The instructor is kind and explains everything in detail, so I think even beginners can participate with confidence. They also send photos on the same day, which I believe will help create wonderful memories. If you go to Ishigaki Island, I think visiting the Blue Cave and snorkeling is a must, even for those who dive. I highly recommend it.
インストラクターの人が親切で丁寧に説明してくれてフォローしてくれますので、初心者の人でも安心して参加出来ると思います。写真も当日に送ってくれますので、楽しい思い出作りが出来ると思います。石垣島に行ったなら青の洞窟とシュノーケリングはダイビングをする人でも行っといた方がいいと思います。オススメです。

I visited Iriomote Island for the first time. In the morning, the weather was bad, and it was disappointing that snorkeling was canceled, but canyoning was really fun. In the afternoon, the mangrove canoeing was nice as the weather cleared up, and it felt great. I used this service on the last day of my stay in Ishigaki Island. It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but they provided a lecture on land, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. The sea was incredibly clear, and when the sunlight shone through, it was beautiful no matter where I looked.
I had requested a shuttle, but since I had already checked out of the hotel, they took me to a shower room near the bus terminal. As a result, I was able to board my evening flight feeling refreshed. I was so happy to enjoy the sea until the very last day. Thank you for all the wonderful photos!

I participated in the mangrove (kayak) and water buffalo cart experience on Yubu Island. I was a bit anxious since it was my first time kayaking, but just paddling felt great and was the best. In the mangroves, I was able to experience the real thing while listening to various explanations, which was very moving. I also got to take many great photos, making for wonderful memories.
On Yubu Island, I was able to touch the strength, intelligence, and size of the water buffalo, and I learned about how they are cared for and their way of life, which was a fantastic experience. The gelato I had at a shop on the island was incredibly delicious.
Not only was the content great, but they also took time for changing clothes and showering, and the tour was perfectly paced for the participants' time and energy, leaving me very satisfied. The guides were all very kind, provided excellent explanations, and were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much.

Canyoning was a precious experience that you absolutely can't have in the city, and it was so much fun! We dove into the river, climbed, and slid, and the kids had a blast too! The guide was very cheerful and friendly, and seeing him jump into the river made the kids want to jump in as well! Also, during the journey to our destination, he taught us a lot about Iriomote Island, which was really enjoyable! I'm also grateful for the quick delivery of photos and videos!
We enjoyed a round trip to Yufu Island with a leisurely tour around the island, and we were healed by the beautiful shallow sea and butterflies in nature! The guide also shared many interesting things about Iriomote Island during this trip, which made it fun!

The last time I visited, I went river rafting on a leisure boat, so this time I wanted to do something with more activities, which is why I chose this tour.
There was a discrepancy between the meeting time listed on the voucher at the time of booking and the time I was told over the phone the day before. This required me to cancel and rebook the boat I had reserved the night before, which was a frustrating start. I was told that the schedule was based on the boats from Yaeyama Tourism, but that information wasn’t written anywhere, and I had no idea.
As for the activities, we did canoeing on both Ishigaki Island and Iriomote Island, and the water clarity was definitely better on Iriomote Island. Despite it being a bit hot, I enjoyed it comfortably.
The snorkeling at Barasu Island was canceled due to rough seas, and in the afternoon, we were switched to a tour of Yubu Island. Since Yubu Island has such beautiful nature, I wish they would minimize the number of signs and plates to show the scenery as it is.
I exchanged LINE information with the tour staff because they said they would send photos, but in the end, I never received any photos. I wonder what that was all about. I would like to visit Iriomote Island again if I have the chance, but the tour left me feeling a bit unsettled.
以前訪れた際はレジャーボートで川下りをしたので、今回はもっとアクティビティ度が高いことがしたく、このツアーを選びました。
予約時のバウチャーに載っていた集合時間と前日電話で言われた時間が異なっていて、事前に予約していた船を前日夜にキャンセルと再予約が必要になり、いきなり出鼻を挫かれるスタートでした。八重山観光の船を基準にスケジュール組んでるからと言われましたが、そんなことどこにも書いてないし知らんし。。
肝心のアクティビティは、今回石垣島と西表島の両方でカヌーをしましたが、水のキレイ度が断然西表島の方が良く、少し暑いくらいのなか、気持ちよく楽しめました。
バラス島のシュノーケリングは海が荒れているため中止と前日に連絡があり、午後からは由布島観光に振替えました。由布島はせっかくの自然なのだから、案内のプレートや看板は極力減らしてそのままの景色を見せて欲しいなと思ってしまいました。
ツアーのスタッフの方が写真を送るからとLINE交換したのですが、結局写真は届くことはなく、あれはなんだったんだ。。
西表島は機会があれはまた行きたいですが、ツアーはちょいちょいもやもやする内容でした。

Due to bad weather, the activity was changed from snorkeling to mangrove canoeing. The guide was very thorough in their explanations, and even as a beginner in canoeing, I felt safe paddling. The canoe ended up splashing more water than I expected, and I got quite wet! (laughs)
After canoeing, I borrowed a shower, and the shower room was kept very clean.
Also, because of the bad weather, the ferry from Uehara Port was canceled, so I was very grateful for the complimentary transportation to Ohara Port after the Yufu Island tour.

