa Island. From Cape Hedo, I could see Yoron Island and felt the difference between the sentiments of the Okinawan people before the return and the ease with which we can now visit from Honshu.

Local staff explained the mangrove ecosystem, and in the forest of Oishi Forest Park, we saw sharp rocks eroded by rain, butterflies, and cicadas. The view from the observation deck, where we could see Yoron Island, was also wonderful.

I was also impressed by the female tour guide, who, despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, remained cheerful and bright while providing various explanations.

I felt attracted not only to Okinawa's international character but also to its efforts in nature conservation.

５０年近く前、沖縄返還直後に沖縄に友達と旅行したとき、屋我地までは行けたのですが、辺戸岬まではバスがつながらず、残念ながら行けませんでした。

I was very glad to participate in this tour. Although it was a short trip of two nights and three days at the end of October, this one-day tour made it a very fulfilling experience.

We efficiently visited multiple sightseeing spots, had delicious lunch, and were able to properly observe the Okinawa rail, which was fantastic! I think this tour is highly recommended for first-time visitors to Yanbaru. Along the way, there were several opportunities to enjoy delicious Okinawan food, which was also a delight. Due to infection control measures, there weren't many chances to eat, and some items were taken home, so I hope that if this situation continues, it would be great if you could suggest the best times to eat.

I felt that infection control measures were well implemented, as we traveled in a large bus with social distancing maintained and alcohol disinfection upon boarding.

Just around the time when pumice stones started to arrive, I was surprised by the recent news. Thank you very much to the tour guide and the driver for a very enjoyable trip!

I went yesterday.
It was a packed itinerary, and I was able to fully enjoy Yanbaru.
I've visited Okinawa's main island more than ten times, but I rarely had the chance to go to the northern part on my own. Since this was a solo trip, I decided to join a tour.
I think this is a great tour for first-timers to explore the three villages in the northern part of Yanbaru. From the second time onward, I plan to decide on my own itinerary.

I had wanted to visit Daishi Forest for a long time, but it was difficult to get there without a rental car, so I had given up. However, I found this tour and decided to participate. My first time on Iriomote Island. I thought about going canoeing first and did some research, but since I wanted to keep the afternoon free, I opted for a half-day canoeing and trekking tour. Since it was a weekday, there was only one other person on the tour. While I watched larger groups on full-day tours rushing around, I was able to enjoy a more intimate canoeing experience with the guide! The handmade rice balls and fried chicken bento were delicious! There were also two horses at the monsoon spot, which had a great view overlooking the sea, and there were hammocks too. I thought it was the perfect place to relax! Thank you!

The waterfall we reached after canoeing and trekking was amazing. While enjoying various natural sights and the waterfall, we had a bento lunch and felt completely refreshed both physically and mentally. The guide also brought hand sanitizer during lunch and distributed it. The guide was fantastic as well.

I ended up signing up for this tour based on her idea. The high ratings for the tour content, along with the fact that it included canoeing and trekking, made it seem enjoyable even for outdoor beginners, which was the deciding factor for us.

It seemed that the meeting time on the day of the tour was at 9:30, but it was listed as 9:00 on Veltra, so we ended up calling Monsoon several times after we arrived at Uehara Port. In the midst of this, Monsoon was flexible and responsive, and our guide, Iizuka, came to pick us up at the port.

Our guide, Iizuka, looked like a nice young man from the Yaeyama Islands, but when I asked him, he turned out to be a friendly guy from Niigata City. It seems he has been living in Okinawa for three years, and during that time, he has become more like a local.

Looking back, the tour content was excellent. It was probably just a coincidence, but since there were only the two of us participating, there were moments when we could enjoy the mangrove kayaking and the Pinaisara Falls all to ourselves, which felt very liberating. Additionally, compared to my girlfriend, who is an outdoor enthusiast, I am more of an indoor person who does desk work at home, but I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island without it being physically demanding.

Overall, I am very satisfied! I want to come back and play again!

当日集合時間が9：30のようだったみたいでしたが、veltra上では9：00となっていたため、我々が上原港に到着してからモンスーンさんに何度かお電話をしてしまいました。
そうこうしていると、モンスーンさんが臨機応変に対応してくださり、ガイドの飯塚さんが港まで迎えに来てくださいました。

ガイドの飯塚さんは見た目八重山出身の好青年でしたが、聞いてみると内地(新潟市)出身の気さくな方でした。沖縄に移住されてから3年経つようで、その間二重になって沖縄の方っぽくなったみたいです。

振り返ってみると、ツアー内容は最高でした。
たまたまだったとは思いますが、参加者が我々2人だったので所々、マングローブカヤックや、ピナイサーラの滝を独り占めできた瞬間もあり、とても開放的でした。
また、アウトドア派な私の彼女に比べ、家でデスクワークばかりの私のようなインドア派な人間でも、体力的にキツくなく西表島の自然を満喫することができました。

総じて大満足です！また遊びに、来たいです！