I had an amazing time! First, we landed on the phantom island, and since it was cloudy, it was really cold. It was fine while we were in the water, but getting back on the boat was freezing. However, the sea was incredibly beautiful. Snorkeling was great too; I got to see some fish. After that, during our lunch break, we could choose between the ferry terminal or a shower for our transfer, and I chose the shower. Since it was cold, I took a warm shower before heading back. After that, I changed into clothes that could get wet (it's better to wear clothes that can get dirty), had lunch, and then went for mangrove stand-up paddleboarding. Since we were carrying the paddleboards, it seemed better for anyone not in a swimsuit to wear dirty clothes. It was my first time paddleboarding, and it was fun. Since it was low tide, we could even go under the mangrove trees, which was a unique experience. Thank you for a long time in the cold!

Originally, we had planned to do mangrove stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling at Balas Island, but due to strong winds, both activities were deemed dangerous. So, we switched to canyoning in the morning and mangrove canoeing in the afternoon.
I was really disappointed at first because I was looking forward to snorkeling and paddleboarding, but once we started the activities, both canoeing and canyoning turned out to be a lot of fun.
Canoeing on a wide river in a two-person canoe felt really nice. However, I think it's better to wear swimwear for canoeing. I attempted it in jeans, and my backside got wet enough that my pants were soaked!
Also, since there was quite a bit of canoeing involved, I, being a bit out of shape, am feeling a bit sore!

I booked the morning sea turtle snorkeling course with SAP. As soon as I entered the water, I encountered sea turtles, and the staff took great photos of me with them. Meeting the sea turtles, which was my main goal, was such a thrill, and from there, I was able to swim with colorful, beautiful fish, which was incredibly moving! The staff guided us to points with lots of fish, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful sea and marine life. Since I had experienced SAP a few times before, I was able to get on the board relatively easily, but floating in the middle of the sea while feeling the ocean breeze was the ultimate luxury. Because it was the off-season, there were no other tour guests at all, so I was lucky to have the calm bay all to myself and enjoy a relaxed experience. In the latter half, while doing SUP, the staff shared many recommendations for food and shops in Miyako Island, making it very easy to plan my afternoon activities.
Both activities had staff who were friendly, approachable, and attentive, making it easy to connect and chat! Additionally, I appreciated that they took many photos during the activities and sent them to me via LINE! I can look back at the photos later as memories. In particular, the underwater photos with the sea turtles were something I couldn't help but brag about to others. 2つのアクティビティとも、スタッフさんがラフで気さくで丁寧ですぐに打ち解けて話せました！また、有難かったのが、アクティビティ中の様子をたくさん写真に撮っていていただき、LINEで送ってくださったこと！写真は後でゆっくり思い出として見返せます。 特に、ウミガメと一緒に撮ってもらった水中写真は周りに自慢しちゃちました。大満足でしたので、是非また訪れた際には利用したいです。本当にありがとうございました！

Despite the clouds and occasional rain, I started off sitting down and then switched to standing once I assessed the wind conditions. At first, I struggled to get the hang of it and wasn't making much progress, but once I got used to it, I found it enjoyable and was soothed by the clarity of the water. It was both of our first time on a SUP, but we were able to get on easily. The instructors were all very kind, and it was a lot of fun. The temperature was surprisingly warm for the end of February, so it felt great to jump into the sea. Both the ocean and the scenery were very beautiful, and it became a wonderful memory. We were able to participate without carrying any luggage, as they took many photos for us. Regarding transportation, they picked us up close by and also dropped us off on the way back. Due to the weather, we changed from the originally planned SUP at Kawahira Bay to mangrove SUP, but I was able to participate and have fun. During the drive to and from the location, we had enjoyable conversations about the scenery along the way and the history of the island, which were very interesting. It was my first time doing SUP, but they taught me carefully, and I was able to maneuver it right away. Paddling while standing felt great, and the discussions about the mangroves and the flora and fauna of the stone walls on both sides of the river were enjoyable. I participated with two friends. Since there were no other groups besides us, we had a great time making noise and enjoying ourselves! The instructor was very kind and made the experience even more enjoyable! We were able to stand on the board right away and paddle freely. First, about SUP: it was my first time ever on a stand-up paddleboard (also my first time on a board), but since it was held in a calm bay, I was able to enjoy a graceful time with the wind very easily.
Also, the snorkeling took place at a beach with plenty of fish and coral, which we reached by moving from the SUP venue. The terrain was typical of Miyako Island, featuring a mix of shallow and deep areas formed by deposits of coral and shells. The tropical fish and sea turtles I saw there were truly beautiful.
The staff were friendly and shared recommendations for good restaurants. If I have the chance to visit Miyako Island again, I would definitely like to make a reservation with them.
The sea around Miyako Island was not murky at all; it was really beautiful.

I made a reservation because I wanted to see the best sunrise. Despite the early morning hours, I was able to easily ride thanks to the kind guidance of the energetic staff member, Shintaro!
They guided us to a beautiful viewpoint for the sunrise, and from there, we were able to see a wonderful sunrise, creating an unforgettable experience!
It was also a windy day, but the canoe provided stability, allowing us to see the sun clearly. The staff took many photos for us, so we could focus on enjoying the sunrise.

You can swim with turtles!
This time, I participated in the SUP & Sea Turtle Snorkeling one-day course. One thing I regret is that I thought I would wear a wetsuit for SUP, so I didn't bring a rash guard or leggings. It's better to be in a swimsuit even in winter for sunburn and cold protection. Also, if you usually wear glasses, it's a good idea to prepare a float in case they fall off. I hesitated and took off my glasses, but I regret not being able to see the beautiful sea clearly.
Putting preparation aside, the tour itself prioritizes safety and provides easy-to-understand instructions for beginners.
Ingyamarine Garden is a great spot for SUP cruising with no waves. It's interesting to go through rocky areas and over bridges. Some participants even saw rays swimming.
After lunch, we moved to Shigira Beach for snorkeling. I thought there would be turtles in the shallow water during low tide, but the turtles come from the open sea during high tide into the enclosed natural pool, so we aimed to search for them there. We swam about 200-300 meters towards the rocks and coral, but those who couldn't swim could hold onto a float while the instructor guided them. We encountered colorful fish and even Nemo. Among us, one participant spotted a turtle. When we chased it, we encountered a leisurely swimming green sea turtle and swam together for about 15 minutes. It didn't seem scared of us or try to escape.
The instructor took many photos, so if you're worried about losing your camera, you don't need to bring one. They will send the photos later via LINE.
The chance of encountering a turtle was 30%, but we were lucky.
It became an experience that we can cherish and talk about forever.
カメと泳げます！
今回、SUP&海カメスノーケル1日コースに参加。私の準備不足だったことは、SUPの時にウェットスーツを着るものと思い、ラッシュやスパッツを持たなかったこと。SUPは冬でも水着のままなので日焼けや寒さ対策はした方がいい。また、普段メガネの方は落ちた時のことを考えてフロートを準備した方がいい。迷ってメガネを外したものの、綺麗な海を鮮明に見ることが出来なかったことは後悔あり。
準備はさておき、ツアーそのものは安全を第一に初心者にもわかりやすくレクチャーしてくれます。
インギャーマリンガーデンは波もなくSUPクルーズに良い場所。岩場を抜けたり橋を超えたり、面白いと思います。参加者の中にはエイが泳いでいるのを見た人もいました。
お昼を挟んでシギラビーチにシュノーケルのため移動。干潮で浅瀬にカメがいるのかと思ったら、満潮時に外洋から入ってきた亀が閉ざされた天然プールの海にいるので、そこを狙って探すというもの。200-300メートル泳いで岩場や珊瑚に向かいますが、泳げない人はフロートに捕まりインストラクターが誘導してくれます。カラフルな魚やニモにも会えます。そんな中、参加者の一人が亀を目撃。追いかけるとゆったりのんびり泳ぐ青海亀に遭遇。15分ほど一緒に泳ぎました。人を怖かったり逃げたりもしません。
インストラクターさんが写真をたくさん撮ってくれるので、カメラ紛失の不安がある方は持たなくても大丈夫。後にLINEで送ってくれます。
亀遭遇率30%の確率でしたが、私達はラッキーでした。
いつまでも思い出を語り継げる体験となりました。

The day I participated in the tour was quite cloudy, and the sunset wasn't very beautiful. However, the staff kindly taught us how to paddle and stand on the SUP in an easy-to-understand manner, making the hour enjoyable and fly by! Next time, I would like to experience the sunrise SUP.
私がツアーに参加した日は雲が多く日の入りがあまり綺麗な日ではありませんでした。でも、スタッフさんが丁寧にサップの漕ぎ方や立ち方等をわかりやすく教えていただいたので、1時間楽しくあっという間でした！
